When the elevator component needs to be repaired due to damage or failure, the elevator component can automatically report to the service center, the service center sets the state of the elevator component to be a repair state after receiving the report information, or a worker can scan the two-dimension code on the elevator component to generate a repair order, and the service center sets the state of the elevator component to be a repair state after uploading the repair order to the service center 10.
When the elevator component is subjected to quality authentication, the product can be authenticated by a quality assurance department, whether the product is an elevator component produced by a manufacturer or not is judged, if yes, the elevator component is handed over to a maintenance department for maintenance, and the identity is re-placed.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the damaged or faulty elevator component is set to be in the maintenance state, when the identity of the elevator component cannot be read, whether the elevator component is a forged component is judged by inquiring whether the elevator component is in the maintenance state, and the quality of the elevator component in the maintenance state is identified, so that whether the elevator component is legal is further judged, the forged illegal component is prevented from being maintained as a legal component because the identity of the elevator component cannot be read, and further, the elevator component data of a manufacturer are prevented from being put into the illegal component, and the safety of the elevator component data of the manufacturer is improved while the safety of the elevator component is also improved.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the service center 10 is configured to generate an authentication result that the authentication is successful when the two-dimensional code information matches with the preset two-dimensional code information and the identity is a preset identity associated with the preset two-dimensional code information, or generate an authentication result that the authentication is failed. After receiving the authentication result, the terminal device 20 may prompt the staff to operate according to the authentication result, and when the authentication fails, confirm that the elevator component is an illegal component, and send the quality inspection department to further detect, so as to provide evidence for the maintenance of the rights.
In order to more clearly illustrate the management of the elevator components during the maintenance phase, the management process of the elevator components during the maintenance phase is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the elevator component maintenance process, when the identity of the elevator component cannot be read, the embodiment of the invention judges whether the current elevator component is legal or not by verifying the maintenance or use state of the elevator component, further limits the use of illegal elevator components, also can avoid the illegal elevator components from being mixed into legal components, avoids using the illegal elevator components in the elevator, and is beneficial to manufacturers to manage the elevator components.
The elevator component management system comprises a service center and terminal equipment communicated with the service center, wherein the terminal equipment is used for identifying two-dimension codes on an elevator component to obtain two-dimension code information, reading identity marks stored in the elevator component and sending the two-dimension code information and the identity marks to the service center, and the service center is used for authenticating the elevator component according to the two-dimension code information, the identity marks, preset two-dimension code information and preset identity marks to obtain an authentication result and sending the authentication result to the terminal equipment, wherein the preset two-dimension code information and the preset identity marks are the two-dimension code information and the identity marks which are prestored after the elevator component is produced and detected to be qualified. The two-dimensional code information and the identity mark of the elevator component are stored in advance after the elevator component is qualified in production and detection, so that the two-dimensional code and the identity mark on the elevator component can be read when the elevator component is installed and maintained, the read two-dimensional code and the identity mark are sent to a server to authenticate whether the elevator component is a legal elevator component, unified management and anti-counterfeiting authentication of the elevator component are realized, the safety of elevator operation is improved, and the product value of elevator manufacturing enterprises is protected.
Example two
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an elevator component management method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, where the method according to the second embodiment of the present invention is applicable to a case of managing elevator components, and the method may be performed by an elevator component management system, where the elevator component management system includes a service center and a terminal device, and as shown in fig. 4, the elevator component management method includes the steps of:
s301, identifying a two-dimensional code on an elevator component to obtain two-dimensional code information;
s302, reading an identity mark stored in an elevator component;
s303, authenticating the elevator component according to the two-dimensional code information, the identity mark, the preset two-dimensional code information and the preset identity mark to obtain an authentication result;
s304, sending the authentication result to the terminal equipment.

