An embodiment of the present specification provides an approval apparatus for resource project declaration, where the approval apparatus for resource project declaration is constructed based on a predetermined block chain, and a block in the block chain stores related information of a resource processing participant, and the resource processing participant includes one or more of a resource party, a resource supplier, a trust authority, a hosting authority, a reimbursement authority, an intermediary authority, and a transaction authority, where: a terminal device, an examination and approval device for requesting resource project declaration inquires information stored based on the blocks in the block chain from a preset block chain, and sends an examination and approval request of target resource project declaration to an examination and approval device of the resource project declaration, an examination and approval device for resource project declaration, a resource processing system for acquiring information to be examined and approved matched with a declaration rule of the target resource project from the preset block chain, examining and approving the acquired information, recording the information generated by examination and approval into the blocks of the block chain, and/or performing preset transaction operation based on the acquired information, so that the resource processing system based on the block chain can store the information in each process of resource processing, therefore, in the process of different resource processing, the required related information is stored in the block chain, and related resource information is not required to be repeatedly transmitted among participants, the process cost is greatly reduced, the resource processing process is simplified, and the resource processing efficiency is improved.

Based on the same idea, the resource project declaration approving apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present specification further provides an approving device for resource project declaration, as shown in fig. 9.
The approval device for resource project declaration may be a resource service platform provided in the foregoing embodiment.
The approval devices for resource item declaration may have large differences due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors 901 and a memory 902, where the memory 902 may store one or more stored applications or data. Memory 902 may be, among other things, transient storage or persistent storage. The application program stored in memory 902 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of computer-executable instructions in an approval facility for a resource item declaration. Still further, the processor 901 may be configured to communicate with the memory 902 to execute a series of computer-executable instructions in the memory 902 on an approval device for a resource item declaration. The approval apparatus for resource item declaration may also include one or more power supplies 903, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 904, one or more input-output interfaces 905, and one or more keyboards 906.
In particular, in this embodiment, the approval apparatus for resource item declaration includes a memory and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory, and the one or more programs may include one or more modules, and each module may include a series of computer-executable instructions in the approval apparatus for resource item declaration, and the one or more programs configured to be executed by one or more processors include computer-executable instructions for:
receiving an approval request submitted by a target resource project;
acquiring information to be examined and approved matched with the declaration rule from a preset block chain according to the declaration rule of the target resource item, wherein the information to be examined and approved comprises resource information of the target resource item and investor information;
and examining and approving the acquired information matched with the declaration rule, and recording the information generated by examination and approval into the blocks of the preset block chain.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the target resource item is a resource item in an asset securitization service.
In an embodiment of this specification, the target resource item is a transfer item of securities ownership, and the method further includes:
and if the examination and approval of the target information are passed, carrying out trade matching of the transfer of the security ownership according to the target intelligent contract in the predetermined block chain so as to execute the operation of the transfer of the security ownership.
In an embodiment of this specification, the method further includes:
acquiring related information of the target resource item, wherein the related information comprises resource information, transaction structure information, rating information, resource flow and information flow in the release resource and the reimbursement resource of the target resource item;

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the various elements may be implemented in the same one or more software and/or hardware implementations in implementing one or more embodiments of the present description.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present description may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, one or more embodiments of the present description may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, one or more embodiments of the present description may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present description may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Claims (10)

1. A resource processing system, the system comprising a terminal device and a resource service platform, the resource service platform being a service platform constructed based on a predetermined blockchain, the blocks in the blockchain storing relevant information of resource processing participants, the resource processing participants including one or more of a resource party, a sponsor, a trust authority, a hosting authority, an underwriting authority, an intermediary authority, and a transaction authority, wherein:
the terminal device is used for sending a transfer request of target security ownership and an information query request to the resource service platform, wherein the information query request comprises query keywords;
the resource service platform is used for searching target information matched with the query keyword from the preset block chain and examining and approving the target information;
the resource service platform is further used for carrying out trade matching on the transfer of the ownership of the target securities based on the information related to the transfer of the ownership of the target securities if the examination and approval of the target information is passed, so that the ownership of the target securities is transferred.
2. The system of claim 1, the resource services platform further configured to trade match the transfer of ownership of the target security based on a smart contract in the predetermined blockchain.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the intelligent contract is a target intelligent contract generated by the resource service platform based on information associated with a target resource item, the information including resource information for the target resource item, transaction structure information, rating information, resource flows and information flows in issuing resources and redeeming resources.
4. The system of claim 3, the target information comprising approval information, the resource service platform further to:
receiving an approval request submitted by the target resource project;
according to the declaration rule of the target resource item, obtaining information to be approved matched with the declaration rule from a preset block chain, approving the information to be approved, and recording approval information generated by approval into a block of the preset block chain, wherein the information to be approved comprises resource information of the target resource item and investor information.
5. The system of claim 1, the target resource item being a resource item in an asset securitization service.
6. The system of claim 3, the resource services platform, further to:
receiving a management request for a target intelligent contract in the predetermined block chain, wherein the management request is used for indicating that the target intelligent contract is deleted, replaced or modified;
and carrying out corresponding processing on the target intelligent contract according to the management request.
7. A method of approval of a resource item declaration, the method comprising:
receiving a transfer request and an information query request of target security ownership, wherein the information query request comprises query keywords;
searching target information matched with the query keyword from a preset block chain, and examining and approving the target information;
and if the approval of the target information is passed, performing trade matching on the transfer of the ownership of the target security based on the information related to the transfer of the ownership of the target security so as to transfer the ownership of the target security.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the target information comprises approval information, and prior to the searching for target information matching the query keyword from the predetermined blockchain, further comprising:
receiving an approval request submitted by the target resource project;
acquiring information to be examined and approved matched with the declaration rule from a preset block chain according to the declaration rule of the target resource item, wherein the information to be examined and approved comprises resource information of the target resource item and investor information;
and examining and approving the acquired information matched with the declaration rule, and recording the information generated by examination and approval into the blocks of the preset block chain.
9. An approval apparatus for resource item declaration, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a request receiving module, a target security ownership transfer module and an information query module, wherein the request receiving module is used for receiving a transfer request of target security ownership and an information query request, and the information query request comprises query keywords;
the examination and approval module is used for searching target information matched with the query keyword from a preset block chain and examining and approving the target information;
and the trading module is used for carrying out trading match on the transfer of the ownership of the target securities based on the information related to the transfer of the ownership of the target securities if the examination and approval of the target information is passed so as to transfer the ownership of the target securities.
10. An approval apparatus for resource item declaration, the approval apparatus for resource item declaration comprising:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
receiving a transfer request and an information query request of target security ownership, wherein the information query request comprises query keywords;
searching target information matched with the query keyword from a preset block chain, and examining and approving the target information;
and if the approval of the target information is passed, performing trade matching on the transfer of the ownership of the target security based on the information related to the transfer of the ownership of the target security so as to transfer the ownership of the target security.
