As shown in fig. 1-2, the fueling service information pushing method of the mobile fueling station according to the first aspect of the present embodiment may be, but is not limited to be, implemented by a Computer device working at the mobile fueling station and having certain computing resources, for example, an electronic device such as a Personal Computer (PC, which refers to a multipurpose Computer with a size, price and performance suitable for Personal use; all of a desktop Computer, a notebook Computer, a mini-notebook Computer, a tablet Computer, an ultra book, and the like belong to a Personal Computer), and may be communicatively connected to vehicle information collecting devices located in the surrounding area of the mobile fueling station by a wireless communication connection (the mobile fueling station and the vehicle information collecting devices may be arranged in a map as shown in fig. 2), and may be communicatively connected to a short message cat located in the mobile fueling station and a liquid level meter located in a liquid storage tank by a wired communication connection, the mobile terminal has the functions of accessing a database and surfing the internet in a networking manner so as to judge whether vehicles running in the surrounding area are likely to lack oil or not, and if so, the mobile terminal can actively send refueling service information carrying the position of the mobile gas station to the mobile phone terminal of the vehicle owner. The method for pushing the information of the fueling service may include, but is not limited to, the following steps S1 to S8.
The method comprises the steps of S1, receiving vehicle identification information which comes from vehicle information acquisition equipment and is acquired by the vehicle information acquisition equipment for passing vehicles, wherein the vehicle information acquisition equipment is arranged in the surrounding area of the mobile gas station, and the distance from the vehicle information acquisition equipment to the mobile gas station is not more than 100 kilometers.
In the step S1, the Vehicle information collecting device is configured to collect and obtain Vehicle Identification information of the passing Vehicle, where the Vehicle Identification information includes, but is not limited to, a license plate Number or a frame Number (that is, a VIN Number, which is a complete spelling of a Vehicle Identification Number, and a Vehicle Identification code in chinese is a Vehicle Identification code, and is composed of 17-bit characters, so that the Vehicle Identification information is commonly called a seventeen-bit code, and includes information of a manufacturer, a year, a model, a body type and a code of the Vehicle, an engine code, an assembly location, and the like of the Vehicle). The vehicle information acquisition equipment is preferably arranged at the roadside of the intersection, and immediately wirelessly transmits the vehicle identification information to local computer equipment after the vehicle identification information is acquired.
S2, accessing a preset refueling information database in a networking mode according to the vehicle identification information, and finding latest refueling information which corresponds to the vehicle identification information and is recorded in the previous refueling process in the refueling information database, wherein the latest refueling information comprises but is not limited to the position, the refueling amount and the like of a gas station of the passing vehicle in the previous refueling process.
In step S2, the fueling information database is held and maintained by the fueling operator, so that the fueling stations (which may be direct-service fueling stations or affiliated fueling stations) operated by the fueling operator, such as fixed fueling stations or mobile fueling stations, can upload the fueling information to the fueling information database for history recording after generating electronic fueling information, thereby facilitating backtracking. In addition, the vehicle identification information and the refueling information are bound and stored, and the latest refueling information can be determined but not limited by the recording time based on the refueling information, and the refueling information can be shared among refueling information databases operated by different refueling operators, so that accurate latest refueling information can be found.
And S3, acquiring a vehicle journey between the two positions according to the position of the gas station and the known position of the vehicle information acquisition equipment.
In the step S3, it is preferable that, specifically, but not limited to, the method includes taking the position of the gas station as a starting position and the known position of the vehicle information collecting device as a target position, and acquiring at least one recommended driving route by a networked electronic map server (for example, a server providing a hundred-degree map service or a high-grade map); and then taking the average value or the middle value of the journey of the at least one recommended driving path as the journey between the two positions.
And S4, obtaining factory public oil consumption information of the passing vehicle through the network according to the vehicle identification information.
In step S4, since the vehicle identification information includes, but is not limited to, a license plate number or a frame number, a bound or corresponding vehicle type may be obtained through network query according to the license plate number or the frame number, and then corresponding factory-open fuel consumption information (which is issued by a vehicle manufacturer when selling vehicles) such as 8.1 liters of fuel consumption per hundred kilometers is obtained according to the vehicle type.
And S5, calculating the required oil consumption of the passing vehicle from the position of the gas station to the known position of the vehicle information acquisition equipment according to the factory public oil consumption information and the distance between the two positions.
In step S5, for example, for the factory public fuel consumption information including 8.1 liters of fuel consumed in one hundred kilometers, if the distance between the two locations is 500 kilometers, the required fuel consumption is 500/8.1 — 40.5 liters.
And S6, judging whether the ratio of the required oil consumption to the oil filling amount is larger than a preset threshold value or not.
In step S6, if the preset threshold may be 1, then when the required fuel consumption is greater than the fuel consumption, indicating that the previous fuel filling of the approach vehicle has been exhausted, the fuel filling service information may be pushed so that the vehicle owner finds a nearby mobile fuel station to perform fuel filling supplement. Of course, considering that the vehicle in the route does not drive according to a certain route of the at least one recommended driving route or there may be other unexpected factors, the preset threshold may be appropriately smaller than 1, for example, a value between 0.618 and 1.
