In the preferred embodiment, the insurance transfer information is formed when the insurance application of the client terminal is processed, and is shared to other nodes including the supervision node in the block chain through the block chain, so that the supervision node can supervise the insurance process of the electronic insurance according to the insurance transfer information shared by the bank nodes, thereby being capable of finding out abnormal conditions such as violation in the use process of the electronic insurance in time and enhancing the safety and the transparency of electronic insurance management.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the method further includes S500:

Specifically, when the client transfers the electronic insurance letter, the client terminal can receive the insurance letter transfer application transmitted by the client terminal, and updates the related information of the insurance letter according to the insurance letter transfer application, so as to modify the related information of the electronic insurance letter and modify the application range of the electronic insurance letter. And further, the updated insurance policy related information is transmitted to a supervision node, the supervision node can judge whether the electronic insurance policy is turned off or not under abnormal conditions such as violation and the like according to the received updated insurance policy related information, and if yes, abnormal information can be fed back to supervision personnel. In the preferred embodiment, the insurance policy related information is updated when the insurance policy transfer application of the client terminal is processed, and the updated insurance policy related information is shared to other nodes including the supervision node in the blockchain through the blockchain, so that the supervision node can supervise the transfer process of the electronic insurance policy according to the updated insurance policy related information shared by the bank nodes, thereby being capable of timely discovering the abnormal conditions such as violation and the like in the transfer process of the electronic insurance policy, and enhancing the safety and the transparency of electronic insurance policy management.
Based on the same principle, the embodiment also discloses a method for processing the insurance data based on the block chain. As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, the method includes:

receiving insurance letter transfer information transmitted by a bank node, wherein the insurance letter transfer information is formed by the bank node receiving an insurance letter pledge application transmitted by the client terminal according to the insurance letter pledge application;
and determining whether the insurance transfer information is abnormal, and if so, feeding back abnormal information to a supervisor.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises:
receiving updated insurance-related information transmitted by a bank node, wherein the updated insurance-related information is obtained by the bank node receiving an insurance transfer application transmitted by a client terminal and updating the insurance-related information according to the insurance transfer application;
and determining whether the updated insurance function related information is abnormal, and if so, feeding back abnormal information to a supervisor.

The information matching module 12 is configured to determine, according to the customer information, customer credit information corresponding to the customer information.
And the electronic insurance policy management module 13 is used for determining whether the insurance application information passes according to the customer credit information, if so, generating electronic insurance policy and insurance policy related information, transmitting the electronic insurance policy and the insurance policy related information to other nodes of the block chain so that the beneficiary node determines a target electronic insurance and completes the transaction according to the received insurance payment request and the insurance policy related information to obtain a transaction result, and receiving the transaction result transmitted by the beneficiary node.

Based on the same principle, the embodiment also discloses a beneficiary node. As shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the node includes an information receiving module 21 and a transaction management module 22.
The information receiving module 21 is configured to receive an electronic insurance policy and the relevant information of the insurance policy transmitted by a bank node, where the electronic insurance policy and the relevant information of the insurance policy are insurance policy application information transmitted by a client terminal received by the bank node, and determine client information according to the insurance policy application information; determining client credit information corresponding to the client information according to the client information; and determining whether the insurance application information passes according to the client credit information, and if so, generating an electronic insurance and insurance related information to obtain the electronic insurance.
The transaction management module 22 is configured to determine a target electronic insurance bond according to the received insurance bond payment request and the insurance bond related information, complete a transaction to obtain a transaction result, and transmit the transaction result to other nodes of the blockchain.

The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. A typical implementation device is a computer device, which may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smart phone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
In a typical example, the computer device specifically comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the method performed by the client as described above when executing the program, or the processor implementing the method performed by the server as described above when executing the program.
Referring now to FIG. 10, shown is a schematic diagram of a computer device 600 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 10, the computer apparatus 600 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)601 which can perform various appropriate works and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a program loaded from a storage section 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM)) 603. In the RAM603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 600 are also stored. The CPU601, ROM602, and RAM603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 605: an input portion 606 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 607 including a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a liquid crystal feedback (LCD), and the like, and a speaker and the like; a storage section 608 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 609 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 609 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 610 is also connected to the I/O interface 606 as needed. A removable medium 611 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 610 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted as necessary on the storage section 608.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the invention include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a machine-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 609, and/or installed from the removable medium 611.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the units may be implemented in one or more software and/or hardware when implementing the present application.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. The application may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the system embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (15)

