For example, the treatment plates are respectively hypertension plate, insomnia plate, mental plate, pregnant and lying-in woman plate, etc.
Each healing version block comprises a plurality of multimedia files selected by professional service organizations or professional therapists providing physiological or psychological medical services, and the multimedia files are healing media files capable of relieving psychological problems or physiological problems corresponding to the corresponding healing version blocks or having healing effects on specific groups corresponding to the corresponding healing version blocks. Because the multimedia files in each healing version block are selected by a professional service organization or a therapist, the healing efficacy of the multimedia files in the healing version blocks can be better ensured.
After the multiple cure sections are displayed in the application interface of the appointed multimedia application, the target user can select the section matched with the self condition according to the names of the multiple cure sections. For example, if the target user is a pregnant woman who wants to seek multimedia files suitable for the psychosomatic problems of the pregnant woman, a pregnant woman section may be selected, if the target user is nervous, restless, wants to seek spiritual consolation, a mental section may be selected, and for example, if the target user is a hypertensive patient, a hypertensive section may be selected, and so on.
The first terminal can detect whether the selection operation of the target user on any treatment section is received or not in real time, and if the selection operation of the target user on the first treatment section is detected, the first terminal can display a section page of the first treatment section and acquire a first heart volume table and a first media preference table corresponding to the first treatment section. Thereafter, a first heart of body mass table and a first media preference table are displayed within a slab page of the first cure slab. Wherein, the first treatment plate block can be any one of a plurality of treatment plate blocks.
It should be noted that the selection operation of the target user on the cure slab may be a single click, a double click, or other designated gesture operation on the cure slab.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, because the psychological problem, the physiological problem, or the crowd of each treatment section is different, that is, the physical and mental problems to be solved by each treatment section are different, in the embodiment of the present application, a service organization or a professional therapist who selects a multimedia file for each treatment section may design a corresponding physical and mental scale for evaluating the physical and mental states for the corresponding treatment section. For example, the physical and mental scale corresponding to the hypertension section can be mainly used for evaluating the physiological state of the hypertension patient, and the physical and mental scale corresponding to the mental section can be mainly used for evaluating the mental state of the user, such as whether there is a mental disease, such as anxiety, depression, and the like.
In addition, a service organization or a professional therapist which selects the multimedia files for each cure block can design a corresponding media preference table for the corresponding cure block according to the type of the multimedia files in the corresponding cure block. For example, if the multimedia files within a cure block include music, video, pictures, etc., the media preference table may be used to evaluate which file format files the user likes and what content files the user likes. For another example, if the multimedia files included in the cure version are all music, the media preference table may be used to evaluate which genre of music the user likes, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application. Of course, in some possible cases, the types of multimedia files contained in the cure blocks may be substantially the same, for example, each cure block includes various styles of music, in which case, the media preference tables corresponding to the cure blocks may be the same.
Based on this, each treatment-cured section can correspond to its own mind-body table and media preference table, so after detecting the selection operation of the target user on the first treatment-cured section, the first terminal can acquire the first mind-body table and the first media preference table corresponding to the first treatment-cured section according to the identifier of the first treatment-cured section. Thereafter, the first terminal may sequentially display the first heart rate table and the first media preference table.
Illustratively, the first terminal first displays the first psychometric scale. The target user can input the physical and mental state information reflecting the physiological state and/or the psychological state of the target user in the first physical and mental scale, and the first terminal acquires the physical and mental state information. And then, the first terminal displays the first media preference table, the target user inputs own media preference information in the first media preference table according to own preference, and the first terminal acquires the media preference information.
