Description

Conference information transmission method and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of electronic equipment, in particular to a conference information transmission method and electronic equipment.
Background
With the development of electronic technology, electronic devices (such as mobile phones, tablet computers or smart watches) have more and more functions. A plurality of electronic devices may establish a conference call of the plurality of electronic devices through a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). Taking a mobile phone as an example, a mobile phone a (which may be referred to as a conference chairman device) may perform voice communication with a mobile phone B (which may be referred to as a first participating device) and a mobile phone C (which may be referred to as a second participating device), respectively, and the mobile phone a may establish a conference call of the three mobile phones, namely the mobile phone a, the mobile phone B, and the mobile phone C, based on SIP. Then, the mobile phone a, the mobile phone B and the mobile phone C can communicate with other mobile phones through the teleconference.
Currently, when a plurality of electronic devices conduct a teleconference, a chairman device of the conference can display information related to the teleconference. For example, when cell phone a is engaged in a teleconference with cell phones B and C, cell phone a may display a conference interface indicating that cell phone a is in the teleconference. And, in response to the user's operation at the conference interface, handset a may display a list of participating devices (e.g., the phone number of handset B and the phone number of handset C).
However, other participating devices (e.g., cell phone B and cell phone C) participating in the teleconference cannot display the conference interface, nor the list of participating devices. Therefore, the users using the conference participating devices cannot view the information related to the teleconference, and the use experience of the users is poor.

In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solution of the present application, before describing the transmission method of the conference information in the embodiment of the present application in detail, terms mentioned in the embodiment of the present application are described first.
1. The SIP protocol.
The SIP protocol is an application-layer control protocol for multimedia communications over IP networks. The SIP protocol can create, modify, and terminate session processes for multiple participants to participate in a conference call. In an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), SIP may complete functions of Session establishment, media negotiation, Session modification, Session termination, and the like of a telephone \ telephone conference with protocols such as a Session Description Protocol (SDP), a Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP), and the like.
After introducing the terms mentioned in the embodiments of the present application, a method for performing a teleconference between a plurality of electronic devices based on SIP is described below by taking a conference chairman device and a teleconference between a first participating device and a second participating device as an example. The conference chairman equipment is electronic equipment for establishing a teleconference, and the first participating equipment and the second participating equipment are electronic equipment for joining the teleconference. As shown in fig. 1, the method for conducting a conference call between a plurality of electronic devices based on SIP includes: S101-S116.
S101, session is established between the conference chairman equipment and the first participant equipment.
Illustratively, the moderator device may establish voice communication with the first participant device in response to a first dialing operation by the user, the first dialing operation being an operation of dialing a telephone number of the first participant device. Then, the chairman device of the conference can display a first call interface, the first participating device can display a second call interface, the first call interface comprises an identifier of the first participating device and an adding session option, the adding session option is used for triggering the chairman device of the conference to establish a session with an electronic device, except the first participating device, of the plurality of other electronic devices, and the second call interface comprises an identifier of the chairman device of the conference. For example, as shown in fig. 2 (a), the moderator device 201 may display a call interface 203, which call interface 203 may include a phone number 204 (e.g., "138 XXXXXXXX") of the first participating device 202 and an "add call" option 205, which "add call" option 205 may trigger the moderator device 201 to establish a session with other electronic devices other than the first participating device 202. Optionally, the call interface 203 may also include a note name (e.g., "Liquan") of the first participant device 202, a user avatar of the first participant device 202, a "record" option, a "mute" option, a "contact" option, and the like. As shown in fig. 2 (b), the first conferencing device 202 may display a call interface 206, the call interface 206 may include a telephone number 207 (e.g., "137 xxxxxx") of the chairman device 201, optionally, the call interface 206 may also include a note name (e.g., "zhang san") of the chairman device 201, a user's head portrait of the chairman device 201, and the like.
