Description

Business process processing method and computer equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cooperative office systems, in particular to a business process processing method and computer equipment.
Background
ABS (Asset-backed Securities) business process nodes relate to multi-party auditing, but in the auditing process of the business process, a responsible person is required to carry out manual auditing, but because the business volume is large and the similarity and repeatability of the business process are high, most of the auditing work of the responsible person is repeated and invalid, and the low auditing efficiency of the cooperative office system is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving or improving at least one of the technical problems of the prior art.
Therefore, the first aspect of the present invention provides a method for processing a business process.
A second aspect of the invention proposes a computer device.
In view of this, according to a first aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a method for processing a business process, including: acquiring a service process of any audit node, and inquiring audit configuration of the service process; when the audit configuration comprises intelligent decision information, acquiring historical audit portrait data of any audit node, which is associated with the business process; and generating an intelligent audit result or transferring the service flow to a manual audit channel according to the historical audit portrait data.
The business process processing method provided by the invention is characterized in that when a user starts a business process, a business process is generated in response to a starting instruction of the business process, the business process comprises a path formed by at least one auditing node, when the business process reaches any auditing node, the business process of the auditing node is firstly obtained, the auditing configuration of the corresponding business process is inquired, and when the auditing configuration comprises intelligent decision information, the business process is intelligently audited. Specifically, historical audit image data related to the audit node and the business process is obtained, and whether the audit node is intelligently audited by the system or manually audited is judged according to the obtained historical audit image data.
If the service process can be intelligently audited at any auditing node according to the historical auditing portrait data, an intelligent auditing result is generated, namely the system passes the service process or rejects the service process. If the fact that the service process needs to be manually checked at any checking node is determined according to historical checking image data, the corresponding service process is transferred to a manual checking channel, and manual checking is carried out by a checker, so that the checker can be helped to filter most checking nodes which do not need manual operation, the service process which cannot be judged by the system is only transferred to the manual checking channel, and manual checking is carried out, so that the corresponding checker does not need to check all the service processes, the repeated workload of the checker is greatly reduced, the invalid work of the checker is reduced, and the processing efficiency of the office cooperative system on the service process is improved.
The historical audit image data of any audit node associated with the business process is obtained by summarizing a large amount of historical audit conditions of the node and performing statistical analysis in a big data environment, and whether any audit node needs to be audited manually or not can be accurately reflected.
In addition, according to the processing method of the business process in the above technical solution provided by the present invention, the following additional technical features may also be provided:
in the above technical solution, further, the step of generating an intelligent review result or transferring a service flow to a manual review channel according to historical review image data specifically includes: judging whether the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to a preset number; when the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to the preset number, extracting a historical audit result in the historical audit image data within a preset time range; and generating an intelligent audit result or transferring the service flow to a manual audit channel according to the historical audit result.
In the technical scheme, the historical audit image data has a certain quantity, and different preset quantities can be provided corresponding to different audit nodes. The specific steps of generating an intelligent audit result or transferring the service flow to a manual audit channel according to the historical audit image data are that whether the quantity of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to a preset quantity is judged, if so, the quantity of the historical audit image data has enough sample quantity, the intelligent audit requirement can be met, a reliable and accurate basis can be provided for intelligent audit, further, when the quantity of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to the preset quantity, the historical audit result in the historical audit image data in a preset time range is extracted, the obtained historical audit result is taken as the basis, a reliable intelligent audit result is generated, or the service flow is transferred to the manual audit channel for manual audit, and the accuracy of the intelligent audit result can be improved through the judgment on the quantity of the historical audit image data, the possibility of the occurrence of wrong auditing results is reduced.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the step of generating an intelligent audit result or transferring the service flow to a manual audit channel according to the historical audit result specifically includes: sorting the historical audit results according to the time interval between the generation time of the historical audit results and the current time of processing the business process; weighting the historical audit result according to a strategy that the smaller the time interval, the higher the weight value; carrying out weighting operation to obtain a weighting result; and generating an intelligent checking result or transferring the service flow to a manual checking channel according to the weighting result.
