Of course, one or more reporting threshold values are set in the data acquisition instrument, and adaptive setting can be performed according to the geographic environment and the historical disaster condition in which the data acquisition instrument is installed.

On the basis of the embodiment 1, when the alarm is used indoors, the electric power guarantee can be provided for the alarm by connecting the commercial power; when the alarm is used in the field, other power equipment is needed to supply power to the alarm; similarly, the working environment of the data acquisition instrument is usually in the field. Generally, a lithium battery or a solar cell panel is used for supplying power, the lithium battery needs to be charged to continuously supply power, and the solar cell panel needs to store and manage electric energy. In order to solve the problem of continuous supply of field electric energy of the alarm and the data acquisition instrument, the alarm and the data acquisition instrument are both provided with a power supply controller and a movable power supply part; the mobile power supply part comprises a solar cell panel, a lithium battery and a charging management chip; an external power supply interface, a charging management interface and a lithium battery interface are arranged on the power supply controller; the charging management chip is connected with the charging management interface in a plugging and pulling mode, the lithium battery is connected with a lithium battery interface through a wire, the external power supply interface is connected with a waterproof aviation connector, and the solar panel is connected with the waterproof aviation connector through a wire; realize the charge-discharge management of external solar cell panel and lithium cell, and then realize the continuous supply of the open-air electric energy of alarm device.
The alarm and the data acquisition instrument are provided with 6-core and 4-core stainless steel waterproof aviation connectors. When the alarm or the data acquisition instrument is installed, the connecting wire of the solar cell panel and the corresponding waterproof aviation connector are inserted. The solar cell panel is an input end of the charging management chip, the lithium battery is an output end of the charging management chip, the charging management chip is internally provided with an ADC (analog to digital converter) module and a Micro Control Unit (MCU), and the Micro Control Unit (MCU) is internally provided with a voltage acquisition module; the ADC module collects voltage analog signals of the lithium battery, converts the input analog signals into digital signals and transmits the digital signals to the MCU; the micro control unit MCU controls the charging of the lithium battery through the collected lithium battery voltage information; when the voltage is lower than the voltage charging threshold value set in the voltage acquisition module, the micro control unit MCU controls the charging management chip to charge the lithium battery through the solar cell panel, and when the electric quantity of the lithium battery is in a full-grid state, the charging is stopped. The electric energy supplement to the lithium battery is realized, the utilization rate of solar energy is improved to the maximum extent, and the problem of electric energy supply for outdoor use of the alarm and the data acquisition instrument is solved.
Taking an intelligent broadcast alarm as an example of the alarm in the embodiment, the lowest voltage threshold of the intelligent broadcast alarm is 9V, the working voltage threshold is 11V, the voltage charging threshold set in the voltage acquisition module is 11V, and the working voltage threshold corresponds to the voltage charging threshold; the central processing unit of the intelligent broadcast alarm transmits the current voltage value of the intelligent broadcast alarm to a remote computer through a wireless network and displays the current voltage value on an alarm control management platform, when the voltage value is smaller than 11V, the voltage value of a voltage column of the alarm in the broadcast working condition unit is displayed in red, and the intelligent broadcast alarm is reminded that the voltage is lower than a normal working value and needs to be charged as soon as possible. Meanwhile, the MCU also acquires the voltage information of the lithium battery; when the voltage is lower than the voltage charging threshold value 11V set in the voltage acquisition module, the micro control unit MCU controls the charging management chip to charge the lithium battery through the solar cell panel, and when the electric quantity of the lithium battery is in a full-grid state, the charging is stopped. The voltage value of a column of the voltage of the alarm in the broadcasting working condition unit is displayed in gray to indicate that the current voltage value is normal. And when the current voltage value displayed in the broadcasting working condition unit is lower than 9V, the battery voltage is proved to be insufficient, the solar panel possibly fails to be charged, and a power supply charging system of the intelligent broadcasting alarm needs to be checked as soon as possible.
Similarly, for example, the data acquisition instrument adopts an integrated water level meter, a lowest voltage threshold value set in a module of the data acquisition instrument is 11V, a working voltage is 15V, a voltage charging threshold value set in a voltage acquisition module in the integrated water level meter is 15V, a central processing unit of the integrated water level meter transmits a current voltage value of the integrated water level meter to a remote computer through a wireless network, the current voltage value is displayed on an alarm control management platform, when the voltage value is smaller than 15V, the current voltage value displayed in a second equipment list unit is red, the voltage of the integrated water level meter is reminded to be lower than a normal working value, and charging is needed as soon as possible. Meanwhile, the MCU also acquires the voltage information of the lithium battery; when the voltage is lower than a voltage charging threshold value 15V set in the voltage acquisition module, the micro control unit MCU controls the charging management chip to charge the lithium battery through the solar cell panel, and when the electric quantity of the lithium battery is in a full-grid state, the charging is stopped. The current voltage value displayed in the second device list unit is gray to indicate that the current voltage value is normal. And when the current voltage value displayed in the second equipment list unit is that the voltage is lower than 11V, the battery voltage of the integrated water level meter is proved to be insufficient, the solar panel charging possibly fails, and the power supply charging system of the integrated water level meter needs to be checked as soon as possible.
Because the alarm devices or the data acquisition instruments of different models have different working voltages, the minimum voltage threshold, the working voltage threshold and the voltage charging threshold are set according to the model adaptability of the alarm devices or the data acquisition instruments in networking units.
