Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the present invention are included to facilitate understanding, and are to be considered merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention and the technical features in the embodiments may be combined with each other without collision.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of main steps of an information push method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an information pushing method in an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
step S101: and acquiring historical behavior information of the user.
The historical behavior information of the user comprises historical behaviors such as clicking, browsing, paying attention to, shopping cart adding, ordering and the like of the user.
Step S102: the current location of the user is determined.
The current position of the user is the real-time position of the user, and the current position of the user can be obtained through a terminal carried by the user and/or a geographic information system. Of course, when the current position of the user is acquired through the terminal carried by the user, the precondition is that: the user opens the permission for allowing the information pushing device provided by the embodiment of the invention to acquire the current position of the information pushing device through the terminal.
Step S103: determining a first object corresponding to the current position according to a preset map; wherein, the preset map includes: location information of at least one item site, and information of items provided by the item site.
After determining the current location of the user, a first item corresponding to the current location of the user may be determined in conjunction with a preset map. Wherein the preset map is obtained according to the information of the geographic information system and/or the map system, and the preset map comprises: location information of at least one item site, and information of items provided by the item site. For example, the object sites in the preset map can be fresh markets, store, supermarkets, sales sites, comprehensive markets and the like; accordingly, items provided by the item stations may be items sold at the respective item stations.
When a first article corresponding to a current position is determined according to a preset map, the distance between at least one article site and the current position can be determined according to the current position and the position information of at least one article site in the preset map, and then the article provided by the article site with the distance smaller than a second threshold value is used as the first article corresponding to the current position according to the distance and the information of the article provided by the article site.
For example, when it is determined that the current position of the user corresponds to the position of the supermarket a in the preset map, according to the articles sold by the supermarket a recorded in the preset map, it can be determined that the first article corresponding to the current position of the user is the article sold by the supermarket a. For another example, the coordinates of the current position of the user in the preset map are (x, y), the central coordinates of the market B and the market C are (x 1, y 1) and (x 2, y 2), and according to the coordinates of the current position and the central coordinates of the market B and the market C, the distances between the market B and the market C and the current position of the user can be calculated respectively, and when the distances are smaller than the second threshold value, the articles sold by the market B and the market C can be used as the first articles corresponding to the current position of the user.
Step S103: and pushing information related to the second article to the user when the first article and the second article indicated by the historical behavior information belong to the same article type and the stay time of the user at the current position is longer than a first threshold value.
For example, when the second article indicated by the historical behavior information of the user is a fresh article, and the current position of the user indicates that the user is in a supermarket selling fresh articles, that is, when the first article corresponding to the current position of the user is also a fresh article, information related to the fresh article can be pushed to the user.
In order to improve accuracy of information pushing, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the first article and the second article belong to the same article type and the stay time of the user at the current position is greater than a first threshold value, information related to the second article is pushed to the user.
The first threshold may be a set value, or may be determined according to the historical behavior information, and then the first threshold may be determined according to a similarity between a type of the second object focused by the user and a type of the first object.
The first threshold may be preset according to an empirical value, and when the first threshold is set, the first threshold may also be made to correspond to the current position, that is, different positions may be set with different first thresholds. For example, the first thresholds corresponding to supermarket a and supermarket B are different first thresholds. The first threshold value corresponding to the supermarket a may be an average stay time of a plurality of users in the supermarket a within a certain period of time. When the current position of the user indicates that the user is located in the supermarket A, the information related to the second object is pushed to the user after the stay time of the user is longer than the average stay time of other users in the supermarket A.
In addition, the second item focused by the user may be determined according to the historical behavior information of the user, and then the first threshold may be determined according to the similarity between the type of the second item focused by the user and the type of the first item. For example, if the historical behavior information of user K indicates that user K is browsing, collecting and purchasing female fashion items frequently, then it may be determined that the second item of interest to user K is female fashion. When the current position of the user K is a market selling female fashion, namely, when a first article corresponding to the current position of the user K is female fashion, the similarity of the type of the first article and the type of the second article is higher, and a smaller first threshold value can be set for the user K at the moment, so that information related to the article concerned by the user can be conveniently and timely pushed to the user, the user can conveniently and conveniently combine the pushed information and the information of the first article displayed in the market, and selection more suitable for the user can be made, so that user benefits are guaranteed, and user experience is improved.
Wherein the similarity of the article type of the first article to the article type of the second article may be determined by a DSSM-LSTM algorithm or a doc2vec algorithm. For example, the text representing the article type may be determined from the names of the first article and the second article, respectively, and then the similarity between the article type of the first article and the article type of the second article may be determined by using the DSSM-LSTM algorithm or the doc2vec algorithm according to the determined text representing the article type.
