It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided an electrical device in-out library identification system comprising: a central processor 102, a radio frequency identification tag reader/writer 104, an image collector 106 and a display 108; the rfid tag reader 104, the image collector 106 and the display 108 are respectively connected to the central processor 102 in a communication manner. The central processor 102 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices. The RFID tag reader/writer 104 may be a handheld RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) card reader or a fixed RFID card reader.
The rfid tag reader/writer 104 is configured to read a rfid tag installed on the electrical device when the electrical device enters or exits the warehouse, obtain tag information of the electrical device, and send the tag information of the electrical device to the central processing unit 102.
Wherein the power equipment may represent a tool or instrument of value.
The RFID tag may be a tag capable of storing information, and specifically may be an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag.
The label information of the power equipment can comprise one or more of equipment number, name, type, model, manufacturer, delivery date, purchase date, warranty expiration date, state, affiliated sub-warehouse, the rack number, warehouse-in/warehouse-out information, overhaul information, warehouse moving information and information of a responsible person.
In specific implementation, the rfid tag may be installed in advance for each power device, tag information of the power device is written into the rfid tag, and then the rfid tag with the tag information of the power device is installed on the corresponding power device. The mode of writing the tag information of the power equipment into the radio frequency identification tag can be writing through a programmer or an RFID reader.
When the electrical equipment goes out of the warehouse or goes in the warehouse, the radio frequency identification tag reader-writer 104 sends a reading signal to the radio frequency identification tag installed on the electrical equipment going out of the warehouse or going in the warehouse, the radio frequency identification tag receives the reading signal and then sends the tag information of the electrical equipment stored in the chip of the radio frequency identification tag reader-writer 104, and after receiving the tag information of the electrical equipment, the radio frequency identification tag reader-writer 104 sends the tag information of the electrical equipment to the central processing unit 102, and the tag information is further processed by the central processing unit 102.
The image collector 106 is configured to collect image information of the power device when the power device enters or exits the warehouse, and send the image information of the power device to the central processor 102.
The image collector may be a device with an image capturing function, for example, a CCD camera.
In a specific implementation, when the electrical equipment goes out of the warehouse or enters the warehouse, the image collector 106 collects image information of the electrical equipment, sends the image information of the electrical equipment to the central processing unit 102, and the image information is further processed by the central processing unit 102.

The matching abnormal information is information that the tag information and the image information of the power equipment are not matched, and may include information that can identify the abnormal power equipment, such as the name and the number of the abnormal power equipment.
It is understood that the sizes, shapes, colors, patterns, configurations, etc. of different types of electric devices will be different, and therefore, by collecting image information of the electric devices and matching the image information with tag information of the electric devices stored in the rfid tags installed on the electric devices, it can be determined whether the rfid tags installed on the electric devices are correct.
In a specific implementation, after receiving the tag information and the image information of the electrical device, the central processing unit 102 may match the tag information and the image information of the electrical device through the electrical device checking unit in the central processing unit 102, determine whether the tag information and the image information of the electrical device going out of the warehouse or entering the warehouse are consistent, and determine whether the electrical device goes out of the warehouse successfully or determines whether further processing is performed according to a matching result.
More specifically, when the electric power equipment is delivered from the warehouse, if the label information of the electric power equipment is matched with the image information of the electric power equipment, the successful delivery is determined; if the tag information of the power device does not match the image information of the power device, matching anomaly information is generated and sent to the display 108.
When the electric power equipment is put in a warehouse, if the label information of the electric power equipment is matched with the image information of the electric power equipment, the electric power equipment put in the warehouse can be further put into a tool rack, and when the electric power equipment put in the warehouse is put into the tool rack, a radio frequency identification label arranged on the tool rack is read by a radio frequency identification label reader-writer to obtain the label information of the tool rack, the label information of the tool rack is matched with the label information of the electric power equipment, and whether the tool rack stored in the electric power equipment is correct or not is determined according to the matching result; if the tag information of the electrical device does not match the image information of the electrical device, matching anomaly information is generated and sent to the display 108.
And the display 108 is used for receiving and displaying the matching abnormity information sent by the central processing unit 102.
In a specific implementation, the display 108 may receive and display the matching abnormal information sent by the central processing unit 102, and may also display information when the electrical equipment is successfully delivered from the warehouse or put into the warehouse, that is, the display 108 may display an operation result of each step in the process of delivering from the warehouse to the electrical equipment.
The identification system for the warehouse entry and exit of the electric power equipment has the advantages that the radio frequency identification tag is installed on the electric power equipment, the tag information of the electric power equipment is stored in the radio frequency identification tag, when the electric power equipment enters and exits the warehouse, the tag information of the electric power equipment can be read through the radio frequency identification tag reader-writer, the working difficulty and the working strength of warehouse managers are reduced, in addition, the image information of the electric power equipment is collected through the image collector and sent to the central processing unit, the central processing unit is enabled to match the image information and the tag information of the electric power equipment, when the image information and the tag information are not matched, matching abnormal information is generated and sent to the display to be displayed by the display, and the method realizes the real-time monitoring of the electric power equipment entering and exiting the warehouse through the communication among the central processing unit, the image collector and the radio frequency identification tag reader-writer, and reduces the labor cost, the management efficiency of the electrical equipment warehouse entry and exit is improved, the electrical equipment warehouse entry and exit can be traced in time when the electrical equipment is found to be abnormal, and the safety of the electrical equipment is ensured.

the central processing unit 102 is further configured to send the matching abnormal information and the error warehousing information to the alarm;
and the alarm is used for receiving the matching abnormal information and the error warehousing information sent by the central processing unit 102 and giving an abnormal alarm.
In specific implementation, the alarm may include an indicator light and a speaker, and when receiving the matching abnormal information and the error warehousing information sent by the central processing unit 102, the alarm may control the indicator light to flash and/or control the speaker to sound a buzzer to realize abnormal alarm.
In one embodiment, the alarm is further configured to perform an abnormal alarm in a first alarm form when receiving the matching abnormal information; and when the wrong storage information is received, performing abnormity alarm in a second alarm form. For example, the first alarm form is to control a loudspeaker to generate a buzzer, the second alarm form is to control an indicator lamp to flash, and different alarm forms are set for different abnormal conditions, so that a manager can quickly determine the type of the abnormal conditions according to different alarm forms.
In this embodiment, the central processing unit sends the alarm with the matching abnormal information and the wrong warehousing information that appear in the electrical equipment warehousing-in and warehousing-out process, so that the alarm gives an alarm, and managers can quickly and timely know the abnormal condition of electrical equipment warehousing-in and warehousing-out.
