Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
It should be noted that, in the wireless terminal testing process, most of the service information can be automatically recorded in the test log, including the message flow information inside the tested terminal, and the log tool can acquire the message queue from the tested terminal and store the message queue in the log file, and some of the test key information is also very important and needs to be manually entered into the log tool.
In the related art, the entry of the test key information comprises two modes: one is that when the tested terminal needs to be connected to a computer for testing, in the testing process, a tester sends a manually written command containing testing key information to the tested terminal through the computer, and the tested terminal records the testing key information to the corresponding position of a log file; and the other method is that the test key information is manually input through an operation interface provided by the tested terminal, and the tested terminal records the test key information to the corresponding position of the log file. However, in any way, the test key information is manually input to the tested terminal, and the tested terminal records the test key information to the corresponding position of the log file, and the specific flow is as shown in fig. 1:
firstly, a tester starts a test log, and a tested terminal begins to capture the test log and store log files.
And secondly, controlling the tested terminal to start an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) downloading service by a tester. In the test process, when the test key information needs to be added into the log file, a tester manually inputs test key information characters in the log tool, and the tested terminal adds the test key information characters into the log file.
And thirdly, stopping testing the logs by the tester, and stopping grabbing the test logs by the tested terminal to generate a log file.
In the testing process, the testing key information is manually input by a tester through a log tool, so that the testing method has great limitation to the mode of testing by connecting a computer, the tester needs to control the computer to input the testing key information while testing, the convenience is poor, the testing key information still needs to be manually input even if the computer is not needed, and particularly, the testing key information is more difficult to input when the tester inputs the testing key information such as scene information while walking.
For example, when a tester walks to an office building from an open place with a tested terminal, walks to an elevator, and then goes out of the elevator to test the tested terminal, FTP download service start information and open place information (such as position information and base station information) need to be manually entered in the open place; at an entrance of an office building, the entrance information of the office building needs to be manually input; when entering an office building, information entering the office building needs to be manually input; at an elevator entrance, the information of the elevator entrance needs to be manually input; after entering the elevator, the entering elevator information needs to be manually entered. In the series of test processes, because the key test information needs to be manually input, the continuity of the test scene cannot be ensured, for example, when a tester manually inputs the entrance information of an office building at the entrance of the office building, the tester may pause for dozens of seconds or even longer and then enters the office building, which is not in accordance with the expected test scene, because the short pause may cause great change of wireless signals, the tested terminal may have different behaviors, and when a developer analyzes the test log, the developer cannot clearly know the real test flow, thereby adding unknown factors to the log analysis work and increasing the difficulty of log analysis.
Based on the above, the application provides a test method of the terminal device, in the test process, the test key information is timely and conveniently stored to the corresponding time sequence position of the log file in a voice input mode, so that the accuracy of the input of the test key information can be ensured, the test log can be ensured to be consistent with an expected test scene, and the analysis difficulty of the test log is reduced. The following describes in detail a testing method of a terminal device provided in the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a testing method of a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the method for testing the terminal device may include the following steps:
step 210, in the process of testing the terminal device, obtaining test voice information of a tester, wherein the test voice information includes test recording information and recording time.
That is, in the process of testing the terminal device, some test key information in the test process can be added into the log file in a voice recording mode. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining testing voice information of a tester, wherein the testing voice information comprises testing recording information and recording time, the testing recording information corresponds to some testing key information such as scene information and the like in a testing process, the recording time corresponds to a time sequence position of the testing key information in a log file, and the testing key information can be added to the corresponding time sequence position in the log file based on the recording time.
In specific implementation, the test voice information may be obtained by recording through the terminal device, or the test voice information may be obtained by recording through the test device. For the former, the method is mainly used for testing the terminal equipment without connecting the testing equipment such as a computer, and the existing recording function of the terminal equipment can be utilized, or the recording function is added on the terminal equipment in a plug-in mode, so as to obtain the testing recording information of a tester; the latter is mainly used for testing equipment such as a computer and the like which needs to be connected, and at the moment, the existing recording function of the testing equipment can be utilized, or the recording function is added on the testing equipment in a plug-in mode, and the like, so as to obtain the testing recording information of a tester.
Further, whether recording is performed by the terminal device to acquire the test voice information or recording is performed by the test device to acquire the test voice information, the test recording information may be acquired in the following manner.
As an example, obtaining test voice information of a tester includes: starting a recording function to acquire test recording information; and recording the starting time of the recording function to obtain the recording time.
