Detailed Description
As mentioned in the background, when a user passively purchases a shared device because the user forgets to return, the shared device is usually idle at home, which results in a low usage rate of the shared device. In addition, if the user sells the shared device at a low price, part of the user may be lost to some extent, so that the user may experience the shared device poorly, and the usage rate of the shared device is further reduced.
In view of this, the present disclosure provides a shared device recycling system, a recycling method, a readable storage medium, and an electronic device, so as to improve the utilization rate of the shared device.
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a shared device reclamation system in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the shared device recovery system 100 may include a server 101, a client 102, and a cabinet 103.
It is worth noting that in the present disclosure, the shared device may be a shared vehicle, a shared battery charge, a shared bicycle, a shared medical device, and the like. The present disclosure does not specifically limit this.
In the present disclosure, the server 101 is configured to send a recycling instruction to the client 102 corresponding to the user when it is determined that the user passively purchases the shared device.
In a possible manner, when detecting that the time length for the user to rent the sharing device exceeds a preset time length, or the deduction amount for the user to rent the sharing device is greater than a preset amount, the server 101 determines that the user passively purchases the sharing device. The preset duration may be a duration of renting the sharing device, and the preset amount may be a deposit paid by the user when renting the sharing device, or 80% of the deposit paid, and so on.
In another possible manner, when the user determines that the user passively purchases the sharing device, the client 102 sends information of passively purchasing the sharing device to the server 101, so that the server 101 knows that the user passively purchases the sharing device.
In this way, when the server 101 determines that the user has passively purchased the shared device in any of the above manners, it sends a recycling instruction to the client 102, where the recycling instruction is used to instruct recycling of the shared device.
The client 102 is configured to receive the recycling instruction, and instruct the user to return the shared device to the cabinet 103 according to the recycling instruction. The cabinet 103 is used for responding to the shared device being returned to the cabinet, and outputting first prompt information for representing that the shared device is recycled.
The cabinet 103 is a device for storing the shared device, and the cabinet 103 has a function of detecting whether the shared device is inserted into the accommodating cavity of the cabinet. It should be noted that, whether the shared device is inserted into the receiving cavity of the cabinet may be detected by installing a sensor or installing another chip with a detection function in the cabinet, and the present disclosure does not limit the specific structure of the cabinet.
By adopting the technical scheme, after the user passively purchases the sharing equipment, the server side can send a recovery instruction to the client side, the client side indicates the user to return the sharing equipment to the cabinet according to the recovery instruction, and the cabinet outputs first prompt information for representing that the sharing equipment is recovered when detecting that the sharing equipment is returned to the cabinet. Therefore, the shared equipment recovery system can recover the shared equipment passively purchased by the user, the utilization rate of the shared equipment is improved, the operation and maintenance personnel are prevented from supplementing the workload of the shared equipment, other users can conveniently rent the shared equipment in time, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In practical applications, it may happen that the user does not want to return the shared device after passively purchasing the shared device, and therefore, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the client 102 needs to confirm to the user whether to return the shared device before instructing the user to return the shared device. Illustratively, the client 102 is further configured to output query information for querying whether the user returns the shared device or not when receiving a recycling instruction, and output a recycling instruction for instructing the user to return the shared device to the cabinet 103 when receiving a confirmation instruction for characterizing the confirmation of returning the shared device input by the user.
For example, the client 102 may output the query information through a voice, text, query page, and accordingly, the user may input an instruction for characterizing whether to confirm returning the shared device through voice and text. The instruction input by the user can be an instruction for representing that the user confirms to return the shared device, and can also be an instruction for representing that the user confirms not to return the shared device. When the instruction represents an instruction of confirming that the shared device is not returned by the user, the client does not output a return instruction, and the client 102 may further send a prompt message of not returning the shared device to the server 101, which is not specifically limited by the present disclosure.
