All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
To explain the technical solution of the present invention more clearly, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an intelligent diagnosis guiding system provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the intelligent diagnosis guiding system 100 is described by taking a hospital scene as an example, and the intelligent diagnosis guiding system 100 includes: a hospital public number/small program 101, a patient medical record personal file database 102, a portrait capturing camera 103, fusion data 104 and a WeChat end 105. Where the hospital community/applet 101 is used to capture the patient's face and appropriate patient identity. The patient medical record personal profile database 102 is used to store patient identity information and corresponding electronic medical records. The portrait capturing camera 103 is used for capturing and identifying a face image of a patient in a hospital. The fused data 104 includes hospital building data and visit data. After the identity of the patient is determined, the hospital building data and the patient data are fused with the patient identity information and the electronic medical record in the patient medical record personal file database 102 to obtain the guiding information, and then the guiding information is pushed to the wechat terminal 105. The wechat terminal 105 is used for receiving and displaying the diagnosis guiding steps, the diagnosis guiding navigation, the attention points and the like in the fused data, so that the patient can conveniently conduct medical activities through the diagnosis guiding steps, the diagnosis guiding navigation, the attention points and the like in the wechat terminal 105. Wherein, the patient can be called as a doctor, a patient, etc.
Of course, the hospital community number/applet 101 may be replaced with application software having the same functionality. The portrait capture camera 103 may also be replaced with other image capture devices having the same function. The WeChat end 105 may be replaced with application software or other communication account numbers having the same function. The communication account number may be a mailbox, a telephone number, or the like. The application software may be a web browser application, a shopping-type application, a search-type application, an instant messaging tool, a mailbox client, social platform software, a management-type application, etc. installed in the user terminal device. The user terminal device may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to a smart phone, a tablet computer, an e-book reader, an MP3 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, mpeg compression standard Audio Layer 3), an MP4 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, mpeg compression standard Audio Layer 4), a laptop portable computer, a desktop computer, and the like.
Specifically, when a patient makes an appointment at the hospital community/applet 101, a face image of the patient is acquired and the identity of the patient is verified, and the patient identity information in the patient record personal file 102 is associated with an electronic medical record (if the patient makes the first appointment, the face of the patient acquired by the patient is saved and the electronic medical record is created). When the patient appears in the capturing range of the portrait capturing camera 103 in the hospital, the portrait capturing camera 103 captures and identifies. By comparison with the patient identity already in the patient medical record personal profile database 102. After the identity of the patient is determined, hospital building data and patient information for the hospital can be fused according to the patient's appointment information and then pushed to the WeChat end 105 of the patient. Thus, the patient can know the specific diagnosis guiding steps, the diagnosis guiding navigation and the attention items through the WeChat end 105, and the hospitalizing activities of the patient in the hospital are facilitated. The working time and the human resource of hospital staff are not occupied in the hospitalizing process. And then solved among the prior art can't provide accurate guide to see the service and hospital resource allocation uneven problem for the patient.
It should be understood that the number of hospital community/applets 101, patient medical records personal archive databases 102, portrait capture cameras 103, fusion data 104, and wechat clients 105 in fig. 1 are merely illustrative. There may be any number of hospital public/small programs 101, patient medical record personal archive databases 102, portrait capture cameras 103, fusion data 104, and wechat clients 105, as desired for the implementation.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for guiding a doctor based on face recognition according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, including the following steps:
step 201, obtaining the target human face characteristics of the target person.
Wherein, above-mentioned target person can be for appearing in target medical institution, and appear in the personnel of taking the within range of taking of image acquisition equipment such as snapshot camera, wherein can be medical personnel, the personnel of seeing a doctor, family members personnel, spy personnel etc.. The target person may be one or more. The target face features are face features corresponding to the faces of the target persons. When the number of the target persons is multiple, the number of the corresponding target face features is multiple. The face features include face feature values. The medical institution may be a hospital, a clinic, etc., and may be other medical institutions, and it is within the scope of the present invention to use the method to realize the diagnosis guidance. In the present embodiment, the explanation will be mainly given with respect to a hospital.
The snapshot cameras may be cameras installed in various corners within the target medical facility for capturing facial images of the target person within the target medical facility and may also be used to locate the position of the target person. The number of cameras may be one or more.
Specifically, the face image of the target person within the shooting range may be captured by the capturing camera and recognized to obtain the target face feature. The position information of the target person can also be acquired through the snapshot camera. The target face features can be obtained by acquiring continuous video frames through a snapshot camera and identifying the face of a target person in the video frames. As long as the target person enters the snapshot range of the snapshot camera, the target face characteristics of the target person can be acquired. For example: the snapshot camera is installed at the gate of the target medical institution, when a target person enters the snapshot range of the snapshot camera, the target person is shot through the snapshot camera and the face image of the shot target person is identified and analyzed, and then the target face feature of the target person can be obtained. Of course, when the capturing camera captures a plurality of target persons at the same time, the target face features corresponding to the plurality of target persons can be obtained at the same time.
