generating an identification information code by combining the owner identity information, the vehicle information and the user ID through the owner client;
the requester client scans the identification information code of the target vehicle to identify the target information identifier of the obtained associated information, and sends the target information identifier, the user information of the client and a vehicle moving request to the server;
the server side determines an owner of the vehicle to be moved according to the vehicle moving request, sends a text notification message to the owner, calls the owner if the preset time is exceeded and the owner does not respond to the notification message, and plays the voice notification message after the call is connected.