And S7, if yes, accessing a preset vehicle owner information database in a networking mode according to the vehicle identification information, and searching a vehicle owner mobile phone number corresponding to the vehicle identification information in the vehicle owner information database.
In the step S7, the vehicle owner information database may be, but not limited to, a vehicle management database held and maintained by a national vehicle management department, and records all vehicles registered in the database and corresponding vehicle owner information (including, but not limited to, names, genders, addresses, contact phone numbers, and the like of vehicle owners), so that the vehicle owner information database can be legally accessed through a cooperation agreement between a fueling operator and the national vehicle management department, and inquires and acquires a mobile phone number of a vehicle owner corresponding to a license plate number/a frame number, and the like.
S8, pushing refueling service information to a mobile phone terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number of the vehicle owner through the SMM cat equipment, wherein the refueling service information includes but is not limited to the geographic position of the mobile gas station.
In the step S8, the kitten message device is a device for sending and receiving short messages, and as a mobile phone used in daily life, needs a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card of the mobile phone to support, and when a short message needs to be sent and received, a mobile phone card can be inserted into the kitten message device, and then a power supply is plugged in the kitten message device, and the kitten message device is connected to a computer through a data line, so that the function of sending and receiving short messages can be implemented in application management software of the computer. Preferably, when the latest refueling information further includes a fuel type corresponding to the refueling amount when the passing vehicle is refueled at the previous time, the refueling service information is pushed to the mobile phone terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number of the vehicle owner through the short message modem device, specifically including but not limited to obtaining a first current refuelable amount corresponding to the fuel type according to real-time monitoring data from a first liquid level meter, wherein the first liquid level meter is arranged in an oil storage tank of the mobile gas station and corresponding to the fuel type; and then the refueling service information which also contains but is not limited to the fuel type and the first current refuelable amount is pushed to the mobile phone terminal through the SMM device. The first liquid level meter is used for monitoring the fuel liquid level in the corresponding oil storage tank in real time so as to obtain the current remaining oil quantity (namely the first current refuelable quantity) in the oil storage tank according to real-time monitoring data and in a conventional calculation mode, and the first liquid level meter can be realized by adopting the existing liquid level meter equipment without limitation. From this through to the car owner propelling movement the fuel type with but first present oil filling volume can do benefit to the car owner and judge by oneself whether can arrive in with add required oil mass behind the portable filling station to avoid running in vain, the further refueling of being convenient for. In addition, in order to further enrich the pushed information amount, the fueling service information further includes, but is not limited to, a selling price corresponding to the fuel type and/or navigation contents from the vehicle information collection device to the mobile gas station, and the like.
Therefore, based on the refueling service information pushing method described in the steps S1-S8, a new scheme capable of enabling the mobile refueling station to actively push refueling service information is provided, namely, vehicle identification information of passing vehicles is acquired through vehicle information acquisition equipment arranged in surrounding areas, then the latest refueling information, factory-published oil consumption information and a mobile phone number of a vehicle owner of the corresponding passing vehicles are sequentially acquired through networking according to the vehicle identification information, and finally the refueling service information carrying the position of the mobile refueling station is actively sent to the mobile phone terminal of the vehicle owner when the possibility of oil shortage of the passing vehicles is found based on the latest refueling information and the factory-published oil consumption information, so that the vehicle owner finds the mobile refueling station and arrives and refuels in a short distance when the oil shortage is confirmed, thereby achieving the purposes of convenient refueling and avoiding the waste of limited vehicle-mounted oil quantity, reduce the running cost and the emission of combustion waste gas, and is beneficial to environmental protection. In addition, the refueling service information is pushed only when the possibility of oil shortage of the vehicles in the way is found, so that the problem of short message bombing can be avoided, and the service experience of vehicle owners is improved.
On the basis of the technical solution of the first aspect, the present embodiment further provides another possible design for judging whether refueling of the vehicle is possible, that is, when it is determined that the ratio of the required fuel consumption to the refueling amount is not greater than the preset threshold, the method further includes, but is not limited to, the following steps S71 to S75.
S71, accessing the refueling information database in a networking mode according to the vehicle identification information, and finding a plurality of pieces of refueling information corresponding to the vehicle identification information in the refueling information database, wherein each piece of refueling information in the plurality of pieces of refueling information respectively comprises but is not limited to the refueling time of the passing vehicle in the corresponding historical refueling.
And S72, calculating to obtain the average value or the median value of the refueling interval duration according to all refueling moments in the plurality of refueling information.
And S73, determining the latest refueling time from all refueling times.
And S74, judging whether the time length from the latest oiling moment to the current moment is greater than the average value or the median value of the oiling interval time length.
And S75, if yes, after the mobile phone number of the vehicle owner is obtained, the refueling service information is pushed to a mobile phone terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number of the vehicle owner through the short message modem device.
Therefore, based on the possible design one described in detail in the foregoing steps S71-S75, it can be determined from the dimension of the vehicle owner' S refueling frequency whether the approaching vehicle may have a refueling need, and if so, the vehicle owner can actively send the refueling service information carrying the position of the mobile refueling station to the mobile phone terminal of the vehicle owner, so that the vehicle owner can further find the mobile refueling station, and arrive at a short range and refuel when confirming the lack of fuel.
