Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which include various details of the embodiments of the present disclosure to facilitate understanding, and should be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
As shown in fig. 1, the present disclosure relates to a method of call processing, applied to a voice interaction device with a screen, the method may include the steps of:
s101: under the condition of receiving a call request, verifying a calling object which initiates the call request;
s102: if the verification result shows that the calling object has the calling authority, sending a call connection request to a call cloud; the call cloud end is used for providing call related services;
s103: and responding to the call connection confirmation information of the call cloud end, and executing call connection.
The execution subject of the method of the present disclosure may be a voice interaction device with a screen. In the case that the on-screen voice interaction device receives a call request of the calling object, the on-screen voice interaction device can perform first verification on the calling object. The call request can include a call request such as "I want to and Zhang Sanjia phone conference" initiated by the calling object, and also can include a call instruction to the voice interaction device with screen such as "get home" initiated by the calling object.
Illustratively, taking the call request as "see home" as an example, the call request may correspond to a call request to the on-screen voice interaction device. And executing a call connection action on the voice interaction equipment with the screen, so that the automatic connection of the video call can be realized.
The authentication of the calling object that originated the call request may correspond to a single authentication. The first verification may include verification of the identity of the calling object. For example, the identity of the calling object can be verified by presetting a blacklist and a whitelist. In case the calling object belongs to the white list, it may be indicated to be validated. Conversely, in the case that the calling object belongs to the blacklist, it may indicate that the verification is not passed.
In the case of a primary authentication pass, a secondary authentication may be initiated. The secondary verification may include verification of the caller by the call cloud. The call cloud may be an execution end for providing call related services. Call related services may include selecting a communication line, calculating a communication tariff in real time, etc. The authentication content of the secondary authentication may be the same as or similar to the authentication content of the primary authentication.
Under the condition that the secondary verification is passed, the on-screen voice interaction device can receive the call connection confirmation information sent by the call cloud. The call completion acknowledgement information may be used as a trigger to trigger a response to the call request, i.e. to trigger the execution of the call completion. That is, the call completing operation may be automatically performed, and in the case where both the authentications are passed, the call completing operation may be automatically performed.
Through the process, the automatic connection of the call can be realized under the condition that the verification is passed by utilizing the two verification processes. On the premise of ensuring the call safety, the call connection efficiency is improved. More applicable scenarios may be covered.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, determining the call rights of the calling object includes:
s201: acquiring a group to which a calling object belongs;
s202: and under the condition that the group to which the calling object belongs is a preset group, determining that the calling object has calling authority.
The groups may include home groups and/or work groups, etc. For example, the determination of call rights may include determining whether the calling object and the called object belong to the same group. As another example, the determination of call rights may include determining whether the calling object belongs to a predetermined group, or the like. The predetermined group may include the aforementioned home group, work group, and the like.
In the case that the calling object and the called object belong to the same group, or in the case that the calling object belongs to a predetermined group, it may be determined that the calling object has the call right as a result of the verification.
For each object (calling object, called object) a group may be pre-acquired or pre-established.
Taking the acquisition group as an example, the acquired group may be a work group. The related information of the work group is obtained by logging in social software, registering in the work group and the like.
Taking the group establishment as an example, the established group can be a family group, and a plurality of objects can be established as the family group by utilizing the mobile phone numbers or the equipment identifiers of different objects. The device identification may be an identification of the device bound at the manufacturer's server or cloud. For example, the identification may be a nickname of the device, or a device number assigned to the device by the server or cloud of the device vendor during the binding process, etc. For example, the device used by the family member "dad" may be a smart speaker, and the identity of the speaker may be "dad's speaker". The device employed by the family member for "mom" may be a smart phone, and the identification of the phone may be "mom's phone".
That is, each object pre-acquired or pre-established group may be saved in the group storage cloud. Under the condition that the on-screen voice interaction equipment receives a call request of a calling object, the group can be acquired from the group storage cloud, so that the calling object can be verified to determine whether the calling object has call permission.
Through the above process, the call receiving authority can be opened only for the specific calling object, thereby realizing the effect of improving the privacy and the safety of the call.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, determining the call authority of the calling object may further include the steps of:
s301: acquiring call request configuration information of a calling object, wherein the call request configuration information is preset;
s302: analyzing the call request to obtain an analysis result;
s303: and under the condition that the analysis result accords with the corresponding content of the call request configuration information, determining that the calling object has the call authority.
The call request configuration information may be determined when a call of a calling party is first received, may be set when a group is acquired or constructed, or may be set separately for contacts in an address book.
The call request configuration information may include a call mode allowing the calling object, a call time allowing the calling object, and the like. The call mode may include a voice call or a video call.
The result of the parsing can be determined by parsing the call request. That is, the manner of the call request, and the information such as the time of the call can be determined.
And comparing the analysis result with the corresponding content of the call request configuration information, and further verifying the call request. For example, in the call request configuration information, the configuration information of "Zhang Sanu" for the calling object is that only the voice call is allowed, and when the analysis result obtained by analyzing the call request is the video call, it may be determined that the calling object Zhang Sanu does not have the call authority.
Through the process, the calling authority of the calling object can be restrained by using the calling mode, the calling time and the like, so that the effects of calling privacy and safety can be further realized.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, step S103 may include the steps of:
s401: acquiring calling line information contained in the calling connection confirmation information;
s402: and selecting a corresponding calling line to execute call connection according to the calling line information.