Optionally, before identifying the two-dimensional code on the elevator component to obtain the two-dimensional code information, the method further comprises:
generating a two-dimensional code of the elevator component, wherein the two-dimensional code is used for being stuck on the elevator component, the two-dimensional code is used for acquiring two-dimensional code information, and the two-dimensional code information comprises at least one of a component model, a production time, a batch, a random code and a serial number of the elevator component;
optionally, before identifying the two-dimensional code on the elevator component to obtain the two-dimensional code information, the method further comprises:
identifying a two-dimensional code on the elevator component to obtain two-dimensional code information when the elevator component is produced;
detecting the elevator component according to the two-dimension code information;
after detecting that the elevator component is qualified, generating an identity identification request containing two-dimensional code information;
generating an identity mark according to the two-dimensional code information in the identity mark request;
taking the two-dimension code as a preset two-dimension code, taking the identity mark as a preset identity mark, and binding and storing the preset two-dimension code and the preset identity mark in a related manner;
the identity is written to the elevator component.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
identifying a two-dimensional code on the elevator component to obtain two-dimensional code information;
when the two-dimensional code information is matched with preset two-dimensional code information, a preset identity mark which is bound and correlated with the preset two-dimensional code information is sent to the elevator component, and when the matching is successful, the authority for reading the identity mark of the elevator component is obtained.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
authorizing the elevator component when the authentication result is that the authentication is successful;
and generating authentication failure prompt information when the authentication result is authentication failure.
Optionally, after identifying the two-dimensional code on the elevator component to obtain the two-dimensional code information, further comprising:
when the identity of the elevator component is read failure, judging whether the two-dimensional code exists and the elevator component in a maintenance state is associated with the two-dimensional code;
if yes, determining the elevator component as a legal elevator component;
if not, the elevator component is determined to be an illegal elevator component.
Optionally, authenticating the elevator component according to the two-dimensional code information, the identity, the preset two-dimensional code information and the preset identity to obtain an authentication result includes:
when the two-dimensional code information is matched with the preset two-dimensional code information and the identity is the preset identity associated with the preset two-dimensional code information, generating an authentication result of successful authentication, otherwise, generating an authentication result of failed authentication.

Example III
Referring to FIG. 5, a schematic diagram of the architecture of a computer device in one example of the invention is shown. As shown in fig. 5, the computer device may specifically include: a processor 501, a memory 502, a display screen 503 with touch functions, an input device 504, an output device 505, and a communication device 506. The number of processors 501 in the computer device may be one or more, one processor 501 being illustrated in fig. 5. The amount of memory 502 in the computer device may be one or more, one memory 502 being illustrated in fig. 5. The processor 501, memory 502, display 503, input 504, output 505 and communication 506 means of the device may be connected by a bus or otherwise, in fig. 5 by way of example.
Memory 502 is a computer readable storage medium, and may be used to store software programs, computer executable programs, and memory 502 may include primarily a memory program area and a memory data area, where the memory program area may store operating devices, at least one application program required for a function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the device, etc. In addition, memory 502 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid-state storage device. In some examples, memory 502 may further include memory located remotely from processor 501, which may be connected to the device via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The display screen 503 is a display screen 503 with a touch function, which may be a capacitive screen, an electromagnetic screen, or an infrared screen. Generally, the display screen 503 is used for displaying data according to the instruction of the processor 501, and is also used for receiving a touch operation applied to the display screen 503 and transmitting a corresponding signal to the processor 501 or other devices. Optionally, when the display screen 503 is an infrared screen, it further includes an infrared touch frame disposed around the display screen 503, which may also be used to receive infrared signals and send the infrared signals to the processor 501 or other device.
Communication means 506 for establishing a communication connection with other devices, which may be wired communication means and/or wireless communication means.
The input device 504 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and to generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the apparatus. The output device 505 may include an audio apparatus such as a speaker. The specific composition of the input device 504 and the output device 505 may be set according to the actual situation.
The processor 501 performs various functional applications of the apparatus and data processing, i.e., implements the above-described elevator component management method, by running software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 502.
Specifically, in an embodiment, when the processor 501 executes one or more programs stored in the memory 502, the method for managing an elevator component and/or the steps of the method for managing an elevator component provided in the embodiment of the present invention are specifically implemented.
Example IV
The fourth embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, can implement the elevator component management method in any embodiment of the invention.
Of course, the storage medium containing computer executable instructions provided in the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the method operations described above, and may also perform the related operations in the elevator component management method provided in any embodiment of the present invention applied to the apparatus and/or the elevator component management method.
It should be noted that, for the method, computer device, and storage medium embodiments, since they are substantially similar to the system embodiments, the description is relatively simple, and the relevant points refer to part of the description of the system embodiments.

