In another example, if the signing place is los angeles usa, the determination and selection module 180 selects specific authenticated CA certificate information (i.e., CA certificate of california usa) corresponding to los angeles usa, and the all-in-one management terminal device 10 signs the electronic document through the CA certificate of los angeles of the electronic official seal ECS. In another example, if the signing place is determined to be paris, france, the determining and selecting module 180 selects the default authenticated CA certificate information (e.g., the chinese hangzhou CA certificate) because there is no corresponding authenticated CA certificate information.
In a second embodiment, the electronic private seal EPS comprises a chinese electronic private seal EPS1 and a foreign electronic private seal EPS2 (as shown in fig. 5), and when the enterprise user signs an electronic file through the electronic private seal EPS, the judgment and selection module 180 selects a specific electronic private seal corresponding to the signing place from the chinese electronic private seal EPS1 and the foreign electronic private seal EPS 2; at this time, the integrated management terminal device 10 signs the electronic document with a specific electronic private seal. Then, the integrated management terminal device 10 signs the electronic document with the foreign language electronic private seal EPS 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 6 together, fig. 6 is a flowchart of an integrated management method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The integrated management method in fig. 6 includes the following steps:
step S610: a plurality of identity information of the enterprise user is obtained, and a plurality of CA certificate information and enterprise number of the enterprise user are obtained.
Step S620: and performing entity or digital authentication on the plurality of identity information and the plurality of CA certificate information to generate a plurality of authenticated identity information and a plurality of authenticated CA certificate information.
Step S630: and matching and binding the plurality of authenticated identity information and the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information with the enterprise number of the enterprise user, and generating the enterprise number and the enterprise number in the two-dimensional code form according to the enterprise number of the enterprise user.
Step S640: and generating the electronic official seal according to the plurality of authenticated identity information and the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information.
Step S650: an electronic privacy seal is generated based on the plurality of authenticated identity information.
Step S660: when the enterprise user signs the electronic file through the electronic official seal or the electronic private seal, the longitude and latitude of the end sign are recorded.
Please note that step S610 is executed by the first retrieving module 110 and the second retrieving module 120, step S620 is executed by the information authenticating module 130, step S630 is executed by the enterprise number generating module 140, step S640 is executed by the electronic official seal generating module 150, step S650 is executed by the electronic private seal generating module 160, and step S660 is executed by the recording module 170.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating an integrated management method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The integrated management method of fig. 7 includes the steps of:
step S710: and judging the signing place according to the longitude and latitude of the end-to-end signature.
Step S720: specific authenticated CA certificate information corresponding to the place of signing is selected from among the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information.
Step S730: the electronic document is signed by the specific certified CA certificate information of the electronic official.
Note that steps S710 and S720 are executed by the determination and selection module 180, and step S730 is executed by the integrated management terminal device 10.
Please refer to fig. 8. In practical examples, the specific operation of step S720 in fig. 7 includes:
step S721: it is determined whether the first portion of the plurality of certified CA certificate information matches the signature.
Step S722: a first matching list is selected, the first part of which matches the signing place, and whether a second part of the plurality of pieces of authenticated CA certificate information in the first matching list matches the signing place is judged.
Step S723: a second matching list of which the second part matches the signature is selected, and one of them is selected from the second matching list as the specific authenticated CA certificate information.
Step S724: when the second part of the plurality of pieces of authenticated CA certificate information in the first matching list does not match the signature place, one of the plurality of pieces of authenticated CA certificate information is selected from the first matching list as the specific authenticated CA certificate information.
Step S725: when the first part of the plurality of pieces of authenticated CA certificate information does not match any of the signing places, the default authenticated CA certificate information is selected as the specific authenticated CA certificate information.
Please note that, the practical operations of fig. 7 and fig. 8 can refer to fig. 4 and the detailed description of the first embodiment.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a flowchart illustrating an integrated management method according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The integrated management method of fig. 9 includes the steps of:
step S910: and judging the signing place according to the longitude and latitude of the end-to-end signature.
Step S920: a specific electronic private seal corresponding to the place of signing is selected from the Chinese electronic private seal and the foreign electronic private seal.
Step S930: the electronic document is signed by a specific electronic private seal.
Please note that, the actual operation of fig. 9 can refer to fig. 5 and the detailed description of the second embodiment.
