The following description will be made in detail with specific application scenarios of the user a using the tv and the refrigerator, the user B using the mobile phone a, and the user C using the mobile phone B, for example, as shown in fig. 6.
The user A logs in the television by using an account A (namely a first communication account), the television reports the equipment serial number of the television and the account A to the server, the server sends the equipment number A to the server, and the server records online equipment of the account A: television set (device number a).
The method comprises the following steps that a user A logs in a refrigerator by using an account A (namely a first communication account), the refrigerator reports an equipment serial number of the refrigerator and the account A to a server, the server sends an equipment number B to the refrigerator, and the server records online equipment of the account A: television (equipment number a), refrigerator (equipment number B).
The user A creates a video call room and a room number A (namely, a digital identifier), and shares the room number A with an application on the mobile phone A of the user B through the television, wherein the user B logs in the application on the mobile phone A by using an account B (namely, a second communication account). Of course, the user a is not limited to share the room number a with the user B, and may share the room number a with other users, which may be determined according to actual needs.
And the user B inputs the room number A to establish a video call with the user A by using the video call function through the application of the mobile phone A. If other users receive the room number a and want to join the video call, the operation process may also be to use the video call function and input the room number a through the application on the mobile phone, so as to establish the video call with the user a and the user B, at this time, the user a may at least perform the video call with the user a through the television.
If the user a desires to switch the video call to the refrigerator, the video call transfer function of the television can be used, and at this time, the television acquires the current online device list from the server through the currently logged account a as follows: television, refrigerator. The television can filter out the television according to the equipment number of the television, and the transferable equipment list on the screen of the television displays the refrigerator.
The user A clicks the refrigerator to transfer the video call, the television sends a transfer request to the server according to the equipment number B and the room number A of the refrigerator and a click order of the user A on the refrigerator, and the server determines that the equipment to be transferred is the refrigerator after receiving the transfer request and forwards the room number A to the refrigerator.
The refrigerator starts the video call application and confirms the received room number A, so that the refrigerator automatically joins the video call room and pushes audio and video streams, and at the moment, the video call of the television, the refrigerator and the user A is established.
After the refrigerator is added into the video call room, the television can monitor the information that the refrigerator is added into the video call room through the server. The server may comprise an RTC server. The RTC server can provide real-time audio and video communication service. And after detecting that the equipment number of the equipment sending the transfer request is the equipment number of the television, the server automatically stops pushing the audio and video stream to the television and enables the television to exit the room A.
The application of the mobile phone A of the user B receives the information that the refrigerator is added into the video call room, and after the information that the television exits from the video call room is received, the server switches the picture of the original television in the mobile phone A of the user B into the picture of the refrigerator, and at the moment, the user A continues the video call with the user B through the refrigerator.
After the user a establishes a video call with the user B, even other users, or even after the video call transfer is realized, if the user a desires the user C to join the video call, the user a can share the room number a with the application on the mobile phone B of the user C through the refrigerator, wherein the user C logs in the application on the mobile phone B by using the account C (i.e., the third communication account). And the user C inputs the room number A to establish a video call with the user A and the user B by using the video call function through the application of the mobile phone B.
According to the method and the device for establishing the video call, the digital identification of the established video call between the first communication account used by the television and the second communication account used by the mobile phone can be obtained through the server, then the transfer request aiming at the video call is received, the refrigerator to be transferred is determined according to the transfer request, the digital identification is sent to the refrigerator, and the digital identification is used for indicating the video call to be transferred to the refrigerator, so that the video call is established between the first communication account used by the refrigerator and the second communication account used by the mobile phone. According to the scheme, the video call process can be quickly transferred among different devices through the digital certificate, so that the video call is kept, the video call efficiency is improved, and the requirement that a user can keep the video call in the moving process is met.
In order to better implement the above method, the present application further provides a communication transfer apparatus, which may be integrated in a computer device, such as a server or a terminal, and the terminal may include a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and/or a personal computer.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, the communication transfer apparatus may include an acquisition unit 301, a reception unit 302, a determination unit 303, and a transmission unit 304, as follows:
(1) an acquisition unit 301;
an obtaining unit 301, configured to obtain an invitation credential of an established communication connection between a first communication account used by a first device and a second communication account used by a second device.