It should be noted that, for the description of the method for establishing the session between the chairman device and the first participating device, reference may be made to a method for performing voice communication between the electronic device and another electronic device in the conventional technology, which is not described herein again.
In some embodiments, in response to an add operation by the user on the add session option, the moderator device may perform S102, the add operation being an operation of dialing a phone number of the second participant device. Illustratively, in conjunction with fig. 2 (a), the moderator device 201 may receive a user action on the "add call" option. Thereafter, the user may input the phone number of the second participating device, and after the chairman device receives the phone number of the second participating device, S102 may be performed.
And S102, establishing a session between the conference chairman equipment and the second participant equipment.
Illustratively, the moderator device may establish voice communication with the second participant device in response to a second dialing operation by the user. The moderator device may then display a third communication interface that includes the identification of the second participant device and a merge session option to join the moderator device, the first participant device, and the second participant device into the conference call, and the second participant device may display a fourth communication interface that includes the identification of the moderator device. For example, as shown in fig. 3 (a), the moderator device 201 may display a third communication interface 302, which third communication interface 302 may include the phone number 303 of the second participant device 202 (e.g., "139 XXXXXXXX") and a "merge" option 304, which "merge" option 304 may trigger the moderator device 201 to merge the session established by the moderator device 201 with the first participant device 202 and the session established by the moderator device 201 with the second participant device 301. Optionally, the third communication interface 203 may further include a note name (e.g., "Wang Wu") of the second participant device 301, an avatar of the user of the second participant device 202, a "record" option, a "mute" option, a "contact" option, and the like. As shown in fig. 3 (b), the second conferencing device 202 may display a call interface 305, the call interface 305 may include a telephone number 306 (e.g., "137 xxxxxx") of the chairman device 201, optionally, the call interface 206 may also include a note name (e.g., "zhang san") of the chairman device 201, a user's head portrait of the chairman device 201, and the like.
It should be noted that, when the conference chairman device establishes a session with the second participating device, the conference chairman device suspends the session with the first participating device. In this way, the user of the chairman device can only communicate with the user of the second participating device, but cannot communicate with the user of the first participating device.
In some embodiments, the moderator device may conduct a teleconference with the first participating device and the second participating device in response to a create conference operation by a user on the session merge option, the create conference operation for triggering the moderator device to obtain conference information for the teleconference.
A method for a chairman device to join a first participating device and a second participating device to a teleconference is described below. A method for a moderator device to join a first participating device and a second participating device in a teleconference may include S103-S116

And S116, the conference center sends a conference notification message to the conference chairman equipment.
Wherein the meeting notification message includes a list of participating devices. For example, the list of participant devices may include an identification of the first participant device and an identification of the second participant device.
In the embodiment of the present application, the order in which the conference center invites the first participating device and the second participating device is not limited. For example, the conference center may perform S109 and then S113. For another example, the conference center may perform S113 first and then perform S109. For another example, the conference center may perform S109 and S113 simultaneously.
In this embodiment, after the chairman receives the user's create conference operation, the chairman device may display a conference interface that includes a conference identifier indicating that the chairman device is in a teleconference. Illustratively, in conjunction with the operation of creating a conference (e.g., the operation of the user acting on the "merge" option) as shown in fig. 3 (a), the conference chairman device 201 displays a conference interface 401 as shown in fig. 4 (a), where the conference interface 401 includes a teleconference identifier 402 (e.g., "teleconference") and an "add call" option 403. Optionally, the meeting interface 401 may further include a "record" option, a "mute" option, a "contact" option, and the like. And, in response to a user's viewing operation, the moderator device may display a participant member window on the conference interface that includes an identification of the electronic device participating in the teleconference created by the moderator device. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4 (b), the moderator device 201 displays a participant member window 404, which participant member window 404 may include an identification 405 of a first participant device and an identification 406 of a second participant device. Optionally, the participating member window 404 may also include an identification of the moderator device 201. For example, the first conferencing device has an identification 405 of "138-XXXXXXXXX", and the second conferencing device has an identification 406 of "139-XXXXXXXXXXX". Optionally, the identifier 405 of the first participating device may also be name card information (e.g., "lee") set by the chairman device for the first participating device, and the identifier 406 of the second participating device may also be name card information (e.g., "wang wu") set by the chairman device for the second participating device. The embodiment of the application does not limit the identification of the participating devices.
