it should be noted that the dynamic identification code is an instant code, and may be identification codes such as a verification code and a two-dimensional code, and the first dynamic identification code has a characteristic of real-time dynamic update and failure to acquire, where the dynamic identification code may include identification information such as an account number of an IP address of the medical self-service terminal, a password corresponding to the account number of the IP address, acquisition time of a user side, generation time of the first dynamic identification code, and effective expiration time of a preset dynamic identification code.
It can be understood that, when the dynamic identification code is updated according to the preset time, the password corresponding to the account of the IP address, the generation time of the first dynamic identification code, and the effective deadline time of the preset dynamic identification code all change, so as to implement dynamic characteristics such as one-man code, obsolete invalidation, and the like.
The preset time can be 5s, 10s, 30s and other time lengths, and the preset time is preferably 30s by considering the relationship among the network, the equipment and the user operation of the user side.
The first dynamic identification code is the unique identification code of the medical self-service terminal acquired by the user side at the current moment.
Illustratively, the user side is a user mobile phone as an example, when the user mobile phone receives a signal that a user starts a remote control software module, a camera module of the mobile phone is synchronously adjusted, and the camera module is used for identifying the dynamic identification code of the medical self-service terminal so as to obtain the first dynamic identification code.

it is understood that the verification includes, but is not limited to, checking whether the identification information of the first dynamic identification code matches the identification information of the second dynamic identification code on the medical self-service terminal side to determine whether the user terminal has the right to remotely control the medical self-service terminal.
Continuing with the example of the user mobile phone, when the first dynamic identification code is identified, the identification information of the current dynamic identification code can be obtained as the identification information of the first dynamic identification code.
Illustratively, the first dynamic identification code includes identification information corresponding to the first dynamic identification code, such as an account of an IP address of the current medical self-service terminal, an instant password corresponding to the account of the IP address, acquisition time corresponding to the first dynamic identification code recognized by the camera, generation time of the first dynamic identification code generated by the medical self-service terminal, and effective deadline time of a preset dynamic identification code.
The second dynamic identification code is generated in real time by the medical self-service terminal and is displayed and uploaded to the cloud server as a verification standard so that the cloud server can perform verification and judgment, when the second dynamic identification code does not accord with any identification information in the first dynamic identification code, the fact that the user side does not have the right to remotely control the medical self-service terminal is indicated, at the moment, the cloud server can return a verification failure response, and prompts the user side to re-identify the dynamic identification code of the medical self-service terminal so as to re-initiate the establishment of remote control connection.
203. Receiving a verification response returned by the cloud server, sending authorization information to the cloud server when the verification response is a verification success response, acquiring and displaying a control interface of the medical self-service terminal after authorization, and establishing remote control connection for the medical self-service terminal;
it should be noted that the verification response includes a verification success response or a verification failure response, and is used to indicate whether the user terminal is authorized to establish remote control with the medical self-service terminal. The authorization information comprises but is not limited to desensitized user basic information such as a mobile phone number, a name, a position, an identity card number and the like, is used for establishing remote control connection with the medical self-service terminal, and the medical self-service terminal can also establish a user basic information file according to the authorization information. The invention provides a remote control method of a medical self-service terminal, which is applied to a user side and comprises the following steps: acquiring a first dynamic identification code of the medical self-service terminal, and updating the dynamic identification code according to preset time; sending the first dynamic identification code to a cloud server, wherein the first dynamic identification code is used for the cloud server to verify whether a user side has the right to remotely control the medical self-service terminal; receiving a verification response returned by the cloud server, sending authorization information to the cloud server when the verification response is a verification success response, acquiring and displaying a control interface of the medical self-service terminal after authorization, and establishing remote control connection for the medical self-service terminal; and sending a service handling instruction to the medical self-service terminal through the remote control connection, and receiving the handling progress of the medical service corresponding to the service handling instruction returned by the medical self-service terminal so as to realize remote service handling. By establishing remote control with the medical self-service terminal, non-contact control is realized, cross infection is effectively reduced, and the dynamic identification code is updated according to preset time to prevent other clients from being multipurpose by one code.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a remote control method of a medical self-service terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a medical self-service terminal, and the method includes:
301. displaying a second dynamic identification code and sending the second dynamic identification code to a cloud server, wherein the second dynamic identification code is updated according to a preset time interval and is used for verifying whether a user side has the right to remotely control the medical self-service terminal or not by the cloud server;
the second dynamic identification code is a unique identification code corresponding to the first dynamic identification code at the same time.
It is understood that the verification includes, but is not limited to, checking whether the identification information of the first dynamic identification code matches the identification information of the second dynamic identification code on the medical self-service terminal side to determine whether the user terminal is authorized to remotely control the medical self-service terminal.
It should be noted that the first dynamic identification code and the second dynamic identification code are used for distinguishing and describing the dynamic identification codes sent to the cloud server by the user terminal and the medical self-service terminal during authentication.
302. If the authorization information of the user side sent by the cloud server is received, establishing remote control connection with the user side;
303. receiving a service handling instruction of the user side through the remote control connection;
304. and executing the medical service corresponding to the service handling instruction according to the service handling instruction.
It is to be understood that steps 301, 302, 303, and 304 are similar to steps 201, 202, 203, and 204, and for avoiding repetition, details are not described herein, and reference may be made to the contents of steps 201, 202, 203, and 204.
