The call request processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in further detail below with reference to a flowchart.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a call request processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, where as shown in fig. 4, the method includes the following steps:
in step S401, if the incoming call number corresponding to the call request is a strange number, the incoming call number is queried in the denial number library marked by the called number.
After the terminal equipment inserts the SIM card, if other users call the called number corresponding to the SIM card, the terminal equipment can receive a call request of the incoming call number through the communication assembly. The terminal device obtains the incoming call number corresponding to the call request, and compares the incoming call number with the communication numbers stored in the communication information set, wherein the communication information set is generally also called an address book. If the communication information set contains the incoming call number corresponding to the call request, the contact name corresponding to the incoming call number recorded in the communication information set is obtained, and the contact name corresponding to the incoming call number is displayed in the incoming call display interface shown in fig. 5, or the incoming call number can be displayed simultaneously when the contact name is displayed.
And if the incoming call number is not contained in the communication information set, determining that the incoming call number is an unfamiliar number. The incoming call number is queried in a rejected number store marked by the called number. The refusal number library not only comprises refusal numbers marked by called numbers on the terminal equipment, but also comprises refusal numbers marked by the called numbers on other terminal equipment. And the other terminal equipment is terminal equipment except the terminal equipment with the currently associated called number.
Step S402, if the refusing number library contains the incoming call number, the call request is intercepted.
After determining that a call is a harassing call, a user corresponding to the called number can mark the incoming number corresponding to the harassing call as a refused call and store the refused call in a refused number library. When a call request is received, if the call number corresponding to the call request is contained in the refusing number library, the call request is intercepted. For example, the call request may be intercepted without prompting the user for an incoming call by ignoring the call request, not displaying the call request, or not ringing the call request.
In some embodiments, the terminal device may obtain the refused number marked by the called number on the other terminal device by: the server is connected through the communication component, and the called number is adopted to log in the server, so that the refusing number marked by the called number is obtained from the server. The refusing number is logged in the server by other terminal equipment through the called number and uploaded to the server.
In some embodiments, the terminal device may also save the rejection number that the user marks locally. Specifically, the user connects an incoming call of a certain strange number, and for convenience of description, the strange number is hereinafter referred to as a target number, and the target number may be any strange number. For incoming calls of a certain strange number, after receiving the operation of ending the incoming calls of the user and the target number through the input component, outputting prompt information for inquiring whether the user marks the target number. As shown in fig. 6, the prompt may be displayed to the user in the form of a dialog box. The user can determine whether the incoming call of the target number is a harassing call according to the call content of the incoming call, and if the user determines that the incoming call is a harassing call, the user can click a control of a 'mark' icon in a dialog box shown in fig. 6. And the terminal equipment receives the clicking operation of the user for the control of the 'mark' icon, marks the target number as a manual mark type a, namely a refused call type, and stores the type a to a refused call library in the memory. The terminal equipment can also be connected with the server through the communication component, and adopts the called number to log in the server, and uploads the information of the target number marked as the refused number to the server, so that other terminal equipment using the SIM card corresponding to the called number can download the relevant information.
In some embodiments, the terminal device may connect to the server through the communication component after receiving an operation of marking a certain number as a refusal number each time, and log in the server by using the called number, and upload information of marking the certain number as the refusal number to the server. In other embodiments, the terminal device may be connected to the server through the communication component periodically, for example, the terminal device may be connected to the server through the communication component at a fixed time every day or every week, and use the called number to log in the server, and upload the information of the rejection number newly added in the rejection number library to the server. In other embodiments, the terminal device may further connect to the server through the communication component according to an operation of connecting to the server input by the user, and log in the server by using the called number, and upload information of the rejection number newly added in the rejection number library to the server.
The embodiment of the application can be applied to the scene of replacing the new mobile phone and the old mobile phone. In the prior art, the following scenes are often encountered in daily life of a user: when an unfamiliar number A calls, a user only finds that the unfamiliar number A calls a harassing call after answering the call, and marks the unfamiliar number A as a harassing type in a mobile phone (an old mobile phone) used currently in order to avoid the unfamiliar number A calling again. However, after the user inserts the SIM card of the mobile phone into the new mobile phone, the strange number a marked as harassment type in the old mobile phone can still be called normally in the new mobile phone, which brings great trouble to the user, the user has to mark the strange number a again in the new mobile phone, which causes unnecessary repeated work to the user, wastes user time, and the user experience is not good.