1. A method for processing insurance function data based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving insurance application information transmitted by a client terminal, and determining client information according to the insurance application information;
determining client credit information corresponding to the client information according to the client information;
and determining whether the insurance application information passes according to the customer credit information, if so, generating electronic insurance and insurance related information, and transmitting the electronic insurance and the insurance related information to other nodes of the block chain so that the beneficiary node determines a target electronic insurance according to the received insurance payment request and the insurance related information, completes the transaction to obtain a transaction result, and receives the transaction result transmitted by the beneficiary node.
2. The block chain-based insurance data processing method according to claim 1, wherein the determining a target electronic insurance and completing a transaction according to the received insurance payment request and the insurance-related information specifically comprises:
determining the insurance information of the target electronic insurance according to the insurance payment request;
determining the position information of the insurance function corresponding to the insurance function information from the related information of the insurance function according to the insurance function information;
and acquiring a corresponding target electronic insurance bond according to the insurance bond position information, checking the insurance bond payment request according to the target electronic insurance bond, and finishing the transaction according to the insurance bond payment request if the checking is passed.
3. The block chain-based insurance data processing method according to claim 2, wherein the verifying the insurance payment request according to the target electronic insurance specifically comprises:
determining an electronic insurance letter to be verified according to the insurance letter payment request;
and comparing the electronic insurance letter to be verified with the target electronic insurance letter, and if the comparison is consistent, the payment request of the insurance letter is verified to pass.
4. The block chain-based insurance data processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a letter-guarantee pledge application transmitted by the client terminal;
forming insurance transfer information according to the insurance application;
and transmitting the insurance transfer information to a supervision node so that the supervision node determines whether the insurance transfer information is abnormal or not, and if so, feeding back abnormal information to supervision personnel.
5. The block chain-based insurance data processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a request for transferring the insurance letter transmitted by the client terminal;
updating the related information of the insurance letter according to the insurance letter transfer application;
and transmitting the updated insurance policy related information to a supervision node so that the supervision node determines whether the updated insurance policy related information is abnormal or not, and if so, feeding back abnormal information to supervision personnel.
6. A method for processing insurance function data based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an electronic insurance policy and the related information of the insurance policy transmitted by a bank node, wherein the electronic insurance policy and the related information of the insurance policy are insurance policy application information transmitted by a client terminal received by the bank node, and determining client information according to the insurance policy application information; determining client credit information corresponding to the client information according to the client information; determining whether the insurance application information passes according to the client credit information, and if so, generating an electronic insurance and insurance related information to obtain the electronic insurance;
and determining a target electronic insurance bond according to the received insurance bond payment request and the insurance bond related information, completing the transaction to obtain a transaction result, and transmitting the transaction result to other nodes of the block chain.
7. A method for processing insurance function data based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an electronic insurance policy and the related information of the insurance policy transmitted by a bank node, wherein the electronic insurance policy and the related information of the insurance policy are insurance policy application information transmitted by a client terminal received by the bank node, and determining client information according to the insurance policy application information; determining client credit information corresponding to the client information according to the client information; determining whether the insurance application information passes according to the client credit information, and if so, generating an electronic insurance and insurance related information to obtain the electronic insurance; and receiving a transaction result transmitted by the beneficiary node, determining a target electronic insurance and completing the transaction according to the received insurance payment request and the insurance related information.
8. The block chain-based insurance data processing method according to claim 7, further comprising:
receiving insurance letter transfer information transmitted by a bank node, wherein the insurance letter transfer information is formed by the bank node receiving an insurance letter pledge application transmitted by the client terminal according to the insurance letter pledge application;
and determining whether the insurance transfer information is abnormal, and if so, feeding back abnormal information to a supervisor.
9. The block chain-based insurance data processing method according to claim 7, further comprising:
receiving updated insurance-related information transmitted by a bank node, wherein the updated insurance-related information is obtained by the bank node receiving an insurance transfer application transmitted by a client terminal and updating the insurance-related information according to the insurance transfer application;
and determining whether the updated insurance function related information is abnormal, and if so, feeding back abnormal information to a supervisor.
10. A banking node, comprising:
the information processing module is used for receiving the insurance application information transmitted by the client terminal and determining the client information according to the insurance application information;
the information matching module is used for determining client credit information corresponding to the client information according to the client information;
and the electronic insurance policy management module is used for determining whether the insurance application information passes according to the client credit information, if so, generating electronic insurance policy and insurance policy related information, transmitting the electronic insurance policy and the insurance policy related information to other nodes of the block chain so that the beneficiary node determines a target electronic insurance policy according to the received insurance payment request and the insurance policy related information, completes the transaction to obtain a transaction result, and receives the transaction result transmitted by the beneficiary node.
11. A beneficiary node, comprising:
the information receiving module is used for receiving an electronic insurance policy and the related information of the insurance policy transmitted by a bank node, wherein the electronic insurance policy and the related information of the insurance policy are insurance policy application information transmitted by a client terminal received by the bank node, and the client information is determined according to the insurance policy application information; determining client credit information corresponding to the client information according to the client information; determining whether the insurance application information passes according to the client credit information, and if so, generating an electronic insurance and insurance related information to obtain the electronic insurance;
and the transaction management module is used for determining a target electronic insurance bond according to the received insurance bond payment request and the insurance bond related information, completing the transaction to obtain a transaction result and transmitting the transaction result to other nodes of the block chain.
12. A supervising node, configured to:
receiving an electronic insurance policy and the related information of the insurance policy transmitted by a bank node, wherein the electronic insurance policy and the related information of the insurance policy are insurance policy application information transmitted by a client terminal received by the bank node, and determining client information according to the insurance policy application information; determining client credit information corresponding to the client information according to the client information; determining whether the insurance application information passes according to the client credit information, and if so, generating an electronic insurance and insurance related information to obtain the electronic insurance; and receiving a transaction result transmitted by the beneficiary node, determining a target electronic insurance and completing the transaction according to the received insurance payment request and the insurance related information.
13. A insurance letter data processing system based on a block chain is characterized by comprising a bank node, a beneficiary node and a supervision node;
the bank node is used for receiving insurance application information transmitted by a client terminal, determining client information according to the insurance application information, determining client credit information corresponding to the client information according to the client information, determining whether the insurance application information passes or not according to the client credit information, if so, generating electronic insurance and insurance related information, transmitting the electronic insurance and the insurance related information to other nodes of the block chain so that a beneficiary node determines a target electronic insurance according to a received insurance payment request and the insurance related information, completes a transaction, and receives a transaction result transmitted by the beneficiary node.
14. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor,
the processor, when executing the program, implements the method of any of claims 1-9.
15. A computer-readable medium, having stored thereon a computer program,
the program when executed by a processor implementing the method according to any one of claims 1-9.
