Preferably, the sliding part 133 has a limiting arc-shaped end 1331, and the limiting arc-shaped end 1331 is in sliding contact with the upper expansion piece 11. The limiting arc-shaped end 1331 is an end part of the sliding part 133 with an arc-shaped structure, and through the arrangement of the limiting arc-shaped end 1331, the sliding part 133 is more adaptive to the side edge of the pressing part 113 of the upper expanding part 11 to form a sliding connection matching relationship, so that the smoothness of sliding matching is ensured. Preferably, the side expanding member 13 further includes a reinforcing portion provided at the side expanding section 131 or/and the sliding portion 133. Through the arrangement of the reinforcing part, the strength of the side expanding section 131 and the sliding part 133 is reinforced to ensure the strength when the side expanding section 131 performs the expanding action and the sliding part 133 performs the sliding action, and the strength of the side expanding section 131 and the sliding part 133 after the inspection channel is formed is also ensured, so that the stability of the inspection channel is improved. In a specific application, the reinforcing portion may be a reinforcing rib or a reinforcing block, for example, an i-shaped reinforcing block, and when the reinforcing portion is provided, the reinforcing portion may be provided on the side expanding section 131 or the sliding portion 133 alone, or may be provided on each of the side expanding section 131 and the sliding portion 133. The reinforcing portion in this embodiment is a rib provided along the longitudinal direction of the sliding portion 133 and the side expanding section 131, and is preferably integrally formed with the sliding portion 133 and the side expanding section 131.
Reference is again made to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 11. Furthermore, the upper expanding piece 11 is provided with two limiting parts 114, the two limiting parts 114 are oppositely arranged, in the process that the upper expanding piece 11 and the lower expanding piece 12 are opened or closed relatively, the two side expanding pieces 13 synchronously slide towards or away from each other along the two limiting parts 114, and the two side expanding pieces 13 synchronously open or close relatively. The two limiting parts 114 on the upper expanding piece 11 act on the two side expanding pieces 13 respectively, so that the opening or closing of the side expanding pieces 13 is realized, the expansion linkage between the upper expanding piece 11 and the side expanding pieces 13 is realized by a simple structure, and the structure is simple and the stability is high. Specifically, the two limiting portions 114 are disposed along the side of the pressing portion 113, the side of the pressing portion 113 is the side when the pressing portion 113 is matched with the transition plate 1123 and the two side plates 1124 to form the inspection opening 1121, the two limiting portions 114 are disposed on the side of the pressing portion 113 facing the connecting plate 1231, one end of each of the two limiting portions 114 is close to the inner wall of the corresponding side plate 1124, and the other ends of the two limiting portions 114 extend in opposite directions. The limiting arc ends 1331 of the two sliding portions 133 are in sliding contact with the two limiting portions 114 respectively. When a force is applied to the pressing portion 113, in the process of driving the upper expansion section 111 and the lower expansion section 121 to open relatively, the pressing portion 113 acts on the limiting arc ends 1331 of the two sliding portions 133 through the two limiting portions 114 synchronously, so that the two sliding portions 133 slide on the two limiting portions 114 respectively in the opposite directions, and thus the two side expansion sections 131 are driven to open relatively, whereas, in the process of closing the upper expansion section 111 and the lower expansion section 121 relatively, the limiting arc ends 1331 of the two sliding portions 133 slide on the two limiting portions 114 respectively in the opposite directions, and the two side expansion sections 131 are closed relatively. The limiting portion 114 in this embodiment may be a sliding block.
Preferably, a clearance 1143 is formed between the two stoppers 114, and one end of the accommodating portion 1221 having the closed visible portion 12211 passes through the clearance 1143. Through the setting of the avoidance position 1143, the end of the accommodating part 1221 having the closed visible position 12211 is avoided, so that the structure of the expansion module 1 is more compact. Preferably, the height of the bearing position 12213 is greater than the height of the limiting part 114, so that the bearing position 12213 at a higher position bears other medical instruments, and the other medical instruments cannot interfere with the limiting part 114 at a lower position, thereby avoiding position and operation interference between the other medical instruments and the expansion module 1, and ensuring smooth use of the visual expander. The avoidance space 1143 in this embodiment is specifically a space between the two limiting portions 114.