Of course, the first terminal may also display the first media preference table first, and display the first physical and mental quantity table after the media preference information is acquired, so as to acquire the physical and mental state information. Or, the first terminal displays the first media preference amount table and the first mind and body amount table at the same time, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a physical and mental scale corresponding to a corresponding cure plate according to an operation of a target user according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, a mental plate, a hypertension plate, a pregnant and delivery plate, and an insomnia plate are displayed in the application interface of the designated multimedia application. After a user clicks a mental block, a first terminal displays a block page 301 of the mental block, a plurality of multimedia files 302 are displayed in the block page 301, and after the first terminal acquires a physical and mental scale corresponding to the mental block, the physical and mental scale 303 is displayed on the upper layer of the plurality of displayed multimedia files. Thereafter, the target user may fill the mind-body table 303 with the mind-body state information of itself.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the application, the physical and mental scale and the media preference scale may be in the form of a questionnaire including options, and the user may select options corresponding to different questions in the scale, so as to complete the input of the physical and mental state information and the media preference information. In this case, the mind-body state information and the media preference information acquired by the first terminal may be a set of options of each question in the corresponding scale selected by the target user, where each option may be arranged according to a sequence of the corresponding question in the corresponding scale. Or, the physical and mental scale and the media preference scale may be a questionnaire including a plurality of questions and corresponding answer input boxes, so that the user can input his/her own information in the answer input box corresponding to each question to complete the input of the physical and mental state information and the media preference information. At this time, the mind-body state information and the media preference information acquired by the first terminal may be text information input by the user.
The foregoing is a manner for acquiring the mind and body state information and the media preference information provided by the embodiment of the present application. In another possible implementation manner, a professional therapist service option can be displayed in the application interface of the designated multimedia application displayed by the first terminal. When the first terminal detects the selection operation aiming at the professional therapist service option, displaying the physical and mental state input box and the media preference input box, and acquiring the physical and mental state information input by the target user in the physical and mental state input box and the media preference information input in the media preference input box.
In one possible scenario, the first terminal may simultaneously display the professional therapist service option in the interface displaying the aforementioned plurality of cure blocks. The professional therapist service option may be selected when the target user needs to seek a more accurate treatment plan. And when the first terminal detects the selection operation of the target user on the professional therapist service option, displaying the physical and mental state input box and the media preference input box. Thereafter, the target user may input mind-body state information describing the physiological state and the psychological state of the target user in the mind-body state input box, and input media preference information describing the media preference of the target user in the media preference input box. Accordingly, the first terminal may acquire the mind and body state information and the media preference information input by the target user.
For example, referring to FIG. 4, in an application interface including mental, hypertension, insomnia and pregnancy boards, a logo 401 of a professional therapist is displayed. After the target user clicks the identifier 401, the first terminal may display a mind and body state input box 402 and a media preference input box 403 on the upper layer of the current interface. Thereafter, the target user may enter mind and body state information in the mind and body state input box 402 and media preference information in the media preference input box 403.
In another possible scenario, as can be seen from the above description, the multimedia files included in each healing block are selected by a professional service organization or a professional therapist. Based on this, in this embodiment of the application, the first terminal may also display, in the tile page of each cure tile, an identifier of a professional therapist who selects the multimedia file for the corresponding cure tile, or display an identifier of a professional therapist in a service organization that selects the multimedia file for the corresponding cure tile. The identifier of the professional therapist is used to uniquely identify a professional therapist, and may be, for example, the name of the professional therapist. At this time, the identifier of the professional therapist is the professional therapist service option. Based on this, in the embodiment of the application, the target user may first select one cure section according to the physical and mental conditions of the target user, and after entering the section page of the selected cure section, the target user selects a professional therapist service option displayed in the section page. Then, the first terminal may display the physical and mental state input box and the media preference input box according to the selection operation of the target user to obtain the physical and mental state information and the media preference information, and the specific process of the first terminal interacting with the user to obtain the physical and mental state information and the media preference information is described in the foregoing, and is not described herein again.
In addition, it should be noted that the target user may select one of the two manners of submitting the physical and mental state information and the media preference information to obtain the corresponding recommendation sheet, or may select one of the two manners of submitting the physical and mental state information and the media preference information to obtain the recommendation sheet by a method described later, and then select another manner of submitting the physical and mental state information and the media preference information to obtain the corresponding recommendation sheet by another manner, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
After obtaining the mind and body state information and the media preference information of the target user, the first terminal may interact with the server through the following steps 202 and 204 to display a first recommendation form customized for the target user.
Step 202: the first terminal sends the mind and body state information and the media preference information of the target user to the server.
After acquiring the mind and body state information and the media preference information of the target user, the first terminal may send a recommendation request to the server, where the recommendation request carries the mind and body state information and the media preference information of the target user. In addition, the recommendation request may also carry a user identifier of the target user, so that a subsequent server feeds back a recommendation form to the first terminal.