For example, in the process of testing the terminal device, when the test key information needs to be added to the log file, the tester can press the voice input control on the terminal device or the test device, at this time, the terminal device or the test device starts the recording function, the tester dictates the test key information, the terminal device or the test device acquires the test recording information of the tester and generates a voice file, and meanwhile, the terminal device or the test device records the starting time of the recording function and takes the starting time as the recording time. When the recording is finished, the tester presses the voice recording control on the terminal equipment or the testing equipment again, the terminal equipment or the testing equipment stops the recording function, and accordingly the testing recording information and the recording time of the tester can be obtained. Optionally, in this example, the timer may be started when the recording function is started, and the timer is closed when the recording is finished, so as to record the recording duration of the current recording through the timer.
As another example, obtaining test voice information of a tester further includes: when the recording function is started, the timer is started to record the recording duration, and the timer and the recording function are closed when the recording duration reaches the preset duration.
For example, in the process of testing the terminal device, when the test key information needs to be added to the log file, the tester can press the voice input control on the terminal device or the test device, at this time, the terminal device or the test device starts the recording function, the tester dictates the test key information, and the terminal device or the test device acquires the test recording information of the tester and generates a voice file; meanwhile, the terminal equipment or the test equipment records the starting time of the recording function and takes the starting time as the recording time; meanwhile, when the recording function is started, the terminal equipment or the test equipment starts the timer to record the current recording time length, judges whether the recording time length is more than or equal to the preset time length (such as 2min), and if so, closes the timer and the recording function, and does not receive the test recording information of a tester any more, so that the condition that the recording of the tester is always influenced by the key information of the next test can be avoided, meanwhile, each recorded voice file is ensured to be smaller, and excessive redundant information is avoided from being added. Optionally, in this example, when the recording duration reaches a certain duration (for example, 10s, 20 s, 30s away from the preset duration), a reminder (for example, a text display reminder, a vibration reminder, etc.) may be further performed on the tester, so that the tester performs information supplementation or reduces entry of redundant information as much as possible.
Further, after the voice file of the test voice information is obtained, format conversion can be carried out on the voice file.
It is understood that the format of the voice file generated by the terminal device or the test device may be different from the format supported by the test log, and thus the voice file of the test voice information may be subjected to format conversion after the voice file is obtained. For example, speech entry is implemented by QT (cross-platform C + + graphical user interface application) of a terminal device or a test device. During voice recording, a voice file can be generated through QAUDIO input (for audio acquisition) of QT, the format of the voice file is a raw format, and after the recording is finished, the voice file in the raw format can be converted into a voice file in a wav format through addWavHeader.
As a specific example, referring to fig. 3, the obtaining of the test voice information may include the steps of:
and S301, starting a recording function, such as starting the recording function by a tester through QT.
Step S302, judging whether recording is in progress, and if so, judging whether the recording equipment of the terminal equipment or the test equipment is in a recording state. If yes, directly ending; otherwise, step S303 is executed.
Step S303, judging whether the recording device is ready, and if so, judging whether the recording device is in a ready state. If yes, go to step S305; otherwise, step S304 is performed.
Step S304, when the recording device is not in the ready state, it indicates that there is no recording device, and this is directly ended.
In step S305, the definition of the recording format block is initialized, for example, the voice format is initialized to the raw format by QT.
Step S306, judging whether the voice format is supported by the setting of the recording equipment, and if so, judging whether the voice format is supported by the recording equipment. If yes, go to step S307; otherwise, directly ending.
Step S307, starting recording and recording the recording time, controlling the recording equipment to start recording if QT, and recording the recording starting time as the recording time.
And step S308, starting a timer to record the recording duration, and starting the timer to record the recording duration when the QT controls the recording equipment to start recording.
Step S309, storing the test recording information, such as QT collecting the test voice information of the tester, and storing it into the voice file in the raw format.
And step S310, stopping recording, and if the tester closes the recording function through the QT.
And step S311, closing a timer, and if the QT closes the recording function and the timer at the same time, obtaining the recording duration of the recording according to the timing time of the timer.
In step S312, the voice file format is converted, for example, QT converts the voice file in the raw format into the voice file in the wav format. Therefore, the test recording information, the recording time and the recording duration can be obtained.
And step 220, storing the test recording information to the corresponding time sequence position of the log file according to the recording time.
Specifically, after the voice recording is finished, the test recording information and the recording duration (if the recording duration exists) can be saved to the corresponding time sequence position of the log file according to the recording time.
As a specific example, referring to fig. 4, the testing process of the terminal device may include the following steps:
firstly, a tester starts a test log, and a tested terminal begins to capture the test log and store log files.
And secondly, controlling the tested terminal to start the FTP downloading service by the tester. In the testing process, when testing key information needs to be added into a log file, a tester inputs testing voice information in a log tool in a voice mode, a tested terminal adds the testing voice information into the log file, and the testing recording information is stored to a corresponding time sequence position of the log file according to recording time.
And thirdly, stopping testing the logs by the tester, and stopping grabbing the test logs by the tested terminal to generate a log file.