The invention provides a remote control method of a medical self-service terminal, which is applied to the medical self-service terminal and comprises the following steps: displaying the second dynamic identification code and sending the second dynamic identification code to the cloud server, wherein the second dynamic identification code is updated according to a preset time interval and is used for verifying whether the user side has the right to remotely control the medical self-service terminal or not by the cloud server; if receiving authorization information of the user side sent by the cloud server, establishing remote control connection with the user side; receiving a service handling instruction of a user side through a remote control connection; and executing the medical service corresponding to the service handling instruction according to the service handling instruction. By establishing remote control with the user side, contactless service handling is realized, cross infection is effectively reduced, the dynamic identification code is updated according to preset time to prevent other user sides from being multipurpose, and only the handling progress is returned to the user side in real time, so that the progress of the handling process can be effectively monitored.
In a possible implementation, step 302 is followed by: acquiring an inoperable interface corresponding to the private mode; and switching the control interface into the inoperable interface, and displaying the inoperable interface.
It should be noted that, in the private mode, that is, the remote control mode, the inoperable interface is composed of a dynamic screen and a static prompt, the dynamic screen includes but is not limited to a dynamic progress bar, and the static prompt includes but is not limited to a relevant text prompt such as "being in remote handling". When the medical self-service terminal is in the condition of displaying the inoperable interface, other user terminals cannot remotely control the medical self-service terminal and cannot perform contact control through a touch screen of the medical self-service terminal.
It can be understood that, when the medical self-service terminal is in the remote control mode, in order to protect the personal privacy of the user, the control interface corresponding to the original service handling interface needs to be switched to the inoperable interface, and the service handling interface needs to be encrypted. Information leakage and malicious operation are prevented.
Illustratively, interface display in a corresponding mode can be realized in a mode of presetting a working mode of the medical self-service terminal, the working mode includes but is not limited to a private mode and a conventional handling mode, and when the working mode is the private mode, interface display corresponding to an original mode is converted into inoperable interface display corresponding to the private mode; the conversion mode includes but is not limited to interface fuzzy processing, calling preset occlusion scene animation and the like.
Preferably, when the user interface is in the private mode, the user-defined interface sent by the user side is received, and the interface is used as an inoperable interface in the private mode and is displayed to the medical self-service terminal interface. The self-defined content comprises prompt information and blocking animation and the like which are not limited to the medical equipment in a remote mode, the self-defined filling content comprises characters, static or dynamic pictures and static and/or dynamic pictures containing the characters, and a self-defined non-operable interface is generated by utilizing the filling content, so that the medical self-service terminal can obtain and display the self-defined filling content to prompt that the current medical self-service terminal is in the remote control mode.
In one possible implementation, step 304 includes:
when the business handling instruction is a registration instruction, sending a first handling progress to the user side, wherein the first handling progress is a card identification prompt, and the card includes any one of a medical insurance card, a resident identification card, a social security card and an electronic medical insurance card; card information of the card and local card information corresponding to the authorization information are obtained, wherein the local card information is obtained by historical information inquiry in a medical intranet based on the authorization information and corresponds to the authorization information; and when the card information is the same as the local card information corresponding to the authorization information, sending a second transaction progress to the user side, wherein the second transaction progress is a prompt of successful registration transaction.
When the received service transaction instruction of the user side is a registration instruction, performing registration service transaction according to the instruction, sending a first transaction progress of the registration service transaction to the user side, performing card identification according to the card selected by the user side, extracting card information, and searching local card information corresponding to the intranet by using authorization information; and when the card information is confirmed to be correct, registering is conducted for the user, and prompt information of the second registration progress which is successfully registered is sent to the user side.
It can be understood that the medical self-service terminal is provided with a card reading module, including but not limited to a magnetic stripe card reader, an identity card reader, a non-contact card reader and the like, through the card reading module, the medical self-service terminal can read card information of related cards, so that the medical self-service terminal still has a self-judgment function even though the medical self-service terminal is used as a controlled terminal in remote control, and cannot passively receive a control instruction for service handling because the medical self-service terminal is in a controlled state. And the business handling progress, namely the card reading result, is transmitted back to the user side, so that the user side can identify related cards without arranging a card reading module, the relation between the controlled end and the controlled end is not only traditional control and control, the controlled end can be reversely controlled by the controlled end, and the card reading capability is endowed to the control end.
In one possible implementation, step 304 includes:
when the service transaction instruction is a recharging instruction and/or a payment instruction, sending a third transaction progress to the user side, wherein the third transaction progress is a prompt for selecting a payment mode, and the payment mode comprises any one of WeChat payment, Unionpay payment and Payment; and when the payment success information of the user side is received, sending a fourth transaction progress to the user side, wherein the fourth transaction progress is a prompt of successful recharging transaction and/or payment.
It should be noted that when the received service transaction instruction of the user side is a recharge instruction and/or a payment instruction, the service transaction of recharge and/or payment is executed according to the instruction, the third transaction progress of the service transaction of the recharge instruction and/or the payment instruction is sent to the user side, the payment information of the corresponding UnionPay terminal is received according to the payment mode selected by the user side, the payment success information of the user side returned by the UnionPay terminal is received, and the prompt information of the fourth transaction progress of successful recharge and/or payment is sent to the user side.
In one possible implementation, step 304 includes:
when the service handling instruction is a print diagnosis report instruction, determining target diagnosis information by using the authorization information, wherein the target diagnosis information is diagnosis information corresponding to the authorization information obtained by querying historical information in a medical intranet based on the authorization information; and generating a target treatment report by using the target treatment information, and sending a fifth treatment progress to the user side, wherein the fifth treatment progress is a prompt for getting the printed treatment report.
It should be noted that, when the received service handling instruction of the user side is a print diagnosis report instruction, the service handling of the print diagnosis report is executed according to the instruction, the diagnosis information of the medical intranet is searched by using the authorization information, the diagnosis report corresponding to the diagnosis information is generated and printed, and the fifth handling progress of the service handling of the print diagnosis report is sent to the user side, so as to prompt the user to timely pick up the diagnosis report.
