As shown in fig. 1, the device terminal may include one or more (only one shown in fig. 1) processors 102 (the processors 102 may include, but are not limited to, a processing device such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA) and a memory 104 for storing data, and in an exemplary embodiment, may also include a transmission device 106 for communication functions and an input-output device 108. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 1 is only an illustration and is not intended to limit the structure of the terminal of the above-described device. For example, the device terminal may also include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 1, or have a different configuration with equivalent functionality to that shown in FIG. 1 or with more functionality than that shown in FIG. 1.
The memory 104 may be used to store computer programs, for example, software programs and modules of application software, such as computer programs corresponding to the monitoring method of the network environment in the embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 102 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the computer programs stored in the memory 104, so as to implement the above-mentioned method. In one example, the transmission device 106 may be a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used for communicating with the internet in a wireless manner.
In this embodiment, a method for monitoring a network environment is provided, which is applied to the device terminal, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for monitoring a network environment according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S202, sending a service command for determining a network environment to a router according to a preset time interval;
it should be noted that the preset time interval may be determined according to a last historical quality level of the network environment in the history record, and when a quality score corresponding to the historical quality level is greater than the monitoring threshold, the historical network environment of the device is good, at this time, when the preset time interval is determined, the interval time may be appropriately increased, when the quality score corresponding to the historical quality level is less than the monitoring threshold, the historical network environment of the device is poor, at this time, when the preset time interval is determined, the interval time may be appropriately decreased, so as to ensure a data acquisition amount of the network environment data.
Step S204, receiving a state data packet determined by the router according to the service command;
step S206, the status data packet is subjected to rating analysis according to a preset rating rule so as to determine the quality level of the network environment.
It is understood that the preset rating rule may be a table configured to convert parameters of the network environment into visual values after the collection network of the network environment of the device is established, and then convert professional parameters into quality values that can embody the network environment.
Through the technical scheme, the service command for determining the network environment is sent to the router according to the preset time interval; receiving a state data packet determined by the router according to the service command; the technical scheme is adopted, the problems that the quality of the network environment cannot be monitored in real time and the like in the related technology are solved, the condition that the equipment reports important events due to the network environment problem is reduced, the target object is timely and effectively helped to know the quality information of the real-time network environment in a family, and the response time of the equipment connected with the network is further prolonged.
In an exemplary embodiment, sending a service command for determining a network environment to a router according to a preset time interval includes: acquiring a connection state with a router; under the condition that the connection state indicates that the communication is normal, continuously sending a service command for determining a network environment to the router according to a preset sending condition according to a preset time interval, wherein the sending condition is used for determining at least one of the following conditions: the sending frequency of the service command, the sending byte content of the service command and the timeout duration of the service command.
For example, after the intelligent device is connected to a router, 10 ping instructions (equivalent to a service command in the embodiment of the present invention) are continuously sent to the router at an interval of 3 minutes, where the size of a data packet corresponding to a ping instruction is 64 bytes, and the timeout time is 1 second, and then a wide area network connectivity success rate (ping success rate) and a signal round-trip delay (ping packet average time consumption) are calculated according to a return result of the ping instruction.
In an exemplary embodiment, receiving the status data packet determined by the router according to the service command includes: determining the total sending times of the service command in a target period; comparing the quantity of the information of the state data packet determined by the router according to the total sending times, wherein the quantity comparison is used for determining the consistency of the total sending times and the quantity of the information; receiving a status data packet determined by the router according to the service command under the condition that the number of the comparison result is the same, wherein the status data packet comprises at least one of the following: the success rate of the connection of the service command, the round trip delay of the service command, the wireless local area network identification of the router and the signal strength of the router.
It can be understood that, in order to ensure the accuracy of statistical analysis of the environmental data and avoid that data loss in the data transmission process cannot be known in time, after the status data packet returned by the router, the device data counts the total sending times of the service command in a certain period of time, compares the total sending times with the information quantity of the status data packet, and further avoids the missing of the environmental data statistics.
In an exemplary embodiment, the performing a rating analysis on the status data packet according to a preset rating rule to determine a quality level of the network environment includes: determining grading division standards of different parameters corresponding to the network environment, wherein the grading rules comprise the grading division standards; determining a grade value corresponding to each kind of state data in the state data packet according to the grade division standard; and adding the plurality of score values to determine the quality score of the network environment, so as to determine the quality grade of the network environment according to the quality score.
In short, in order to avoid the recognition of the target object to professional parameters in the network environment, a reference table of a network environment rating and dividing standard is preset, each state data in the state data packet is scored according to the table, and then the corresponding quality grade is determined according to the score value and the score value, so that the target object can clearly know the actual state of the network environment according to the quality grade without professional understanding.
In an exemplary embodiment, after performing a rating analysis on the status data packet according to a preset rating rule to determine a quality level of the network environment, the method further includes: acquiring a monitoring threshold of the network environment, wherein the monitoring threshold is used for indicating that the network environment meets the transmission requirement of data information; and comparing the quality score corresponding to the quality grade with the monitoring threshold value to determine whether to set and recommend the network environment.
In an exemplary embodiment, comparing the quality score corresponding to the quality level with the monitoring threshold to determine whether to make a setting recommendation of a network environment includes: setting recommendation of the network environment is required under the condition that the quality score corresponding to the quality grade is smaller than the monitoring threshold; and under the condition that the quality score corresponding to the quality grade is larger than the monitoring threshold, the setting recommendation of the network environment is not carried out.
