The replenishment temperature confirmation section 3313 is used to let the consignee confirm the recommended optimum storage temperature.
The continue replenishment button 3314 is used for the loader to click when needing to continue to load goods, and after clicking, the loading picture is displayed to let the loader select the replenishment type information of the next goods needing to be loaded.
The restocking completion button 3315 is used for clicking after the consignee confirms that there is no problem with the number of all restocking goods. When the replenishment completion button 3315 is clicked, the loading-side communication unit 38 transmits the information to the management server 20, and the management server 20 updates the stock quantity of the stored replenishment product in accordance with the confirmed replenishment product quantity.

The product position information acquiring unit 37 is used to acquire position information of a replenishment product placed in the cabinet 11 by a person who gets loaded. When one replenishment product is loaded into the cabinet 11, the product-to-be-sold position information acquiring unit 37 acquires the position information of the replenishment product input by the person who gets the replenishment product through the person who gets the replenishment product terminal, and transmits the position information of the replenishment product to the management server 20 through the delivery-side communication unit 38.
Fig. 13 is a block diagram of a consumer terminal in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 13, the consumer terminal 40 includes a consuming-side two-dimensional code acquisition and recognition unit 41, a consuming-side information generation unit 48, a product information acquisition unit 42, a screen storage unit 43, an input display unit 44, a consuming-side communication unit 46, a billing unit 49, and a consuming-side control unit 47 for controlling the above units.
The consumption-side two-dimensional code acquisition and recognition unit 41 is configured to acquire a two-dimensional code obtained by scanning a two-dimensional code label on the sales counter 10 by the consumer terminal 40, and recognize a counter identification number contained therein.
When the consumption-side two-dimensional code acquisition and identification unit 41 identifies the container identification number, the consumption-side information generation unit 48 generates a consumption request from the container identification number and the consumer identification number stored in the consumer terminal 40, and transmits the consumption request to the management server 20 via the consumption-side communication unit 46.
When a consumer sends a consumption request, the product information acquiring unit 42 acquires the type information of the product to be sold and the position storage information of the corresponding product to be sold stored in the selling information storage unit of the management server 20.
The screen storage unit 43 stores a product position display screen and a product list display screen.
The product position display screen is used for displaying when the consumption-side communication unit 46 transmits a consumption request, and the product list display screen is used for displaying when the consumption-side communication unit 46 transmits a settlement request.
Fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of a product position display screen in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 14, the product position information received from the consuming-side communication unit 46 is displayed in real time on the product position display screen 431, so that the consumer can specify the position of the product to be sold in the sales counter 10 before opening the cabinet door 12.
In addition, the product position displayed on the product position display screen 431 changes in real time according to the product taken and put in by the consumer from the sales counter 10, so that the consumer can determine the purchased product and the position of the purchased product.
Fig. 15 is a schematic diagram of an article list display screen in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 15, the product list received from the consumption-side communication unit 46 is displayed in real time on the product list display screen 432, but in the present embodiment, the product list displayed on the product list display screen 432 is relatively changed in real time according to the information of the type of the product to be sold selected by the consumer, so that the consumer can determine the purchased product and the corresponding price.
The input display unit 44 is used for displaying the above-mentioned screens, so that the consumer can complete the corresponding human-computer interaction through the screens.
When the consumer-side communication unit 46 receives the product settlement signal transmitted from the management server 20, the billing settlement unit 49 allows the consumer to perform a payment operation based on the total price in the finally obtained product list. After the payment is completed, the consumption-side communication section 46 transmits a settlement completion message to the management server 20.
In this embodiment, the product position display screen 431, the product list display screen 432, and the billing settlement unit 49 actually belong to an APP, and when the consumer terminal 40 scans the two-dimensional code, the APP is activated and displays the screens to allow the consumer to complete the purchase of the product to be sold.
The consumer-side communication unit 46 is used to exchange data between the consumer terminal 40 and the management server 20.