The embodiment of the invention provides an integrated management method and an integrated management terminal device, which can further expand the application of electronic signatures on the basis of the application of the original 'enterprise number and enterprise number'. The invention can not only store and authenticate the global CA certificate and the secret key, but also call the most suitable CA certificate and the most suitable electronic private seal to finish the signing of the electronic document according to different signing places. The embodiments of the invention described above may be implemented in various hardware, software code, or combinations of both. For example, an embodiment of the present invention may also be program code for executing the above method in a Digital Signal Processor (DSP). The invention may also relate to a variety of functions performed by a computer processor, digital signal processor, microprocessor, or Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). The processor described above may be configured according to the present invention to perform certain tasks by executing machine-readable software code or firmware code that defines certain methods disclosed herein. Software code or firmware code may be developed in different programming languages and in different formats or forms. Software code may also be compiled for different target platforms. However, the different code styles, types, and languages of software code and other types of configuration code that perform tasks in accordance with the present invention do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
The integrated management terminal device stores the certificate and the secret key in the chip of the integrated intelligent physical and electronic seal instead of a public platform, and has strong privacy and high safety. All information is stored in the form of electronic keys and is called for use according to actual requirements, so that the safety of certificates and keys is greatly improved.
By means of the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects: compared with the prior art, the integrated management terminal device and the integrated management method provided by the invention further expand the application of the electronic signature on the basis of the application of the original 'enterprise number and enterprise number'. The invention can not only store and authenticate the global CA certificate and the secret key, but also call the most suitable CA certificate and the most suitable electronic private seal to finish the signing of the electronic document according to different signing places. In addition, enterprise users can check which country area code and country code the CA certificate information corresponds to at any time, and the operation is very simple and convenient. The invention adopts the international communication coding rule, is not limited by regions and can be used in various countries of the world without barriers. The system can be used in the country only by being authenticated and authorized by the country, and has all functions of company management. In addition, the integrated management terminal device can also combine functions of a telephone, a fax machine, a printer, a scanner, a display screen, a multi-operating system module, a satellite positioning module, a buckle and the like, and helps enterprise users to manage electronic signatures and simultaneously manage physical signatures in a set of modes based on enterprise numbers. Claims (15)

1. An integrated management terminal device, comprising:
a first acquisition module for acquiring a plurality of identity information of an enterprise user;
a second acquisition module for acquiring a plurality of CA certificate information and an enterprise number of the enterprise user;
an information authentication module, coupled to the first retrieving module and the second retrieving module, for performing entity or digital authentication on the plurality of identity information and the plurality of CA certificate information to generate a plurality of authenticated identity information and a plurality of authenticated CA certificate information, wherein the plurality of CA certificate information and the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information are encoded according to an international telecommunication telephone area code encoding rule;
the enterprise number enterprise code generating module is coupled with the information authentication module and the second acquisition module and is used for matching and binding the plurality of authenticated identity information, the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information and the enterprise number of the enterprise user and generating an enterprise number enterprise code in a two-dimensional code form according to the enterprise number of the enterprise user;
an electronic official seal generating module, coupled to the information authentication module, for generating an electronic official seal according to the plurality of authenticated identity information and the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information;
an electronic privacy seal generation module, coupled to the information authentication module, for generating an electronic privacy seal according to the plurality of authenticated identity information; and
and the recording module is coupled with the electronic official seal generating module and the electronic private seal generating module and is used for recording a terminal sign longitude and latitude when the enterprise user signs an electronic file through the electronic official seal or the electronic private seal.
2. The integrated management terminal apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of CA certificate information and the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information include a first part, a second part, and a third part, respectively, wherein the first part corresponds to a country area code, the second part corresponds to a region area code, and the third part corresponds to a telephone number.
3. The integrated management terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the electronic seal includes a chinese electronic seal and a foreign electronic seal.
4. The integrated management terminal device according to claim 1, further comprising a multi-module, the multi-module comprising:
the system comprises a central control module, a communication module, an identity authentication module, a key module and a storage module, wherein the communication module, the identity authentication module, the key module and the storage module are connected with the central control module;
the communication module is used for realizing the communication between the enterprise user and an external server;
the identity authentication module is used for authenticating the biological identification data input by the enterprise user and authorizing the enterprise user after the authentication is passed;
the key module is used for storing a plurality of keys and encrypting the plurality of authenticated identity information and the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information according to the corresponding keys in the plurality of keys so as to generate a plurality of encrypted authenticated identity information and a plurality of encrypted authenticated CA certificate information;
the storage module is used for storing the enterprise user registration biological identification data, the plurality of encrypted authenticated identity information, the plurality of encrypted authenticated CA certificate information, the enterprise number, the electronic official seal and the electronic private seal; and
the central processing module is used for receiving input, controlling the operation of other modules and allowing the enterprise user to sign an electronic file through the electronic official seal or the electronic private seal after the enterprise user obtains authorization.
5. The integrated management terminal device according to claim 1, further comprising:
the system comprises a telephone, a fax machine, a printer, a scanner, a display screen, a multi-operating system module, a satellite positioning module and a buckle.
