Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A readable storage medium may also be any readable medium that is not a readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a readable storage medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device and partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of a remote computing device, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., through the internet using an internet service provider).
In summary, the present invention is directed to a method, a system, a device, and a storage medium for mapping medical information with a database, which can modify the medical information in a structured manner, and automatically implement unified update of medical information names with all parameters modified, thereby simplifying the steps of data synchronization and improving the efficiency of updating structured document data.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention in connection with specific preferred embodiments and it is not intended that the invention be limited to these specific details. For those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions or substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and all shall be considered as belonging to the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method of mapping medical information to a database, comprising the steps of:
s110, presetting a medical information mapping table, wherein a plurality of medical information names are prestored in the medical information mapping table, and each medical information name corresponds to at least one medical information parameter and an update path set based on a plurality of documents;
s120, identifying the currently input current clause in the document, judging whether the name of the medical information preset in the medical information mapping table is hit, if so, executing the step S130, otherwise, returning to the step S120;
s130, automatically filling medical information parameters corresponding to the medical information names in the documents after the medical information names are filled, generating an updating path at least based on the document names and the positions of the medical information parameters in the documents, and storing the updating path into an updating path set corresponding to the medical information names;
s140, judging whether the medical information parameters are modified after filling, if so, executing a step S160, otherwise, returning to the step S120;
s160, updating the modified medical information parameter to a medical information parameter corresponding to the medical information name in the medical information mapping table; and
s170, updating the medical information parameters corresponding to the medical information names in all the documents based on the modified medical information parameters and the updated path set.
2. The method for mapping medical information to a database according to claim 1, wherein in the step S110, in the medical information mapping table, the medical information name, at least one alternative name, medical information parameters, and an updated path set based on a plurality of documents establish a mapping relationship;
in the step S120, the current clause currently input in the document is identified, and whether the name of the medical information preset in the medical information mapping table or the alternative name having a mapping relationship with the medical information name is hit is determined, if yes, the step S130 is executed, and if not, the step S120 is returned to.
3. The method for mapping medical information to database according to claim 1, wherein in the step S110, in the medical information mapping table, the medical information name, the modification authority, the medical information parameter and the updated path set based on a plurality of documents establish a mapping relationship;
after step S140 and before step S160, the method further includes:
step S150, determining whether the authority of the user account performing the modification operation satisfies the modification authority corresponding to the medical information name, if so, executing step S160, otherwise, returning to step S120.
4. The method for mapping medical information to a database according to claim 3, wherein the step S140 comprises:
s141, judging whether the medical information parameters are modified after filling, if so, executing a step S142, and if not, returning to the step S120;
s142, generating a confirmation box based on the position of the medical information parameter in the document, wherein the confirmation box comprises the data before the medical information parameter is modified and the data after the medical information parameter is modified, and the data is used for clicking confirmation of the user account;
and S143, judging whether the user account is confirmed within the preset time, if so, executing the step S160, otherwise, returning to the step S120.
5. The method for mapping medical information to a database as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step S170 comprises:
s171, judging whether each document in the updating path set is online, if so, executing a step S172, and if not, executing a step S173;
s172, updating medical information parameters corresponding to the medical information names in all the documents on line, and ending;
s173, respectively generating an updating task for each offline document, and adding the updating task into the updating task queue, wherein the updating task comprises medical information parameters needing to be updated and related updating paths;
and S174, when the fact that the corresponding document in the update task queue is online is detected, triggering the update task, updating the medical information parameter corresponding to the medical information name in the document, and ending.
6. The method of medical information to database mapping according to claim 1, wherein each pair of the medical information name and medical information parameter in the document forms an XML component.
7. The method of medical information to database mapping according to claim 6, wherein the medical information parameters in the medical information mapping table are SQL object types corresponding to the medical information parameters in the XML component in the document.
8. A system for medical information and database mapping, for implementing the method of medical information and database mapping of claim 1, comprising:
the information mapping module is used for presetting a medical information mapping table, wherein a plurality of medical information names are prestored in the medical information mapping table, and each medical information name corresponds to at least one medical information parameter and an updating path set based on a plurality of documents;
the document identification module is used for identifying the current clause currently input in the document and judging whether the name of the medical information preset in the medical information mapping table is hit or not, if yes, the information filling module is executed, and if not, the information is returned to the document identification module;
the information filling module is used for automatically filling medical information parameters corresponding to the medical information names in the documents after the medical information names are filled in the documents, generating an updating path at least based on the document names and the positions of the medical information parameters in the documents, and storing the updating path into an updating path set corresponding to the medical information names;
the modification judgment module is used for judging whether the medical information parameters are modified after filling, if so, the mapping updating module is executed, and if not, the mapping updating module returns to the document identification module;
the mapping updating module is used for updating the medical information parameters corresponding to the medical information names in the medical information mapping table according to the modified medical information parameters; and
and the parameter updating module is used for updating the medical information parameters corresponding to the medical information names in all the documents based on the modified medical information parameters and the updated path set.
9. An apparatus for mapping medical information to a database, comprising:
a processor;
a memory having stored therein executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the steps of the method of medical information to database mapping of any of claims 1 to 7 via execution of the executable instructions.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method of mapping medical information to a database of any one of claims 1 to 7.
