The motor 117 drives the connecting shaft 122 to rotate, the connecting shaft 122 drives the cylindrical cam 124 to rotate, the cylindrical cam 124 is provided with a sliding groove, the sliding sleeve 119 is sleeved with the cylindrical cam, the sliding sleeve 119 is provided with a sliding block, the sliding block can slide on the sliding groove, one end of the sliding sleeve 119 is provided with a sliding shaft 120, the sliding shaft 120 is connected with the ejector rod 121 through a second fixed block 125, the sliding shaft 120 can slide in the second fixed block 125 so as to drive the ejector rod 121 to do reciprocating motion back and forth, when the ejector rod 121 moves forwards, the sliding shaft impacts on the small baffle plate 107 in the helmet shell, so that the knocking and vibrating effects are effectively transmitted to a person with the helmet, the vibrating reminding effect is achieved, the small baffle plate 107 can be integrally formed with the helmet shell 101 of the safety helmet, the stability of the baffle plate is improved, and the design of the vibrating device is superior to a rotor motor and a linear motor in the vibrating device in the prior art in vibrating effect and resisting the external source vibration interference, the reminding function of the vibrating device of the safety helmet is more effective and reliable.
It should be noted that, the present invention omits the description of the specific structures of the power supply, the control module and each monitoring device, and the arrangement of the above components and devices all belong to the conventional technical means in the weak-current products in the prior art, so that the detailed description is omitted in the present invention.
The invention also provides an application method of the construction supervision intelligent management system, which comprises the following steps:
s1: under the cooperative work of the control background, the server and the control cabinet, the recognition device starts an image recognition function to send the collected image to the control background, the safety helmet sends GPS data and locking 112 switch state data of the helmet belt to the control background through the control module, and the control background converts the received image into a digital signal and compares the digital signal with standard data of a database for inspection;
s2, when the abnormity is found, the control background sends the prompt that the identification is not passed to the identification device 2 and executes S1 again; when no abnormity is detected, the control background sends an identification passing prompt to the identification device 2, and the subsequent steps are completed;
it should be noted that the abnormality in this step includes: the face information is not recorded in the database, the identification plate 105 on the safety helmet is not data in the database, the face information does not correspond to the identification plate 105 on the safety helmet, the buckle 112 of the helmet belt is in an open state, the abnormal information is met, the authentication cannot be passed, and personnel cannot enter a construction site;
s3, the monitoring equipment continuously works, circularly collects images, controls the background to continuously receive the GPS data and the state data of the cap buckle lock switch of the safety cap through the control module, repeatedly compares the received data with the database file, and executes S4 if the received data is abnormal;
it should be noted that, the monitoring camera monitors the construction area in real time, sends the collected picture information of the identification plate 105 on the safety helmet to the control background, and the control background performs comparison and inspection according to the standard data of the database, if the comparison and inspection fails, it is determined that the person enters a non-permission area, and if the control background receives that the lock 112 of the hat band is in an open state, it is determined that the person is not in a standard state for wearing the safety helmet;
s4, controlling the background to send out an illegal warning signal to the safety helmet, reminding personnel to go to the recognition device to perform recognition and authentication again, and executing the steps S1-S2 until the warning signal is removed after the recognition and authentication is passed;
the step is to send different reminding information to the person according to the abnormal type of the step S3, if the abnormal information indicates that the person enters the non-permission area, the reminding information leaving the non-permission area is sent to the safety helmet, if the abnormal information indicates that the safety helmet worn by the person is not normal, the reminding information indicating that the safety helmet is not normal is sent to the safety helmet, and the safety helmet receives the information and reminds the person through a voice communication device;
and S5, when a dangerous condition occurs on the construction site, the emergency processing unit works to control the background to send a dangerous signal to the safety helmet, and the safety helmet reminds people to avoid danger quickly by starting the voice communication device and the vibration device.

