the method comprises the following steps that when a user punches a card, an uploaded head portrait is limited to a head portrait obtained through real-time shooting, a card punching management module sends the head portrait to a server, the server compares the head portrait with a head portrait template image of a corresponding project member, and a comparison result is sent to the card punching management module;
if the comparison result is that the similarity between the head portrait obtained by real-time shooting and the head portrait template of the corresponding project member is lower than a preset threshold value, the card punching management module sends prompt information to the client; or marking the card punching as an abnormal card; or setting the card punching control on the client to be in a failure state.
The embodiment is mainly set to further avoid the generation of the substitute card punching phenomenon and have higher accuracy. The embodiment can effectively enhance the reliability of card punching, and because the head portrait uploaded during card punching is only limited to the head portrait obtained by real-time shooting, images cannot be uploaded from the photo album, the situation of punching cards for others can be prevented.
In one embodiment of the invention, the carrier of the client is a terminal device arranged at the location of the project, the terminal device is one or more of a fingerprint card puncher, a face recognition card puncher, an iris recognition card puncher and a vein recognition card puncher, a user directly punches a card at a specific project site, and the card puncher arranged at an unauthorized project site does not accept the punching of the card; or a plurality of options are set in the card punching machine, and after the user is identified, the user selects one of the corresponding authorities to punch the card; or, the carrier of the client is a mobile intelligent terminal, such as a mobile phone, an intelligent watch, a vehicle-mounted computer, a tablet computer, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the project information of the project configured by the project information management module further includes a project location, and the card punching request responded by the card punching management module further includes a current location of the client of the user; if the distance between the position of the user's client and the project site of the selected project exceeds the preset distance threshold value during the card punching, the card punching management module sends prompt information to the client; or marking the card punching as an abnormal card; or setting the card punching control on the client to be in a failure state.
The card punching is preferably marked as an abnormal card, when a user goes on a business trip, the user is far away from the place of the project with the opened authority, but still needs to punch the card, at the moment, the abnormal card is punched firstly, then managers can confirm the business trip situation and eliminate the abnormal card, and the system can count the elimination of the abnormal card as the business trip.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the card punching management module is further configured to feed back a message notification of abnormal card punching or card missing to the client of the user, and/or receive an abnormal description or card missing description submitted by the client of the user, so as to prevent the user from neglecting or forgetting the card punching condition of the user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the engineering project attendance management system further includes an attendance configuration module, configured to configure the attendance time, the attendance time and/or the number of days of the full work per month of attendance; the attendance configuration module can flexibly configure one or more employees into an attendance group, and configure different working time, working time and the like for different attendance groups. and the payroll calculation module calculates the payroll amount of the user according to the monthly overtime duration or the monthly leave-asking duration and/or the monthly accumulated late-arrival duration and the early-return duration and the preset system standard.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a first project cost accounting method based on the engineering project attendance management system, which comprises the following steps:
determining a designated time period from the starting time of a project to the completion time of the project, and determining a project member list of the project;
acquiring the total attendance time of each project member in the project member list, the total attendance time corresponding to the project attendance card authority and the total payroll amount in the appointed time period;
and according to the proportion of the total time length of each project member in the project attendance card punching authority of the project to the total time length of attendance, accounting the part of the total payroll sum of each project member as the member cost of the project according to the same proportion.
By the method, the manager can conveniently settle member wages and account project cost after setting project information.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a second project cost accounting method based on the engineering project attendance management system, which comprises the following steps:
taking a month as a time unit, acquiring the current month punching information, the wage amount and the correspondingly configured project attendance punching authority of each project member;
respectively calculating the clip punching time length of each project of the project member in the corresponding authority, and accounting the wage amount of the project member into the member cost of one or more projects according to a preset rule;
calculating the monthly project member cost of each project counted from each project member every month;
and accumulating the member cost of the project from the initial month to the completion month of each project to obtain the accumulated member cost of each project.
By the method, managers can conveniently obtain data such as the total cost of the project, the cost and expenditure of each time period, and the like, so that project plans are overall and managed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, accounting the payroll amount as the member cost of one or more projects according to the preset rule comprises:
if the project member is only provided with a project attendance card punching authority, the payroll amount of the project member is completely calculated as the member cost of the project; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