In addition, as can be known from the introduction in the foregoing step 201, the mind and body state information and the media preference information of the target user may be obtained by the first terminal through the user filling the corresponding mind and body table and media preference table after the user selects one cure edition, or may be obtained by the user after selecting a professional therapist service option. That is, different request types are carried according to different services sought by target users. Wherein the request type includes a first type and a second type, wherein the first type is used for indicating that the recommendation request is used for requesting machine recommendation, namely, recommendation by the server, and the second type is used for indicating that the recommendation request is used for requesting professional therapists to make recommendation, namely, seeking professional services for the professional therapists through the server.
In other words, if the target user inputs his/her mind and body state information and media preference information by filling in the table after selecting the cure block, the request type of the recommendation request is the first type. The request type of the recommendation request is a second type if the target user is mind and body state information and media preference information entered after selecting the professional therapist service option.
Optionally, in some possible implementation manners, the recommendation request may not carry a request type, so that the subsequent server may distinguish whether the recommendation request requires machine recommendation or professional therapist recommendation according to a difference in format and/or content of the mind and body state information and the media preference information carried in the recommendation request.
Step 203: the server sends a first recommendation sheet to the first terminal according to the physical and mental state information and the media preference information of the target user.
The server receives a recommendation request sent by the first terminal, acquires the mind and body state information and the media preference information of the target user carried in the recommendation request, and then sends a first recommendation list containing a plurality of multimedia files to the first terminal according to the mind and body state information and the media preference information. The multimedia file may include audio, video, and other files. The file content of the audio file may be pure music, a song, a photo or an audio book, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
As can be seen from the foregoing description, the recommendation request may be a request for machine recommendation or a request for recommendation by a professional therapist. The implementation of this step is different according to different request types.
The first implementation mode comprises the following steps: if the server determines that the recommendation request requires machine recommendation according to the request type carried by the recommendation request or the content and format of the physical and mental state information and the media preference information, the server determines the physical and mental state evaluation result of the target user according to the physical and mental state information and determines the media preference evaluation result of the target user according to the media preference information; acquiring an initial recommendation sheet matched with the physical and mental state evaluation result and the media preference evaluation result of the target user; acquiring similar multimedia files of all multimedia files included in the initial recommendation list; and generating a first recommendation list according to each multimedia file included in the initial recommendation list and the obtained similar multimedia files.
In this implementation, because the physical and mental state information and the media preference information are obtained from the questionnaire, when the questionnaire is a questionnaire including options, that is, when the physical and mental state information and the media preference information are sets of options selected by the user, for each physical and mental scale, the server may store a mapping relationship between each option set obtained by arranging and combining options corresponding to different questions in the physical and mental scale and a corresponding physical and mental state evaluation result. On this basis, the server can obtain the physical state evaluation result corresponding to the option set from the mapping relation corresponding to the first body-mind volume table according to the option set of each problem selected in the first body-mind volume table by the target user, so as to obtain the physical and mental state evaluation result of the target user. Similarly, for each media preference table, the server stores a mapping relationship between each option set obtained by arranging and combining the options corresponding to different questions in the media preference table and the corresponding media preference evaluation result. On this basis, the server may obtain the media preference evaluation result corresponding to the option set from the mapping relationship corresponding to the first media preference table according to the option set of each question selected by the target user in the first media preference table, so as to obtain the media preference evaluation result of the target user.
Exemplarily, table 1 shows a mapping relationship corresponding to a mind-body table, and assuming that the mind-body table includes 10 questions each including 3 options, combining possible answers corresponding to the 10 questions to obtain 310That is, the combination of options in the mapping relation is 310And (4) respectively. Some different option combinations may have the same or different evaluation results, for example, the option combination { AAAAAAAAAA } and the option combination { aabaaaaa } may correspond to the same evaluation result a, the option combination { AABABACABC }, the option combination { AABABACABA } and the option combination { aababcaba } correspond to the same evaluation result B, and so on. Assuming that the physical and mental state information of the target user is { AABABACABA }, the physical and mental state evaluation result of the target user can be determined as an evaluation result B according to the mapping relation.
