In the embodiment of the disclosure, the intelligent terminal is an electronic device with a wireless connection function, and the intelligent terminal can be in communication connection with the household appliance device by being connected with the internet, and also can be in communication connection with the household appliance device directly in a Bluetooth mode, a wifi mode and the like. In some embodiments, the smart terminal is, for example, a mobile device, a computer, or a vehicle-mounted device built in a floating car, or any combination thereof. The mobile device may include, for example, a cell phone, a smart home device, a wearable device, a smart mobile device, a virtual reality device, or the like, or any combination thereof, wherein the wearable device includes, for example: smart watches, smart bracelets, pedometers, and the like.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an information processing system, which may include a server, a controller and at least one client. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an information handling system provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the server may be deployed in the cloud server 11, the control end may be deployed in the target appliance 12, and at least one client may be respectively deployed in the intelligent terminal 13 configured with the NFC function associated with the user, and the three cooperate with each other.
In an actual application process, when the intelligent terminal 13 obtains a first association relationship between a plurality of target control instructions associated with the target household appliance 12 and a target instruction execution sequence, and target identification information of the target household appliance 12, a client associated with the intelligent terminal 13 submits the information to a server associated with the cloud server 11.
Correspondingly, the server may store the target identification information in the NFC tag 14, so that the user brings the intelligent terminal 11 close to the NFC tag 14, and when the client senses that the NFC tag 14 reads the target identification information stored in the NFC tag, the server may invoke a second association relationship between the accumulated read times and a target instruction execution sequence according to the current accumulated read times of the client to determine the current instruction execution sequence, and determine the current control instruction by invoking the first association relationship, so as to subsequently send the current control instruction to a control end associated with the target household appliance 12, so that the control end completes control of the target household appliance 12. Specific implementations are described below.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an information processing method applicable to a client, where the information processing method may include:
and S21, the client acquires a first incidence relation between a plurality of target control instructions associated with the target household appliance and the target instruction execution sequence, and target identification information of the target household appliance, and submits the first incidence relation and the target identification information to the server.
Here, the embodiments of the present disclosure may provide various implementation manners to obtain a first association relationship between a plurality of target control instructions associated with a target appliance and a target instruction execution order, and target identification information of the target appliance, which are described below by way of example.
In one mode, if the client associated with the intelligent terminal can provide a home appliance information display interface, the user can directly use the information input module configured by the intelligent terminal to enable the client to obtain the first association relation and the target identification information in an information input mode.
Specifically, the information entry module may be embodied as a keyboard, and a user may manually input a plurality of target control instructions and target instruction execution sequences associated with the target household appliance and target identification information of the target household appliance through the keyboard, so as to be acquired by the client and generate a first association relationship between the plurality of target control instructions and the target instruction execution sequences. Here, the keyboard may be an external physical keyboard associated with the home appliance information display interface, such as a keyboard on a remote control device; or, the display device may be a virtual keyboard associated with the home appliance information display interface, such as a touch screen for displaying the home appliance information display interface. In this regard, the embodiments of the present disclosure may not be particularly limited.
Or, the information input module may be embodied as a voice acquisition module, and the user may input a plurality of target control instructions and a target instruction execution sequence associated with the target household appliance and target identification information of the target household appliance in a voice manner, and perform voice recognition by the client to obtain the first association relationship and the target identification information.
Therefore, the client can conveniently and quickly obtain the first association relation and the target identification information.
In another way, in order to simplify the user operation, the embodiment of the present disclosure may further provide a method for obtaining a first association relationship, where a client may automatically determine a target instruction execution sequence of a plurality of target control instructions under the condition of obtaining a plurality of target control instructions input by the user, and further obtain the first association relationship between the plurality of target control instructions and the target instruction execution sequence, which is beneficial to reducing the operation complexity of the user, so as to improve the user experience and the service efficiency of the system.
Specifically, if the client stores a set instruction execution sequence of set control instructions associated with the target household appliance, a plurality of target control instructions may be obtained, and the first association relationship is determined according to the precedence relationship of the set instruction execution sequence under the condition that all the plurality of target control instructions are the set control instructions. Thus, the first incidence relation can be accurately and directly obtained.
In the practical application process, if the target household appliance is an air conditioner, the sequence of the execution sequence of the setting instruction of the setting control instruction may be: a starting control instruction, a refrigeration mode control instruction, a control instruction for adjusting the temperature to 24 ℃ and a control instruction for stopping the refrigerator when the temperature is reached. In response, a first relationship between the target control instruction and the execution order of the target instructions may be as shown in table 2-1 below.
