Claims (10)

1. An electronic contract generating method based on dynamic matching is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps:
step one, constructing a contract template library which is composed of at least one contract template;
step two, an editable contract template is configured according to the requirement and stored in the contract template library;
and step three, calling the contract template in the contract template library according to the requirement for editing, generating a contract text and storing the operation process.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic contract generation method based on dynamic matching,
the contract template library establishes at least one contract template data storage table according to a preset type;
the contract template data storage table stores corresponding contract templates;
and according to the user preference requirements, the contract template library can be expanded by utilizing an adding collection function.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic contract generation method based on dynamic matching,
in the process of generating the electronic contract, when the wind control examination and approval is carried out, the process of revising, examining, approving and signing the electronic contract is as follows:
step 1, acquiring a well edited contract template in a contract template library according to requirements;
step 2, inputting revision contents through a visual interface;
step 3, generating a corresponding revision instruction according to the revision content;
step 4, the obtained contract template modifies the editable data per se according to the generated revision instruction, generates a corresponding electronic contract and stores a corresponding revision record;
step 5, auditing the edited electronic contract;
step 6, judging an audit result;
step 7, signing in information of a signing party when the verification result is qualified, stamping a seal on the signed electronic contract to generate a contract with legal effect, and exporting the contract; otherwise, when the judgment result is unqualified, the step 1 is skipped.

when the wind control examination and approval is carried out, the system also has the functions of supporting contract revision, invalidation and recovery under various states;
the plurality of states include: an audit state, a negotiation state, and a contract execution state;
the revision function is used for meeting the requirement of revising the contract content again and restarting the auditing process;
the voiding function is used for voiding the contract when the contract negotiation fails;
the recovery function is used for quickly recovering the contract and completely preserving the contract data under the condition of accidentally invalidating the contract.
5. The electronic contract generation method based on dynamic matching according to claim 3,
in the process of carrying out wind control examination and approval, the user still has the authority of revising the contract content during examination and can revise the contract content according to the requirements;
after revision is completed, a data interface program for generating an electronic signature is accessed, the contract data after verification is transmitted through the front-end generated static page data, and an electronic contract with signature information is received through background callback operation;
the electronic contract with the signature information has safety, validity, non-editability and legality.
6. The electronic contract generation method based on dynamic matching according to claim 3,
in the process of carrying out wind control examination and approval, after the examination and approval are passed, carrying signing party information on the electronic contract through online signing, and generating a new electronic contract;
the online signing is not limited by time and regions, and the remote signing can be realized in an online mode.

the signing module is used for introducing the electronic contract which passes through the auditing module into signing party information;
the seal using module is used for covering an electronic seal on the electronic contract containing the signing party information;
a revision module configured to revise the electronic contract template according to a requirement;
a comparison module configured to compare a difference between the current version of the electronic contract and a previous version of the electronic contract;
and the storage module is used for recording the process of editing the electronic contract and providing basis for the subsequent display of the difference content.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the electronic contract generation system based on dynamic matching,
selecting a contract template to be used from the contract template library, generating an editing instruction by using the revision module according to the requirement, revising the contract template, and recording corresponding editing operation by using a storage module;
after revision and storage are finished, initiating wind control approval of the contract, continuously adopting the revision module to revise the contract template according to user feedback, and adopting the storage module to record corresponding editing operation;
in the process of the pneumatic control examination and approval, the auditing module, the signing module and the printing module are adopted to conduct content auditing on the same template, introduce signing party information and seal on an electronic seal, and receive an electronic contract export instruction after the correctness is confirmed to generate a final required electronic contract.