TABLE 1 mapping relationship between option set and evaluation result of physical and mental state of physical and mental scale
Figure BDA0003049842840000171
Figure BDA0003049842840000181
It should be noted that table 1 is only an exemplary mapping relationship given in the embodiment of the present application, and the content in the table does not constitute a limitation on the content that may exist in the mapping relationship.
Optionally, when the scale is a questionnaire including an input box, that is, when the physical and mental state information and the media preference information are both text information input by the user, the server may extract a keyword from the physical and mental state information, determine a physical and mental state evaluation result according to the extracted keyword, extract a keyword from the media preference information, and determine a media preference evaluation result according to the extracted keyword.
It should be noted that, in some possible implementation manners, a pre-trained first AI (Artificial Intelligence) model for performing the mind and body state evaluation is deployed in the server, and the server may input the mind and body state information of the target user into the first AI model, process the mind and body state information through the first AI model, and then output the mind and body state evaluation result of the target user through the first AI model. Likewise, the server may also be deployed with a second AI model that is pre-trained for media preference evaluation. And the server inputs the media preference information of the target user into the second AI model, processes the media preference information through the second AI model, and then outputs the media preference evaluation result of the target user through the second AI model.
Additionally, it is noted that the media preference evaluation results determined above for the target user may indicate the target user's preference for one or more media types. The media type may refer to a file type of the media, such as audio, video, picture, text, and the like, or a content type of the media, such as ancient music, electronic music, and popular music. That is, the above-determined media preference evaluation result may be only the target user's preference for one media type, for example, the media preference evaluation result indicates that the target user's music preference is music of the ancient style. Optionally, the media preference evaluation result may also be a target user's preference for multiple media types, for example, the media preference evaluation result indicates that the target user's music preference is music of the ancient style and popular style.
After obtaining the physical state evaluation result and the media preference evaluation result of the target user, the server may obtain the recommendation form identification corresponding to the physical state evaluation result and the media preference evaluation result of the target user from the stored mapping relationship among the physical state, the media preference and the recommendation form identification, and obtain a corresponding recommendation form according to the obtained recommendation form identification, where the recommendation form is an initial recommendation form matched with the physical and mental state evaluation result and the media preference evaluation result of the target user.
For example, a mapping relationship between the mind and body status, the media preferences, and the recommendation ticket identification is shown in table 2. As shown in fig. 2, the mind-body state a and the media preference a correspond to a recommendation form identifier AA, the mind-body state a and the media preference B correspond to a recommendation form identifier AB, and so on. Assuming that the physical and mental state evaluation result of the target user obtained by the server is C and the media preference evaluation result is B, the corresponding recommendation list identifier CB can be determined from the mapping relation, and at this time, the server can obtain the recommendation list with the recommendation list identifier CB as the initial recommendation list.
TABLE 2 mapping relationship of mind and body status, media preferences and recommendation ticket identification
Figure BDA0003049842840000191
It should be noted that table 2 above is only an exemplary mapping relationship given in the embodiment of the present application, and the content in the table does not constitute a limitation on the content that may exist in the mapping relationship.
Also, it is noted that, as described above, the media preference evaluation result may indicate the user's preference for media files of one media type or may indicate the user's preference for media files of multiple media types, and therefore, in the above table 2, both the media preference indicating the user's preference for media files of one media type and the media preference indicating the user's preference for media files of multiple media types may be included. For example, media preference A may be music from the old world, media preference B may be pop music, and media preference C may be music from the old world and pop music. Moreover, as can be seen from table 2, for the same physical and mental state, if the media preference a, that is, the ancient wind music, corresponds to the recommendation list AA, and the media preference B, that is, the popular music, corresponds to the recommendation list AB, the media preference C, that is, the recommendation list corresponding to the ancient wind music and the popular music, will be AC, at this time, the multimedia files contained in the recommendation list AC may be different from the multimedia files contained in the recommendation list AA and the recommendation list AB, or the multimedia files contained in the recommendation list AC intersect the multimedia files contained in the recommendation list AA and intersect the multimedia files contained in the recommendation list AB, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
After the initial recommendation list is obtained, the server may read content tags of a plurality of multimedia files included in the initial recommendation list, and then the server may obtain multimedia files that are the same as or similar to the content tags of the multimedia files, so as to obtain a plurality of similar multimedia files, and generate a first recommendation list according to the similar multimedia files and the multimedia files in the initial recommendation list, where the first recommendation list includes the multimedia files included in the initial recommendation list and the determined similar multimedia files.