Fig. 16 is a flowchart of the shipment process in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 16, when the loader scans the two-dimensional code label on the sales counter 10 through the loader terminal 30, the following loading process is started:
step S1-1, the two-dimensional code obtaining and identifying part 31 at the loading side obtains the two-dimensional code obtained by scanning the two-dimensional code label by the loader terminal 30 and identifies the container identification number contained therein, the loading side communication part 38 sends the container identification number and the loader identification number stored in the loader terminal 30 as a loading request to the management server 20, and then the step S1-2 is entered;
step S1-2, the management server 20 sends an unlocking signal to the controller 18 of the corresponding sales counter 10, the controller 18 controls the sales counter locking part 15 to unlock the cabinet door, and then the step S1-3 is proceeded;
step S1-3, the loading-side product information acquiring unit 32 acquires the information on the types of all products from the product information storage unit 21 of the management server 20, and the process proceeds to step S1-4;
step S1-4, the loading side input display unit 34 displays the replenishment screen and displays all the category information acquired in step S1-3 on the screen, so that the loader selects one category information as the replenishment category information of the replenishment item to be loaded, the loading side communication unit 38 transmits the replenishment information to the management server 20 in association with the loader identification number, and the process proceeds to step S1-5;
step S1-5, the commodity type information obtaining part 23 obtains the replenishment type information transmitted from the person in charge terminal 30 and the container identification number in the charge request through the management side communication part 25, and then the flow proceeds to step S1-6;
step S1-6, the to-be-sold commodity position information obtaining section 37 obtains position information of a replenishment commodity placed in the cabinet 11 by the person who gets in stock, and sends the position information of the replenishment commodity to the management server 20 through the shipment-side communication section 38, and the process proceeds to step S1-7;
step S1-7, the replenishment list generating unit 35 generates a replenishment list based on the information on the type of replenishment item selected by the consignee, and the process proceeds to step S1-8;
step S1-8, the loading-side commodity information obtaining section 32 obtains corresponding storage temperature information from the type information of each replenishment commodity on the replenishment list, and then proceeds to step S1-9;
step S1-9, the storage temperature analysis unit 36 analyzes the optimum storage temperature of the replenishment product based on the storage temperature information acquired in step S1-8, and then proceeds to step S1-10;
step S1-10, the loading side input display part 34 displays the optimal storage temperature analyzed in the step S1-9, so that the loading personnel can determine the optimal storage temperature of the replenishment commodity, and then the process goes to step S1-11;
in step S1-11, the loading-side communication unit 38 transmits the optimum storage temperature information to the management-side server 20, the management-side server 20 transmits a temperature control signal to the controller 18, and the controller 18 controls the temperature controller 16 to adjust the temperature in the sales counter 10, and then the operation goes to the end state.
Fig. 17 is a flowchart of the consuming process in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 17, when a consumer needs to purchase a product for sale from a sales counter 10 and scans a two-dimensional code tag on the sales counter 10 through a consumer terminal 40, the corresponding consuming process specifically includes the following steps:
step S2-1, the consumption side two-dimensional code obtaining and identifying part 41 obtains the two-dimensional code obtained by scanning the two-dimensional code label by the consumer terminal 40, and identifies the container identification number contained therein, the consumption side information generating part 48 generates a consumption request by the container identification number and the consumer identification number stored in the consumer terminal 40, and sends the consumption request to the management server 20 through the consumption side communication part 46, and then the step S2-2 is proceeded;
step S2-2, when the consumer terminal 40 sends the consumption request, the commodity information acquiring unit 42 acquires the type information of the commodity to be sold and the position storage information of the corresponding commodity to be sold stored in the selling information storage unit 22 of the management server 20, and then the process proceeds to step S2-3;
step S2-3, the input display unit 44 displays the commodity position information received from the consumer-side communication unit 46 on the commodity position display screen 431 in real time, and allows the consumer to select a desired commodity, and then the process proceeds to step S2-4;
step S2-4, the controller 18 controls the sales counter locking part 15 to unlock the cabinet door 12 according to the unlocking signal sent by the management side communication part 25, and then proceeds to step S2-5;
step S2-5, the image pickup device 17 picks up the pick-up video of the consumer picking up the commodity to be sold from the sales counter 10, the commodity kind information acquisition part 23 identifies the kind information of the commodity to be sold picked up by the consumer according to the pick-up video, and then the process goes to step S2-6;
step S2-6, the merchandise list generating section 24 generates a merchandise list based on the information on the kind of merchandise to be sold which is recognized by the consumer in step S2-5, and then proceeds to step S2-7;
step S2-7, the input display part 44 displays the merchandise list display screen 432 to let the consumer confirm the purchased merchandise, and then proceeds to step S2-8;
step S2-8, the billing settlement unit 49 makes the consumer pay according to the total price in the list of the last determined merchandise, the consumption side communication unit 46 sends a settlement completion message to the management server 20 after the consumer completes the payment, and then the step S2-9 is proceeded;
in step S2-9, the controller 18 controls the sales counter locking section 15 to lock the cabinet door 12 based on the settlement completion information transmitted from the management-side communication section 25, and then enters an end state.
