Corresponding to the method described in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application further provides a purchase control device, which is used for implementing the method in fig. 1 specifically, and a schematic structural diagram of the purchase control device is shown in fig. 5, and specifically includes:
an obtaining unit 501, configured to obtain a multimedia data object in a predetermined form corresponding to a contract;
an identifying unit 502, configured to identify the multimedia data object, and obtain element information of a preset element included in the multimedia data object; the preset elements comprise purchasing unit elements, supplier elements and commodity list elements;
a first determining unit 503, configured to determine a target purchasing unit platform according to the element information of the purchasing unit element, and determine a to-be-purchased commodity list from a preset commodity list of the target purchasing unit platform according to the element information of the commodity list element;
a second determining unit 504, configured to determine a target provider platform according to the element information of the provider element, and determine a to-be-shelved commodity list from a preset commodity list of the target provider platform according to the element information of the commodity list element;
a first sending unit 505, configured to send the to-be-purchased commodity list to the target purchasing unit platform, so as to prompt a purchasing unit corresponding to the target purchasing unit platform to perform commodity purchasing based on the to-be-purchased commodity list;
a second sending unit 506, configured to send the list of commodities to be shelved to the target provider platform, so as to prompt a provider corresponding to the target provider platform to shelve commodities based on the list of commodities to be shelved.
The purchase control device provided by the embodiment of the application acquires the element information of the preset elements included in the multimedia data object by automatically identifying the multimedia data object in the same preset form, determines the target purchasing unit and the target supplier platform from the element information based on the preset elements, determines the list of commodities to be purchased from the preset commodity list of the target purchasing unit, determines the list of commodities to be shelved from the preset commodity list of the target supplier platform, sends the list of the commodities to be shelved to the target purchasing unit platform, and sends the list of the commodities to be shelved to the target shelving commodity unit, so that the purchasing unit purchases the commodities based on the list of the commodities to be purchased, and the supplier shelves the commodities based on the list of the commodities to be shelved, thereby realizing purchase control, and saving a large amount of time cost and manpower cost due to no need of manual information input, thereby greatly improving the efficiency.
In an embodiment of the present application, based on the foregoing scheme, the identifying unit 502 is configured to:
the identification subunit is used for performing text identification on the multimedia data object to acquire original element information of preset elements included in the multimedia data object;
the correcting subunit is used for correcting the original element information of the preset elements on the basis of a preset vocabulary library;
and the determining subunit is used for taking the corrected original element information as the element information of the preset element.
In an embodiment of the present application, based on the foregoing scheme, the identifying unit 502 may be further configured to:
the sending subunit is used for sending the corrected original element information and the multimedia data object to an auditing terminal; so that the auditor can correct the corrected original element information based on the multimedia data object.
In an embodiment of the present application, based on the foregoing scheme, the identification subunit is specifically configured to:
performing layout analysis on the multimedia data object, and determining an area of element information of a preset element in the multimedia data object;
cutting the multimedia data object based on the area of element information of a preset element in the multimedia data object;
and performing text recognition on the result obtained by cutting, and taking the result of the text recognition as the original element information of the preset element.
In an embodiment of the application, based on the foregoing scheme, when performing text recognition on a result obtained by cutting, the recognition subunit is specifically configured to:
performing character detection on a result obtained by cutting;
and recognizing the detected characters into text information.
In an embodiment of the present application, based on the foregoing scheme, the method may further include:
the selection unit is used for responding to a purchasing instruction of the target purchasing unit platform after the target supplier platform puts the commodity corresponding to the commodity list to be put on the shelf, and selecting the commodity put on the shelf of the target supplier platform;
the first generation unit is used for generating a payment order based on the selected commodity and sending the payment order to the target purchasing unit platform;
and the second generation unit is used for generating payment completion information after the purchase order corresponding to the target purchase unit platform completes payment of the payment order.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a storage medium, where an instruction set is stored in the storage medium, and when the instruction set is executed, the purchase control method disclosed in any of the above embodiments is executed.
An electronic device is further provided in the embodiments of the present application, and a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device is shown in fig. 6, and specifically includes a memory 601 for storing at least one set of instruction sets; a processor 602 configured to execute the set of instructions stored in the memory, and to implement the procurement control method disclosed in any of the above embodiments by executing the set of instructions.