After the first recommendation list is generated, the server may send the first recommendation list to the first terminal according to the user identifier of the target user carried in the recommendation request.
Optionally, in a possible case, after determining the mind and body state evaluation result of the target user according to the mind and body state information of the target user, if the mind and body state evaluation result of the target user indicates that the physiological state or the psychological state of the target user is a serious unhealthy state, the server may further send the determined mind and body state evaluation result of the target user to the first terminal when sending the first recommendation form to the first terminal.
Optionally, in a possible case, the above process of determining the mind and body state evaluation result and the media preference evaluation result of the target user according to the mind and body state information and the media preference information of the target user may also be performed by the first terminal, in which case, the first terminal may directly send the mind and body state evaluation result and the media preference evaluation result of the target user to the server. Accordingly, the server may obtain the corresponding first recommendation sheet according to the mind and body status evaluation result and the media preference evaluation result by the method described above.
After obtaining the physical and mental state evaluation result of the target user, if the physical and mental state evaluation result indicates that the physiological state or the mental state of the target user is a serious unhealthy state, the first terminal may display a prompt message in a layout page of a corresponding cure layout to prompt the target user to seek professional medical services in time.
Further, as described above, the section page of the cure section may display the identifier of the service organization or the identifier of the professional therapist for selecting the multimedia file for the corresponding cure section. Based on this, in the embodiment of the present application, the prompt information displayed by the first terminal may be used to prompt the user to obtain the medical service through the identifier of the service mechanism in the cure block. In this way, after viewing the prompt message, the target user may perform a selection operation with respect to the identification of the service institution or the identification of the professional therapist displayed within the cure block. Accordingly, when the first terminal detects the selection operation of the target user for the displayed identification of the service organization, the first terminal can jump to a service content page of the service organization, wherein one or more of a popular science service option, an online registration option of the service organization, a triage service option and an expert live broadcast option can be included in the service content page, so that the target user can obtain corresponding content through the options to seek further professional treatment.
For example, referring to fig. 5, the first terminal displays, within a section page of a mental section, an identification of a service organization that selects a multimedia file for the section: and when the target user clicks the identifier, the first terminal can skip to display a service content page of the AA mental health care institute, and a mental health knowledge popular option, an online registration option, an intelligent triage option and an expert live broadcast option of the AA mental health care institute are displayed in the page.
Optionally, the prompt information displayed by the first terminal may also be used to prompt the user to seek medical service through the identifier of the professional therapist displayed in the healing plate, in this case, when the first terminal detects that the target user performs the selection operation on the displayed identifier of the professional therapist, the first terminal may refer to the process described herein in which the professional therapist customizes the recommendation list for the target user, and interact with the second terminal through the server, so as to obtain the recommendation list of the target user.
The second implementation mode comprises the following steps: if the server determines that the recommendation request requires recommendation by a professional therapist according to the request type carried by the recommendation request or the content and format of the mind and body state information and the media preference information, the server sends the mind and body state information and the media preference information of the target user to a second terminal, and the second terminal is a terminal corresponding to the professional therapist; receiving recommendation information fed back by the second terminal, wherein the recommendation information comprises information of multimedia files recommended by professional therapists according to the physical and mental state information and the media preference information of the target user; and sending a first recommendation list to the first terminal according to the recommendation information.
It should be noted that, in one possible case, the server stores the identities of a plurality of professional therapists. Based on the above, the server can randomly select the identifier of one professional therapist directly from the identifiers of a plurality of professional therapists, or select the identifier of the professional therapist corresponding to the free identifier from the identifiers of the plurality of professional therapists. At this time, the terminal corresponding to the professional therapist identified by the selected identifier is the second terminal, and the server may send the mind and body state information and the media preference information of the target user to the second terminal corresponding to the corresponding professional therapist according to the identifier of the selected professional therapist.
In another possible case, as described above, the professional therapist service option selected by the target user may be an identifier of a professional therapist displayed in the page, in which case, when the first terminal sends the recommendation request to the server, the recommendation request may carry the identifier of the professional therapist selected by the target user. Correspondingly, the server acquires the identifier of the professional therapist carried in the recommendation request, and sends the physical and mental state information and the media preference information of the target user to the second terminal corresponding to the corresponding professional therapist according to the identifier of the professional therapist.