1. An elevator component management system comprising a service center and terminal equipment in communication with the service center,
the terminal equipment is used for identifying the two-dimension code on the elevator component to obtain two-dimension code information, reading the identity mark stored in the elevator component and sending the two-dimension code information and the identity mark to the service center;
the service center is used for authenticating the elevator component according to the two-dimension code information, the identity mark, the preset two-dimension code information and the preset identity mark to obtain an authentication result, and sending the authentication result to the terminal equipment, wherein the preset two-dimension code information and the preset identity mark are the two-dimension code information and the identity mark which are prestored after the elevator component is produced and detected to be qualified;
The terminal equipment is also used for identifying the two-dimensional code on the elevator component to obtain two-dimensional code information and sending the two-dimensional code information to the service center;
the service center is further used for sending a preset identity mark which is bound and associated with preset two-dimensional code information to the terminal equipment when the two-dimensional code information is matched with the preset two-dimensional code information, and the terminal equipment sends the preset identity mark to the elevator component;
the elevator component is also used for matching the preset identity with the identity stored by the elevator component, and authorizing the terminal equipment to read the identity when the matching is successful.
2. The elevator component management system of claim 1, further comprising:
the two-dimensional code generation device is used for generating a two-dimensional code of the elevator component when the production of the elevator component is completed, the two-dimensional code is used for being pasted on the elevator component, the two-dimensional code is used for acquiring two-dimensional code information, and the two-dimensional code information comprises at least one of a component model, production time, batch, random code and serial number of the elevator component.
3. The elevator component management system of claim 2, further comprising tooling equipment;
The terminal equipment is also used for identifying the two-dimensional code on the elevator component after the two-dimensional code of the elevator component is generated so as to obtain two-dimensional code information, and the two-dimensional code information is sent to the tooling equipment;
the tooling equipment is used for detecting the elevator component after receiving the two-dimension code information, generating an identity identification request containing the two-dimension code information after detecting that the elevator component is qualified, and sending the identity identification request to the service center;
the service center is further used for generating an identity mark according to the two-dimensional code information in the identity mark request when the identity mark request is received, taking the two-dimensional code as a preset two-dimensional code, taking the identity mark as a preset identity mark, binding and storing the preset two-dimensional code and the preset identity mark in an associated mode, and sending the identity mark to the tool equipment;
the tooling device is also used for writing the identity into the elevator component.
4. The elevator component management system of claim 3, wherein the elevator component comprises:

7. An elevator component management system according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that,
the terminal equipment is also used for sending the two-dimensional code information to a service center when the identity of the elevator component is read out;
the service center is further used for judging whether the two-dimensional code exists and is associated with an elevator component in a maintenance state, if yes, the elevator component is determined to be a legal elevator component, whether the elevator component is legal or not is further judged, and if not, the elevator component is determined to be an illegal elevator component.

The elevator component management system according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the service center is configured to generate an authentication result of successful authentication when the two-dimensional code information matches with preset two-dimensional code information and the identity is a preset identity associated with the preset two-dimensional code information, and otherwise, generate an authentication result of failed authentication.
9. A method of elevator component management, characterized by being applied to an elevator component management system according to any one of claims 1-8, comprising:
identifying a two-dimensional code on the elevator component to obtain two-dimensional code information;
when the two-dimensional code information is matched with preset two-dimensional code information, a preset identity which is in binding association with the preset two-dimensional code information is sent to the elevator component, and when the matching is successful, the authority for reading the identity of the elevator component is obtained;
reading the identity stored in the elevator component;
authenticating the elevator component according to the two-dimensional code information, the identity, the preset two-dimensional code information and the preset identity to obtain an authentication result;
transmitting the authentication result to a terminal device;
identifying a two-dimensional code on an elevator component to obtain two-dimensional code information, and sending the two-dimensional code information to the service center;
the service center is further used for sending a preset identity mark which is bound and associated with preset two-dimensional code information to the terminal equipment when the two-dimensional code information is matched with the preset two-dimensional code information, and the terminal equipment sends the preset identity mark to the elevator component;
The elevator component is also used for matching the preset identity with the identity stored by the elevator component, and authorizing the terminal equipment to read the identity when the matching is successful.
