The assembly comprises a first damping piece 410, a second damping piece 420 and a linkage shaft 430, wherein the first damping piece 410 is partially positioned inside the first casing 100, and one end of the first damping piece 410 penetrates out of one side of the first casing 100 close to the display module. The inner side wall of the first damper includes a first arc surface 411, and the outer side wall of the first damper 410 is fixedly connected with the first housing 100 by a fastening screw, and the fixing connection manner is not limited herein. The second damping member 420 is disposed in a ring shape, and the inner sidewall of the second damping member 420 includes a second arc 421. One end of the linkage shaft 430 is fixedly connected with the display module through a fastening screw, the fixed connection mode is not limited herein, and the other end of the linkage shaft forms a ball 431. First damping member 410 and second damping member 420 are disposed opposite to each other, and first damping member 410 and second damping member 420 are disposed outside ball 431, and the outer surface of ball 431 abuts against first cambered surface 411 and/or second cambered surface 421, and in some embodiments, the outer surface of ball 431 abuts against first cambered surface 411 and second cambered surface 421 simultaneously.
Since the first cambered surface 411 and/or the second cambered surface 421 abut against the ball 431, the ball 431 can bear static friction force applied by the first damping member 410 and/or the second damping member 420, so that the ball 431 is static relative to the first damping member 410 and/or the second damping member 420 under the action of the static friction force. In some embodiments, the first cambered surface 411 and the second cambered surface 421 abut against the ball 431, so that the ball 431 can bear static friction force applied by the first damping member 410 and the second damping member 420, and the ball 431 is static relative to the first damping member 410 and the second damping member 420 under the static friction force. Therefore, under the condition that no external force or slight external force exists, the ball 431 is static relative to the first damping piece 410 and the second damping piece 420, so that the ball 431 is static in a required state, the relative position of the display screen 231 and the host module cannot be easily changed in the using process, the stability of the AR display device during use is ensured, and the user experience is improved. When an external force is applied to linkage shaft 430 and linkage shaft 430 is caused to rotate relative to first damping member 410 and/or second damping member 420, the relative position between the host and display screen 231 is adjusted so that the display screen meets the use requirements of the wearer. The first damping part 410 and the second damping part 420 can be used for realizing the rotation of the linkage shaft 430, and simultaneously can also be used for controlling the rotation resistance of the linkage shaft 430 by using static friction force, so that the linkage shaft 430 has multiple technical effects. Meanwhile, the position of the linkage shaft 430 is adjusted by utilizing the spherical hinge of the spherical piece 431, the freedom degree of movement of the linkage shaft 430 can be increased, and multi-angle adjustment between the display module and the host module is realized.
In a further preferred aspect, the assembly further includes an adjusting nut 440, and the adjusting nut 440 is located between the host module and the display module. The adjusting nut 440 has a screw hole 441 extending axially therethrough so as to be able to be sleeved on the outside of the linkage shaft 430, in some embodiments, the adjusting nut 440 is sleeved on the outside of the linkage shaft 430 through the first damping member 410, and a portion of the first damping member 410 extending from the side wall of the first casing 100 is provided with an external thread, and the extending portion is in threaded engagement with the adjusting nut 440. An annular plate 442 protruding from the hole wall is disposed at one end of the screw hole 441 away from the first casing 100, one end of the second damper 420 is inserted into the first damper 410, and the other end of the second damper 420 is inserted into the screw hole 441 and abuts against the annular plate 442.
When the adjusting nut 440 is driven to approach the first casing 100 by the thread fit between the first damping member 410 and the adjusting nut 440, the annular plate 442 applies a pushing force to the second damping member 420 abutting against the annular plate, and in some embodiments, the second damping member 420 has a certain elastic deformation performance, for example, the second damping member 420 is made of nylon material. The second damper 420 can abut against the ball 431 by the thrust of the annular plate 442, so that the fitting area between the second damper 420 and the ball 431 is increased, the fitting gap is reduced, and thus the second damper 420 and the ball 431 are fitted more closely. So that the friction force between the second damping member 420 and the ball 431 is increased, thereby increasing the external force required for the rotation of the linkage shaft 430.
In a preferred embodiment, a mounting groove 130 is recessed in a side wall of the first housing 100 close to the display module, a mounting through hole 131 is formed at the bottom of the mounting groove 130, and a part of the first damping member 410 is mounted in the mounting groove 130, and a part of the first damping member protrudes out of the mounting through hole 131 to be in threaded engagement with the adjusting nut 440. In this application, a fixing plate 450 is further disposed in the mounting groove 130, and the fixing plate 450 is attached to the first damping member 410 and is connected to the first casing 100 by fastening screws or the like, so as to fix the first damping member 410 to the first casing 100.
The fixing plate 450 is used to assist in limiting the relative position of the first damping member 410 and the first casing 100, so that the distance between the display module and the host module is not too long, and the appearance of the AR display device is improved. The first damping part 410 and the fixing plate 450 are embedded in the mounting groove 130, so that the accuracy of the position of the first damping part 410 during fixing is improved, the positions of the first damping part 410 and the fixing plate 450 can be limited, the stability of the first damping part 410 in a use state is guaranteed, meanwhile, the first damping part 410 can be prevented from protruding out of the surface of the first shell 100, and the attractiveness of the AR display device is improved. The AR display device need consider water-proof effects when using, therefore need guarantee the leakproofness between first damping piece 410 and mounting groove 130, utilize the fixed plate 450 to assist the fixed of first damping piece 410, through the corresponding laminating of the lateral wall of guaranteeing fixed plate 450 and mounting groove 130 inner wall, can further strengthen the waterproof performance of host computer module, thereby also reduced the requirement to first damping piece 410 machining precision.
In another preferred embodiment, a first stopper 451 is disposed on a surface of the fixing plate 450, a second stopper 443 is disposed on a surface of the adjusting nut 440 protruding toward the first housing 100, wherein a sum of a height of the first stopper 451 and a height of the second stopper 443 is greater than a vertical distance between the fixing plate 450 and the adjusting nut 440, and an orthogonal projection of the second stopper 443 is concentric with the first stopper 451, so that the second stopper 443 can abut against the first stopper 451 when the adjusting nut 440 is rotated, thereby limiting an extreme position of the adjusting nut 440 moving away from the first housing 100 to prevent the adjusting nut 440 and the first damper 410 from being disengaged.