In addition, in order to facilitate the user to smoothly return the shared device, the client 102 may further display a return operation flow when receiving a confirmation instruction for characterizing that the shared device is returned by the user, so that the user successfully returns the shared device to the cabinet according to the operation flow.
By adopting the technical scheme, the user can conveniently return the shared equipment to the cabinet successfully, the experience of returning the shared equipment by the user is improved, and the recovery of the shared equipment is further facilitated.
In one embodiment, the cabinet 103 may detect whether the shared device is returned to the cabinet in real time or periodically, so as to output a first prompt message for representing that the shared device has been recovered in time. However, in practical applications, when the user does not store the shared device in the cabinet, the cabinet cannot detect the shared device, that is, in a time period before the user does not store the shared device in the cabinet, the cabinet 103 always performs useless detection, which results in large power consumption of the cabinet. Therefore, to save power consumption of the cabinet, in another embodiment, the cabinet 103 may also start to detect whether the shared device is returned to the cabinet after the user returns the shared device.
For example, the client 102 may be further configured to receive, by the user, second prompt information for characterizing that the shared device has been returned to the enclosure, and forward the second prompt information to the server 101. For example, the client 102 provides a human-machine interaction interface, and after the user inserts the sharing device into the accommodating cavity of the cabinet, the user inputs second prompt information for representing that the sharing device has been returned to the cabinet in the human-machine interaction interface of the client 102, so as to receive the second prompt information by the client 102 and forward the second prompt information to the server 101.
Next, the service end 101 is further configured to generate a detection instruction when receiving the second prompt message, and send the detection instruction to the cabinet 103.
Thereafter, the enclosure 103 is further configured to detect whether the shared device is returned to the enclosure upon receiving the detection instruction.
It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, an architecture is adopted in which the server communicates with the client and the cabinet respectively, and therefore, after the client 102 receives the second prompt message, the second prompt message needs to be forwarded to the server 101, so that the server 101 generates a detection instruction after receiving the second prompt message, so as to instruct the cabinet 103 to start detecting whether the shared device is returned to the cabinet. However, in practical applications, the client 102 may also communicate with the enclosure 103 directly, so that the client 102 generates a detection instruction after receiving the second prompt information input by the user, and sends the detection instruction to the enclosure 103 to instruct the enclosure 103 to start detecting whether the shared device is returned to the enclosure.
By adopting the technical scheme, after the user inputs the second prompt message for representing that the shared equipment is returned to the cabinet, the cabinet detects whether the shared equipment is returned to the cabinet, so that useless workload of the cabinet before the user returns the shared equipment is avoided, and the power consumption of the cabinet is reduced.
In addition, each recycle instruction sent by the server 101 to the client 102 corresponds to one shared device, that is, the recycle instruction includes a shared device identifier to be recycled, where the shared device identifier may be an SN (Serial Number, product Serial Number). In this way, the client 102 displays the identifier of the shared device to be recycled when receiving the recycling instruction, so as to instruct the user to return the identified shared device to the cabinet. Accordingly, the enclosure 103 is also configured to detect whether the identified shared device is returned to the enclosure.
In a possible implementation manner, after returning the shared device to be recovered to the cabinet, the user inputs the second prompt information to the client 102, where the second prompt information includes the returned shared device identifier, so that the detection instruction generated by the server 101 based on the second prompt information is used to instruct the cabinet 103 to detect whether the identified shared device is returned to the cabinet 103, and thus, the cabinet 103 may detect whether the identified shared device is returned to the cabinet 103 when receiving the detection instruction.
In another possible manner, when sending the recycle instruction to the client 102, the server 101 may also send the recycle instruction to the enclosure 103, where the recycle instruction includes an identifier of the shared device to be recycled. In this way, the enclosure 103 may detect whether the identified sharing device is successfully returned to the enclosure 103 according to the identifier of the sharing device to be recovered included in the recovery instruction.