The call leg information may be generated by the call cloud. For example, the call cloud may generate corresponding call line information according to the identification of the device (the on-screen voice interaction device) corresponding to the called object (and/or the calling object).
For example, when the identifier of the device corresponding to the called object is a mobile phone number, the call line information may be generated according to the operator to which the mobile phone number belongs. The generated call line information includes information for selecting a line of a voice over internet protocol (VoIP, voice over Internet Protocol) corresponding to the carrier to which the telephone number belongs.
Alternatively, in the case where the calling object and the called object are determined to belong to the same equipment manufacturer's product by using the identification of the equipment, the generated calling line information may include information for selecting the network telephone line of the equipment manufacturer.
Through the above procedure, a more appropriate call line can be selected to perform call completion. For example, optimization of call tariffs, or optimization of call quality may be achieved. Or the cost performance can be balanced between the call charge and the call quality, so as to achieve the optimal call effect.
As shown in fig. 5, the present disclosure relates to a call processing method, applied to a call cloud, and the method may include the following steps:
s501: under the condition of receiving a call completing request of the voice interaction equipment with the screen, verifying a calling object;
s502: and under the condition that the verification result is that the calling object has the calling authority, sending the call connection confirmation information to the voice interaction equipment with the screen.
The call cloud may be an execution end for providing call related services. Call related services may include validating a calling party, selecting a communication line, calculating a communication tariff, and so forth.
And under the condition that the on-screen voice interaction equipment receives the call request and verifies the calling object initiating the call request to obtain that the calling object has the call authority, the call cloud can receive the call connection request sent by the on-screen voice interaction equipment.
And under the condition that a call connection request of the voice interaction equipment with the screen is received, the calling object initiating the call request can be verified. And the verification performed by the call cloud can be used as a secondary verification relative to the primary verification performed by the on-screen voice interaction equipment on the calling object initiating the call request. The primary authentication may be considered authentication from the user information dimension and the secondary authentication may be considered authentication from the telephony service dimension.
The secondary authentication process may include querying, with the call request, information about the caller object initiating the call request. For example, the related information of the calling object may include a name, a nickname, an avatar of the calling object, a relationship between the calling object and the called object, a device to which the calling object corresponds, and the like. The relationship between the calling object and the called object may be whether the calling object belongs to a white list set by the called object. The device corresponding to the calling object may be determined by acquiring a product Serial Number (SN) of the calling object.
When the verification result performed by the call cloud is that the calling object has the call authority, the communication line can be determined according to the network used by the device corresponding to the calling object or the communication carrier used by the device corresponding to the calling object. And sending the determined communication line and the related information of the inquired calling object to the voice interaction equipment with the screen as the call completing confirmation information for responding to the call completing request. So that the on-screen voice interaction device performs call completion according to the call completion confirmation information.
Through the process, the automatic connection of the call can be realized under the condition that the verification is passed by utilizing the two verification processes. On the premise of ensuring the call safety, the call connection efficiency is improved. More applicable scenarios may be covered.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the determining the call authority of the calling party, which is involved in step S502, may include the following steps:
s601: acquiring a group to which a calling object belongs;
s602: and under the condition that the group to which the calling object belongs is a preset group, determining that the calling object has calling authority.
The predetermined group may include a home group and/or a work group, etc. For example, the determination of call rights may include determining whether the calling object and the called object belong to the same group. As another example, the determination of call rights may include determining whether the calling object belongs to a predetermined group, or the like.
For each object (calling object, called object) a group may be pre-acquired or pre-established.
Each object pre-acquired or pre-established group may be saved in the group storage cloud. Under the condition that the call cloud receives a call connection request of the voice interaction equipment with the screen, group information of the calling object can be obtained from the group storage cloud, so that the calling object can be verified to determine whether the calling object has calling authority.
Through the above process, the call receiving authority can be opened only for the specific calling object, thereby realizing the effect of improving the privacy and the safety of the call.
As shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment, the sending of the call-on confirmation information to the on-screen voice interaction device in step S502 may include the following steps:
s701: determining a calling line according to the identification of the calling object and/or the identification of the voice interaction equipment with the screen;
s702: and taking the calling line as the call connection confirmation information, and sending the call connection confirmation information to the voice interaction equipment with the screen.
The identification of the calling object and the identification of the on-screen voice interaction device can be product serial numbers, or the identification can be numbers or communication names of the calling object and the on-screen voice interaction device, and the like. The number may be a cell phone number, the communication name may be a user name of the device registered with the carrier or the try server, etc.
Through the above procedure, a more appropriate call line can be selected. For example, optimization of call tariffs, or optimization of call quality may be achieved. Or the cost performance can be balanced between the call charge and the call quality, so as to achieve the optimal call effect.
As shown in fig. 8, in an embodiment, the sending of the call-on confirmation information to the on-screen voice interaction device in step S502 may include the following steps:
s801: acquiring related information of a calling object, wherein the related information comprises at least one of a name, a nickname and an avatar of the calling object;
s802: and taking the related information of the calling object as call connection confirmation information, and sending the call connection confirmation information to the voice interaction equipment with the screen.
The related information of the calling object can be stored in the group storage cloud. By accessing the group storage cloud, related information of the calling object can be obtained. For example, at least one of the name, nickname, and avatar of the calling object may be obtained.
The related information of the calling object is used as the call connection confirmation information and sent to the voice interaction equipment with the screen, so that the voice interaction equipment with the screen can display the related information of the calling object when the call connection is executed.