Claims (9)
1. An intelligent management system for construction supervision is characterized by comprising a control background, a safety management module, a project management module, a data management module and a statistical analysis module;
the control background comprises a server and a control cabinet, the server is used for data operation, analysis and data storage of each module, a service processing flow and processing logic are prestored in the server, and the control cabinet is connected with the server and receives instructions of the server;
the project management module comprises a construction management unit, an equipment management unit and a delivery acceptance unit; the construction management unit is used for construction project progress modeling, construction project planning and organization and construction progress management, the equipment management unit is used for managing the input and operation of equipment, recording scheduling use conditions and monitoring operation states, and the delivery acceptance unit is used for collecting project delivery acceptance information, quality inspection records and acceptance results and storing data information in a database of the server;
the data management module comprises a personnel information unit, a project information unit and an equipment information unit;
the personnel information unit is used for managing personnel basic information, authority for entering and exiting a project site and post responsibility information, and recording personnel working content and a construction site walking track;
the project information unit is used for collecting project working procedure, task plan, construction progress and quality safety information, recording specific information of the project, converting the specific information into data information through a computer, storing the data information into a server database, and quickly arranging and classifying the data information by the server according to a service processing flow and processing logic prestored in the database;
the equipment information unit is used for collecting the mechanical equipment information used in the engineering, wherein the mechanical equipment information comprises the input quantity of equipment, the capacity condition of the mechanical equipment, the service cycle of the mechanical equipment and the mechanical damage condition;
the statistical analysis module is used for collecting the supervision logs, the supervision reports, the work summary and the quality evaluation report information, converting the specific information of the project into data information through a computer after recording the specific information, storing the data information in a server database, and analyzing and prejudging the data by the server and automatically generating daily and weekly reports.
2. The intelligent management system for construction supervision according to claim 1, wherein the safety management module comprises an emergency processing unit, a real-time supervision unit and a quality safety unit.
3. The intelligent management system for construction supervision according to claim 2, wherein the real-time supervision unit comprises a personnel monitoring unit and an equipment monitoring unit.
4. The intelligent management system for construction supervision according to claim 3, wherein the personnel monitoring unit comprises a safety helmet, an identification device and a video monitoring device.
5. The intelligent management system for construction supervision according to claim 4, wherein the identification device comprises a base and an adjusting column, the adjusting column is provided with a mounting plate and a protective cover, and the mounting plate is provided with a display screen, a first camera and a second camera.

The intelligent construction supervision management system according to claim 5, wherein the safety helmet comprises a helmet shell, a chin strap, a visor and a brim, the front, back, left, right sides and top of the helmet shell are provided with identification plates, a camera is arranged in front of the helmet shell, a control module is arranged on the inner wall of the helmet shell, a helmet hoop is arranged in the helmet shell, ear side straps are arranged on two sides of the helmet hoop, a voice communication device is arranged on the ear side straps, the chin strap is connected below the ear side straps, a latch is arranged on the chin strap, and a switch sensor is arranged on the latch.
7. The intelligent management system for construction supervision according to claim 6, wherein a vibration device is further arranged inside the safety helmet.

The intelligent management system for construction supervision according to claim 4, wherein the vibration device comprises a small baffle, a motor, a housing and a connecting shaft, a first fixing block and a second fixing block are respectively arranged at two ends of the housing, the connecting shaft penetrates through the first fixing block and is connected with a cylindrical cam in the housing, the cylindrical cam is connected with a sliding sleeve, a sliding shaft is arranged at one end of the sliding sleeve, and the sliding shaft is connected with the ejector rod through the second fixing block.
9. A construction supervision intelligent system applied to the supervision method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: the control background, the server and the control cabinet work cooperatively, the recognition device starts an image recognition function to send collected images to the control background, the safety helmet sends GPS data and data of the on-off state of the helmet buckle lock to the control background through the control module, and the control background converts received pictures into digital signals and compares the digital signals with standard data of a database for inspection.
S2, when the abnormity is found, the control background sends a prompt that the identification is not passed to the identification device, and S1 is executed again; and when no abnormality is detected, the control background sends an identification passing prompt to the identification device and completes the subsequent steps.
And S3, the video monitoring equipment continuously works, images are collected in a circulating mode, the background is controlled to continuously receive GPS data, helmet identification card data and cap buckle switch state data of the safety helmet, the received data are repeatedly compared with the database file, and if abnormality is found, S4 is executed.
And S4, controlling the background to send out an illegal warning signal to the safety helmet, reminding personnel to go to the recognition device to perform recognition and authentication again, and executing the steps S1-S2 until the warning signal is removed after the recognition and authentication is passed.
And S5, when a dangerous condition occurs on the construction site, the emergency processing unit works to control the background to send a dangerous signal to the safety helmet, and the safety helmet reminds people to avoid danger quickly by starting the voice communication device and the vibration device.