In the technical scheme, the step of generating an intelligent audit result or transferring the service flow to a manual audit channel according to the historical audit result is specifically that the historical audit results are sorted according to the time interval between the generation time of the historical audit result and the current time of processing the service flow, wherein the smaller the time interval is, the closer the time of the corresponding historical audit result to the current time is, the more reliable reference can be provided for the current service processing by the corresponding historical audit result, and a higher weight value is given to the historical audit result with the smaller time interval, otherwise, the longer the time interval is, the earlier the time of the corresponding historical audit result to the current time is, the poorer the referential property of the corresponding historical audit result to the current service processing is, and a lower weight value is given to the historical audit result with the larger time interval, the weighting operation is carried out on the historical auditing result through the weighting value endowing strategy, the weighting result is obtained, and then the intelligent auditing result is generated or the service flow is transferred to a manual auditing channel by taking the weighting result as the basis, so that the generated intelligent auditing result can be ensured to be in line with the current service processing rule to the greatest extent, and the reliability and the accuracy of the intelligent auditing are improved.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the step of generating an intelligent review result or transferring the service flow to a manual review channel according to the weighting result specifically includes: when the weighted result is not lower than the preset threshold value of passing the audit, generating an intelligent audit result of passing the audit; when the weighting result is not higher than a preset threshold value of the audit refusal, generating an intelligent audit result of the audit refusal; and when the weighting result is lower than the preset threshold value which passes the audit and is higher than the preset threshold value which is rejected by the audit, the business process is transferred to a manual audit channel.
In the technical scheme, a preset threshold value of passing the audit and a preset threshold value of rejecting the audit are set aiming at the weighting result, and when the intelligent audit is performed, the weighting result is compared with the preset threshold value of passing the audit and the preset threshold value of rejecting the audit respectively, so that whether the intelligent audit can be performed or not is determined according to the comparison result, the intelligent audit result is given out or the service flow is switched to a manual audit channel, the reliability and the accuracy of the audit result can be further ensured while the processing efficiency of the service flow is improved, and the possibility of serious errors occurring in the processing process of the service flow is greatly reduced.
If the weighted result is not lower than the preset threshold value for passing the audit, it indicates that most of the historical audit results of any audit node, especially the historical audit results with a smaller time interval with the current time, pass the audit, and further generates an intelligent audit result for passing the audit, and completes the audit on any audit node. If the weighting result is not higher than the preset threshold value of the audit rejection, the result shows that most of the historical audit results of any audit node, especially the historical audit results with smaller time interval with the current time, are rejected, and then the intelligent audit result of the audit rejection is generated, and the audit of the audit node is completed. If the weighting result is lower than the preset threshold value of the approved result and higher than the preset threshold value of the approved result, it indicates that the phenomena of similar rejected and passed numbers or larger difference between the recent and early approved results exist in the historical approved result of the approved node, so that the intelligent audit is difficult to give a reliable intelligent audit result.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the step of generating an intelligent review result or transferring a service flow to a manual review channel according to the historical review image data further includes: and when the number of the historical audit image data is less than the preset number, the business process is transferred to a manual audit channel.
In the technical scheme, if the judgment result is no, the sample amount in the number of the historical audit image data is insufficient, and the intelligent audit is not supported, and under the condition, the business process is transferred to a manual audit channel to further collect the number of the historical audit image data.
If the number of the historical audit image data is judged to be smaller than the preset number, the number of the historical audit image data of the audit node cannot meet the intelligent audit requirement, so that reliable and sufficient basis is difficult to provide for the intelligent audit of the audit node, under the condition, the corresponding business process is switched to manual audit and processed by an auditor, further, serious audit error in the processing process of the business process is avoided, the business process can be ensured to be smoothly and correctly performed, further, the accuracy of the intelligent audit result can be improved through the judgment of the number of the historical audit image data, and the possibility of the occurrence of the wrong audit result is reduced.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the method for processing the business process further includes: acquiring downstream audit node information and upstream audit node information of any audit node, intelligent audit results of any audit node, manual audit results of any audit node fed back by a manual audit channel and auditors corresponding to any audit node; generating current audit portrait data; the current audit image data is inserted into historical audit image data.
