Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
In the process of image-text consultation between a doctor and a client, family member information, life style information, family member disease information, genetic medical history information and the like of the client need to be tracked, and meanwhile, communication confirmation with a patient in an agent inquiry mode is needed.
The doctor leaves the current communication interface and searches for the family members involved in the client to initiate the inquiry operation, which wastes a long time. And when consulting the relevant family personnel of this customer, a lot of information has been known before, but with huge customer quantity and communication information, the doctor can not distinguish which information of the family member who visits back is already known, which information is not known, and can only know from the beginning again. Not only reduces the working efficiency of doctors, but also queries the same problem for many times and seriously influences the satisfaction degree of customers
In conclusion, the efficiency of acquiring the diagnosis and treatment information by the doctor is low.
In order to improve the efficiency of acquiring the diagnosis and treatment information, the following technical scheme in the embodiment of the invention can be adopted.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a main flow of a method for acquiring medical information according to an embodiment of the present invention, and simultaneously displays communication records between a doctor and a user and related health profiles of family members of the user. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s101, the server side responds to a consultation request of the client side and searches health keywords in communication records of a communication group between the client side and the doctor side.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to obtain the clinical information, a doctor may adopt the system for obtaining the clinical information in fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an interactive schematic view of a system for acquiring medical information according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 includes a server, a client and a doctor.
The client is used for receiving the instruction of the client, wherein the instruction can be a text instruction or a voice instruction. As an example, the client is located on a smart device, such as: the intelligent bracelet is located mobile terminal, if: a mobile phone, a tablet phone, or in a computer. That is, a client may log into the client through a variety of devices, including but not limited to: intelligent device, mobile terminal and computer.
And the server is used for receiving and sending messages of the client and the doctor. The server is located in one or more of a server, an intelligent device, a mobile terminal and a computer.
The doctor end is used for receiving instructions of the doctor, and the instructions can be text instructions or voice instructions similar to the client end. As an example, the doctor end is located on an intelligent device, such as: the intelligent bracelet is located mobile terminal, if: a mobile phone, a tablet phone, or in a computer. That is, the doctor can log into the doctor's end through a variety of devices including, but not limited to: intelligent device, mobile terminal and computer.
In the embodiment of the invention, the client sends a consultation request through the client to trigger a doctor to acquire diagnosis and treatment information. Specifically, the client sends a consultation request through the client, and the server responds to the consultation request of the client. As an example, the consultation request includes client identity information, basic physical health information, and current medical condition information.
Generally speaking, the client communicates with the doctor end through an online communication or an offline communication. The communication record can be formed by recording the communication content through words and/or voice in a offline communication mode. The on-line communication mode generally adopts a mode of establishing a communication group between the client and the doctor. In the communication group, the client or the doctor can interact with each other through characters and/or voice, and in the interaction process, the communication content is recorded to form a communication record.
The communication records of the communication group between the client and the doctor include the current physical state and mental state of the client, the inquiry condition of the doctor and the like. In order to assist a doctor to obtain diagnosis and treatment information in time, after the server receives a consultation request of the client, the server searches health keywords in communication records of a communication group between the client and the doctor. Thus, the communication records related to the health keywords can be obtained.
The health keywords are preset words. As one example, the health keywords include one or more words in a disease name, disease symptoms, disease drug name.
S102, when the health keywords related to the family members are searched, the server side obtains the basic information and the health files of the family members bound by the client in the database.
And searching health keywords related to family members in communication records of the client and doctor communication group. As one example, the health keywords associated with family members include one or more of diet keywords, sports keywords, and genetic disease keywords.
When the health keywords related to the family members are searched, it can be known that the current condition of the client is probably highly related to the family members. The doctor then needs a health profile relating to the family members of the client during the medical procedure. And then, the server side acquires the basic information and the health file of the family member bound by the client in the database.
The database stores the relationship between the client and the family members, and the basic information and health records of the family members. In other words, the database stores the basic information and health profile of the users, and the relatives between the users. Therefore, when the related information of the family members of the client needs to be acquired, the related information can be acquired from the database in time.
In one embodiment of the invention, the basic information of the family members includes identity information. The health profile includes communication records that match health keywords associated with the family member, and/or medical records that match health keywords associated with the family member.
As an example, a communication record matching a health keyword associated with a family member is: a communication record associated with the family member including the health keyword. As one example, the health keywords include: leukemia, family members of customer A1 specifically included family member A2 and family member A3. The communication records of "leukemia" related to family member a2 and family member A3, including communication record a1 and communication record a 2.
In one embodiment of the invention, the communication records matching the health keywords associated with the family members include: the communication records between the doctor and the family members, and/or the communication records between the family members.
From the perspective of the communication record, the communication record matched with the health keywords related to the family members comprises two parts, namely the communication record of the doctor and the family members and the communication record between the family members.