The call request processing method according to the embodiment of the present application can effectively solve the above problems, and the specific implementation process of the embodiment of the present application is described below from the perspective of the old mobile phone and the new mobile phone, respectively.
Fig. 7 shows a specific method of the process of marking the refused number by the old handset, and the method may include:
and step S701, the incoming call of the strange number A is connected.
Step S702, receiving the operation that the user ends the incoming call with the unfamiliar number A, and outputting prompt information for inquiring whether the user marks the unfamiliar number A.
Step S703, judging whether the received user operation is to mark the strange number A as a refusal number; if yes, step S704 is executed, and if no, it is ended.
Step S704, add the strange number A to the refusal number library.
The old mobile phone marks the unfamiliar number A as a manual mark type a, namely a refusal call class which comprises harassing calls, fraud calls and the like, and stores the unfamiliar number A and corresponding mark information into a local mark database DB1 in a memory, namely a refusal call database.
Step S705, a called number corresponding to the currently associated SIM card is used for logging in the server, and information of the unfamiliar number A marked as a refusal number is uploaded to the server.
The old mobile phone uploads the data such as the called number phoneNumber, the strange number A, the corresponding manual mark type a and the like to a server, and the data structure is as follows: HashMap < String Phone number, HashMap < String A, String a > >.
The server stores the strange number A and the corresponding manual mark type a in the received data to a data storage area corresponding to the called number phoneNumber.
Fig. 8 shows a specific processing method of a new handset for a call request, which may include:
step S801, adopting the called number to log in the server, downloading the relevant information of the refused number marked by the called number from the server, and storing the information in a local refused number library.
When a user changes the SIM card corresponding to the called number from an old mobile phone to a new mobile phone, the new mobile phone logs in the server by adopting the called number phoneNumber, and downloads the related information of the refused number uploaded to the server by the old mobile phone from the server. The new mobile phone obtains the marking data corresponding to all the unfamiliar numbers associated with the called number phoneNumber from the server, wherein the marking data comprises the marking information of the unfamiliar number A, the data structure is (HashMap < String A, String a >), and the marking data is stored in a local marking database DB2, namely a local refused number database. And if the new mobile phone receives the call request of the unfamiliar number A, intercepting the call request of the unfamiliar number A.
In step S802, a call request of the strange number B is received.
Step S803, determine whether the refused number library contains a strange number B; if yes, go to step S804; if not, step S805 is performed.
Step S804, a call request of the strange number B is intercepted.
And the new mobile phone intercepts the call request of the strange number B. If the short message sent by the strange number B is received, the interception can be carried out, illustratively, the short message sent by the strange number B can be put into the disturbance-free short message set, and the short message prompt message is not sent.
Step S805, an incoming call reminder is output to wait for the user to answer.
The new mobile phone can output the incoming call prompt in a ringing or vibrating mode to wait for the user to answer the call.
Step S806, responding to the answering operation of the user and connecting the call; and responding to the operation of hanging up the call of the user and cutting off the call connection.
In step S807, a prompt message asking the user whether to mark the strange number B is output.
Step S808, judging whether the received user operation is to mark the strange number B as a refusal number; if yes, step S809 is executed, and if no, the process ends.
And step S809, adding the unfamiliar number B into the refusal number library, and uploading information marked as the refusal number to a server.
The process of uploading the marked data by the new mobile phone is the same as that of the old mobile phone, and is not described again here.
Through the above procedure, when the user changes the SIM card from terminal 1 to terminal 2, the type of manual marking previously performed on the strange number in terminal 1 is still present in terminal 2, and therefore the corresponding strange number can still be intercepted. The strange numbers and the manual mark types corresponding to the strange numbers are bound with the mobile phone numbers, when a user replaces the SIM card to a new terminal, the number types manually marked by the old terminal can be displayed in the new terminal, so that intelligent interception of harassing and fraudulent numbers is realized, the problems that manual mark contents of the strange numbers by the user cannot be shared among the terminals, the strange numbers specially marked in the old terminal by the user cannot be intercepted by the new terminal are solved, redundant work such as a large number of repeated mark numbers and the like is avoided when the user replaces terminal equipment, and user experience is improved.