It should be noted that when a certain snapshot camera shoots the faces of a plurality of target persons, the plurality of captured faces can be tracked through the kalman filter algorithm, respectively.
Step 202, judging whether the target person is associated with a medical record file according to the target face characteristics.
Wherein, the medical record file is the treatment file of the target personnel in the target medical institution, and the medical record file can be an electronic medical record file. The medical record is pre-established and stored in a pre-set medical record database of the target medical facility. The pre-set medical record database may be referred to as a patient medical record personal archive database. The medical record file comprises basic information and treatment information corresponding to the personnel in treatment. The basic information may include a name, a real-name account, a contact (phone number, mailbox, etc.), a facial image, etc. The information of the medical treatment may include the medical treatment record, the medical treatment status, etc., and may also include the information of the scheduled medical treatment, etc.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart of a method provided in step 202 of fig. 2, wherein step 202 includes the steps of:
step 301, inquiring whether a preset face feature matched with the target face feature exists in a preset face feature library.
Step 302, if the preset face features are inquired in the preset face feature library, judging whether the preset face features have corresponding preset medical record files.
And 303, if the preset human face features have corresponding preset medical record files, judging that the target person is associated with the medical record files.
And 304, if the preset human face features do not have corresponding preset medical record files, judging that the target person does not have associated medical record files.
The preset human face feature library is a preset database which is used for storing human face features of the patient. The preset face feature library can be called a patient file face library and can also be called a medical face library feature library. The preset human face features are human face features which are provided by the medical staff in advance and stored in a preset human face feature library. The preset medical record file is a medical record file which is established for the medical staff in advance and is used for storing basic information of the medical staff and medical information. For example, medical records are created between medical personnel when a target medical institution visits a doctor. Or a medical record file established when the medical staff makes an appointment for the first time. The preset medical record files can be stored in a preset medical record file database of the target medical facility.
Specifically, after the target face features of the target person are obtained, the target face features are compared with preset face features in a preset face feature library for searching. The face similarity between a target face feature and a preset face feature in a preset face feature library is calculated in a traversing mode, the calculated highest face similarity is compared with a preset face similarity threshold, if the highest face similarity meets the preset face similarity threshold, the target face feature can be determined to be matched with the preset face feature corresponding to the highest face similarity, and therefore the preset face feature matched with the target face feature is searched in the preset face feature library.
If the preset face features matched with the target face features are searched in the preset face feature library, the target person is indicated to have the preset face features. Therefore, the preset medical record file corresponding to the preset human face feature needs to be searched in the patient medical record personal file database through the mapping relationship between the preset human face feature and the preset medical record file. Mainly, file similarity between preset human face features matched with target human face features and preset medical record files in a preset medical record file database is calculated in a traversing mode. Because each medical record file contains the face information of the patient. And comparing the highest file similarity with a preset file similarity threshold, and if the highest file similarity meets the preset file similarity threshold, indicating that a preset medical record file corresponding to the preset human face characteristic is found in a preset medical record file database, and using the preset medical record file corresponding to the highest file similarity as the medical record file of the preset human face characteristic and further as the medical record file of the target person. The target person is further described in association with a medical record profile.
If the highest file similarity does not meet the preset file similarity threshold, it indicates that the preset medical record file corresponding to the preset human face feature is not found in the preset medical record file database, and it indicates that the preset human face feature does not have the preset medical record file, and it also further indicates that the target person does not have an associated medical record file.
And 103, if the target person is associated with the medical record file, judging whether the target person has the latest appointment information according to preset appointment conditions.
The latest appointment information refers to the latest appointment information of the target person and the appointment information which is not invalid. When the latest appointment information exists in the target person, the target person is the patient or the patient. The appointment information includes appointment time, appointment status, attending physician, department, disease type and other data. The appointment information is the latest appointment information established in advance by the medical staff. The appointment information may be referred to as appointment registration information. The preset appointment condition may include a preset appointment time condition, where the preset appointment time condition may refer to that the current time is the same day as the appointment visiting time, or that the appointment time is within a preset time range from the current time. The preset time range may be set to be half an hour, one, two, three, four, five hours, etc. after the current time, and may of course be set to be time of other values as long as the time after the current time is satisfied. The current time may be the time at which the visit was detected.
Specifically, after determining that the medical record file is associated with the medical personnel, the appointment record of the medical record file can be obtained, and the appointment record comprises all appointment information recorded in the medical record file of the medical personnel. And extracting the appointment time of the latest appointment information in the appointment record. And judging whether the medical staff has the latest scheduled medical information according to the latest scheduled medical time. If the appointment time is the same as the current time on the same day or the appointment time is within a preset time range after the current time, the appointment staff is indicated to have the latest appointment information. Otherwise, the doctor does not have the latest appointment information.