Claims (10)

1. A procurement control method, comprising:
acquiring a multimedia data object in a predetermined form corresponding to a contract;
identifying the multimedia data object, and acquiring element information of preset elements contained in the multimedia data object; the preset elements comprise purchasing unit elements, supplier elements and commodity list elements;
determining a target purchasing unit platform according to the element information of the purchasing unit elements, and determining a to-be-purchased commodity list from a preset commodity list of the target purchasing unit platform according to the element information of the commodity list elements;
determining a target supplier platform according to the element information of the supplier elements, and determining a commodity list to be put on the shelf from a preset commodity list of the target supplier platform according to the element information of the commodity list elements;
sending the list of the commodities to be purchased to the target purchasing unit platform to prompt a purchasing unit corresponding to the target purchasing unit platform to purchase the commodities based on the list of the commodities to be purchased;
and sending the commodity list to be shelved to the target supplier platform to prompt a supplier corresponding to the target supplier platform to shelve commodities based on the commodity list to be shelved.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the identifying the multimedia data object and obtaining element information of a preset element included in the multimedia data object comprises:
performing text recognition on the multimedia data object to acquire original element information of preset elements included in the multimedia data object;
based on a preset vocabulary library, correcting original element information of the preset elements;
and taking the corrected original element information as the element information of the preset element.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein before the step of using the modified original element information as the element information of the predetermined element, the method further comprises:
sending the corrected original element information and the multimedia data object to an auditing terminal; so that the auditor can correct the corrected original element information based on the multimedia data object.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the performing text recognition on the multimedia data object to obtain original element information of a preset element included in the multimedia data object comprises:
performing layout analysis on the multimedia data object, and determining an area of element information of a preset element in the multimedia data object;
cutting the multimedia data object based on the area of element information of a preset element in the multimedia data object;
and performing text recognition on the result obtained by cutting, and taking the result of the text recognition as the original element information of the preset element.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein performing text recognition on the results of the cutting comprises:
performing character detection on a result obtained by cutting;
and recognizing the detected characters into text information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the list of items to be shelved to the target supplier platform, further comprising:
after the target supplier platform puts the corresponding commodity of the commodity list to be put on the shelf, responding to the purchasing instruction of the target purchasing unit platform and selecting the commodity put on the shelf by the target supplier platform;
generating a payment order based on the selected commodity, and sending the payment order to the target purchasing unit platform;
and generating payment completion information after the purchase order corresponding to the target purchase unit platform completes payment of the payment order.
7. A procurement control apparatus characterized by comprising:
the acquiring unit is used for acquiring the multimedia data object in a predetermined form corresponding to the contract;
the identification unit is used for identifying the multimedia data object and acquiring element information of preset elements contained in the multimedia data object; the preset elements comprise purchasing unit elements, supplier elements and commodity list elements;
the first determining unit is used for determining a target purchasing unit platform according to the element information of the purchasing unit element, and determining a to-be-purchased commodity list from a preset commodity list of the target purchasing unit platform according to the element information of the commodity list element;
the second determining unit is used for determining a target supplier platform according to the element information of the supplier elements and determining a commodity list to be shelved from a preset commodity list of the target supplier platform according to the element information of the commodity list elements;
the first sending unit is used for sending the commodity list to be purchased to the target purchasing unit platform so as to prompt a purchasing unit corresponding to the target purchasing unit platform to carry out commodity purchasing based on the commodity list to be purchased;
and the second sending unit is used for sending the commodity list to be shelved to the target supplier platform so as to prompt a supplier corresponding to the target supplier platform to shelve commodities based on the commodity list to be shelved.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the identification unit comprises:
the identification subunit is used for performing text identification on the multimedia data object to acquire original element information of preset elements included in the multimedia data object;
the correcting subunit is used for correcting the original element information of the preset elements on the basis of a preset vocabulary library;
and the determining subunit is used for taking the corrected original element information as the element information of the preset element.
9. A storage medium storing a set of instructions, wherein the set of instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the procurement control method of any of claims 1-6.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing at least one set of instructions;
a processor for executing the instruction set stored in the memory, the instruction set being executed to implement the procurement control method of any of claims 1-6.