In this technical solution, the method for processing the service flow further includes: the method comprises the steps of obtaining downstream audit node information and upstream audit node information of any audit node, intelligent audit results of any audit node, manual audit results of any audit node fed back by a manual audit channel and auditors corresponding to any audit node, forming close contact between any audit node and a service process through the information related to any audit node, generating current audit image data aiming at any audit node by combining the information, inserting the current audit image data into historical audit image data, finishing updating the historical audit image data, and providing a basis for subsequent audit on any audit node.
Specifically, the downstream audit node information of any audit node, the upstream audit node information of any audit node and an auditor corresponding to any audit node can obtain audit data of the same audit node in a specific service process, so that similar or identical service processes can be classified, stored and analyzed, the relevance of historical audit portrait data and the service processes is ensured, and the accuracy of intelligent audit on the service processes is improved.
In addition, the current audit image data integrates the position condition of any node in the service flow, the audit result condition and the possible influence condition of an auditor on the audit result during manual audit, so that after the current audit image data is inserted into the historical audit image data, the historical audit image data can provide a basis for intelligent audit more comprehensively, and the accuracy and reliability of the intelligent audit result are further improved.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the method for processing the business process further includes: and after the intelligent audit result is generated, the intelligent audit result is sent to an auditor corresponding to any audit node.
In the technical scheme, after the intelligent audit result is generated, the intelligent audit result is further sent to the auditor corresponding to any audit node, so that the corresponding auditor can timely know the audit result of the node, the auditor can further process the audit node if necessary, the intelligent audit result of any audit node can be ensured to have transparency and traceability, and the management and the control of a service process are facilitated.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the method for processing the business process further includes: and when the audit configuration comprises the manual audit information, the business process is transferred to a manual audit channel.
In the technical scheme, when the audit configuration of any audit node includes the manual audit information, it can be determined that the audit node needs to be manually audited by an auditor, and in this case, the service process is transferred to a manual audit channel and is manually audited by a corresponding auditor, so that a manual audit channel is provided for a service process with higher importance, higher risk or a specific service process, so that the audit of the service process has a plurality of channels, and the application range is improved.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the method for processing the business process further includes: and when the audit configuration comprises the automatic audit information, the business process is transferred to an automatic audit channel.
In the technical scheme, when the audit configuration of any audit node includes the automatic audit information, it can be determined that the audit node can perform automatic audit, and in this case, the service process is transferred to the automatic audit channel, so that the automatic audit channel is provided for the service process with lower importance, lower risk or specific service process, the audit of the service process has multiple channels, and the application range is improved.
According to a second aspect of the invention, the invention proposes a computer device comprising: a memory for storing a computer program; a processor, configured to execute a computer program to implement the method for processing a business process proposed in any technical scheme of the first aspect.
The computer device proposed by the present invention includes a storage and a processor for implementing the processing method of the business process provided in any one of the above technical solutions, so that all the beneficial effects of the processing method of the business process provided in any one of the first aspect are achieved, and are not further stated herein.

Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Business process processing methods provided according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1-14.
Example 1:
fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a business process according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a specific process of a method for processing a business process provided in an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention is as follows:
step 102: acquiring a service process of any audit node, and inquiring audit configuration of the service process;
step 104: when the audit configuration comprises intelligent decision information, acquiring historical audit portrait data of any audit node, which is associated with the business process;
step 106: and generating an intelligent audit result or transferring the service flow to a manual audit channel according to the historical audit portrait data.
The business process processing method provided by the invention responds to a starting instruction of the business process when a user starts the business process, and generates the business process, wherein the business process comprises a path formed by at least one auditing node, when the business process reaches any auditing node, the business process of the auditing node is firstly obtained, the auditing configuration of the corresponding business process is inquired, and when the auditing configuration comprises intelligent decision information, the business process is intelligently audited.