This allows for the family members themselves to have a communication scenario with the doctor, and the health keywords may be involved in the communication records with the doctor. And taking the communication record as a communication record matched with the health key words. In addition to communicating with doctors, family members also communicate between family members, where health keywords are involved. The communication records can be used as the communication records matched with the health keywords.
Thus, the communication records matched with the health keywords relevant to the family members are obtained from the communication records between the doctor and the family members and the communication records between the family members. Thereby more effective information can be more comprehensively obtained for reference of doctors.
S103, the server side generates and pushes related health files to the doctor side according to the basic information and the health files of the family members.
After the server acquires the basic information and the health files of the family members, the server generates related health files on the basis of the basic information and the health files of the family members in order to facilitate a doctor end to timely and accurately know the physical conditions of the family members of the client. The related health files are sent to the doctor end.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of generating and pushing a related health profile according to an embodiment of the present invention, which specifically includes the following steps:
s301, the server side generates disease data of the family members according to the basic information of the family members and the health files related to the health keywords.
For different classes of family members, disease data is generated for the family members. As an example, for family member a1, health keyword: health profile of leukemia. Disease data includes name, gender, age, blood type, blood test routine, and trauma recovery communication records, among others.
The client includes a plurality of family members, each having a corresponding disease data generated for each family member.
S302, generating and pushing related health files to a doctor end according to the relationship between the client and the family members and the disease data of the family members.
Family members of the customer include family members having a kindred relationship with the customer and family members not having a kindred relationship with the customer. The relationship between family members and clients has different reference values for doctors.
Therefore, there is a need to generate relevant health profiles according to the relationship of the customer to the family members, as well as the disease data of the family members. The reference value of the blood relationship is different for different diseases.
As an example, disease 1 is common in male patients. Then, a family member having a male relationship with the client, and disease data of the family member, need to be heavily labeled in the relevant health profile. Such as: the method takes a client as a center, connects a plurality of family members according to the relationship of male blood relationship, and simultaneously marks disease data.
In the embodiment of fig. 3, the related health profile includes not only the disease data of the family members, but also, more importantly, the relationship between the client and the family members. This is because some diseases are often related to blood-related relationships. The blood relationship in the related health record is more referential to the diagnosis of the doctor.
Under the condition of generating and pushing the related health file to the doctor end, family members can be added to a communication group of the client end and the doctor end.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a process of adding a family member to a group of a client communicating with a doctor according to an embodiment of the present invention, which specifically includes the following steps:
s401, the server detects the family members according to the basic information and the health keywords of the bound family members of the client.
In the embodiment of the invention, the family members can be classified into multiple categories according to multiple classification modes. As one example, classification is by whether or not there is a relationship of blood relationship with the customer. As another example, classification by gender.
Family members and health keywords are detected for different kinds of family members. As an example, for family member a1, health keyword: father suffers from hypertension; the disease data includes family relationship, name, gender, age, blood pressure, dietary habits, and exercise communication records, etc.
The client includes a plurality of family members and the family members are tested to determine if further communication with the family members is required. As one example, family members of a customer include family members with a kindred relationship with the customer and family members with no kindred relationship with the customer. The relationship between family members and clients has different reference values for doctors.
S402, the server side sends a prompt for the family members to enter the group according to the detection result.
The detection result comprises the relationship between the client and the family members and the disease data of the family members. And the server determines to send a prompt for the family members to enter the group according to the detection result.
As an example, disease 1 is common in male patients. Then, in communication with the client, it is necessary to analyze the disease data of the male family member and the male family member having a blood relationship with the client with emphasis. Such as: the method comprises the steps of connecting a plurality of family members according to male blood relationship by taking a client as a center, and sending a group entering prompt of the family members according to disease data. Such as: and sending a prompt of the family members entering the group in a popup mode.
In the embodiment of fig. 4, to facilitate the doctor to obtain more effective information, a prompt to enter the group is sent to family members with a higher association with the client's disease.
S104, the doctor end displays and updates the communication record and simultaneously displays the related health file.
In the actual application process, the communication between the client and the doctor end forms a communication record. Illustratively, the communication record includes not only text, but also various contents such as pictures or videos. Certainly, the communication content displayed at the doctor end is updated. Namely, the communication record is displayed and updated at the doctor end.
Meanwhile, the doctor end can display related health files. It should be noted that the generation of the related health profile is performed during the communication between the doctor and the client. The generation of the related health files does not affect the communication between the doctor end and the client end.
After the relevant health record is generated, the health record is displayed at the doctor end. Then, the communication record and the related health profile can be displayed at the doctor end at the same time. On one hand, the related health files comprise the health information of family members of the client, and doctors do not need to repeatedly communicate related contents; on the other hand, the doctor end communicates with the client end directly according to the content in the relevant health record in the communication with the client end.
