5. An ATM-based pick-up heuristic as in claim 1 wherein the locker is a safe or a pick-up locker;
further comprising:
judging the valuables degree of the picked articles according to the information of the picked articles, and storing the picked articles into a safe in the ATM if the picked articles are judged to be valuables; and if the picked article is judged to be a non-valuable article, storing the picked article into a taking cabinet in the ATM.
6. The ATM-based fogger heuristic method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending the information of the picked articles to an ATM within a preset range;
receiving lost article information filled in by a lost article user through an article information filling page, comprising the following steps:
receiving lost article information filled in by a lost article user through an article information filling page provided by any one of the ATMs in the preset range;
finding lost articles in the ATM based on the lost article information and the picked article information, comprising:
and searching for lost articles in the ATM according to the lost article information and the picked article information, and if the lost articles are searched, displaying address information of the ATM storing the picked article information, and prompting the lost article user to go to the corresponding ATM to pick up the lost articles.
7. The ATM-based fogger heuristic method of claim 1, further comprising:
setting the time for picking up the articles to claim;
and if the lost user does not claim within the claim time range, enlarging the range of the ATM for informing.
8. The ATM-based fogger heuristic method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a notice range filled by a lost article user;
and sending the lost article information to the ATM within the notification range according to the notification range.
9. The ATM-based fogger heuristic method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the positioning information of a lost user;
judging the valuables of the lost articles according to the lost article information;
judging the information notification range of the lost article according to the positioning information of the lost article user and the valuables degree of the lost article;
and sending the lost article information to the ATM within the lost article information notification range.
10. The ATM-based fogger heuristic method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the positioning information of a lost user;
judging the valuables of the lost articles according to the lost article information;
receiving emergency degree information input by a lost article user;
judging the information notification range of the lost article according to the positioning information of the lost article user, the valuables degree and the emergency degree information of the lost article;
and sending the lost article information to the ATM within the lost article information notification range.
11. The ATM-based fogger heuristic method of claim 1, further comprising:
the object-searching inspirations are regularly pushed through a mobile phone bank.
12. An ATM-based object finding initiator device, comprising:

the locker opening module is further for: if the article is found, the article storage cabinet in the ATM is opened, and the lost article user asks to pick up the article.

the camera calling module is used for calling the camera to obtain the picture of the picked-up object;
and the information storage module is used for storing the picked-up article photo and the picked-up article information.
14. An ATM-based finder heuristic device in accordance with claim 12 further comprising:
the verification code sending module is used for sending the verification code to the object picking user;

and opening the storage cabinet in the ATM after the verification code is input by the object picking user.
15. An ATM-based finder heuristic device in accordance with claim 14 further comprising:

16. An ATM-based finder and initiator device in accordance with claim 12 wherein said storage cabinet is a safe or a pick-up cabinet;

the valuables degree judging module is used for judging the valuables degree of the picked articles according to the information of the picked articles, and if the picked articles are judged to be valuables, the picked articles are stored in a safe in the ATM; and if the picked article is judged to be a non-valuable article, storing the picked article into a taking cabinet in the ATM.
17. An ATM-based finder heuristic device in accordance with claim 12 further comprising:
the picked-up article information sending module is used for sending the picked-up article information to the ATM within the preset range;
the information filling module is specifically configured to:
receiving lost article information filled in by a lost article user through an article information filling page provided by any one of the ATMs in the preset range;
the article search module is specifically configured to:
and searching for lost articles in the ATM according to the lost article information and the picked article information, and if the lost articles are searched, displaying address information of the ATM storing the picked article information, and prompting the lost article user to go to the corresponding ATM to pick up the lost articles.