Preferably, the stopper 114 is inclined from the outside of the inspection passage to the inside of the inspection passage. In the present embodiment, the stopper 114 is inclined from the outer side of the inspection hole 1121 toward the inner side of the inspection hole 1121. Thus, by the inclined arrangement of the limiting portions 114 from outside to inside, when the pressing portion 113 applies a force, the upper expanding section 111 and the lower expanding section 121 are driven to open relatively, so that the sliding motion of the limiting arc ends 1331 of the two sliding portions 133 synchronously acted by the two limiting portions 114 is smoother. In a specific application, the specific inclination angle of the limiting portion 114 may be set according to actual conditions, and the inclination angle of the limiting portion 114 from the outer side of the inspection hole 1121 to the inner side of the inspection hole 1121 is within 5 degrees.
Preferably, the position-limiting portion 114 has a first surface 1141 and a second surface 1142, the first surface 1141 intersects the second surface 1142, the second surface 1142 has a first end 11421 and a second end 11422, and the second surface 1142 gradually converges toward the first surface 1141 when the second surface 1142 extends from the first end 11421 to the second end 11422. The first surface 1141 in this embodiment is a surface of the limiting portion 114 intersecting with a lateral edge of a surface of the pressing portion 113, wherein the surface of the pressing portion 113 is a surface of the pressing portion 113 facing away from the downward-extending part 12, the second surface 1142 is a surface of the limiting portion 114 intersecting with the first surface 1141, and the second surface 1142 extends approximately along a length direction of the limiting portion 114. The second surface 1142 is slidably connected to the limiting arc-shaped end 1331 of the sliding part 133. In this embodiment, the first end 11421 is an end of the second surface 1142 close to the integral connection between the position-limiting portion 114 and the side plate 1124, and the second end 11422 is another end of the second surface 1142 away from the integral connection between the position-limiting portion 114 and the side plate 1124. It can be understood that when a force is applied to the pressing portion 113, during the process of bringing the upper expansion section 111 and the lower expansion section 121 to open relatively, the second face 1142 of the position-limiting portion 114 is in sliding contact with the position-limiting arc-shaped end 1331 of the sliding portion 133, and the second face 1142 continuously acts on the position-limiting arc-shaped end 1331 of the sliding portion 133, so that the two side expansion sections 131 open relatively to form the examination channel, and during the formation of the examination channel, the vagina is not spontaneously contracted, and acts on the upper expansion section 111, the lower expansion section 121, and the two side expansion sections 131 in the opposite direction, which causes the side expansion sections 131 to act on the two position-limiting arc-shaped ends 1331 in the opposite direction, so that the two position-limiting arc-shaped ends 1331 have a tendency to slide in the opposite direction, and in the actual use, the tendency to counteract the pressing portion 113 by applying a force against the hand, and during the process of defining the second face 1142 extending from the first end 11421 to the second end 11422, after the second face 1142 gradually draws close towards the first face 1141, the action degree of the second face 1142 to the limit arc-shaped end 1331 gradually increases, thereby limiting the reverse sliding trend of the limit arc-shaped end 1331, and along with the process that the second face 1142 gradually draws close towards the first face 1141, the limit angle of the second face 1142 to the limit arc-shaped end 1331 gradually increases, the limit to the reverse sliding trend of the limit arc-shaped end 1331 becomes stronger and stronger, thus, not only the opening process of the two side expansion sections 131 is smooth, but also the limit degree of the limit section 114 to the limit arc-shaped end 1331 is gradually enhanced, so as to resist the reverse action of vaginal contraction, thereby avoiding the reverse sliding of the limit arc-shaped end 1331, ensuring the opening process smoothness of the upper expansion section 111, the lower expansion section 121 and the two side expansion sections 131, and smoothly forming the inspection channel.