(2) A receiving unit 302;
a receiving unit 302, configured to receive a transfer request for a communication connection.
Optionally, the receiving unit 302 may be specifically configured to obtain a device list of candidate transfer devices; sending the device list to the first device; and receiving a transfer request which is sent by the first equipment and generated by the selection operation aiming at the equipment list.
Optionally, the receiving unit 302 may be specifically configured to receive a transfer request, which is sent by the first device and generated according to a control operation of a mobile terminal carried by a user.
Further, the receiving unit 302 may be specifically configured to receive a control operation sent by a mobile terminal carried by a user; sending the control operation to the first device; a transfer request generated by the first device based on the control operation is received.
Optionally, the receiving unit 302 may be specifically configured to obtain location information of the user; and receiving a transfer request for the communication connection if the distance between the position of the user and the third equipment is less than a set threshold value.
Furthermore, the communication mode is video call; as shown in fig. 8, the communication transfer apparatus further includes a first control unit 305; when the distance between the position of the user and the camera is within the preset range, the first control unit 305 controls the camera to shoot the video of the position of the user, and the video is used as a video call.
(3) A determination unit 303;
a determining unit 303, configured to determine, according to the transfer request, a third device to be transferred.
(4) A transmission unit 304;
a sending unit 304, configured to send an invitation credential to the third device, where the invitation credential is used to instruct to transfer the communication connection to the third device, so that the first communication account used by the third device establishes a communication connection with the second communication account used by the second device.
Optionally, the sending unit 304 may be further configured to send the invitation credential to the fourth device; and if a communication confirmation response of the third communication account of the fourth device to the invitation certificate is acquired, establishing communication connection with the first communication account used by the third device, the second communication account used by the second device and the third communication account used by the fourth device.
In addition, optionally, as shown in fig. 8, the communication transfer apparatus further includes a second control unit 306, which is specifically configured to control the first device to quit the communication connection after the communication connection is established between the first communication account used by the third device and the second communication account used by the second device.
More specifically, the second control unit 306 may be configured to obtain a device number of a device that issues the transfer request; and if the equipment number of the equipment sending the transfer request is detected to be the equipment number of the first equipment, controlling the first equipment to exit the communication connection.
As can be seen from the above, the obtaining unit 301 in this embodiment of the application obtains an invitation credential of an already-established communication connection between a first communication account used by a first device and a second communication account used by a second device, then, the receiving unit 302 receives a transfer request for the communication connection, the determining unit 303 determines a third device to be transferred according to the transfer request, and the sending unit 304 sends the invitation credential to the third device, where the invitation credential is used to indicate that the communication connection is transferred to the third device, so that the first communication account used by the third device and the second communication account used by the second device establish a communication connection. The scheme can rapidly transfer the communication process among different devices through the invitation certificate and keep the communication connection, thereby improving the communication efficiency and ensuring that the user can keep the communication in the moving process.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer device, as shown in fig. 9, which shows a schematic structural diagram of the computer device according to the embodiment of the present application, specifically:
the computer device may include components such as a processor 401 of one or more processing cores, memory 402 of one or more computer-readable storage media, a power supply 403, and an input unit 404. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer device configuration illustrated in FIG. 9 does not constitute a limitation of computer devices, and may include more or fewer components than those illustrated, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the processor 401 is a control center of the computer device, connects various parts of the entire computer device using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the computer device and processes data by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 402 and calling data stored in the memory 402, thereby monitoring the computer device as a whole. Optionally, processor 401 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 401 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, computer programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 401.
The memory 402 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 401 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 402. The memory 402 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, a computer program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the computer device, and the like. Further, the memory 402 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 402 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 401 access to the memory 402.
