The invention relates to the technical field of teaching devices, in particular to a base structure and a teacher's desk with the same.
Background
With the rapid development of information technology, various industries have begun to combine information technology with their own industries to achieve the effect of getting twice the result with half the effort. In the current interactive digital exhibition hall, the smart desk is an integrated platform for effectively carrying out integrated management on multimedia presentation equipment, and is an important tool for multimedia presentation.
Chinese patent document CN201420537223.7 discloses a multimedia lectern, including the upper cabinet body and the lower cabinet body, and the integrated mainframe box cabinet body that has in the lower cabinet body, with being used for placing the required various host computer equipment of multimedia lectern, in the above-mentioned structure, the mainframe box cabinet body that one side set up can make the whole atress of lectern uneven, in order to avoid crooked needs to do the whole size in lectern below big, thereby it is great to lead to the whole occupation space of lectern, and multiple host computer equipment is also convenient for the problem to overhaul and the pencil trend is arranged in the mainframe box cabinet body, thereby influence the normal result of use of lectern.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect that the arrangement of the host equipment in the teacher's desk in the prior art is not reasonable enough, so that the base structure and the teacher's desk with the same are provided.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a base structure for being fixedly disposed at the bottom of a lectern main body, including:
the teacher desk comprises a base body, a main body and a plurality of support legs, wherein a cavity for arranging host equipment is formed in the base body, at least two openings are formed in the base body of the cavity, and the base body is of a frame structure suitable for bearing a teacher desk main body;
the drawing assembly comprises a supporting bracket which can relatively slide out of the opening, the supporting bracket is suitable for bearing the host equipment, a wiring harness protection piece which synchronously acts with the supporting bracket is arranged on the side edge of the supporting bracket, and a wiring harness of the host equipment penetrates through the wiring harness protection piece.
Further, the openings are two which are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the base body.
Further, the bottom of the base body is provided with a wire inlet, and the wire inlet is close to the inlet of the wiring harness protection piece.
Furthermore, a heat dissipation fan is arranged in the cavity, and a heat dissipation opening is formed in the bottom of the base body corresponding to the heat dissipation fan.
Further, the frame structure includes: the supporting columns are vertically arranged on the circumferential direction of the base body, and a supporting beam is fixedly arranged at the top end of each supporting column horizontally.
Furthermore, the support columns are symmetrically arranged on two opposite side walls of the base body.
Further, the frame structure further includes: the supporting plate is erected on the supporting beam and provided with two bending parts which are bent downwards to extend into the two opposite side walls of the base body, and the bending parts are fixedly connected with the side walls of the base body respectively.
Furthermore, the top of the base body is provided with a wire outlet, two ends of the wire outlet are fixedly provided with cover plates, and a supporting partition plate is arranged between the cover plates and the base body.
Furthermore, a bending plate is arranged on the supporting partition plate, and at least part of the cover plate is abutted to the bending plate.
In addition, the invention also provides a teacher's desk which comprises a teacher's desk main body, wherein the bottom of the teacher's desk main body is fixedly connected to any one of the base structures.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the base structure provided by the invention, the cavity for arranging the host equipment is formed in the base body, the cavity is provided with at least two openings on the base body, the arrangement can facilitate the integration and assembly of a plurality of host equipment in the base body, and different host equipment can be conveniently taken from different openings to be arranged, so that the host equipment is convenient to overhaul and assemble; in addition, the drawing assembly arranged can be convenient for drawing out the host equipment, and the wiring harness protection piece can protect the self-contained wiring harness of the host equipment in the drawing-out process, so that the wiring harness is prevented from being rolled and damaged by the drawing action, and the normal working effect of the host equipment is favorably ensured.
2. According to the base structure provided by the invention, the openings are symmetrically arranged with the two sides of the base body, so that the drawing components can be arranged in an opposite bidirectional drawing mode, and the arrangement is favorable for separating different parts of the host equipment, thereby being convenient for overhauling the host equipment of different parts.
3. According to the base structure provided by the invention, the wire inlet is formed in the bottom of the base body and is arranged close to the inlet of the wire harness protection piece, so that the host equipment can be conveniently electrically connected with the ground plug, and the wire harness of the host equipment is effectively prevented from being rolled and damaged by the base structure.
4. According to the base structure provided by the invention, the base body is arranged to be the framework structure suitable for bearing the platform main body, the framework structure comprises the support columns vertically arranged in the circumferential direction of the base body, the support beams are horizontally and fixedly arranged at the top ends of the support columns, and the arrangement can further improve the bearing effect of the platform main body of the base body so as to prevent the base body from being deformed under pressure.