It should be noted that the cabinet may employ the existing detection technology to detect whether the shared device is successfully returned to the cabinet, which is not described in detail in this disclosure.
The enclosure 103 may output a first prompt indicating that the shared device has been recycled when detecting that the shared device is returned to the enclosure. For example, the cabinet 103 may send the first prompt message to the server 101, and the server 101 forwards the first prompt message to the client 102 when receiving the first prompt message, so as to prompt the user that the shared device has been successfully recovered through the client 102. Meanwhile, after receiving the first prompt message, the server 101 may also change lease information when the user leases the shared device, so as to end the lease.
In addition, in order to reduce the loss of the user, after the shared device is successfully recovered, a certain compensation can be additionally given to the user. For example, the server 101 may generate a third prompt message when receiving the first prompt message, and send the third prompt message to the client 102, where the third prompt message includes the reward information. The bonus information may be a part of a deposit when the user rents the sharing device, a coupon that represents that the user can use the sharing device for free, a point that the user uses the sharing device, and the like, which is not particularly limited in this disclosure.
Optionally, the number of racks on the market where the shared device is placed is large, and in order to facilitate the user to return the shared device, in the present disclosure, when receiving the recovery instruction, the client 102 displays the location of each rack capable of recovering the shared device, so that the user determines the rack for returning the shared device. Illustratively, the client 102 displays the location of each enclosure so that the user can select the enclosure closest to or most conveniently reachable from their current location as the enclosure for returning the shared device. Therefore, the user can return the shared device conveniently, and the return experience of the user is improved.
In addition, the user may also send the selected cabinet for returning the shared device to the client 102, so that the client 102 may further plan a path to the cabinet for the user, so as to further improve the returning experience of the user.
Based on the same inventive concept, the disclosure also provides a shared device recovery method. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a shared device recycling method according to an exemplary embodiment, which is applied to the server in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps.
In step 201, it is determined whether the user has passively purchased the shared device;
in step 202, in a case that it is determined that the user passively purchases the shared device, a recycling instruction is sent to the user side corresponding to the user, where the recycling instruction is used to instruct the user to return the shared device to the cabinet.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
receiving second prompt information sent by a client, wherein the client receives the second prompt information input by the user and used for representing that the shared equipment is returned to the cabinet;
and generating a detection instruction according to the second prompt message, and sending the detection instruction to the cabinet.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
receiving first prompt information which is sent by a cabinet when the cabinet detects that the shared equipment is returned to the cabinet and used for representing that the shared equipment is recycled;
forwarding the first prompt message to the client; and/or
And generating third prompt information and sending the third prompt information to the client.
Fig. 3 is a diagram illustrating interactions among a server, a client, and a cabinet in a shared device reclamation method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps.
In step 301, the server determines whether the user has passively purchased the shared device. Step 302 is performed upon determining that the user is passively purchasing the shared device, otherwise step 301 is repeated.
In step 302, a recycling instruction is sent to the user side corresponding to the user.
In step 303, when receiving the recycling instruction, the client outputs query information for querying whether the user returns the sharing device, and when receiving a confirmation instruction for representing that the user confirms to return the sharing device, displays the returning operation flow.
In step 304, the client displays the shared device identification and the location of each enclosure where the shared device can be reclaimed.
In step 305, the client receives a second prompt input by the user to characterize that the shared device has been returned to the enclosure.
In step 306, the second prompt message is forwarded to the server.
In step 307, the server generates a detection instruction according to the second prompt information.
In step 308, the server sends a detection instruction to the cabinet.
In step 309, the enclosure, upon receiving the detection instruction, detects whether the shared device is returned to the enclosure. And performs step 310 when it is detected that the shared device has been returned to the enclosure, otherwise performs step 311.
In step 310, the cabinet sends a first prompt message to the server indicating that the shared device has been recycled.
In step 311, the server forwards the first prompt message to the client, and/or generates a third prompt message, and sends the third prompt message to the client.