The computer device further comprises a power supply 403 for supplying power to the various components, and preferably, the power supply 403 is logically connected to the processor 401 via a power management system, so that functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption are implemented via the power management system. The power supply 403 may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
The computer device may also include an input unit 404, where the input unit 404 may be used to receive input numeric or character information communications, and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control.
Although not shown, the computer device may further include a display unit and the like, which are not described in detail herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the processor 401 in the computer device loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more computer programs into the memory 402 according to the following instructions, and the processor 401 runs the computer program stored in the memory 402, so as to implement various functions as follows:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining an invitation certificate of communication connection established between a first communication account used by first equipment and a second communication account used by second equipment, then receiving a transfer request aiming at the communication connection, determining third equipment to be transferred according to the transfer request, and sending the invitation certificate to the third equipment, wherein the invitation certificate is used for indicating the communication connection to be transferred to the third equipment, so that the first communication account used by the third equipment and the second communication account used by the second equipment are enabled to establish the communication connection.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor, or by related hardware controlled by the computer program.
To this end, the present application provides a storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, where the computer program can be loaded by a processor to execute any one of the communication transfer methods provided in the present application.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
Wherein the storage medium may include: read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.
Since the instructions stored in the storage medium can execute the steps in any communication transfer method provided in the embodiments of the present application, beneficial effects that can be achieved by any communication transfer method provided in the embodiments of the present application can be achieved, for details, see the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again.
According to an aspect of the application, there is provided, among other things, a computer program product or computer program comprising computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions to cause the computer device to perform the method provided in the various alternative implementations provided by the embodiments described above.
The foregoing detailed description is directed to a communication transfer method, a computer device, and a storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application, and specific examples are applied in the present application to explain the principles and implementations of the present application, and the descriptions of the foregoing embodiments are only used to help understand the method and the core ideas of the present application; meanwhile, for those skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A method of communication diversion, comprising:
acquiring an invitation certificate of established communication connection between a first communication account used by first equipment and a second communication account used by second equipment;
receiving a transfer request for the communication connection;
determining a third device to be transferred according to the transfer request;
and sending the invitation voucher to a third device, wherein the invitation voucher is used for indicating that the communication connection is transferred to the third device, so that the first communication account used by the third device and the second communication account used by the second device establish communication connection.
2. The communication transfer method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending the invitation credential to a fourth device;
if a communication confirmation response of a third communication account of the fourth device to the invitation credential is obtained, establishing communication connection with the first communication account used by the third device, the second communication account used by the second device, and the third communication account used by the fourth device.
3. The communication transfer method of claim 1, wherein the receiving a transfer request for the communication connection comprises:
acquiring a device list of candidate transfer devices;
sending the device list to the first device;
receiving a transfer request generated by the first device aiming at the selection operation of the device list.
4. The communication transfer method of claim 1, wherein the receiving a transfer request for the communication connection comprises:
and receiving a transfer request which is sent by the first equipment and generated aiming at the control operation of the mobile terminal carried by the user.
5. The communication transfer method according to claim 4, wherein the receiving of the transfer request generated by the first device for the control operation of the mobile terminal carried by the user comprises:
receiving control operation sent by a mobile terminal carried by a user;
sending the control operation to the first device;
receiving a transfer request generated by the first device based on the control operation.
6. The communication transfer method of claim 1, wherein receiving a transfer request for the communication connection comprises:
acquiring position information of a user;
and if the distance between the position of the user and the third equipment is smaller than a set threshold value, receiving a transfer request aiming at the communication connection.
7. The communication transfer method according to claim 6, wherein the communication mode is a video call;
and when the distance between the position of the user and the camera is within a preset range, controlling the camera to shoot the video of the position of the user, and taking the video as the video call.
8. The communication transfer method of claim 1,
and after the communication connection is established between the first communication account used by the third device and the second communication account used by the second device, controlling the first device to quit the communication connection.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor; the memory stores a computer program, and the processor is configured to execute the computer program in the memory to perform the operations of the communication transferring method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium stores a computer program adapted to be loaded by a processor for performing the communication transfer method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