5. In the base structure provided by the invention, the frame mechanism further comprises a support plate erected on the support beam, the support plate is provided with bending parts bent downwards, the bending parts are fixedly connected with the side wall of the base body respectively, the fixedly connected bending parts can further improve the connection effect between the fixedly connected bending parts and the side wall of the base body, and the base body can be prevented from being shifted and deformed due to being pulled by external force, so that the integral stability of the base body is enhanced.
6. According to the base structure provided by the invention, the wire outlet is formed in the top of the base body, so that a host equipment wire harness in the base body can conveniently extend into the teacher desk main body to realize normal work; a supporting partition plate is arranged between the cover plate and the base body, which are arranged at two ends of the wire outlet, and plays a certain supporting role, so that the stress bearing strength of the cover plate is enhanced.
7. The teacher's desk provided by the invention has the beneficial effects of any one of the base structures as the bottom of the teacher's desk body is fixedly connected to the base structure.

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Example 1
The present embodiment relates to a base structure, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the lecture base is used to be fixedly disposed at the bottom of the lecture table main body 110, and the base structure specifically includes a base body 101 and a drawing component disposed on the base body 101.
The base body 101 is internally formed with a cavity 111 for accommodating the host device, the cavity 111 is provided with two openings 102 on the base body 101, each opening 102 is formed on a side surface of the base body 101, and preferably, the opening degree of the opening 102 is slightly smaller than the length of the side surface of the base body 101, so that the opening 102 accommodates the host device to be taken and placed.
As an alternative embodiment, the two openings 102 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the base body 101 and symmetrically disposed, so that the space of the cavity 111 can be utilized to a greater extent, and the waste of space is reduced; certainly, the openings 102 may also be a plurality of openings spaced on the same side of the base body 101, and the plurality of openings 102 may facilitate placing a plurality of portions of the host device in different positions of the base body 101, respectively, so that the distribution in the cavity 111 is more reasonable. The drawing assembly in this embodiment includes a support bracket 106 capable of sliding out of the opening 102, the support bracket 106 is suitable for supporting the host device, and a harness protection member 104 synchronously moving with the support bracket 106 is disposed on a side of the support bracket 106, and the harness of the host device is inserted into the harness protection member 104.
As an embodiment of the drawing and pulling assembly, the support bracket 106 is a thin steel plate made of sheet metal, and has sliding rails on two sides thereof, and a sliding slot adapted to slide the sliding rails is fixedly disposed on the base body 101, wherein the support bracket 106 is further fixedly connected to a sliding plate 107 located on a plane where the sliding rails are located, the sliding plate 107 extending in a height direction and adapted to be connected to the harness protection member 104 to enable the harness protection member 104 to move synchronously. Here, based on the structure that the two openings 102 are symmetrically disposed on the two side surfaces of the base body 101, the two support brackets 106 are respectively drawn and slid on the openings 102.
In view of the heat dissipation problem of the host device inside the base body 101, as shown in fig. 3, a heat dissipation fan 105 is further installed in the base body 101 located at one side of each support bracket 106 where the sliding plate 107 is disposed, a heat dissipation opening is formed at a bottom of the base body 101 corresponding to the heat dissipation fan 105, a dust screen may be further installed on the heat dissipation opening to reduce dust entering the base body 101, and in order to further enhance the heat dissipation effect of the heat dissipation fan 105, a certain interval should be maintained between the base body 101 and the bottom surface to facilitate air circulation of the heat dissipation fan 105, the interval may be support legs disposed around the base body 101, or rollers disposed to facilitate movement of the lectern, which is only exemplified in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the base body 101 is further provided with two wire inlets 103, the two wire inlets 103 are respectively arranged corresponding to the two support brackets 106, and each wire inlet 103 is arranged at an interval, so as to accommodate the number of the wire harnesses entering the base body 101 to a greater extent; here, the positions of the groups of wire inlets 103 should be close to the inlet end of the harness protection member 104, and the wire inlets 103 arranged at the bottom are convenient for being electrically connected with the outside, so that the connection length of the harness is reduced, and a better installation effect of the host device is realized. Here, the number of the wire inlets 103 may also be set to be one or more, and when a plurality of wire inlets 103 are provided, the dust-proof pad is detachably mounted on the other unused wire inlets 103, and when the wire inlets 103 need to be used, the dust-proof pad is detached for use, thereby reducing the influence of dust entering the interior of the base body 101 on the normal working effect.