And step 204, if the latest appointment information exists in the target personnel, fusing the multidimensional data of the target medical institution according to the appointment information to generate the diagnosis guide information.
The multidimensional data comprises the buildings of the target medical institution, the distributed geographic position information of each department, the navigation information of the buildings and each clinic, the information of the treatment steps of each disease type in the treatment system, the treatment notice and the like. The medical guide information is used for guiding the medical staff to perform medical activities in the target medical institution.
Specifically, after the fact that the medical staff has the latest scheduled medical information is determined, the geographical position information and navigation information of the medical department corresponding to the medical disease type of the medical staff, the main doctor, the medical department, the medical disease type and other information can be obtained according to the scheduled medical time, the medical state, the main doctor, the medical department, the medical disease type and other data in the scheduled medical information, and the medical procedures and medical care items corresponding to the medical doctor, the medical doctor and the medical disease type and other information can be obtained. And the geographical position information and navigation information of the clinic corresponding to the disease type of the doctor, the main doctor, the treatment step corresponding to the disease type of the doctor, the treatment notice and other information are collated to form the guide information. The referral information may be updated as the referral status in the referral system is updated.
And step 205, pushing the diagnosis guiding information to a user terminal corresponding to the target person.
The user terminal may be a terminal device used by a medical staff. The terminal device is provided with various communication client applications, such as a web browser application, a shopping application, a searching application, an instant messaging tool, a mailbox client, social platform software, a management application and the like. The patient to be treated can log in the communication client application by using a real-name account or pay attention to the public number of the target medical institution.
Specifically, after the medical guide information is generated, the medical guide information is sent to the corresponding real-name account (for example, a QQ account, a wechat account, a pay account, a microblog account, and the like), can also be sent to a phone number in the contact way in the form of information, and can also be sent to a mailbox in the contact way in the form of a mail by obtaining the real-name account, the contact way, and the like of the medical staff. Thus, the doctor can click and open the available examination guide details: the information of the geographical position information and the navigation information of the department of medical treatment corresponding to the type of medical treatment disease of the medical treatment personnel, the main doctor, the medical treatment step and the medical treatment notice corresponding to the type of medical treatment disease can be known, the information of the number calling and the payment state of the current department of medical treatment disease can be checked, and the medical treatment guide information is updated in real time along with the medical treatment state, so the medical treatment guide information received in the user terminal of the medical treatment personnel and the medical treatment guide information seen by the user can be changed along with the operation step of the medical treatment personnel through real-time dynamic data.
It should be noted that, when it is determined that the target person is not associated with the medical record file, it is determined that the target person is not a patient of the target medical institution, or the target person does not upload the face information, or the medical record file is not created. At this point, no lead information needs to be pushed to the target person.
When the target person does not have the latest appointment information, the target person is not seen, or the target person is not on-line appointed. It is also not necessary to push the referral information to the target person.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and fig. 4, a flowchart of a method for guiding and pushing a patient is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the method for guiding and pushing a patient includes the steps of:
the steps executed when the patient is scheduled to see a doctor comprise:
step one, booking registration on the network.
And step two, judging whether the human face is associated.
And step three, if yes, directly reserving registration.
And step four, if not, acquiring the face of the patient to be diagnosed and carrying out living body detection.
And step five, judging whether the face and the name of the patient to be diagnosed are verified to be consistent.
And step six, if the face and the name of the patient are not verified to be consistent, returning to execute the step four.
And step seven, if the verification of the face and the name of the patient is consistent, associating the electronic medical record with the treatment file.
Step eight, entering a reservation registration and executing step fourteen.
The hospital identification pushing step comprises the following steps:
and step nine, dynamically capturing the face information in the hospital.
And step ten, comparing the human faces with a human face library of the patient in real time.
And step eleven, judging whether the face of the patient is related.
And step twelve, if the face of the patient is not related, pushing is not carried out.
And step thirteen, if the face of the patient is associated, judging whether reservation information exists.
And step fourteen, if no reservation information exists, pushing is not carried out.
And step fifteen, fusing the hospital building data and other system data if the reservation information exists.
Sixthly, generating the diagnosis guide information.
Seventhly, pushing the diagnosis guide information to a WeChat end;

Therefore, the problems that accurate diagnosis guide service cannot be provided for patients and hospital resources are unevenly distributed in the prior art can be solved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of another method for guiding a patient based on face recognition according to an embodiment of the present invention, and on the basis of fig. 1, before step 201, the method further includes the steps of:
step 401, obtaining a reservation request of the medical staff, wherein the reservation request comprises medical staff information.
The appointment request is an appointment visit request sent by a doctor after using an application platform logged in by a real-name account. The information of the medical staff comprises basic information of the medical staff, such as one or more of name, real-name account information, contact information and face images.