If the fact that the service process needs to be manually checked at any checking node is determined according to historical checking image data, the corresponding service process is transferred to a manual checking channel, and the corresponding service process is manually checked by a checker, so that the checker can be helped to filter most checking nodes which do not need manual operation, the service process which cannot be judged by the system is only transferred to the manual checking channel, and the corresponding checker does not need to check all the service processes, the repeated workload of the checker is greatly reduced, the invalid work of the checker is reduced, and the processing efficiency of the service process is improved.
The historical audit image data of any audit node associated with the business process is obtained by summarizing a large amount of historical audit conditions of the node and performing statistical analysis in a big data environment, and whether any audit node needs to be audited manually or not can be accurately reflected.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 13, when the processing method for the service process provided by the present invention is implemented for a specific service process, and each audit node in the service process has historical audit image data for completing intelligent audit, intelligent audit can be directly implemented for any audit node, and the service process does not need to be transferred to a manual audit channel.
Example 2:
fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a business process according to another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, a method for processing a business process provided in another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes the following specific processes:
step 202: acquiring a service process of any audit node, and inquiring audit configuration of the service process;
step 204: when the audit configuration comprises intelligent decision information, acquiring historical audit portrait data of any audit node, which is associated with the business process;
step 206: judging whether the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to a preset number; if yes, go to step 208;
step 208: when the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to the preset number, extracting a historical audit result in the historical audit image data within a preset time range;
step 210: and generating an intelligent audit result or transferring the service flow to a manual audit channel according to the historical audit result.
Specifically, on the basis of embodiment 1, the historical audit image data has a certain number, and may have different preset numbers corresponding to different audit nodes.
Specifically, the numerical value of the preset number is determined according to the importance of any audit node in the service process. In the service process, due to different service contents, the significance of each audit node to the service process is greatly different, the implementation party of the service process can distinguish the importance of each audit node, and further determines the preset number with a larger value for the audit node with a higher importance, so as to ensure that the number of historical audit image data serving as a basis is larger, thereby further providing a reliable basis for the processing of the audit node, and for the audit node with a lower importance, the preset number with a relatively smaller value can be determined, so that the processing efficiency of the audit node is improved, and the requirement of the historical audit image data on a storage space is reduced.
Example 3:
fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a business process according to another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, a method for processing a business process provided in another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes the following specific processes:
step 302: acquiring a service process of any audit node, and inquiring audit configuration of the service process;
step 304: when the audit configuration comprises intelligent decision information, acquiring historical audit portrait data of any audit node, which is associated with the business process;
step 306: judging whether the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to a preset number; if yes, go to step 308;
step 308: when the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to the preset number, extracting a historical audit result in the historical audit image data within a preset time range;
step 310: sorting the historical audit results according to the time interval between the generation time of the historical audit results and the current time of processing the business process;
step 312: weighting the historical audit result according to a strategy that the smaller the time interval, the higher the weight value;
step 314: carrying out weighting operation to obtain a weighting result;
step 316: and generating an intelligent checking result or transferring the service flow to a manual checking channel according to the weighting result.
Specifically, on the basis of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, the step of generating an intelligent audit result or transferring the service flow to the manual audit channel according to the historical audit result is to sort the historical audit results according to the time interval between the generation time of the historical audit result and the current time of processing the service flow, wherein the smaller the time interval is, the closer the time of the corresponding historical audit result to the current time is, the more reliable reference can be provided for the current service processing by the corresponding historical audit result, and a higher weight value is given to the historical audit result with the smaller time interval, whereas, the longer the time interval is, the earlier the time of the corresponding historical audit result to the current time is, the lower the referential of the corresponding historical audit result to the current service processing is, and a smaller weight value is given to the historical audit result with the larger time interval, the weighting operation is carried out on the historical auditing result through the weighting value endowing strategy, the weighting result is obtained, and then the intelligent auditing result is generated or the service flow is transferred to a manual auditing channel by taking the weighting result as the basis, so that the generated intelligent auditing result can be ensured to be in line with the current service processing rule to the greatest extent, and the reliability and the accuracy of the intelligent auditing are improved.