However, after participating devices other than the chairman device of the conference (e.g., the first participating device and the second participating device) join the teleconference, the interfaces displayed by the first participating device and the second participating device are unchanged. That is, after the first participating device and the second participating device join the teleconference, the conference interface cannot be displayed. For example, as shown in connection with FIG. 2 (b), after first participating device 202 joins the teleconference, first participating device 202 still displays call interface 206, and as shown in connection with FIG. 3 (b), after second participating device 301 joins the teleconference, second participating device 301 still displays call interface 305. As a result, the user using the participating device cannot view the information related to the teleconference, and the user experience is poor.
Therefore, the embodiment of the application provides a method for transmitting conference information. The method can be applied to the teleconference among a plurality of electronic devices. In the method, a chairman device of the conference can acquire conference information, and the conference information is used for indicating information associated with the teleconference. The moderator device may then send the meeting information to the participating devices. The conference participating device receives the conference information from the conference chairman device and can display a conference interface. Therefore, the participating equipment can display the relevant information of the teleconference, and the user using the participating equipment can check the relevant information of the teleconference, so that the use experience of the user is improved.

The methods in the following embodiments may be implemented in an electronic device having the above hardware structure and the above system architecture. The method of the embodiment of the present application is described below by taking an example in which a first electronic device transmits conference information to a plurality of other electronic devices (i.e., electronic devices invited to join a conference call). The first electronic device (also referred to as a chairman device) is an electronic device for creating a teleconference through a conference center, and the plurality of electronic devices invited to join the teleconference may include a second electronic device (also referred to as a first participating device) and a third electronic device (also referred to as a second participating device).
In this embodiment, the chairman device may obtain a conference notification message, where the conference notification message includes conference information, and the conference information is information associated with a teleconference. Then, the moderator device may send a first capability query OPTIONS message carrying the conference information to the first participating device and the second participating device. After the first and second participating devices receive the first OPTIONS message from the moderator device of the conference, the first and second participating devices may display a conference interface that includes a conference identifier for indicating that the electronic device is in a teleconference.
For example, taking the first participating device 202 as an example, the first participating device 202 may receive the first OPTIONS message carrying the conference information from the chairman device, and may switch from the call interface 601 shown in (a) in fig. 6 to the conference interface 602 shown in (b) in fig. 6, where the conference interface 602 includes a conference identifier 603, and the conference identifier 603 may be "conference call".
It will be appreciated that the conferencing device, upon receiving the first OPTIONS message, may display a conferencing interface. Therefore, the user using the participating equipment can know that the user is currently in the teleconference, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, the conference information may include a list of participating devices and status information for all participating devices, among other things. Wherein the list of participating devices may include the identities of the participating devices. The embodiment of the application does not limit the identification of the participating devices. For example, the identity of the participating Device may be a Device identity (Device ID). As another example, the identity of the participating device may be a telephone number. As another example, the identity of the electronic device may be a Uniform Resource Locator (URL). The status information of the participating devices is used to indicate whether the participating devices are in the teleconference.
In the embodiment of the present application, the participating device refers to: an electronic device that creates a teleconference and an electronic device that is invited to join the teleconference. That is, the participating device includes: a chairman device, a first participant device, and a second participant device (i.e., a first electronic device and a plurality of other electronic devices). Illustratively, the identification of the participating devices may include: the phone number of the chairman device of the conference, the phone number of the first participating device and the phone number of the second participating device.