Preferably, the upper expanding section 111 and the lower expanding section 121 are in a substantially closed state, the cross sections of the two sections are located on the same substantially circular circumference, and the diameter of the substantially circular shape is gradually increased from the direction away from the inspection hole 1121 to the direction close to the inspection hole 1121. It can be understood that when the expansion module 1 in the substantially closed state enters the vagina, the vagina needs to have a gradual receiving process, otherwise discomfort of a patient can be caused, and by defining the direction from the position far away from the examination opening 1121 to the position close to the examination opening 1121, the diameter of the substantially circular shape is gradually increased, so that when a doctor uses the expansion module 1 to enter the vagina, the doctor firstly enters the end, with the smaller diameter, of the substantially circular shape formed by matching the upper expansion section 111 and the lower expansion section 121, and then gradually increases the diameter of the substantially circular shape, discomfort of the patient can be reduced, and the discomfort of the patient can be more smooth. The substantially circular shape in this embodiment may be a perfect circle, an ellipse with an approximate circle, or another substantially circular shape, and the substantially closed state may be a perfect closing of the upper expanding section 111 and the lower expanding section 121, a gap may exist between the upper expanding section 111 and the lower expanding section 121, or another substantially closed state of the upper expanding section 111 and the lower expanding section 121.
Preferably, when the upper flaring piece 11, the lower flaring piece 12 and the two side flaring pieces 13 are in the flaring state, the cross sections of the upper flaring piece, the lower flaring piece and the two side flaring pieces are positioned on the same circumference of a basic circle, and the diameter of the basic circle is gradually reduced from the direction far away from the microscopic end to the direction close to the microscopic end. In the embodiment, when the upper flaring piece 11, the lower flaring piece 12 and the two side flaring pieces 13 are in the open state, namely, the upper expanding section 111, the lower expanding section 121 and the two side expanding sections 131 are in the expanded state, the cross section of the inspection channel is located on the circumference of the same basic circle, the cross section of the inspection channel is approximately located on the circumference of the same basic circle, the diameter of the basic circle is gradually reduced from the direction far away from the microscopic end to the direction close to the microscopic end, namely from the direction far away from the inspection opening 1121 to the direction close to the inspection opening 1121, namely, the cross section of the inspection channel at the vaginal opening is smaller, and the section of the examination channel is gradually increased along with the extension towards the deep part of the vagina, so that the examination space inside the vagina is enlarged, so can be convenient for the doctor to carry out all-round inspection to vagina inside, avoid the inspection to omit, strengthened the accuracy of inspection. In addition, the end with the larger cross section of the examination channel formed by the upper dilating segment 111, the lower dilating segment 121 and the two side dilating segments 131 is positioned in the deep vagina, and the end with the smaller cross section of the examination channel formed by the upper dilating segment, the lower dilating segment and the two side dilating segments 131 is positioned at the vaginal opening, so that the dilating module 1 is prevented from being pulled out in the detection process.
Preferably, the opening direction between the upper flaring piece 11 and the lower flaring piece 12 is substantially orthogonal to the opening direction between the two side expansion segments 131. In this embodiment, the opening direction between the upper expanding section 111 and the lower expanding section 121 is substantially orthogonal to the opening direction between the two side expanding sections 131. It can be understood that, when the upper dilating segment 111, the lower dilating segment 121 and the two side dilating segments 131 are in the flaring shape, an examination channel is formed, and the cross sections of the four segments are located on the same substantially circular circumference, when the opening direction between the upper dilating segment 111 and the lower dilating segment 121 and the opening direction between the two side dilating segments 131 are in a substantially orthogonal relationship, the opening locus between the upper dilating segment 111 and the lower dilating segment 121 and the opening locus between the two side dilating segments 131 are perpendicular to each other, the cross sections of the four segments are located on four bisectors of the same substantially circular circumference, and the interval between two bisectors is approximately the same, so that the dilating action of the four segments on the inside of the vagina is the same, and the reverse action of the vagina on the four segments is also balanced, and at this time, when the four segments are designed into a smaller-width long segment shape, the dilation on the vagina can still be ensured, and the examination channel can be maintained, not only can reduce the cost, more can reduce the area of contact of four with the vagina inner wall for the more position of vagina inner wall can be by direct observation, thereby has promoted the efficiency and the accuracy of vagina inner wall inspection.