As shown in fig. 4, a mounting bracket 108 is fixed above the heat dissipation fan 105, and the wire harness protection member 104 is mounted on the mounting bracket 108, and one side of the wire harness protection member 108 close to the support bracket 106 is connected to the slide plate 107, so as to achieve synchronous movement of the wire harness protection member 104. Here, the harness protection member 104 has an inlet for the input of the harness and an outlet for the output of the harness, which should be disposed near the inner side end surface of the support bracket 106, and its port for inserting various harnesses is located at the inner side end surface of the support bracket 106 when the host device is placed on the support bracket 106, thereby reducing the harness connection distance to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the host device of the base body 101. It should be noted that the harness protection member 104 in the embodiment may be a conventional well-established drag chain product, or other protection device that can be sleeved with the harness, and is not limited in particular.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the base body 101 of the embodiment is a frame structure suitable for carrying the lectern main body 110, as a specific implementation manner, the frame structure includes support pillars 201 vertically disposed on the circumference of the base body 101, and a support beam 202 is horizontally fixed on the top end of the support pillars 201, preferably, the support pillars 201 are symmetrically disposed on two opposite sidewalls of the base body 101, the support beams 202 form a completed square frame along the circumference of the base body 101, through this arrangement, when the lectern main body 110 is fixed on the base body 101, the lectern main body 110 abuts against the support beam 202 where the support pillars 201 are located, so as to achieve a better supporting effect for the lecture table main body 110, and prevent the base body 101 from being deformed by external force. In order to further improve the supporting effect of the base body 101, a plurality of supporting beams are also erected between two opposite supporting beams 202, and the upper end surfaces of the supporting beams and the supporting beams 202 are in the same horizontal plane, so as to prevent the supporting plate 203 and the supporting beams 202 from being erected with structural interference to affect the fixing effect of the supporting plate 203.
In addition, the frame structure further includes a supporting plate 203 mounted on the supporting beam 202, the supporting plate 203 has two bending portions 204 bent downward to extend into two opposite sidewalls of the base body 101, and each bending portion 204 is fixedly connected to a sidewall of the base body 101. The whole supporting plate 203 is in a shape like \20866, two bending portions 204 extend into each side wall and are fixedly connected with the side wall through bolts which jointly penetrate through the bending portions 204, and a clamping plate is clamped between the bolts and the bending portions 204 in order to improve the pressure bearing effect of the bolts on the bending portions 204.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the upper surface of the supporting plate 203 is further provided with a plurality of outlet ports 109, the outlet ports 109 are used for wiring harnesses of the host device to extend out to the lectern main body 110, two ends of the outlet ports 109 are further fixedly provided with cover plates 205, the cover plates 205 are configured to be respectively disposed at two ends of the outlet ports 109, a supporting partition plate 206 is disposed between each cover plate 205 and the base body 101, here, the supporting partition plates 206 are two arranged along the circumferential direction of the upper surface of the supporting plate 203, each supporting partition plate 206 is configured with a bending plate 207 bending upwards, a part of the bending plate 207 is vertically disposed relative to the supporting plate 203, the cover plate 205 is covered on the supporting partition plate 206, and when the cover plate 205 bears an external force, the bending plate 207 can form a stable supporting effect on the cover plate 205 relative to the vertical part of the supporting plate 203, which is beneficial to ensuring the normal shape of the whole base body 101.
In the base structure provided by this embodiment, the cavity 111 for arranging the host device is formed in the base body 101, and the cavity 111 is provided with at least two openings 102 on the base body 101, which facilitates the integration and assembly of multiple host devices in the base body 101, and different host devices can be taken from different openings 102 for setting, thereby facilitating the overhaul and assembly of the host devices; in addition, the arranged drawing assembly can be used for drawing out the host equipment conveniently, the wiring harness protection piece 104 can protect the wiring harness of the host equipment in the drawing-out process, the wiring harness is prevented from being rolled and damaged by drawing action, and therefore the normal working effect of the host equipment is guaranteed.
Example 2
The embodiment relates to a lectern, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 6, including a lectern main body 110, the bottom of the lectern main body 110 is fixedly connected to the base structure as described in the first embodiment, here, the lectern main body 110 is fixedly connected to the outlet 109 between the two cover plates 205, and the sides of the lectern main body 110 and the cover plates 205 are provided with mature buckles for further clipping and limiting.
The teacher's desk of this embodiment has all the aforementioned advantages due to the base structure as described in the first embodiment.