In one possible design, the state information includes: the first indication information and the second indication information, each state information corresponds to a state of a participating device. The first indication information is used for indicating that the participating device is in a call, and the second indication information is used for indicating that the participating device is disconnected. The first indication information and the second indication information are not limited in the embodiments of the present application. For example, the first indication information may be connected and the second indication information may be disconnected.
It should be noted that, if the participating device is in a call, it is indicated that the state of the current participating device is an online state, and the current participating device is in a teleconference. If the participating device is disconnected, the current participating device is not in the teleconference, namely, the participating device leaves the teleconference or does not successfully join the teleconference.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the status information of the participating device is not limited. For example, the state information of the participating device may also include third state information indicating that the participating device is in a busy state.
The method for transmitting conference information provided by the embodiment of the present application is described below by taking conference information including a list of participating devices and state information of the participating devices as an example. As shown in fig. 7, the method for transmitting the conference information may include: S701-S709.
S701, the conference chairman equipment sends a conference subscription message to the conference center.
The conference subscription message is used for requesting conference information of the teleconference from the conference center, the conference information is information associated with the teleconference, and the conference information is used for triggering the electronic equipment receiving the conference information to display a conference interface. The conference subscription message includes an identification of a chairman device of the conference.
In some embodiments, in the event that the teleconference has completed creation, the moderator device may send a conference subscription message to the conference center if the first participating device and/or the second participating device are not joined in the teleconference.
In other embodiments, where the teleconference has completed creation, the moderator device may send a conference subscription message to the conference center where the first and second participating devices have joined the teleconference. In the following embodiments, the embodiments of the present application are described by taking, as an example, a conference chairman device sending a conference subscription message to a conference center when a first participating device and a second participating device have joined a teleconference.
S702, the conference center sends a conference notification message to the conference chairman equipment.
Wherein the meeting notification message may include meeting information. And S703, the conference chairman equipment receives the conference notification message from the conference center.
In the embodiment of the present application, after the chairman device receives the conference notification message from the conference center, the chairman device may obtain the conference information. For example, the moderator device may obtain a list of participating devices (e.g., the phone number of the moderator device, the phone number of the first participating device, and the phone number of the second participating device), status information of the participating devices, and so on. And, the chairman device receives the conference notification message from the conference center, and may display a first conference interface (as shown in (a) of fig. 4) for indicating that the chairman device is in a teleconference.
S704, the conference chairman device sends a first capability query message to the first participating device.
Wherein the first OPTIONS message may include conference information. For example, the meeting information may include a list of participating devices and status information of the participating devices. The first OPTIONS message may also include an Accept header field and a Content Type Content-Type header field. The Accept header field may specify a message body type sent by the electronic device receiving the first OPTIONS message. The Content-Type header field may specify a message body Type sent by the electronic device that sent the first OPTIONS message.
In the embodiment of the present application, the Accept header field and the Content-Type header field may each include the following options: application/sdp, text/play, text/xml, application/octet-stream, and the like. Wherein, application/SDP indicates that the type of the message body is a type supporting the SDP protocol format (e.g., the conference information is represented by a type supporting the SDP protocol format), text/play indicates that the type of the message body is a type in a plain text format (e.g., the conference information is represented by a type in a plain text format), text/xml indicates that the type of the message body is a type in an xml format (e.g., the conference information is represented by a type in an xml format), and application/octet-stream indicates that the type of the message body is a binary stream type (e.g., the conference information is represented by a binary stream type).
For example, the first OPTIONS message sent by the chairman device to the first participant device may be:

Also, the interface displayed by the first participant device may be switched from the second communication interface to a second conference interface (as shown in fig. 6 (b)) that indicates that the first participant device is in a teleconference.