In an exemplary embodiment, in a case that the quality score corresponding to the quality level is smaller than the monitoring threshold, after the setting recommendation of the network environment needs to be performed, the method further includes: sending the state data packet to a server; receiving the setting recommendation of the network environment obtained after the server processes the state data packet; and recommending to send prompt information to the target object according to the setting, wherein the prompt information is used for indicating the target object to change the physical position of the router or the operation mode of the router.
In order to better understand the process of the monitoring method for the network environment, the following describes a flow of the monitoring method for the network environment with reference to an optional embodiment, but the flow is not limited to the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention.
In the related art, since most users do not know the expertise of routing and home network environment, it is not known how to measure and monitor the network quality situation of the home. The cost is high if the user learns. When the user uses a computer tool for detection, the user can only detect the current network quality and cannot continuously monitor the network quality, and when the network quality is poor or no network exists, the key data of the equipment cannot be reported in time. In addition, a professional detection mechanism can only detect the current network quality condition through home detection, real-time monitoring cannot be carried out, a detection report is professional, special explanation is needed, and time and money cost are consumed.
As an optional implementation manner, an optional embodiment of the present invention provides a real-time monitoring scheme for a home network environment based on an intelligent device, which detects the signal strength and connectivity of a router and the connectivity of a connection server based on an existing intelligent device in the home environment, reports network environment data acquired by each intelligent device to a cloud server, and forms a set of monitoring methods for a home network environment quality model together through server data statistics and calculation, thereby solving the problem that the home network environment quality cannot be monitored in a multi-point and continuous real-time manner.
Optionally, the grade of the network environment quality is determined by setting a network environment grade division standard and grading the detected network environment, so that a user can know the condition of the current network environment more intuitively, the user is timely and effectively helped to know real-time network environment quality information in a family, and an optimization scheme of the family network environment quality is provided. Therefore, the situation that important events of the intelligent equipment cannot be reported (such as gas alarm and water immersion alarm) due to network environment problems is reduced, and the household economy or property loss can be effectively reduced.
As an alternative implementation, as shown in fig. 3, a schematic diagram of a local area network environment data collection process according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
step S302: and determining the connection state of the intelligent equipment and the router, determining a score corresponding to the network quality in the historical record under the condition of determining the connection state, and adjusting the time interval of the Ping instruction corresponding to the collected local area network environment data sent to the router by the intelligent equipment according to the historical score. Collecting local area network environment data between the intelligent equipment and the router;
step S304: and the router returns the local area network environment data generated according to the Ping instruction sent by the intelligent equipment to the intelligent equipment.
Step S306: and the intelligent equipment scores and grades the network environment data.
For example, after the intelligent device is connected to a router, 10 ping instructions (the size of a ping packet is 64 bytes, and the timeout time is 1 second) are continuously sent to the router every 3 minutes, the success rate of local area network connectivity (ping success rate) and the round-trip delay of a signal (average ping packet time consumption) are calculated according to the return result of the ping instructions, and the SSID of the router and the signal strength are obtained at the same time. And after the environment data are successfully collected, the equipment performs comprehensive grading on the local computing network environment and reports the comprehensive grading to the cloud server. If the report fails, the storage is locally carried out, and the report is carried out next time. When the network quality score is higher than or equal to the set threshold value S1(30 points), the network environment quality of the intelligent device is good at present, and the collection time interval is adjusted to 10 minutes. When the network quality score is smaller than a set threshold value S1(30 points), the current network environment quality is poor, and the acquisition time interval is adjusted to be 3 minutes.
As an alternative implementation, as shown in fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a wide area network environment data acquisition process according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
step S402: determining the connection state of the intelligent equipment and the router, determining a score corresponding to the network quality in the historical record under the determined connection state, and adjusting the time interval of the Ping instruction corresponding to the collected wide area network environment data sent to the router by the intelligent equipment according to the historical score; collecting wide area network environment data between the intelligent equipment and the router;
step S404: the router forwards the Ping instruction sent by the intelligent equipment to the server, and wide area network environment data between the router and the server are determined;
step S406: the router collects the wide area network environment data between the intelligent device and the router and between the router and the server and returns the data to the intelligent device.
Step S408: and the intelligent equipment scores and grades the network environment data.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, an interaction diagram of reporting the home network environment information to the user according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention is shown. When the network is connected, each intelligent device continuously reports the stored wide area network and local area network environment data to the cloud server, and after the cloud server receives the number of the network environments of the family, the cloud server obtains user family network environment ratings (excellent, good, medium and poor), intelligent device network environment ratings (excellent, good, medium and poor), network signal strength of each intelligent device, network signal round-trip delay data and creates a topological graph of device family distribution according to an algorithm. After the data calculation and processing, the network environments of the family and each intelligent device are described, network quality data or optimization suggestions (such as adjusting the placement position of a router, newly adding a router and the like) can be pushed to a user through cloud services, and telephone communication can be performed between the user and a manual customer service to provide optimization suggestions of the network environments or provide a one-stop-type on-door solution.
Optionally, the network environment rating division standard is as shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003131946950000121
Optionally, the network quality score calculation method: the network quality score is the sum of the network environment quality scores of 10 continuous times, and the full score is 40. It should be noted that the network quality score may be changed according to actual situations, and 10 times in the alternative embodiment of the present invention is only an example.
Optionally, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a practical application scenario for monitoring a network environment according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention.
The optional embodiment of the invention monitors the network environment through the existing intelligent equipment in the family, and because the monitoring is carried out on the basis of the existing intelligent equipment in the family, the invention does not need to additionally increase the cost of the equipment and cost of the network environment monitoring service, can effectively reuse the existing resources and reduce the expenditure cost of users. The acquired network environment number is added with calculation and then displayed to the user in a popular and easy-to-understand way, and the user is not required to invest the learning cost related to the network environment.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases.