Effects and effects of the embodiments
According to the unmanned vending system of the embodiment, the unmanned vending system comprises the vending cabinet, the consumer terminal and the management server, the cabinet door of the vending cabinet is a foaming door with a good heat preservation effect, and the thermal insulation of goods to be sold in the cabinet body of the vending cabinet can be effectively realized, so that the goods to be sold can be prevented from deteriorating due to temperature change. After a consumer sends a consumption request, the management server sends the type information and the storage position information of the commodity to the consumer terminal, the input display part of the consumer terminal correspondingly displays the type information of the commodity to be sold according to the storage position of the commodity to be sold in the commodity information display picture, so that the consumer can confirm the storage position of the commodity to be sold, the consumer can directly take the required commodity from the corresponding shelf after opening the foaming door, the consumer can purchase the commodity conveniently, the transaction time is shortened, the transaction efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the time for opening the foaming door is effectively shortened, the energy is saved, and the cost is reduced.
In addition, the shooting range formed by the camera device can completely cover the opening, so that the user can take out goods from any position of the opening in the goods taking process and can shoot the goods by the camera device, and the condition that the goods are missed in settlement is avoided.
In addition, the cabinet door of the sales counter is provided with the metal layer, the foaming layer and the plastic layer which are sequentially attached, so that the sales counter has a good heat preservation effect, and meanwhile, the screen on the cabinet door can play advertising videos related to commodities to be sold, so that the consumption of consumers is stimulated, and the consumption transaction rate is improved.

Claims (9)

1. An automated vending system, comprising:
the vending cabinet comprises at least one vending cabinet, a door, a camera device and a plurality of shelves, wherein the cabinet is used for accommodating commodities to be vended, the door is installed on the cabinet body, the camera device is installed at the top of the cabinet body, and the shelves are arranged in the cabinet body and used for accommodating the commodities to be vended;
a consumer terminal held by a consumer; and
a management server in communication connection with the consumer terminal and the unmanned sales counter, respectively,
wherein the cabinet door is a foaming door which comprises a metal layer, a foaming layer and a plastic layer which are sequentially adhered together and is used for preserving the heat of the commodity to be sold,
the consumer terminal has a commodity information acquisition part, a picture storage part and an input display part,
the management server includes a commodity information storage unit, a selling information storage unit, a management-side communication unit, a commodity type information acquisition unit, and a commodity list generation unit,
the commodity information storage unit stores category information of various commodities and commodity prices corresponding to the category information,
the sales information storage unit stores a container identification number of the sales container, information on a type of the product to be sold stored in the sales container, and storage position information indicating a shelf where the product to be sold is stored,
the commodity information acquiring unit acquires the category information and the storage position information stored in the vending information storage unit when the consumer sends a consumption request,
the management-side communication unit transmits the category information and the storage location information to the consumer terminal,
the picture storage part stores a commodity information display picture,
the input display part displays the commodity information display picture, and displays the type information of the commodity to be sold in the commodity information display picture according to the storage position information in a corresponding mode according to the storage position of the commodity to be sold, so that the consumer confirms the storage position of the commodity to be sold and opens the foaming door to take the commodity from the corresponding goods shelf,
the camera device shoots the process of taking the commodity for sale by the consumer to obtain a taking process video,
the commodity kind information acquiring section acquires the kind information identifying the commodity to be sold taken by the consumer based on the taking process video,
the commodity list generating unit generates a commodity list based on the category information of the commodity to be sold and the corresponding commodity price, and transmits the commodity list to the consumer terminal through the management-side communication unit to allow the consumer to confirm and complete settlement.