In some embodiments, in response to a first operation of the user at the second conference interface, the first participant device may display a list of participant devices and a status of each participant device, the first operation being used to trigger the electronic device receiving the first operation to display the conference information. For example, in response to a first operation by the user, the first participating device may display the phone number of the chairman device, the phone number of the first participating device, and the phone number of the second participating device, as well as the state of the chairman device, the state of the first participating device, and the state of the second participating device. For example, as shown in fig. 8 (a), in response to a user's operation (e.g., operation a), the first participating device 201 may display a participating member window 802 as shown in fig. 8 (b) on an upper layer of the conference interface 801, and the participating member window 802 may include a phone number of a conference chairman device (e.g., 137-XXXXXXXX), a phone number of the first participating device (e.g., 138-xxxxxxxxxx), and a phone number of the second participating device (e.g., 139-xxxxxxxxxx), and a state of the conference chairman device (e.g., "on-line"), a state of the first participating device (e.g., "on-line"), and a state of the second participating device (e.g., "off-line").
It may be appreciated that after the first conferencing device obtains the conference information, the first conferencing device may display the conference information. In this way, a user using the first participant device may learn about information associated with the teleconference (e.g., members of the participant), improving the user experience.
After the first participating device displays the second conference interface, if the conference information is changed (for example, a new electronic device joins the teleconference or the status information of the participating devices is changed), the list of the participating devices displayed by the first participating device and the status of the participating devices are also updated.
In some embodiments, in the event that the meeting information changes, the chairman device may obtain updated meeting information. Then, the chairman device of the conference may send an OPTIONS message carrying the updated conference information to the first participating device. The first participant device receives the OPTIONS message carrying the updated conference information, and may update the displayed participant device list and the states of the respective participant devices.
Illustratively, if the third participating device joins the teleconference, the updated meeting information includes an identification of the chairman device, an identification of the first participating device, an identification of the second participating device, and an identification of the third participating device. As shown in FIG. 9, after the updated meeting information is received by the first participating device 202, the meeting member window 901 displayed by the first participating device 202 may include the phone number of the moderator device (e.g., 137-XXXXXXXXX), the phone number of the first participating device (e.g., 138-XXXXXXXXX), the phone number of the second participating device (e.g., 139-XXXXXXXXXXXXX), and the phone number of the third participating device (e.g., 133-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX), as well as the status of the moderator device (e.g., "online"), the status of the first participating device (e.g., "online"), the status of the second participating device (e.g., "offline"), and the status of the third participating device (e.g., "online").

wherein Alice < sip: Alice @ atlanta.com >; tag 1928301774 for the identity of the first participant device, < sip: carol @ chicago.com >; 93810874 is used to represent the identity of the chairman device, application/sdp is used to represent the Accept header field, and text/play is used to represent the Content-Type header field. The Ims Conference Status Cnf is used to indicate first confirmation information.
In some embodiments, the first participating device may send a first response message to the moderator device of the conference based on a Request For Comments (RFC) protocol
In one possible design, the first participant device may display the second conference interface if the first response message includes the first confirmation information. In a case where the first response message does not include the first confirmation information, the first conferencing device may not be able to display the second conferencing interface.
For example, if the first participating device cannot recognize the message body type, the first participating device may receive the conference information and may not display the conference interface. For example, the message body type received by the first participant device from the moderator device of the conference is a type that supports the SDF protocol, and the message body type that the first participant device can recognize is a plain text type.
In another possible design, the first participating device sends a first response message to the chairman device, which indicates that the first participating device may display the conference interface. That is, the first conferencing device may also display the second conferencing interface in case the first response message does not include the first confirmation information.
And S707, the conference chairman device sends a first capability query message to the second participating device.
It should be noted that, for the description that the moderator device sends the first OPTIONS message to the second participating device, reference may be made to the description of S704 in this embodiment, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the order in which the moderator device sends the first OPTIONS message to the first participating device and the second participating device respectively (i.e., the moderator device executes S704 and S706) is not limited. For example, the chairman device may perform S704 before performing S706. For another example, the chairman device may perform S706 first and then S704. As another example, the chairman device may perform S704 and S706 simultaneously.
And S708, the second participating device receives the first capability inquiry message from the conference chairman device.