Target control instruction Target instruction execution order
Starting-up control instruction The first step is to execute the instruction
Refrigeration mode control command The second step executes the instruction
Control command for regulating temperature to 24 DEG C The third step is to execute the instruction
Shutdown control command to reach temperature The fourth step is to execute the instruction
TABLE 2-1
Further, the first association relationship may also be obtained by: under the condition that a client obtains a plurality of target control instructions, determining the control priority of the plurality of target control instructions; the client determines a target instruction execution sequence corresponding to the control priority, and determines a first association relation according to the target control instructions and the target instruction execution sequence. Therefore, the execution sequence of the target instructions can be determined according to the priority degree of the target control instructions, and the intelligent degree of the client is improved.
Here, the determining, by the client, the control priority of the plurality of target control instructions may include: under the condition that the target control instructions are used for adjusting different current environment parameters, the client side obtains the target environment parameters corresponding to the target control instructions; the client determines the adjustment priority of each current environment parameter according to the magnitude relation of the absolute value of the difference between each target environment parameter and the corresponding current environment parameter; and the client determines the control priorities of the corresponding target control instructions according to the adjustment priorities.
The larger the absolute value of the difference between the target environment parameter and the current environment parameter is, the more the current environment parameter needs to be adjusted, the higher the adjustment priority is, and the higher the control priority of the corresponding target control instruction is; the smaller the absolute value of the difference between the target control parameter and the current environmental parameter is, the lower the adjustment priority of the current environmental parameter is, and the lower the control priority of the corresponding target control instruction is. Therefore, the control priority is further determined according to the adjustment requirement of the current environment parameters, and the intelligent degree of the client can be improved.
In the practical application process, if the target household appliance is an air conditioner, the current environmental parameters are respectively as follows: the current temperature is 28 ℃, the current humidity is 40 percent, and the current fresh air volume is 10m3(h), the target control instructions each have corresponding target environment parameters as: target temperature 24 ℃, target humidity 55%, and target fresh air volume 20 cubic meter/(hour), the magnitude relationship of the absolute value of the difference between the target control parameter and the current environmental parameter is: the absolute value of the fresh air quantity difference value is larger than the absolute value of the humidity difference value and larger than the absolute value of the temperature difference value. Correspondingly, the adjustment priority of the current environment parameter is from high to low: current fresh air volume, current humidity and current temperature; the control priorities of the plurality of target control instructions are from high to low: the system comprises a target control instruction for adjusting the current fresh air volume, a target control instruction for adjusting the current humidity and a target control instruction for adjusting the current temperature.
S22, the client reads the NFC label stored with the target identification information, so that the server side can obtain a second association relation between the accumulated reading times and the target instruction execution sequence, the current instruction execution sequence is determined from the second association relation according to the current accumulated reading times of the client side, the current control instruction is determined from the first association relation according to the current instruction execution sequence, and the current control instruction is sent to the control side associated with the target household appliance to be used for the control side to control the target household appliance to execute the current control instruction.
The client reads the NFC tag stored with the target identification information, which may mean that when a distance between the NFC tag and the intelligent terminal associated with the client is less than or equal to 10 centimeters, the client may sense the NFC tag to read the target identification information stored therein.
To sum up, with the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the client only needs to submit the first association relationship between the target control instructions associated with the target appliance and the target instruction execution sequence and the target identification information of the target appliance to the client, and reads the target identification information stored by the NFC tag when the target identification information is close to the NFC tag, and the server can call the required association relationship according to the current accumulated reading times of the client to determine the current control instruction, and at the same time, the control end can control the target appliance to execute the current control instruction. Therefore, the control logic that one NFC label corresponds to a plurality of control instructions can be realized, so that the NFC technology is optimally utilized to control the household appliance, and the intelligent degree of the household appliance is improved. In addition, a user can realize the switching of a plurality of control instructions by only using one NFC label, so that the user cost is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. With reference to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an information processing method applicable to a server, where the information processing method may include:
and S31, the server side obtains a first incidence relation between a plurality of target control instructions associated with the target household appliance submitted by the client side and the target instruction execution sequence, and target identification information of the target household appliance, and stores the target identification information in the NFC label.