6. The integrated management terminal device according to claim 2, further comprising:
a judging and selecting module, coupled to the electronic official seal generating module and the recording module, for judging a signing place according to the end-signature longitude and latitude and selecting a specific certified CA certificate information corresponding to the signing place from the plurality of certified CA certificate information;
wherein the integrated management terminal device signs the electronic document by the specific authenticated CA certificate information of the electronic official seal.
7. The integrated management terminal device according to claim 3, further comprising:
the judging and selecting module is coupled with the electronic private seal generating module and the recording module and used for judging a signing place according to the end-to-end sign longitude and latitude and selecting a specific electronic private seal corresponding to the signing place from the Chinese electronic private seal and the foreign language electronic private seal;
wherein the all-in-one management terminal device signs the electronic file through the specific electronic private seal.
8. An integrated management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining a plurality of identity information of an enterprise user, and obtaining a plurality of CA certificate information and an enterprise number of the enterprise user;
performing entity or digital authentication on the plurality of identity information and the plurality of CA certificate information to generate a plurality of authenticated identity information and a plurality of authenticated CA certificate information, wherein the plurality of CA certificate information and the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information are encoded according to an international telecommunication area code (IPC) encoding rule;
matching and binding the plurality of authenticated identity information, the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information and the enterprise number of the enterprise user, and generating an enterprise number in a two-dimensional code form according to the enterprise number of the enterprise user;
generating an electronic official seal according to the plurality of authenticated identity information and the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information;
generating an electronic private seal according to the plurality of authenticated identity information; and
and when the enterprise user signs an electronic file through the electronic official seal or the electronic private seal, recording one end sign longitude and latitude.
9. The integrated management method according to claim 8, wherein the plurality of CA certificate information and the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information include a first part, a second part, and a third part, respectively, wherein the first part corresponds to a country area code, the second part corresponds to a region area code, and the third part corresponds to a telephone number.
10. The integrated management method of claim 8, wherein the electronic seal includes a chinese electronic seal and a foreign electronic seal.
11. The integrated management method according to claim 8, further comprising:
providing a central control module, and a communication module, an identity authentication module, a key module and a storage module which are connected with the central control module;
utilizing the communication module to enable communication between the enterprise user and an external server;
the identity authentication module is used for authenticating the biological identification data input by the enterprise user, and after the authentication is passed, the enterprise user is authorized;
storing a plurality of keys by using the key module, and encrypting the plurality of authenticated identity information and the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information according to corresponding keys in the plurality of keys to generate a plurality of encrypted authenticated identity information and a plurality of encrypted authenticated CA certificate information;
storing, with the storage module, the enterprise user enrollment biometric data, the plurality of encrypted authenticated identity information, the plurality of encrypted authenticated CA certificate information, the enterprise number, the electronic official seal, and the electronic private seal; and
utilizing the central processing module to receive input and control operation of other modules, and after the enterprise user obtains authorization, allowing the enterprise user to sign an electronic document through the electronic official seal or the electronic private seal.
12. The integrated management method of claim 8, wherein the enterprise number comprises a digital company name, a mailbox number, a payment number, a cloud number, a video number and/or a fixed telephone number, and the enterprise number is internationally universal and is coded according to an international area code coding rule.
13. The integrated management method according to claim 9, further comprising:
judging a signing place according to the longitude and latitude of the end label;
selecting a specific authenticated CA certificate information corresponding to the signing place from the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information; and
signing the electronic document with the particular authenticated CA certificate information of the electronic official seal.
14. The integrated management method according to claim 10, further comprising:
judging a signing place according to the longitude and latitude of the end label;
selecting a specific electronic private seal corresponding to the signing place from the Chinese electronic private seal and the foreign language electronic private seal; and
signing the electronic document with the particular electronic private seal.
15. The integrated management method according to claim 13, wherein the step of selecting a specific certified CA certificate information corresponding to the signing place from the plurality of certified CA certificate information further comprises:
determining whether the first portion of the plurality of certified CA certificate information matches the signature;
selecting a first matching list of which the first part matches the signing place, and judging whether the second parts of the plurality of pieces of authenticated CA certificate information in the first matching list match the signing place or not;
selecting a second matching list of which the second part matches the signed place, and selecting one of the second matching list as the specific authenticated CA certificate information;
selecting one of the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information in the first matching list as the specific authenticated CA certificate information when the second part of the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information in the first matching list does not match signed places; and
when the first portion of the plurality of authenticated CA certificate information does not match any of the plurality of signatory sites, selecting a default authenticated CA certificate information as the specific authenticated CA certificate information.