In an embodiment of the present application, after the second participating device receives the first OPTIONS message from the chairman device, the second participating device may obtain the conference information. And the interface displayed by the second participant device may be switched from the fourth conference interface to a third conference interface indicating that the second participant device is in the teleconference.
In some embodiments, in response to a first operation by the user, the first participant device may display a list of participant devices and a status of each participant device.
It should be noted that, for the description that the second participating device receives the first OPTIONS message from the conference chairman device, reference may be made to the description of S705 in the embodiment of the present application, which is not described herein again.
It may be appreciated that the second participant device may display the meeting information after the second participant device obtains the meeting information. In this way, a user using the second participant device may learn about information associated with the teleconference (e.g., the members of the participant), improving the user experience.
And S709, the second participating device sends a first response message to the conference chairman device.
Optionally, the first response message may include an identification of the second participant device and an identification of the chairman device.
It should be noted that, for the description that the second participating device sends the first response message to the conference chairman device, reference may be made to the description in S706, which is not described herein again.
Based on the technical scheme, after the first participating device and the second participating device receive the first OPTIONS message from the conference chairman device, the first OPTIONS message comprises conference information, and the first participating device and the second participating device can display a conference interface. In this way, the user using the participating device can know that the user is currently in the teleconference and can know the information associated with the teleconference, and the use experience of the user is improved.
If the first participating device (or the second participating device) cannot recognize the conference information from the chairman device, the first participating device does not display the conference interface after receiving the first OPTIONS message from the chairman device. And, the signaling resource of the chairman device of the conference is wasted.
In some embodiments, the moderator device may determine whether the participating devices are capable of recognizing meeting information. If the participating device has the capability of identifying the conference information, the chairman device of the conference can send a first OPTIONS message carrying the conference information to the participating device. If the participating device does not have the capability of identifying the conference information, the conference chairman device may not send the first OPTIONS message carrying the conference information to the participating device.
The embodiment of the present application provides a method for transmitting conference information, as shown in fig. 10, before S704, that is, before the conference chairman device sends the first OPTIONS message to the first participating device (or the second participating device), the method may further include S1001-1004.
S1001, the conference chairman device sends a second capability query message to the first participating device.
Wherein the second OPTIONS message may include first request information for confirming whether the electronic device receiving the second OPTIONS message has a capability of identifying conference information. The first request information may include a first request identification. Optionally, the first request information may further include version information of the chairman device and content such as a message serial number.
The version information of the electronic device is different, and the electronic device has different capabilities of recognizing the conference information. For example, if the version information of the chairman device is 1.0, the chairman device may recognize the list of participating devices. For another example, if the version information of the chairman device is 2.0, the chairman device can recognize the list of the participating devices and the status information of the participating devices.
Optionally, the second OPTIONS message may further include an Accept header field, a Content-type header field, and the like. For example, the second OPTIONS message sent by the chairman device to the first participant device may be:

Ims Conference Extend Handshake Cnf
Version:1.0。
the Ims Conference extended Handshake Cnf is used for representing a first confirmation identifier, and Version:1.0 is used for representing Version information of the first participant device.
In some embodiments, after the first participant device sends the second response message to the chairman device, the chairman device may perform S704. That is, in the event that the moderator device confirms that the first participating device is capable of identifying meeting information, the moderator device may send a first OPTIONS message to the first participating device.
It is to be appreciated that if the first conferencing device is capable of identifying conferencing information, the first conferencing device may display a second conferencing interface after the moderator device sends the first OPTIONS message to the first conferencing device. Therefore, the user using the first participating device can know the information associated with the teleconference, and the use experience of the user is improved.
If the first participant device does not send the second response message to the chairman device, the chairman device will not execute S704. That is, in the event that the first participant device does not have the capability to identify meeting information, the moderator device does not send the first OPTIONS message to the first participant device.