And the second terminal can display the received information after receiving the mind and body state information and the media preference information of the target user sent by the server. The professional therapist may input the recommendation information provided to the target user based on the mind and body status information and the media preference information of the target user. The recommendation information may be a recommendation sheet including a plurality of multimedia files customized for the target user by the professional therapist, or the recommendation information may include content types of the multimedia files recommended for the target user by the professional therapist, for example, song types recommended for the target user.
And after receiving the recommendation information input by the professional therapist, the second terminal sends the recommendation information to the server.
If the recommendation information is a recommendation list, the server may directly use the recommendation list as the first recommendation list, or the server may obtain similar multimedia files of the multimedia files included in the recommendation list and generate the first recommendation list including the multimedia files included in the recommendation list and the obtained similar multimedia files.
Optionally, if the recommendation information is a content type of a multimedia file recommended by the professional therapist for the user, the server acquires a multimedia file with a content tag matching with the corresponding content type from the stored multimedia file according to the content type indicated in the recommendation information, and then generates a second recommendation list containing the acquired multimedia file.
Optionally, in some possible implementation manners, the recommendation information may also include a recommendation list including multimedia files recommended by the professional therapist and content types of the suggested multimedia files, and in this case, the server may combine the two implementation manners to use the multimedia files recommended by the professional therapist, the obtained similar multimedia files, and the multimedia files obtained according to the content types of the recommended multimedia files as the multimedia files in the first recommendation list.
After generating the first recommendation list, the server sends the first recommendation list to the first terminal, and optionally, if the recommendation information includes a content type suggested by the professional therapist, the server may send the content type to the first terminal together.
Optionally, in some possible implementations, after the target user communicates with the professional therapist for multiple times through the server, the professional therapist provides the recommendation information to the server, that is, the server can establish a communication connection between the first terminal and the second terminal, so that the target user and the professional therapist can perform a conversation, and the professional therapist provides the recommendation information after fully knowing the physical and mental conditions of the target user, so as to improve the recommendation accuracy.
Step 204: the first terminal displays the first recommendation list.
After receiving the first recommendation list sent by the server, the first terminal may display the first recommendation list in an application interface of a specified multimedia application.
After displaying the first recommendation list, the first terminal may obtain and display the second recommendation list updated with respect to the first recommendation list according to the user behavior data of the target user with respect to the first recommendation list in step 205-207 as follows.
Step 205: and the first terminal sends the user behavior data of the target user aiming at the first recommendation list to the server.
After the first terminal displays the first recommendation list, the target user can select the multimedia text in the first recommendation list to play. Accordingly, the first terminal can collect behavior data of the target user operating the first recommendation list.
In a possible implementation manner, when the first recommendation form is obtained by machine recommendation of the server according to the mind and body state information and the media preference information submitted by the target user, the first terminal may obtain data of a preference of the target user to the multimedia file in the first recommendation form, which is actively or passively fed back by the target user, as user behavior data of the target user for the first recommendation form.
Illustratively, the first terminal may detect a marking operation of the target user on one or more multimedia files included in the first recommendation list, the marking operation being used for indicating that the one or more multimedia files are non-interesting files of the target user. The first terminal acquires the file identification of the multimedia file marked by the user as user behavior data. In addition, considering that for a certain multimedia file, the less the number of times that the user clicks to play is, the less the user is interested in the multimedia file, therefore, the first terminal may also count the number of times that the target user plays each multimedia file in the first recommendation list within a preset time period, and obtain the file identifier of the multimedia file whose play number is less than the reference threshold value as the user behavior data. Further, considering that for multimedia files that are not interested, a user may play half or a small part of the multimedia files and end the playing, in this embodiment of the present application, the first terminal may further count the playing ratio of each multimedia playing file during playing as a part of the user behavior data. The above are only some possible implementation manners of the user behavior data provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the first terminal may also obtain other data capable of reflecting the user's preference degree for the multimedia file in the first recommendation list as the user behavior data, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, if the first recommendation form is recommended by a professional therapist for the target user, the first terminal may obtain updated mind and body state information fed back by the target user after playing the multimedia file in the first recommendation form as a part of the user behavior data, in addition to collecting the behavior data. The updated body and mind state information may be indication information that the target user determines to enter the next treatment course, or may be description information of the target user about the current body and mind state of the target user.