and if the project member is provided with a plurality of project attendance card punching authorities, accounting the wage amount of the project member as the member cost of the project with the largest card punching sub-time length.
The method embodiment provided by the above embodiment and the engineering project attendance management system provided by the above embodiment belong to the same concept, and the specific implementation process is detailed in the system embodiment, that is, all the features in the engineering project attendance management system embodiment can be introduced into the method embodiment by way of reference.
Because the project address is set aiming at different projects, project members can select the projects participated by the project members to punch the card, the punching range can be within 1 kilometer of the set project address, and the attendance checking result is added with different project costs according to the projects, the embodiment of the invention has strong practicability in the application of projects.

Claims (15)

1. An engineering project attendance management system comprises a server and one or more clients, and is characterized in that the server comprises a processor and the following modules electrically connected with the processor:
the project information management module is used for configuring project information, the project information comprises project members and project attendance card punching authorities corresponding to the projects, and the same member is allowed to be configured with the project attendance card punching authorities of a plurality of different projects;
the system comprises a card punching management module, a processor and a storage module, wherein the card punching management module is used for responding to a card punching request sent by a client of a user, the card punching request comprises user information, the card punching management module inquires a project attendance card punching authority corresponding to a current user from the processor according to the user information, and the processor sends the project attendance card punching authority configured by the project information management module to the client of the current user; receiving and recording the card punching information in the corresponding project attendance card punching authority selected by the client of the user;
the system comprises a payroll calculation module, a card punching management module and a payroll calculation module, wherein the payroll calculation module is used for inquiring the attendance time of a user in a specified time period from a processor, the processor obtains the attendance time according to the card punching information recorded by the card punching management module, and sends the attendance time to the payroll calculation module; or the processor directly sends the card punching information recorded by the card punching management module to the payroll calculation module, and the payroll calculation module obtains the attendance time according to the attendance time; or the card punching management module converts the recorded card punching information to obtain attendance time, and sends the attendance time obtained by conversion to the payroll calculation module through the processor, and then the payroll calculation module calculates the payroll amount of the user according to a preset payroll standard of the user;
the system comprises a project cost accounting module, a project cost accounting module and a processor, wherein the project cost accounting module is used for inquiring the card punching information and the wage amount of a project member in a specified time period from the processor, the processor respectively sends the card punching information of a client side of the project member, which is recorded by the card punching management module, and the wage amount of the project member, which is calculated by the wage calculation module, to the project cost accounting module, and then the project cost accounting module accounts the wage amount into the member cost of one or more projects according to the card punching sub-time lengths corresponding to all projects of the project member, which is configured with project attendance card punching authority, of the project member.
2. The engineering project attendance management system of claim 1 wherein the project cost accounting module accounts the payroll amount as membership costs for one or more projects by any one or more of the following in combination:
if the project member is only provided with a project attendance card punching authority, the payroll amount of the project member is completely calculated as the member cost of the project; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
if the project member is configured with a plurality of project attendance card punching authorities, accounting the equal proportion part of the payroll amount of the project member as the member cost of the corresponding project according to the proportion of the time length of the card punching sub-period corresponding to each project of the project member; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and if the project member is provided with a plurality of project attendance card punching authorities, accounting the wage amount of the project member as the member cost of the project with the largest card punching sub-time length.

