1. a main upright post 1 of the folding vehicle is provided with a round hole, a rotating shaft and a T-shaped hinge can penetrate through the round hole, the rotating shaft is used for hinging side brackets on the left side and the right side on the main upright post 1 to rotate around the main upright post 1 by 0-90 degrees, and the T-shaped hinge is used for hinging a side turning plate 4, an upper supporting rod 6 and a lower supporting rod 16 of a frame body 15 on the main upright post 1 to rotate around the main upright post 1 by 0-90 degrees along with the side brackets on the left side and the right side;
2. The bottom of the side turning plate 4 of the folding bicycle is provided with a supporting component, one end of two connecting rods 10 is hinged on a cross beam of the side bracket, the other end clamps a round bar 11, when the side turning plate 4 is folded or unfolded, the round bar 11 slides back and forth in the sliding chute on the supporting seat 7, a pressing plate 8 is arranged in the supporting seat 7, a torsion spring 9 is arranged between the pressing plate 8 and the supporting seat 7 or the side turning plate 4, when the side turnover plate 4 is opened and reaches the horizontal position, the raised end of the pressure plate moves anticlockwise by the upper extension torsion arm 31 and the lower extension torsion arm 30 of the torsion spring 9 is contacted with the round bar 11, thereby clamping the round bar 11 sliding in the sliding chute, so as to limit and keep the side turnover plate 4 at a horizontal position, when the side turnover plate 4 needs to be folded, only one end of the pressing plate 8 needs to be pressed, so that the other end is separated from the round bar 11, the round bar 11 can continuously slide in the sliding chute, and the side turning plate 4 is retracted.
The general aviation folding vehicle provided by the invention has the advantages that:
1. the universality is as follows: the turnover plates and the wine rack body can be increased or decreased without affecting other structures, and the type is simple and convenient to manage;
2. number of shelves: flexibly increasing and decreasing shelves serving as middle turning plates in the main bracket;
3. the reliability is high: the mechanism for locking the side turning plate is mechanically connected, so that the deformation caused by welding is avoided, meanwhile, the pressing plate of the pressing type is higher in reliability through manual operation, even if the torsion spring fails, the side turning plate can be locked by the gravity of the pressing plate due to the fact that the gravity center of the pressing plate is on the outer side, and the side turning plate can be still folded after being pressed;
4. The folding trolley has compact structure: the T-shaped hinge is adopted, so that the number of parts is reduced, the folding size of the folding trolley is smaller, the assembly procedures are correspondingly reduced, and the maintenance is relatively simple.
The invention aims to provide a folding vehicle which is lighter, more reliable and more space-upgrading for an airline company, and the turnover plates and the wine rack can be freely increased or decreased according to the requirements of customers.
Different customers or different models all lead to folding car size multiple in daily sales process, consequently need a general type folding car to satisfy different customers' different demands, because the same vast majority of spare parts of structure can exchange generally, so saved production and maintenance cost greatly, single model also makes the producer more convenient to type management simultaneously.