For example, for a first recommendation list recommended by a professional therapist, when the first terminal displays the first recommendation list, the first terminal may further display an identifier of the professional therapist providing recommendation information for generating the first recommendation list in the first recommendation list, so that when the target user needs to update the first recommendation list, the identifier of the professional therapist may be selected. And the first terminal displays an information input box after detecting the selection operation aiming at the identification of the professional therapist, and acquires the updated physical and mental state information output by the user in the information input box.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 6, the identifier of the therapist providing the recommendation information corresponding to the first recommendation list is displayed in the first recommendation list: the king doctor clicks the identification by the target user. After detecting the click operation, the first terminal displays an information input box 601 for the target user to input the updated physical and mental state information.
After the user behavior data is obtained in the above manner, the first terminal may send an update request to the server, where the update request carries the user behavior data.
Optionally, for the case that updated physical and mental state information is submitted by selecting the identifier of the professional therapist, the update request sent by the first terminal may also carry the identifier of the corresponding professional therapist.
Step 206: and the server sends a second recommendation list obtained by updating the first recommendation list to the first terminal according to the user behavior data.
After receiving the update request sent by the first terminal, the server may obtain the user behavior data carried in the update request. And then, according to different contents of the user behavior data, obtaining a second recommendation list obtained by updating the first recommendation list by adopting different methods, and further feeding back the second recommendation list to the first terminal.
Illustratively, if the user behavior data includes a file identifier of a multimedia file marked by the target user in the first recommendation list and not interested in the multimedia file or a file identifier of a multimedia file whose playing time is less than a reference threshold, the server may replace the multimedia file identified by the file identifier included in the first recommendation list to obtain a second recommendation list, and then send the second recommendation list to the first terminal.
The server may directly delete the multimedia file identified by the identifier included in the user behavior data, or obtain similar multimedia files of other unmarked multimedia files, and then replace the multimedia file identified by the file identifier included in the user behavior data with the obtained similar multimedia file, thereby obtaining the second recommendation list.
If the user behavior data further comprises the play proportion of each multimedia file fed back by the target user, the server can sequence the multimedia files according to the sequence of the play proportion from small to large, the first N multimedia files are used as the multimedia files which are not interested by the user, and then the multimedia files which are not interested by the user are replaced according to the method, so that a second recommendation list is obtained.
If the user behavior data comprises updated body and mind state information fed back by the target user, for example, indication information fed back by the target user to enter the next treatment course or description information of the target user on the current body and mind state of the target user, the server sends the updated body and mind state information to the second terminal; receiving updated recommendation information sent by the second terminal, wherein the updated recommendation information is determined by a professional therapist according to the media preference information and the updated physical and mental state information; updating the first recommendation list according to the updated recommendation information to obtain a second recommendation list; and sending the second recommendation list to the first terminal.
The server can first acquire the identifier of the professional therapist who provides the recommendation information for generating the first recommendation list, and then sends the updated body and mind state information to the second terminal according to the identifier of the professional therapist.
It should be noted that, if the update request carries the identifier of the professional therapist, the server may directly obtain the identifier of the professional therapist. If the update request does not carry the identifier of the professional therapist, the server may obtain the identifier of the professional therapist corresponding to the first recommendation list from the mapping relationship between the identifier of the recommendation list stored in the server and the identifier of the therapist.
In addition, when the updated mind and body state information is sent to the second terminal, the server can also send the media preference information submitted by the target user to the second terminal so that the professional therapist can provide new recommendation information for the target user by referring to the media preference information.
And the second terminal displays the media preference information and the updated body and mind state information to the professional therapist after receiving the media preference information and the updated body and mind state information. The professional therapist may then provide updated recommendation information for adjusting the first recommendation statement based on the media preference information and the updated mind and body state information. The second terminal may transmit the updated recommendation information to the server.