2. The unmanned vending system of claim 1, further comprising:
a goods-loading personnel terminal held by the goods-loading personnel and respectively connected with the management server and the sales counter in a communication way,
wherein the loading personnel terminal comprises a replenishment list generating part, a loading side commodity information acquiring part, a loading side input display part and a loading side communication part,
the commodity information storage unit further stores storage temperature information corresponding to the commodity type information,
the sales counter also comprises a controller and a temperature regulator, the controller is arranged on the counter body and is in communication connection with the communication part at the loading side, the temperature regulator is arranged on the counter body and is in communication connection with the controller,
the replenishment list generating unit generates a replenishment list based on the type information of the replenishment product selected by the consignee,
the goods-loading-side goods information acquisition part acquires the corresponding storage temperature information according to the type information of each replenishment goods on the replenishment list;
the storage temperature analysis unit analyzes an optimum storage temperature from the storage temperature information of the replenishment items on the replenishment list,
the loading side input display part displays the optimal storage temperature and is confirmed by the loading personnel,
the loading-side communication unit transmits the optimum storage temperature confirmed by the loader to the sales counter,
the controller receives the optimal storage temperature and sends a temperature adjusting instruction to the temperature adjuster according to the optimal storage temperature,
and the temperature regulator regulates the temperature in the sales counter according to the temperature regulation instruction.
3. The unmanned vending system of claim 2, wherein:
wherein the sales counter further comprises a sales counter locking portion,
the goods-delivery person terminal also comprises a position information acquisition part of goods to be sold,
the supplier terminal transmits a supply request to the sales counter after the replenishment list generation unit generates the replenishment list,
the sales counter locking part unlocks the foaming door according to the loading request,
when one replenishment product is put in the cabinet body, the replenishment product position information acquisition unit acquires the position information of the product to be sold which is input by the person who gets the supply of the replenishment product through the person who gets the supply of the replenishment product terminal,
the loading-side communication unit transmits the position information to the management server,
the management-side communication unit receives the position information, and the vending information storage unit stores the position information of the replenishment product.
4. The unmanned vending system of claim 2, wherein:
wherein the camera device shoots the replenishment process of the delivery personnel to obtain a replenishment process video,
the article type information acquiring section acquires the type information identifying the replenishment article placed by the person in shipment based on the replenishment course video,
the vending information storage unit updates the category information of the commodity to be vended stored therein based on the category information.
5. The unmanned vending system of claim 1, wherein:
wherein the cabinet further comprises a controller and a sales counter locking part,
the consumer terminal has a consumer-side information generating section and a consumer-side communication section,
the consumer terminal scans codes, the consumption side information generating part generates consumption request information, the consumption communication part transmits the consumption request information to the management server to enable the corresponding sales counter to open a foaming door,
when the management server receives the container identification number and the terminal identification number sent by the consumer terminal, the management side communication part sends an unlocking instruction to the sales container,
and when receiving the unlocking instruction, the sales counter control part controls the sales counter locking part to unlock the foaming door, so that the consumer takes out the commodity to be sold from the cabinet body.
6. The unmanned vending system of claim 1, wherein:
wherein the sales counter further comprises a screen,
the foaming door is provided with a metal layer, a foaming layer, a plastic layer and a screen accommodating part arranged on the plastic layer which are sequentially attached together,
the metal layer is provided with a through hole, the plastic layer is provided with a concave part, and the screen accommodating part is arranged in the concave part and corresponds to the through hole; the foaming layer is filled between the screen accommodating part and the recess,
the screen is installed in the screen accommodating part,
the screen displays video relating to the goods for sale contained within the sales counter.
7. The unmanned vending system of claim 1, wherein:
wherein the cabinet body is provided with an opening, the foaming door is arranged at the opening of the cabinet body,
the camera device has a first camera and a second camera,
the first camera is arranged at the middle part of the top of the cabinet body close to the edge of the opening;
the second camera is disposed at an edge portion of the top of the cabinet body, and is close to an edge of the opening.
8. The unmanned vending system of claim 7, wherein:
wherein the cabinet body is a cuboid cabinet, the opening is rectangular,
the first camera is provided with a first lens facing the outer side of the cabinet body, the axis of the first lens forms an included angle of 20-24 degrees with the plane where the opening is located,
the second camera is provided with a second lens facing the center of the opening of the cabinet body, and the axis of the second lens and the long edge of the opening close to the second lens form an included angle of 23-27 degrees.
9. The unmanned vending system of claim 1, wherein:
the first lens is a 120-degree angle of view lens, and the second lens is a 140-degree angle of view lens.
