According to the vehicle-mounted double-screen display structure, when the display screen displays contents, the backlight source in the non-blanking area is opened, the blanking area adjacent to the splicing gap is closed, the blanking area is in a dark state and is consistent with the splicing gap of the two screens, so that the blanking area and the splicing gap are integrated into a whole, the splicing gap is hidden, a user cannot feel the effect of integral large-screen display, and better use experience is obtained at lower cost.

Background
The integrated central control liquid crystal large screen can improve the modern feeling and luxurious feeling of an automobile display screen and is favored by consumers, however, the cost of the display screen is greatly improved due to the increase of the size of the liquid crystal screen. In order to reduce the cost, some automobiles adopt a double-screen display, the interior of the double-screen display is formed by splicing an independent instrument display screen and a central control display screen, the surface of the double-screen display is provided with an integrated protection screen, and the whole double-screen display looks like a large screen, so that the cost is greatly reduced while the visual effect of the large screen is achieved. However, the instrument display screen and the central control display screen are all generally provided with a uniform backlight source, when the screen has content to display, the backlight source lights the whole screen, and even if no content display part exists on the screen, the screen has certain dark state brightness, so that the physical gap between the two spliced screens is obvious and has a strong sharp feeling, the visual effect after splicing is greatly influenced, and the user experience is influenced.

According to the vehicle-mounted double-screen display structure, the backlight sources of the blanking areas adjacent to the splicing gaps of the instrument display screen and the central control display screen are independent of other areas, when the display screen displays contents, the backlight sources in the non-blanking areas are turned on, and the backlight sources in the blanking areas adjacent to the splicing gaps are turned off, so that the blanking areas are in a dark state and are consistent with the splicing gaps of the two screens, the blanking areas and the splicing gaps are black integrally, the splicing gaps are hidden, a user cannot feel the effect of integral large-screen display, and better use experience is obtained at lower cost.

Detailed Description

The blanking area 5 is divided into a plurality of independent square or rectangular areas, each provided with an independent backlight 6, as shown in fig. 3. The length of the side of the square or rectangular area is preferably 2-20 mm. When the display screen displays different contents, the independent square area is like a checkerboard picture, the area needing to display the contents is opened by the corresponding backlight source, otherwise, the backlight source is closed, the blanking area is divided into gridding areas, the corresponding independent backlight source is arranged, the backlight source in a smaller area can be better closed gradually according to the contents displayed by the picture, the blanking area and the splicing gap are integrated into a whole, and the splicing gap is hidden, so that the purpose of hiding the physical gap between screens is improved.
The physical gap 8 between the instrument display screen 2 and the central control display screen 3 in the non-liquid crystal display area is preferably 3-7 mm, as shown in fig. 4, the smaller the physical gap, the easier the splicing gap will be hidden, and due to the problem of the processing technology, the physical gap is preferably 3-7 mm, so that the effects of not only facilitating processing but also hiding the splicing gap are achieved.
When the screen does not display the content, for example, the display screen is powered off, because light irradiates on the surface of the screen, certain difference exists between the light reflection of the display area of the screen and the light reflection of the physical gap, and the content is not displayed on the screen, the physical gap of the screen has a visible phenomenon, and the surface of the glass cover plate 4 is covered with the smoking film 9, as shown in fig. 5, so that the light reflection of the display area of the screen and the physical gap is closer, and the effect of large-screen display of a pure black picture of the whole screen is further improved.

A vehicle-mounted double-screen display structure comprises a shell (1), an instrument display screen (2) and a central control display screen (3) which are arranged in the shell (1), and glass cover plates (4) which cover the instrument display screen (2) and the central control display screen (3), wherein the instrument display screen (2) and the central control display screen (3) are spliced side by side, and the vehicle-mounted double-screen display structure is characterized in that the instrument display screen (2) and the central control display screen (3) are provided with independent partitions in an area adjacent to a splicing gap, and the area is called as a blanking area (5); and backlight sources (6) which are independent from other areas are arranged in blanking areas of the instrument display screen (2) and the central control display screen (3).

4. The vehicle-mounted double-screen display structure according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that a physical gap (8) of a non-liquid crystal display area between the instrument display screen (2) and the central control display screen (3) is 3-7 mm.
