Description

Behavior self-monitoring asset management system based on radio frequency identification technology
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of asset management systems, in particular to a behavior self-monitoring asset management system based on a radio frequency identification technology.
Background
In recent years, the application of the radio frequency identification technology is in a situation of explosive growth, and a large number of solutions for realizing automatic reading by applying the technology, such as an unmanned supermarket, a self-service library and the like, emerge in the market. However, with the deep application of the technology, people find that the radio frequency identification technology based on the passive tag has some application pain points, such as problems that radio frequency reading signals are easily shielded by high-density materials, reading fails due to electromagnetic shielding, signal coverage is difficult to control, and misreading is caused, and the like, so that scenes and related equipment applying the technology need to meet certain limiting conditions to achieve the purpose of accurate reading. The vast majority of solutions on the market today can be roughly divided into two categories:
one is to apply low frequency, high frequency, ultra high frequency radio frequency identification devices and passive radio frequency identification tags to perform standardized management on the read articles, for example, to perform regional division on a radio frequency identification storage shelf (or a container), a user needs to strictly observe the storage position of each type of article, and attach the radio frequency identification tags to the specified positions on the surfaces of the articles, in the practical cases such as a file cabinet (a book shelf), the articles are subjected to rasterization separation, each grid is provided with a file (or a book), and each grid is provided with a radio frequency reading antenna, so that accurate positioning management of the articles can be realized; or the articles stored in the storage spaces such as conventional containers and bookcases are placed in a standard way, and the radio frequency reader is used for scanning and checking, but the biggest problem in the above way is that the articles to be managed are required to have similar appearance shapes and sizes, and the radio frequency reader is incapable of handling articles with different shapes and materials.
And secondly, the passive radio frequency identification tag is upgraded to be an active radio frequency identification tag, and meanwhile, the equipment is matched to identify a distributed base station (the signal transmitted by the active tag can be received in real time), so that the positioning and supervision of articles with any shapes and sizes in a certain area are realized. However, this solution, while achieving the accuracy of radio frequency identification, is also costly and raises new issues. Firstly, the market price of the active tag is 10-100 times that of the passive tag, the cost is still increased by tens of times for the management of a large number of articles, and the user is difficult to bear. Therefore, the solution is only suitable for the management of large-scale power grid equipment, valuable and dangerous goods, is suitable for professional fields of smaller people, and has very limited overall achievable market coverage rate and market return rate.
The above problems exist in the field of application of radio frequency identification technology for a long time, which greatly limits the market popularization of the technology, and no effective solution exists in the industry.