It should be noted that, when the client displays the communication record, the related health record can also be displayed, so that the client can know the health of the family members in time.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when there are fewer related health profiles, all related health profiles may be displayed in the current communication record between the doctor and the client. Therefore, the doctor end displays all the related health files while displaying the current communication record.
In addition, when the related health files are more, it is difficult to display all the health files, and a part of the related health files can be displayed. As an example, the partial relevant health profiles are displayed in order of relevance from high to low. Where relevance is determined by how far the customer is from the family members. Such as: the relevance of the direct family member is higher than that of the non-direct family member; the relevance of family members with kindred relationships is higher than that of family members without kindred relationships.
In one embodiment of the present invention, all of the related health profiles are displayed in a pop-up manner, or a portion of the related health profiles are displayed. Therefore, the doctor end displays the related health file by adjusting the position of the pop-up window.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating displaying all related health files in a pop-up window manner according to an embodiment of the invention.
In FIG. 5, the right side of the communication record is the related health profile. Wherein the customer's family members include only family member A2, and thus all relevant health profiles are family member A2's relevant health profile A2. Because the related health files are displayed in a popup mode, the popup can be adjusted at any time.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of displaying a part of related health files in a pop-up window manner according to an embodiment of the invention.
In FIG. 6, the right side of the communication record is the related health profile. Among them, the family members of the client include family members a2, A3, and a 4. Thus, the relevant health profile in FIG. 6 is a partial relevant health profile. The remaining related health profiles may be displayed by dragging, etc. Because the related health files are displayed in a popup mode, the popup can be adjusted at any time.
In one embodiment of the present invention, after the doctor end displays the relevant health profile, the doctor end needs to further know other health information of the family members of the client, and the family members need to be added to the communication group.
In order to facilitate adding the family members to the communication group, the doctor end can directly send a member adding request to the server end. Wherein the add member request includes the identification of the family member. It should be noted that the identification of the family member is directly obtained from the related health profile.
As an example, an option to add a member request is included in each family member of the related health profile, and by clicking on this option, the identity of the family member can be directly obtained to send the add member request. Without looking up the identity of the family member.
And responding to the member adding request of the doctor end, and adding the family member to the communication group of the client end and the doctor end by the server end. Therefore, in the communication group, the family members are added on the basis of the client and the doctor. The communication content between the doctor and the family members is shared at the client, so that the efficiency of acquiring diagnosis and treatment information is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the purpose of acquiring the diagnosis and treatment information by the doctor end is: accurately diagnosing the diseases of the client. After the doctor determines the diagnosis result, the doctor may send the diagnosis result determined by the doctor to the client and/or the family member of the client in order to notify the client and the family member of the client in time.
In the embodiment, in the process of communication between the client and the doctor, the client is intelligently assisted to find family members, and the family members are added into the communication group. And forming a communication record by analyzing the communication record
Disease history, exposure history, genetic history, etc. to assist the doctor in obtaining the diagnosis and treatment information. The operation flow of searching the family members of the client by the doctor is reduced, repeated inquiry to the family members is avoided, the working efficiency of the doctor is improved, and the satisfaction degree of the client is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the communication records in the communication group may be stored in the data storage layer. The API interface layer provides an interface for the communication process, and analysis and calculation of communication records are completed through a reasonable and efficient data distribution algorithm and a data analysis processing algorithm.
After a doctor end enters a page related to a communication group, a WEBSOCKET client is initialized and established through JS, and communication records are stored after connection is established. And the doctor end sends the communication record to the server end through an HTTP request in the communication with the client end so as to asynchronously store the communication record and perform data distribution calculation and processing. Then, the calculation result is sent to the client webscocket, so as to add the family members to the communication group.
Therefore, the stored communication record is separated from the response to the front-end page through a multithreading processing mode, and the communication group efficiency is ensured; by utilizing a WEBSOCKET technology, the real-time connection of a doctor at a PC end and an APP end is realized, and the data of a client side is pushed in real time.
In the embodiment, the server side responds to the consultation request of the client side and retrieves the health keywords from the communication records of the communication group between the client side and the doctor side; when the health keywords related to family members are detected, the server side obtains basic information and health files of the family members bound by the client in a database; the server side generates and pushes related health files to the doctor side according to the basic information and the health files of the family members; and the doctor end displays and updates the communication record, displays the related health file, judges whether related family members are added to a communication group between the client end and the doctor end, and prompts the family members to enter a popup window. The doctor end not only displays the communication record of the client end and the doctor end, but also displays the related health file of the family members of the client, and provides a quick entrance of the family members newly added to the communication group of the client end and the doctor end, so that the efficiency of acquiring diagnosis and treatment information can be improved.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a main structure of a system for acquiring medical information according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the system for acquiring medical information may implement a method for acquiring medical information, and as shown in fig. 7, the system for acquiring medical information specifically includes: a server 701, a client 702, and a doctor 703.