The updated recommendation information may be a recommendation list obtained by a professional therapist by directly adjusting the multimedia file in the first recommendation list. At this time, the multimedia file in the adjusted recommendation list may or may not have the same file as the multimedia file in the first recommendation list, that is, the adjusted recommendation list may be a recommendation list in which all multimedia files are completely replaced. Alternatively, the updated recommendation information may also be updated content type information provided by the professional therapist. The embodiment of the present application does not limit this.
After the server receives the updated recommendation information, if the updated recommendation information is an adjusted recommendation sheet, the server may directly use the adjusted recommendation sheet as a second recommendation sheet. Or, if the user behavior data further includes the file identifier of the multimedia file that is not interested by the user or the play ratio of the multimedia file, the server may replace the multimedia file that is not interested by the user in the adjusted multimedia file in the recommendation list in the manner described above, so as to obtain the second recommendation list.
If the updated recommendation information is the adjusted content type information, the server may obtain, according to the adjusted content type, a multimedia file whose content tag matches the adjusted content type from a multimedia file stored in the server, thereby generating a second recommendation list.
Step 207: and the first terminal displays the second recommendation list.
And after receiving the second recommendation list fed back by the server, the first terminal displays the second recommendation list in an application interface of the designated multimedia application.
Similarly, during or after the target user selects the multimedia file in the second recommendation list to play, the first terminal may continue to collect the user behavior data of the target user for the second recommendation list by the method introduced in step 205, and then obtain a third recommendation list updated for the second recommendation list from the server according to the user behavior data of the target user for the second recommendation list, and so on. Therefore, the recommendation list of the target user can be continuously updated by continuously collecting the user behavior data, so that the recommendation accuracy is improved. In addition, whether the collected user behavior data reflecting whether the user is interested or not or the updated body and mind state information fed back by the user, the behavior data can reflect the body and mind states of the user when submitting the data to a certain extent, so that the recommendation list is updated through the constantly changing user behavior data, the recommendation list also changes along with the change of the body and mind states of the user, and the recommendation list can always meet the cure requirements of the user.
Optionally, in some possible implementation manners, if the target user is a recommendation obtained by machine recommendation by the server after selecting the cure block, if the physiological or psychological problem of the target user still cannot be alleviated after listening to or watching a multimedia file in the recommendation, the target user may further seek professional medical services through an identifier of a service organization or an identifier of a professional therapist displayed in the corresponding cure block, and a detailed implementation process may refer to the related description in the foregoing, which is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the application, the first terminal pertinently recommends the first recommendation form suitable for the physical and mental conditions of the target user for the target user according to the physical and mental state information and the media preference information of the target user. After the first recommendation list is recommended, the first terminal further updates the first recommendation list according to the behavior data of the target user for the first recommendation list, so that the recommendation accuracy is further improved.
Secondly, in the embodiment of the application, each cure plate in a plurality of cure plates displayed in an application interface of the designated multimedia application corresponds to a physiological and/or psychological problem or a specific crowd which may have physical and psychological problems, so that a user can easily sit in a number-checking manner when searching for the corresponding cure plate according to the user's own condition, and the method is more intuitive and convenient. In addition, in the embodiment of the application, the multimedia files in each healing plate block are selected and obtained by a service organization providing professional medical services or a professional therapist, and are not uploaded by a common user, so that the quality of the multimedia files in each healing plate block is ensured.
Thirdly, after the server obtains the initial recommendation list, the server can read the content tags of the multimedia files in the recommendation list, search more similar multimedia files for dealing with the physical and mental problems of the user and recommend the similar multimedia files to the user, so that the selectable range of the user is expanded, and the recommendation hit rate is improved.
Fourth, in the embodiment of the present application, the application interface of the designated multimedia application may include a professional therapist service option, so that the target user may submit the mind and body state information and the media preference information of the target user to the professional therapist directly through the professional therapist service option, thereby obtaining a more accurate professional recommendation service.
Fifth, in the embodiment of the present application, an identifier of a service organization that selects a multimedia file for each cure block may also be displayed in an application interface of a designated multimedia application. Therefore, when the terminal prompts that the physical and mental problems of the user are serious or the effect of the user is poor after the user listens or watches the multimedia file, the user can jump to the service content page of the corresponding service mechanism through the identification of the service mechanism to seek further more accurate professional medical service.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiment, different implementation manners introduced in each step may also be combined differently in the case of meeting scene logic, which is not limited in this application embodiment.