And S32, the server side obtains a second incidence relation between the accumulated reading times and the target instruction execution sequence under the condition that the client side determines to read the target identification information stored in the NFC label.
Here, if the target home appliance is an air conditioner, the target instruction execution sequence is: the second correlation between the accumulated read times and the execution sequence of the target instructions may be as shown in table 3-1 below, if the first step executes the start-up control instruction, the second step executes the cooling mode control instruction, the third step executes the control instruction for adjusting the temperature to 24 ℃, and the fourth step executes the temperature-reaching shutdown control instruction.
Figure BDA0003131636880000081
TABLE 3-1
And S33, the server determines the current instruction execution sequence from the second incidence relation according to the current accumulated reading times of the client, and determines the current control instruction from the first incidence relation according to the current instruction execution sequence.
Here, the current accumulated number of readings may be obtained as follows: the server side obtains the accumulated induction times of the client side for inducing the NFC label; under the condition that the accumulated induction times are less than or equal to the instruction quantity of the target control instructions, the server determines the accumulated induction times as the current accumulated reading times; and under the condition that the accumulated induction times are larger than the instruction number, the server side determines the current accumulated reading times as 1. Therefore, the current control instruction can be determined from the target control instructions subsequently, and the control instructions can be switched sequentially, so that the control logic of the household appliance controlled by the NFC technology is optimized and utilized, and the intelligent degree of the household appliance is improved.
And S34, the server side sends the current control instruction to the control side associated with the target household appliance, so that the control side controls the target household appliance to execute the current control instruction.
In summary, according to the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, through cooperation of the server, the client and the control end, when the client induces the NFC tag through the NFC technology, the server may determine the control instruction to be executed from the plurality of control instructions according to the accumulated number of times of reading of the client, and the control end may control the target household appliance to execute the control instruction. Compared with the prior art, the control method and the control device have the advantages that one NFC label can correspond to a plurality of control instructions, so that the control logic for controlling the household appliance by utilizing the NFC technology is optimized, and the intelligent degree of the household appliance is improved. In addition, a user can realize the switching of a plurality of control instructions only by using one NFC label, so that the user cost is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the disclosure. With reference to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an information processing method applicable to a server, where the information processing method may include:
and S31, the server side obtains a first incidence relation between a plurality of target control instructions associated with the target household appliance submitted by the client side and the target instruction execution sequence, and target identification information of the target household appliance, and stores the target identification information in the NFC label.
And S32, the server side obtains a second incidence relation between the accumulated reading times and the target instruction execution sequence under the condition that the client side determines to read the target identification information stored in the NFC label.
And S33, the server determines the current instruction execution sequence from the second incidence relation according to the current accumulated reading times of the client, and determines the current control instruction from the first incidence relation according to the current instruction execution sequence.
And S34, the server side sends the current control instruction to the control side associated with the target household appliance, so that the control side controls the target household appliance to execute the current control instruction.
And S41, the server side obtains a plurality of historical association relations between a plurality of historical control instructions and a plurality of historical execution sequences associated with the target household appliance within a preset acquisition duration.
Here, the preset acquisition duration may be embodied as 15 to 180 days.
And S42, under the condition that the plurality of historical association relations are the same, the server side pushes the historical association relations to the client side.
Here, the plurality of historical association relations are the same, and it can be reflected that a user does not adjust the control instruction and the instruction execution sequence associated with the target household appliance within a preset acquisition duration. Based on this, it can be considered that the user prefers the historical association relationship.
In addition, the user can realize the switching of a plurality of control instructions by only using one NFC label, so that the user cost is reduced. Meanwhile, the historical association relation is pushed to the user, so that the operation complexity of reconfiguring the first association relation by the user every time can be reduced, and the use experience of the user is further improved.

and S41, the server side obtains a plurality of historical association relations between a plurality of historical control instructions and a plurality of historical execution sequences associated with the target household appliance within a preset acquisition duration.
And S42, under the condition that the plurality of historical association relations are the same, the server side pushes the historical association relations to the client side.
And S31, the server side obtains a first incidence relation between a plurality of target control instructions associated with the target household appliance submitted by the client side and the target instruction execution sequence, and target identification information of the target household appliance, and stores the target identification information in the NFC label.
Here, the first association relationship may be an association relationship between a plurality of target control commands associated with the target appliance reconfigured by the client and a target command execution order. Or, if the server obtains the historical association relationship confirmation request submitted by the client, the historical association relationship may be directly determined as the first association relationship.