Therefore, in the process of testing the terminal equipment, the test key information does not need to be written manually, the test key information which is difficult to enter by the existing scheme can be conveniently and timely entered into the log file in a voice mode, the simplicity and the accuracy of the entry of the test key information are improved, and meanwhile, the test key information can be stored into the log file as much as possible, accurately and quickly through voice, so that the accuracy and the timeliness of test records are effectively improved, the test logs can be ensured to be in line with expected test scenes, and the analysis difficulty of the test logs is reduced. It should be noted that, in practical application, the terminal device may also be controlled by a voice mode to trigger various test flows, so as to further improve the simplicity of the tester operating the terminal device.
Furthermore, when a tester checks the log file, the test recording information and the recording duration (if the recording duration exists) can be displayed at the corresponding time sequence position in the form of a label, and voice playback is supported and voice is converted into characters for display, so that the test key information and the like can be known in time according to the test recording information when the log file is analyzed. In specific implementation, voice playback can be performed according to the operation of a tester, and test record information can be synchronously and automatically played when a corresponding test point is reached in the playback process of a test log, so that the tester can timely and comprehensively know the test flow.
As a specific example, referring to FIG. 5, playback of test recording information may include the steps of:
step S501, data analysis is started, and if a tester plays back voice through QT, data analysis is carried out before QT.
Step S502, judging whether the voice file of the test recording information exists, and if so, judging whether the voice file of the test recording information exists in the log file. If yes, directly ending; otherwise, step S503 is executed.
Step S503, determine whether the playback device is ready, and determine whether the playback device is in a ready state if QT. If yes, go to step S505; otherwise, step S504 is executed.
In step S504, when the playback device is not in the ready state, it indicates that there is no playback device, and this is directly ended.
Step S505, the definition of the playing format block is initialized, for example, QT is played by using QAudioOutput class, at this time, the audio file in the raw format or the audio file in the wav format can be played.
And step S506, starting playing, and controlling the playing device to start playing the test recording information if the QT is detected.
Step S507, a timer is started to record the playing duration, if QT controls the playing device to start playing, the timer is started to record the playing duration, and the playing duration can be displayed at the same time, so that the tester and the developer can know the current playing progress in time.
Step S508, the test recording information is played.
Step S509, the playback is stopped, for example, the tester closes the playback function through QT or automatically stops the playback.
Step S510, close a timer, such as QT, while stopping playing.
Step S511, stopping playing the test recording information.
Therefore, the voice playback function can enable a tester to know some test key information in the test process in time, and the tester can analyze the log file.
Further, in some embodiments, during the process of parsing the log file, the test recording information is also played back, so that the test recording information is modified according to the playback condition.
That is, in the process of parsing the log file, the test recording information may be played back, and meanwhile, the test recording information may be modified according to the playback condition, for example, when the test recording information is unclear, abnormal, or even lacks the test recording information, the test recording information may be modified.
As an example, the modifying the test recording information according to the playback condition includes: in the playback process, if the voice abnormity occurs, the test record is recorded again, and the re-recorded test record is stored at the same time point with the test record information of the voice abnormity. That is to say, when the test recording information is played back, if a voice abnormality, such as a voice file error, is found, the test recording information can be re-recorded and stored at the same time point, so as to ensure the accuracy of the test recording information.
As another example, modifying the test recording information according to the playback condition includes: and during the playback process, if the voice description error occurs, deleting the test recording information with the voice description error, re-recording the test recording, and storing the re-recorded test recording at the same time point as the test recording information with the voice description error. That is to say, when the test recording information is played back, if a voice description error is found, for example, a test key information description error, the test recording information with the voice description error may be deleted, and the test recording information may be re-entered and stored at the same time point, so as to ensure the accuracy of the test recording information.
As yet another example, modifying the test recording information according to playback includes: in the playback process, if the new voice description is needed, the test recording information is supplemented, and the supplemented test recording information is stored in the log file at the new time point. That is to say, when some time sequence positions in the log file lack the test key information, the test recording information can be entered, and the test recording information is added at the corresponding position, so that the test key information which is not reached or forgotten or needs to be supplemented in the test process is entered into the log file, and the integrity of the test recording information in the whole test process is ensured.
Therefore, the test recording information is played back, so that testers and developers can timely and comprehensively know the test flow, the problem that the developers need to repeatedly confirm the test flow due to the fact that the developers do not know the process of the test flow and the testers can forget the test process is solved, the accuracy and the integrity of the test recording information can be guaranteed through correction of the test recording information, and the analysis of log files is facilitated.
In summary, according to the testing method of the terminal device in the embodiment of the present invention, in the testing process of the terminal device, the test recording information and the recording time of the tester are obtained, and the test recording information is saved to the corresponding time sequence position of the log file according to the recording time.