Specifically, when the medical staff wants to reserve the treatment of the disease for the target medical institution, the medical staff can log in the application client at the user terminal by using the real-name account, and further, after filling in the basic information of the medical staff in the user client interface, the basic information is sent to the online system of the target medical institution to submit a reservation request. Thus, the medical staff can directly request the specific matters for treating the diseases from the target medical institution according to the reservation request. The medical personnel do not need to go to the target medical institution to queue for reservation on site.
And step 402, judging whether face information exists in the information of the doctor according to the reservation request.
The face information is the feature information of the face corresponding to the medical staff.
Specifically, after the appointment request of the medical staff is acquired, the face information of the medical staff information needs to be detected, if the face information cannot be detected in the medical staff information, it is determined that the face information does not exist in the medical staff information, and if the face information is detected in the medical staff information, it is determined that the face information is summarized in the medical staff information.
And step 403, if the face information does not exist in the information of the patient, acquiring the face information of the patient.
Specifically, when the face information is not detected in the information of the medical staff, the medical staff is required to provide the face information in real time.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart of a method provided in step 403 in fig. 5, and step 403 includes the steps of:
and step 501, acquiring a face image of a patient.
Step 502, performing living body detection on the face image to obtain real face information of the patient.
And 503, verifying the identity information of the medical staff according to the real face information.
And step 504, if the identity information of the patient passes the verification, determining that the real face information is the face information of the patient.
When the face information is not detected in the information of the medical staff, the medical staff may make a first appointment or the face information is not bound with a medical record file before, and the medical staff is required to make an appointment to go forward for face acquisition and authentication. In order to ensure that the acquired face is the real face image acquisition of the patient, a living body detection interface is adopted for checking, and particularly, a face living body detection algorithm based on color gradient characteristics is adopted for carrying out living body detection on the face image so as to obtain the real face information of the patient. The provided face living body detection algorithm formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0002420123840000121
wherein, 1 represents a living human face, 1 represents a non-living human face, T is a classification threshold value, and f (X) is a feature vector of a human face image. After the acquired face information is determined to be a real and effective living face, the identity information can be verified through the third-party interface to see whether the acquired face information is unified with the name in the real-name account number. If the identity information is unified, the identity information of the medical staff is verified, and the real face information is determined to be the face information of the medical staff. The third-party interface can be connected with an authoritative personnel information management system, and further can acquire identity information with high credibility.
And step 404, establishing a medical record file corresponding to the medical staff according to the face information.
The medical record files are used for recording the basic information of the medical staff and the medical record of the medical staff.
Specifically, after the face information of the medical staff is determined, a new medical record file can be established based on the face information of the medical staff.
And 405, acquiring the appointment information of the medical staff based on the medical record file, and associating the appointment information with the medical record file.
Wherein, the appointment information is provided by the patient according to the disease condition.
Specifically, after the medical record file is established for the medical staff, the appointment registration can be realized by responding to the appointment request of the medical staff, and then the appointment information of the medical staff is obtained. And associates the appointment information with the medical record file.
As an embodiment, if the face information of the medical staff is directly detected, the face information of the medical staff can be directly used. And a corresponding medical record file is established based on the detected face information. Or when the face information of the patient is detected, whether a medical record file exists can be detected again, and if yes, the appointment registration is directly carried out based on the existing medical record file so as to obtain the appointment information of the patient. At the moment, a new medical record file does not need to be established based on the detected face information, so that the condition that one person has a plurality of medical record files can be avoided, and the medical record file management of the medical staff is facilitated.
In this embodiment, the face information of the medical staff can be acquired in advance, a medical record file can be established for the medical staff, and the appointment medical information of the medical staff can be acquired. Therefore, after the medical staff arrives at the target medical institution, the appointment medical information of the medical staff can be directly acquired by acquiring the face information of the medical staff, and information is provided for the medical staff.
The following effects are realized:
1. the system provides the services of route navigation, treatment steps, department and consulting room navigation, examination appointment navigation, report taking navigation, handling procedures of discharge and admission and insurance reimbursement navigation in a target medical institution for the client of the patient, and provides treatment guidance for each link of the patient in the hospital.
2. The patient to be diagnosed is in a real name system, when the patient is on-line reserved through the public number of the hospital or a small program patient, the face data of the patient is uploaded and encrypted for identity verification, and one-person one-file electronic medical record of the face of the patient can be established through a back system.
4. And a multidimensional in-hospital navigation technology fuses building 3D data through coordinates and snapshot of face camera installation and deployment, so that accurate navigation of patients to be diagnosed can be realized, and medical activities can be realized in corresponding departments or target places.
Therefore, the problems that accurate diagnosis guide service cannot be provided for patients and hospital resources are unevenly distributed in the prior art can be solved.
