a water guide cavity (405) is formed in the inner side of the middle of the lamp post (4), and the lower port of the water guide pipe (401) penetrates through the lamp post (4) and extends to the upper end of the water guide cavity (405); the water-filled annular chair (5) comprises a peripheral water storage body (501) and a central water storage body (502), and the center of the inner side of the central water storage body (502) is communicated with the water guide cavity (405);
the peripheral water storage body (501) is communicated with the central water storage body (502), and the peripheral water storage body (501) and the central water storage body (502) are made of rubber materials; the center of the central water storage body (502) is fixedly connected with the outer side of the lamp post (4), and the outer side center of the peripheral water storage body (501) is fixedly connected with a peripheral plywood (503).