It can be understood that, if the first participating device does not have the capability of identifying the conference information, even if the moderator device sends the first OPTIONS message to the first participating device, the first participating device cannot display the second conference interface because the first participating device does not have the capability of identifying the conference information. Therefore, under the condition that the first participating device does not have the capability of identifying the conference information, the conference chairman device does not send the first OPTIONS message to the first participating device, so that the signaling overhead of the conference chairman device can be reduced, and the waste of signaling resources is reduced.
And S1003, the conference chairman equipment sends a second capability query message to the second participating equipment.
In some embodiments, if the second participating device has the capability of recognizing the conference information, the second participating device may perform S1004. If the second participating device does not have the capability of recognizing the conference information, the second participating device does not perform S1004.
It should be noted that, for specifically describing that the moderator device sends the second OPTIONS message to the second participating device, reference may be made to the description in S1001 above, and details are not described here.
And S1004, the second participating device sends a second response message to the chairman conference device.
Optionally, the first confirmation information may further include version information and a message sequence number of the second participating device.
It should be noted that, for specifically describing that the second participating device sends the second response message to the chairman device of the conference, reference may be made to the description in S1002, and details are not described here.
In some embodiments, the moderator device may perform S707 after the second participant device sends the second response message to the moderator device. That is, in the event that the moderator device confirms that the second participating device is capable of identifying meeting information, the moderator device may send a first OPTIONS message to the second participating device.
It is understood that if the second participant device has the capability of recognizing the conference information, the second participant device may display a third conference interface after the chairman device sends the first OPTIONS message to the second participant device. Therefore, by using the conference call processing method and the conference call processing device, the user of the second participating device can know the information associated with the conference call, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In other embodiments, the second participant device does not send a second response message to the moderator device. If the chairman device does not receive the second response message from the second participating device within the preset time period, the first OPTIONS message is not sent to the second participating device (i.e., S707 is not executed). The second participating device cannot display the conference interface and still displays the call interface. The preset time period may be 0.5 second, 1 second, 2 seconds, and the like. That is, in the event that the second participant device does not have the capability to identify meeting information, the moderator device does not send the first OPTIONS message to the second participant device.
It can be understood that, if the second participating device does not have the capability of recognizing the conference information, even if the chairman device sends the first OPTIONS message to the second participating device, the second participating device cannot display the third conference interface because the second participating device does not have the capability of recognizing the conference information. Therefore, under the condition that the second participating device does not have the capability of identifying the conference information, the conference chairman device does not send the first OPTIONS message to the second participating device, so that the signaling overhead of the conference chairman device can be reduced, and the waste of signaling resources is reduced.
It should be noted that, in the teleconference, the participating devices may not store the business card information of other participating devices, where the business card information is used to indicate the identity information of the users of the participating devices. Therefore, when the participating device displays the participating device list, only the identifier (such as a telephone number) of the participating device can be displayed, and the identifiability is poor.
In some embodiments, the participating device may set its own business card information. The business card information corresponds to the identification of the participating device. The embodiment of the application does not limit the business card information. For example, the business card information may be the user's real name. For another example, the business card information may be a nickname of the account number of the participating device.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, a manner of setting the business card information by the participating device is not limited. For example, a participating device may set business card information in a teleconference when entering the teleconference and associate with the telephone number of the participating device. For example, as shown in fig. 11, the conference chairman device 201 may display a business card input window 1101 on the conference interface, the business card input window 1101 including an input box, a "ok" button, and a "cancel" button. The input box is used for receiving business card information (for example, "zhang san") input by a user, the "ok" button is used for saving the business card information input by the user, and the "cancel" button is used for triggering that the business card input window 1101 is not displayed. For another example, when the participating device is turned on for the first time, the user is guided to set business card information in the teleconference and the business card information is associated with the telephone number of the participating device. In the following embodiments, the method according to the embodiments of the present application is described by taking the example of setting business card information when the participating device is powered on for the first time.
Thereafter, the participating devices may obtain meeting information, including business card information for each participating device. And, in response to a first operation by the user, the participating device may display the business card information.