In the embodiment of the invention, the information can be pushed to the user further according to the different states of the first article indicated by the user history behavior information, so as to further improve the user experience.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the second item is an item that the user has purchased, the name of the second item may be pushed to the user; or pushing the name of the second item and the number of the second items to the user.
Particularly when the shelf life of a second item ordered by a user is less than a third threshold, the name of the second item may be pushed to the user in order to avoid wastage due to repeated purchases by the user; or pushing the name of the second item and the number of the second items to the user.
For example, when the second object is a fresh object that has been ordered by the user, because the shelf life of the fresh object is shorter, in order to avoid waste, when the current position of the user is a supermarket or a vegetable market in which the fresh object is sold, that is, when the first object corresponding to the current position of the user is the fresh object, the name of the fresh object can be pushed to the user, and the name and the number of the fresh object can be simultaneously pushed to the user, so as to remind the user that the user has purchased the object, avoid repeated ordering caused by forgetting to order the object or shopping impulse, and the like, thereby avoiding waste of the object and/or property, guaranteeing benefits of the user, and improving user experience.
Further, if the purchased article is in the undelivered state, the to-be-delivered time of the second article can be pushed to the user, that is, the predicted to-be-delivered time of the second article is pushed to the user, so that the user can selectively consume according to the to-be-delivered time of the purchased article, and user experience is further improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when the second item is an item that the user has not purchased, the user may push the name of the second item; or pushing the name of the second item and the price information of the second item to the user.
For example, when the second article is a fashion item which is collected and purchased by the user but not purchased, when the current position of the user is a market where the fashion item is sold, that is, when the first article corresponding to the current position of the user is the fashion item, the identification information of the second article which is collected and purchased by the user can be pushed to the user so as to prompt the user that the online electronic commerce platform also has the function of selling the same article, so that the user can compare the articles sold by the online electronic commerce platform with the articles sold by the offline market, and the user can conveniently select more reasonably. Further, the name of the second item and the price of the second item can be pushed to the user at the same time, so that the user can directly compare the prices according to the push information, and the quick selection of the user is facilitated.
In addition, when the current location of the user corresponds to an item site providing a plurality of items, for example, when the current location of the user corresponds to a comprehensive mall, a first item corresponding to the current location corresponds to a plurality of item types, at this time, the item type of one or more second items most focused by the user may be determined according to the historical behavior information of the user, and then item information (such as names and prices) of the one or more second items most focused by the user may be pushed to the user.
The information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the invention is described in detail below by taking a fresh article purchased by the user and a fashion article not purchased by the user as an example of a second article indicated by the historical behavior information of the user.
As shown in fig. 2, when a user purchases a fresh article, the information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the invention may include the following steps:
step S201: according to the historical behavior information of the user, the articles purchased by the user are determined to comprise fresh articles.
Step S202: and determining the current position of the user, and determining the article corresponding to the current position as a fresh article.
For example, if the current position of the user is a supermarket or a vegetable market selling fresh goods, the current position is indicated that the goods corresponding to the current position are fresh goods.
Step S203: when the stay time of the user at the current position is longer than the first threshold value, the name, the number and the waiting distribution time of the fresh goods purchased by the user are pushed to the user.
It can be appreciated that the information pushing manner may be various, for example, information pushing may be implemented by a terminal pushing a message, a short message, and/or a phone.
As shown in fig. 3, when a user pays attention to a fashion item but does not purchase the information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the invention may include the following steps:
step S301: and according to the historical behavior information of the user, determining that the object focused by the user is a fashion object.
Step S302: and determining the current position of the user, and determining that the article corresponding to the current position is a fashion article.
For example, when the current position of the user is a market of fashion items, the user indicates that the item corresponding to the current position is a fashion item.
Step S303: when the stay time of the user at the current position is greater than a first threshold value, the name and price of the fashion item concerned by the user are pushed to the user.
It can be appreciated that the information pushing manner may be various, for example, information pushing may be implemented by a terminal pushing a message, a short message, and/or a phone.
According to the information pushing method, through determining the second article indicated by the historical behavior data of the user, when the first article corresponding to the current position of the user is the same as the article type of the second article, information related to the second article is pushed to the user, so that the user knows the information of the purchased or focused second article according to the pushed information, the user is prevented from repeatedly purchasing the ordered article, or the user can compare the attributes such as the prices of the first article and the second article, and the user can conveniently select the second article. Therefore, the benefit of the user is guaranteed, and the user experience is improved.