Specifically, after the historical audit results are sorted according to the time interval between the generation time of the historical audit results and the current time of processing the business process, the serial number of any historical audit result is represented by i, i is a positive integer from 1 to N, N is the number of the historical audit results, the smaller the time interval is, the smaller the serial number value is, the calculation formula of the weighting result is as follows,
Figure BDA0003136587600000111
ri is a result constant of the ith sorted historical audit result, Ri takes a value of 0 or 1, 0 represents that the historical audit result is rejected, and 1 represents that the historical audit result is passed; wi is the weighted value of the ith historical audit result after sorting, and can be configured by the system; and S is a weighting result.
For example, when N is 7, the 7 historical audit results may be sorted according to a time interval between the generation time of the historical audit result and the current time of processing the business process, the sequence numbers are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, and the historical audit result is assigned with a corresponding weight value according to a policy that the smaller the time interval is, the higher the weight value is, and then the weighted result S is obtained by integration. It is understood that the number of the historical audit results may be very large, such as 100, and the sequence number after sorting is a positive integer from 1 to 100, which is not illustrated in detail.
Example 4:
fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a business process according to another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, a method for processing a business process provided in another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes the following specific processes:
step 402: acquiring a service process of any audit node, and inquiring audit configuration of the service process;
step 404: when the audit configuration comprises intelligent decision information, acquiring historical audit portrait data of any audit node, which is associated with the business process;
step 406: judging whether the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to a preset number; if yes, go to step 408;
step 408: when the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to the preset number, extracting a historical audit result in the historical audit image data within a preset time range;
step 410: sorting the historical audit results according to the time interval between the generation time of the historical audit results and the current time of processing the business process;
step 412: weighting the historical audit result according to a strategy that the smaller the time interval, the higher the weight value;
step 414: carrying out weighting operation to obtain a weighting result;
step 416: when the weighted result is not lower than the preset threshold value of passing the audit, generating an intelligent audit result of passing the audit;
step 418: when the weighting result is not higher than a preset threshold value of the audit refusal, generating an intelligent audit result of the audit refusal;
step 420: and when the weighting result is lower than the preset threshold value which passes the audit and is higher than the preset threshold value which is rejected by the audit, the business process is transferred to a manual audit channel.
Specifically, on the basis of any one of embodiments 1 to 3, a preset threshold value for passing the audit and a preset threshold value for rejecting the audit are set for the weighting result, and during the intelligent audit, the weighting result is compared with the preset threshold value for passing the audit and the preset threshold value for rejecting the audit respectively, so as to determine whether the intelligent audit can be performed according to the comparison result and give an intelligent audit result or transfer the service flow to a manual audit channel, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the service flow, further ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the audit result, and greatly reducing the possibility of serious errors occurring in the processing process of the service flow.
Specifically, if the weighted result is not lower than the preset threshold value for passing the audit, it indicates that most of the historical audit results of any audit node, especially the historical audit results with a smaller time interval with the current time, pass the audit, and further generates an intelligent audit result for passing the audit, and completes the audit on any audit node.
Specifically, the preset threshold value for passing the audit and the preset threshold value for rejecting the audit can be determined according to the importance of any audit node, that is, the preset threshold value for passing the audit and the preset threshold value for rejecting the audit in all audit nodes can be the same or different.
Example 5:
fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a business process according to another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, a method for processing a business process provided in another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes the following specific processes:
step 502: acquiring a service process of any audit node, and inquiring audit configuration of the service process;
step 504: when the audit configuration comprises intelligent decision information, acquiring historical audit portrait data of any audit node, which is associated with the business process;
step 506: judging whether the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to a preset number; if yes, executing step 510, and if no, executing step 508;
step 508: when the number of the historical audit image data is smaller than the preset number, the business process is transferred to a manual audit channel;
step 510: when the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to the preset number, extracting a historical audit result in the historical audit image data within a preset time range;
step 512: and generating an intelligent audit result or transferring the service flow to a manual audit channel according to the historical audit result.
