Abstract

The processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The Processor may also be other general purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or a combination thereof.
The memory, which is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and units, such as the corresponding program units in the above-described method embodiments of the present invention. The processor executes various functional applications of the processor and the processing of the work data by executing the non-transitory software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory, that is, the method in the above method embodiment is realized.
The memory may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created by the processor, and the like. Further, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory optionally includes memory located remotely from the processor, and such remote memory may be coupled to the processor via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The one or more units are stored in the memory and when executed by the processor perform the method of the above embodiments.
The specific details of the computer device may be understood by referring to the corresponding related descriptions and effects in the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In order to achieve the above object, according to another aspect of the present application, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed in a computer processor, implements the steps in the above-mentioned service application form filling method. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD) or a Solid State Drive (SSD), etc.; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and they may alternatively be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, or fabricated separately as individual integrated circuit modules, or fabricated as a single integrated circuit module from multiple modules or steps. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (13)
1. A method for filling a service application form, comprising:
acquiring a service application form to be filled by a client;
sending a bank reservation information query request to a bank core system, wherein the bank reservation information query request comprises the identity information of the client;
receiving bank reservation information of the client sent by the bank core system according to the bank reservation information inquiry request;
if the bank reservation information of the client cannot meet the requirement of filling each filling item in the business application form, sending a form filling temporary storage information query request to a form filling temporary storage system, wherein the form filling temporary storage information query request comprises the identity information of the client;
receiving the temporary form filling information of the client sent by the temporary form filling information query request by the temporary form filling system;
filling the filling items in the service application form according to the temporary filling form information of the client and the bank reservation information of the client to obtain the service application form of the pre-filling information.
2. The method of filling in a service application form according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring client filling information filled by the client on a service application form of pre-filling information, wherein the client filling information comprises: filling items and filling values corresponding to the filling items;
and sending the client filling information to the filling sheet temporary storage system for storage.
3. The method of filling in a service application form according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a filled-in service application form by the client for information filling and/or information modification on the pre-filled service application form;
determining a data source of each filling item in the completed service application form, wherein the data source comprises: bank reservation information, fill sheet temporary storage information and customer filling.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
determining a data source of each filled filling item in a service application table of the pre-filled information;
and determining the reliability level of each filling item in the filled service application form according to the data source of each filled filling item in the service application form of the pre-filled information and the data source of each filling item in the filled service application form.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
acquiring a reliability grade determination rule corresponding to the filled service application table;
and determining the reliability grade corresponding to the filled service application form according to the reliability grade determination rule and the reliability grade of each filling item in the filled service application form.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the reliability level comprises: high and low;
the determining the reliability level of each filling item in the filled service application form specifically includes:
and if the data sources of the same filling item in the filled service application form and the data sources of the same filling item in the service application form of the pre-filled information are bank reserved information, determining that the reliability level of the filling item is high, otherwise, determining that the reliability level of the filling item is low.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and if the number of the filling items of which the data sources are the bank reservation information in the service application table of the pre-filled information is not equal to the number of the filling items of which the data sources are the bank reservation information in the filled service application table, sending the filled service application table to a manual checking terminal.
8. The method of filling in a service application form according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a service application form acquisition request, wherein the service application form acquisition request comprises: identity information of the client and identification information of the service application form;
and verifying the identity information of the client, and determining the service application form corresponding to the service application form acquisition request according to the identification information after the identity information of the client passes the verification.
9. A method for filling in a service application form as claimed in claim 1, wherein the request for temporary form filling information query further includes identification information of the service application form.
10. A service application form filling apparatus, comprising:
the service application form acquisition module is used for acquiring a service application form to be filled in by a client;
the bank reservation information inquiry request sending module is used for sending a bank reservation information inquiry request to a bank core system, wherein the bank reservation information inquiry request comprises the identity information of the client;
the bank reservation information receiving module is used for receiving the bank reservation information of the client sent by the bank core system according to the bank reservation information inquiry request;
a form temporary storage information query request sending module, configured to send a form temporary storage information query request to a form temporary storage system if the bank reservation information of the client cannot satisfy the requirement of filling each filling item in the service application form, where the form temporary storage information query request includes the identity information of the client;
the form temporary storage information receiving module is used for receiving the form temporary storage information of the client, which is sent by the form temporary storage system according to the form temporary storage information inquiry request;
and the automatic filling module is used for filling the filling items in the service application form according to the temporary storage information of the form filling of the client and the bank reservation information of the client to obtain the service application form of the pre-filling information.
11. The service application form filling apparatus according to claim 10, further comprising:
a client filling information obtaining module, configured to obtain client filling information filled by the client on a service application form of pre-filling information, where the client filling information includes: filling items and filling values corresponding to the filling items;
and the form filling temporary storage information storage module is used for sending the customer filling information to the form filling temporary storage system for storage.
12. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any of claims 1 to 9 when executing the computer program.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when executed in a computer processor, implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