The engineering project attendance management system of claim 1, wherein the client is configured with an leave application unit, the leave application unit is configured with a plurality of leave types, the leave types comprise an annual leave type and a case type, the annual leave type is associated with a minimum unit time of a half day, and the case type is associated with a minimum unit time of an hour.
4. The engineering project attendance management system of claim 1, wherein the attendance management module further comprises an attendance statistical unit, and the attendance statistical unit is responsive to an ask-for-leave application, a call-off application, an overtime application and/or a business trip application sent by a client of a user and respectively calculates an ask-for-leave time, a call-off time, an overtime application and/or a business trip time of the user within a specified time period; the attendance time of the user is obtained through statistics by combining the attendance information of the client of the user, which is recorded by the attendance management module;
and the payroll calculation module is also used for calculating leave-asking deduction, overtime allowance and business trip allowance respectively according to the leave-asking time, overtime time and business trip time.
5. The engineering project attendance management system of claim 1, wherein the card punching management module is further configured to receive an avatar taken and uploaded by a client of a user during card punching, and record the avatar in the card punching information of the user at this time.

The engineering project attendance management system of claim 1, wherein the card punch management module is further configured to receive an avatar photographed and uploaded by a client of a user during card punching, and project information of a project configured by the project information management module further includes avatar templates of project members;
the method comprises the following steps that when a user punches a card, an uploaded head portrait is limited to a head portrait obtained through real-time shooting, a card punching management module sends the head portrait to a server, the server compares the head portrait with a head portrait template image of a corresponding project member, and a comparison result is sent to the card punching management module;
if the comparison result is that the similarity between the head portrait obtained by real-time shooting and the head portrait template of the corresponding project member is lower than a preset threshold value, the card punching management module sends prompt information to the client; or marking the card punching as an abnormal card; or setting the card punching control on the client to be in a failure state.

The engineering project attendance management system of claim 1, wherein the project information of the project configured by the project information management module further comprises a project location, and the card punching request responded by the card punching management module further comprises a current location of the client of the user; if the distance between the position of the user's client and the project site of the selected project exceeds the preset distance threshold value during the card punching, the card punching management module sends prompt information to the client; or marking the card punching as an abnormal card; or setting the card punching control on the client to be in a failure state.
8. The engineering project attendance management system of claim 1, wherein the carrier of the client is a mobile intelligent terminal, and the mobile intelligent terminal is one or more of a mobile phone, a smart watch, a vehicle-mounted computer and a tablet personal computer.

The engineering project attendance management system of claim 1, wherein the carrier of the client is a terminal device arranged at the location of the project, and the terminal device is one or more of a fingerprint card puncher, a facial recognition card puncher, an iris recognition card puncher and a vein recognition card puncher.

The engineering project attendance management system of claim 1, wherein the card punching management module is further configured to feed back a notification of an abnormal or missing card punching message to the user's client, and/or receive an abnormal or missing card description submitted by the user's client.
11. The engineering project attendance management system of claim 1, further comprising an attendance configuration module for configuring the on-duty time, off-duty time and/or the number of days of a full work per month of attendance;
the processor or the card punching management module or the wage calculation module obtains attendance time according to the card punching information recorded by the card punching management module, and compares the attendance time with the configured total monthly attendance days to obtain monthly overtime time or monthly leave-on time; and/or the processor compares the card punching information recorded by the card punching management module with configured working time and working time to obtain the accumulated late month delay time and early retreat time;
and the payroll calculation module calculates the payroll amount of the user according to the monthly overtime duration or the monthly leave-asking duration and/or the monthly accumulated late-arrival duration and the early-return duration and the preset system standard.
12. The project attendance management system of claim 1, further comprising a project prize configuration module for configuring project prizes for each project member based on a ratio of the member cost of each project member to a sum of the member costs of the project.
13. The project cost accounting method of the project attendance management system based on claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a designated time period from the starting time of a project to the completion time of the project, and determining a project member list of the project;
acquiring the total attendance time of each project member in the project member list, the total attendance time corresponding to the project attendance card authority and the total payroll amount in the appointed time period;
and according to the proportion of the total time length of each project member in the project attendance card punching authority of the project to the total time length of attendance, accounting the part of the total payroll sum of each project member as the member cost of the project according to the same proportion.
14. The project cost accounting method of the project attendance management system based on claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
taking a month as a time unit, acquiring the current month punching information, the wage amount and the correspondingly configured project attendance punching authority of each project member;