Specifically, on the basis of any one of embodiments 1 to 4, if the determination result is no, it indicates that the sample amount in the number of the historical review image data is insufficient to support intelligent review, and in such a case, the business process is shifted to a manual review channel to further collect the number of the historical review image data.
Specifically, if the number of the historical audit image data is judged to be smaller than the preset number, it is shown that the number of the historical audit image data of the audit node cannot meet the intelligent audit requirement, so that reliable and sufficient basis is difficult to provide for the intelligent audit of the audit node, under the condition, a corresponding business process is switched to manual audit and processed by an auditor, further, serious audit errors in the processing process of the business process are avoided, the business process can be carried out smoothly and correctly, further, the accuracy of the intelligent audit result can be improved through the judgment of the number of the historical audit image data, and the possibility of the occurrence of the wrong audit result is reduced.
Example 6:
fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a business process according to another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, a method for processing a business process provided in another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes the following specific processes:
step 602: acquiring a service process of any audit node, and inquiring audit configuration of the service process;
step 604: when the audit configuration comprises intelligent decision information, acquiring historical audit portrait data of any audit node, which is associated with the business process;
step 606: generating an intelligent audit result or transferring the service flow to a manual audit channel according to historical audit image data;
step 608: acquiring downstream audit node information and upstream audit node information of any audit node, intelligent audit results of any audit node, manual audit results of any audit node fed back by a manual audit channel and auditors corresponding to any audit node;
step 610: generating current audit portrait data;
step 612: the current audit image data is inserted into historical audit image data.
Specifically, on the basis of any one of embodiments 1 to 5, the method for processing the business process further includes: the method comprises the steps of obtaining downstream audit node information and upstream audit node information of any audit node, intelligent audit results of any audit node, manual audit results of any audit node fed back by a manual audit channel and auditors corresponding to any audit node, forming close contact between any audit node and a service process through the information related to any audit node, generating current audit image data aiming at any audit node by combining the information, inserting the current audit image data into historical audit image data, finishing updating the historical audit image data, and providing a basis for subsequent audit on any audit node.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 12, when the processing method of the business process provided by the present invention is implemented for a specific business process, when any audit node is processed, the ABS cloud obtains audit data of any audit node, sends any audit data to the big data environment, obtains historical audit data of any audit node in the big data environment, performs statistical analysis on the historical audit data, generates an audit image, and then performs data backflow, and sends the generated data back to the ABS cloud to form intelligent audit decision data, so as to implement intelligent audit.
The historical audit image data related by the information has the same business process form, but the values are slightly different, so that the data has extremely high reference value.
Specifically, the big data platform inserts the counted data into a database of the cloud ABS through an sql statement.
Example 7:
fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a business process according to another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, a method for processing a business process provided in another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes the following specific processes:
step 702: acquiring a service process of any audit node, and inquiring audit configuration of the service process;
step 704: when the audit configuration comprises intelligent decision information, acquiring historical audit portrait data of any audit node, which is associated with the business process;
step 706: judging whether the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to a preset number; if yes, go to step 708;
step 708: when the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to the preset number, extracting a historical audit result in the historical audit image data within a preset time range;
step 710: sorting the historical audit results according to the time interval between the generation time of the historical audit results and the current time of processing the business process;
step 712: weighting the historical audit result according to a strategy that the smaller the time interval, the higher the weight value;
step 714: carrying out weighting operation to obtain a weighting result;
step 716: when the weighted result is not lower than the preset threshold value of passing the audit, generating an intelligent audit result of passing the audit;
step 718: when the weighting result is not higher than a preset threshold value of the audit refusal, generating an intelligent audit result of the audit refusal;
step 720: when the weighting result is lower than the preset threshold value which passes the verification and is higher than the preset threshold value which is rejected by the verification, the business process is transferred to a manual verification channel;
step 722: and after the intelligent audit result is generated, the intelligent audit result is sent to an auditor corresponding to any audit node.
Specifically, on the basis of any one of embodiments 1 to 6, after the intelligent audit result is generated, the intelligent audit result is further sent to an auditor corresponding to any audit node, so that the corresponding auditor can timely know the audit result of the node, and if necessary, the auditor can further process the audit node, and meanwhile, the intelligent audit result of any audit node can be ensured to have transparency and traceability, and management and control of the service flow are facilitated.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 14, when the number of auditors corresponding to any audit node is greater than one, after an intelligent audit result is generated, the intelligent audit result is sent to at least one auditor corresponding to any audit node. The number of auditors corresponding to any audit node is sometimes more than one, and under such a condition, for an individual audit node, sometimes a plurality of auditors are required to confirm the audit result at the same time to complete the audit work on the node, and then after an intelligent audit result is generated, the intelligent audit result is sent to at least one auditor corresponding to any audit node, so that the smooth operation of the business process can be ensured according to the requirement of the audit node, and the processing efficiency of the business process is improved.

step 806: generating an intelligent audit result or transferring the service flow to a manual audit channel according to historical audit image data;
step 808: and when the audit configuration comprises the manual audit information, the business process is transferred to a manual audit channel.
Specifically, on the basis of any one of embodiments 1 to 7, when the audit configuration of any audit node includes the manual audit information, it may be determined that the audit node must be manually audited by an auditor, in this case, the service flow is transferred to a manual audit channel and manually audited by a corresponding auditor, so that a manual audit channel is provided for a service flow with higher importance, higher risk, or a specific service flow, so that the audit of the service flow has multiple channels, and the application range is improved.
Example 9:
fig. 9 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a business process according to another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, a method for processing a business process provided in another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes the following specific processes:
step 902: acquiring a service process of any audit node, and inquiring audit configuration of the service process;
step 904: when the audit configuration comprises intelligent decision information, acquiring historical audit portrait data of any audit node, which is associated with the business process;
step 906: judging whether the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to a preset number; if yes, executing step 908, and if no, executing step 928;
step 908: when the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to the preset number, extracting a historical audit result in the historical audit image data within a preset time range;

step 920: when the weighting result is lower than the preset threshold value which passes the verification and is higher than the preset threshold value which is rejected by the verification, the business process is transferred to a manual verification channel;
step 922: after the intelligent audit result is generated, the intelligent audit result is sent to an auditor corresponding to any audit node;
step 924: when the audit configuration comprises the automatic audit information, the business process is transferred to an automatic audit channel;
step 926: when the audit configuration comprises manual audit information, the business process is transferred to a manual audit channel;
step 928: and when the number of the historical audit image data is less than the preset number, the business process is transferred to a manual audit channel.
Specifically, on the basis of any one of embodiments 1 to 8, when the audit configuration of any audit node includes the automatic audit information, it may be determined that the audit node can perform automatic audit, and in this case, the service flow is transferred to an automatic audit channel, so that an automatic audit channel is provided for a service flow with a lower importance, a lower risk, or a specific service flow, so that the audit of the service flow has multiple channels, and the application range is improved.
Example 10:
fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a business process according to another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, a method for processing a business process provided in another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes the following specific processes:
step 1002: acquiring a service process of any audit node, and inquiring audit configuration of the service process;
step 1004: when the audit configuration comprises manual audit information, the business process is transferred to a manual audit channel;
step 1006: when the audit configuration comprises the automatic audit information, the business process is transferred to an automatic audit channel;
step 1008: when the audit configuration comprises intelligent decision information, the service process is transferred to an intelligent audit channel;
step 1010: acquiring historical audit portrait data of any audit node, which is associated with a business process;
step 1012: transferring the service process to a manual auditing channel;
step 1014: generating an intelligent audit result according to historical audit portrait data;
step 1016: after the intelligent audit result is generated, the intelligent audit result is sent to an auditor corresponding to any audit node;
step 1018: and finishing the auditing.
Specifically, when the processing method of the service flow proposed by the present invention is implemented for a specific service flow, for example, when the service flow is specifically an ABS service flow, the auditing configuration may include, but is not limited to, the following contents represented by fields:
bizType (service type) for marking ABS service flow nodes; an approvalType (audit type), comprising: system (automatic system review), manual (manual review), smart (intelligent decision); an advanced ProcessUid (audit flow uid), which is associated with the audit flow of the service flow node and is used for generating an audit path, and when the audit type is system, no audit flow exists; and when the audit type is system, the value is the preset audit result.
The audit task needs to audit the path, and the configuration main fields of the audit path are as follows:
the uid is the uid of the path of the audit flow; if the number of the auditors is multiple, the relationship among the auditors is that one auditor completes the approval of the node, or a specified number of auditors completes the audit, or all auditors complete the audit, i.e. the node completes the audit; an order (audit sequence), where the sequence number may be a positive integer from 1 to the corresponding total number of auditors of the audit node, for example, when the total number of auditors of the node is 5, the sequence numbers may be 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5; preirder (pre-approval order), where the serial numbers are positive integers from 2 to the corresponding total number of reviewers of the review node, for example, when the total number of reviewers of the node is 7, the serial numbers may be 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7; the value of the aprevalrelation (audit relationship among multiple auditors) is AND OR, as shown in fig. 14, when there is more than one audit sequence, the relationship among the nodes is audited, where the AND represents a parallel relationship among the nodes, AND all the nodes are required to complete audit simultaneously before being transferred to the next node, AND the OR represents an OR relationship among the nodes, AND when one node completes audit, it is transferred to the next node.
Example 11:
fig. 11 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a business process according to another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 11, a method for processing a business process provided in another embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes the following specific processes:
step 1102: when the audit configuration comprises intelligent decision information, acquiring historical audit portrait data of any audit node, which is associated with the business process;
step 1104: judging whether the number of the historical audit image data is larger than or equal to the preset number, if so, executing step 1106; if the determination result is negative, the process goes to step 1118;
step 1106: carrying out weighting operation to obtain a weighting result;
step 1108: judging whether the weighting result is not lower than a preset threshold value passed by the examination, if so, executing step 1112; if the determination result is negative, execute step 1110;
step 1110: judging whether the weighting result is not higher than a preset threshold value of the checking rejection, if so, executing step 1114; if the determination result is negative, execute step 1118;
step 1112: generating an intelligent auditing result which passes the auditing;
step 1114: generating an intelligent auditing result of the auditing refusal;
step 1116: after the intelligent audit result is generated, the intelligent audit result is sent to an auditor corresponding to any audit node;
step 1118: and transferring the service flow to a manual auditing channel for manual auditing.
Specifically, the intelligent decision depends on historical audit portrait data, and if the quantity of the historical audit portrait data is not enough to support the system to make the intelligent decision, manual audit is directly initiated, and historical audit records are accumulated. If the historical audit image data reach the set value, intelligent decision judgment is carried out, and the current audit result is intelligently decided by analyzing the audit result of the previous week of the audit node: sorting the auditing results of the auditing nodes from near to far according to time, respectively assigning a weight value, wherein the earlier the date is, the lower the weight value is, then carrying out weighted evaluation on the auditing results in one week as the judgment basis of the current auditing result, when the change value is not lower than the preset threshold value which passes the auditing, judging that the result passes the auditing, otherwise, initiating manual auditing, and carrying out user intervention auditing; and when the value is not higher than a preset threshold value of the audit reject, directly judging the audit reject, otherwise, initiating manual audit, and performing audit by user intervention.
When the weighting result is compared with the preset threshold value passed through the audit and the preset threshold value rejected from the audit respectively, the weighting result can be compared with the preset threshold value passed through the audit, the intelligent audit is selected to enter according to the comparison result, the intelligent audit result passed through the audit is generated, or the weighting result is further compared with the preset threshold value passed through the audit. Similarly, the weighting result may also be compared with a preset threshold for the audit rejection, and according to the comparison result, the intelligent audit is selected to enter, and the intelligent audit result of the audit rejection is generated, or the weighting result is further compared with the preset threshold for the audit to pass.
