The invention discloses a setting method based on a prefabricated GOOSE data set, which comprises the following steps: configuring a preset GOOSE sending data set into different GOOSE sending control blocks in an ICD file of each IDE device according to virtual terminals, wherein each GOOSE sending control block utilizes a corresponding APPID unique identifier; manufacturing a total station system configuration file SCD according to an ICD file of each IDE device, wherein the SCD comprises GOOSE sending control block information of the IED, an APPID of the GOOSE sending control block, GOOSE receiving control block information and an APPID of the GOOSE receiving control block, and the APPID is a unique matching identifier of a GOOSE sending party and a receiving party; the IED device downloads and analyzes the CCD file exported according to the SCD file; if the connection mode between the devices is modified again, the IED device respectively sets the APPID of the GOOSE sending control block and the APPID of the GOOSE receiving control block at the local end. According to the configuration method, the SCD (configuration description) of the total station system is not required to be modified, and the CCD file is not required to be downloaded again by the IED, so that the safety risk brought by debugging is greatly reduced.

The invention belongs to the technical field of power system automation, and particularly relates to a setting method based on a prefabricated GOOSE data set.
Background
With the continuous popularization and development of the intelligent substation technology, the traditional cable secondary circuit is replaced by optical fiber and network connection, the secondary system design of the substation is greatly optimized, and meanwhile, the safety risk during maintenance of the secondary circuit is also reduced.
The functions and connection relationships among the devices are embodied in the model and virtual terminals of the total station system Configuration file scd (subsystem Configuration description); along with the increasing demand of reconstruction and extension of the intelligent substation, the existing intelligent substation needs to modify the connection mode between devices again in the reconstruction and extension process, and the SCD file needs to be modified; the change of the SCD file, the CCD (configurable circuit description) file derived from SCD is also changed, and the CCD file needs to be downloaded to the IED device one by one to modify the connection mode between the devices, which greatly increases the workload of the intelligent substation, brings about a safety risk of debugging, not only the debugging efficiency is low, but also the malfunction of operating equipment is easily caused, there is a great potential safety hazard, and the influence range and the verification work are increased synchronously.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a setting method for meeting the requirements of reconstruction and extension of an intelligent substation and replacement of devices in engineering application, aiming at the technical problem that the existing intelligent substation needs to download a CCD file again to modify the connection mode between the devices.
In order to achieve the technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme.
The invention provides a setting method based on a prefabricated GOOSE data set, which comprises the following steps: configuring a preset GOOSE transmitting data set into different GOOSE transmitting control blocks by each IED according to virtual terminals in an ICD file of each IED, wherein each GOOSE transmitting control block utilizes a corresponding APPID unique identifier;
manufacturing a total station system configuration file SCD according to an ICD file of each IED device, wherein the SCD comprises GOOSE sending control block information of the IED, an APPID of the GOOSE sending control block, GOOSE receiving control block information and an APPID of the GOOSE receiving control block, and the APPID is a unique matching identifier of a GOOSE sending party and a receiving party;
the IED device downloads and analyzes the CCD file exported according to the SCD file; if the connection mode between the devices is modified again, the IED device respectively sets the APPID of the GOOSE sending control block and the APPID of the GOOSE receiving control block at the local end.
Further, after classifying the GOOSE transmission data sets, each IED device configures different GOOSE transmission control blocks according to the virtual terminals, where the classifying includes: single point position signals, double point position signals, malfunction signals, trip signals, GOOSE telemetry, and/or backup signals.
Furthermore, virtual terminals between the IED device of the GOOSE sender and the IED device of the GOOSE receiver are all connected according to current requirements and a long-term plan, currently used virtual terminal signals are normally used, and currently unused virtual terminal signals are subjected to suspension processing.
Further, the GOOSE transmit control block information includes a sender IED device identifier and a GOOSE transmit control block identifier, and the GOOSE receive control block information includes a sender IED device identifier and a GOOSE receive control block identifier.
Further, the IED device determines that the adjusted APPID is an APPID of the GOOSE transmit control block, and if the APPID is a legal value, the GOOSE transmit control block normally transmits GOOSE data to the outside, and if the APPID is an illegal value, the GOOSE transmit control block is suspended, and after the setting is successful, the IED device does not transmit GOOSE data of the GOOSE transmit control block.
Furthermore, the IED device determines that the set APPID is the APPID of the GOOSE receive control block, and the APPID is a legal value, then the GOOSE receive control block normally receives the GOOSE message on the process layer, when receiving the GOOSE message with the consistent APPID on the process layer network, the GOOSE link communication is restored, the GOOSE message with the consistent APPID is not received, and the IED device sends out a warning signal for interruption of the GOOSE link communication of the corresponding GOOSE receive control block; and if the APPID is an illegal value, suspending the GOOSE receiving control block, and after the setting is successful, the IED does not judge the link state of the GOOSE receiving control block and does not process the data of the GOOSE receiving control block.

The invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
in the method, the APPID can be directly set through the IED side without remanufacturing the SCD, only the APPID transmitted by the GOOSE and received by the GOOSE needs to be set on an IED device interface during subsequent reconstruction, extension and equipment replacement, and the GOOSE link communication can be restored when the APPID of the GOOSE transmitting control block of the sender IED and the APPID of the GOOSE receiving control block of the receiver IED are completely matched.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, a setting method based on a prefabricated GOOSE dataset includes the following steps:
(1) and configuring the GOOSE transmitting data set into different GOOSE transmitting control blocks according to virtual terminals by an ICD (interface control document) of the IED according to a pre-determined method, optionally pre-determining and classifying the GOOSE transmitting data set, classifying the pre-determined GOOSE transmitting data set according to the virtual terminals, and configuring the pre-determined GOOSE transmitting data set into different GOOSE transmitting control blocks according to the classification. Classifying the GOOSE sending data sets according to the virtual terminal types, and dividing the GOOSE sending data sets into different GOOSE sending control blocks according to single-point position signals, double-point position signals, failure signals, trip signals, GOOSE remote measurement, standby signals and the like;
(2) and (2) according to the GOOSE sending control blocks classified in the step (1), each GOOSE sending control block takes the APPID as a unique identifier, and the value range of the APPID is determined. (3) Using the ICD files of the steps (1) and (2), manufacturing a total station system configuration file (SCD) according to the design requirement of the intelligent substation, and connecting all virtual terminals according to the maximum requirement by the manufactured SCD file; the SCD file created in this step includes all configuration information packets of a GOOSE receiving control block and a GOOSE sending control block of the IED, that is, the configuration information packets include GOOSE sending control block information and an APPID of the GOOSE sending control block of the IED, and the APPID of the GOOSE receiving control block information and the GOOSE receiving control block, where the APPID is a unique matching identifier of a GOOSE sender and a receiver; the GOOSE sending control block information comprises sender IED device identification and GOOSE sending control block identification, and the GOOSE receiving control block information comprises sender IED device identification and GOOSE receiving control block identification.
(4) And (4) exporting the CCD file of the corresponding device from the SCD file manufactured in the step (3), and downloading the exported CCD file to the IED device according to the requirement. The IED device automatically analyzes the CCD file and displays APPID (advanced peripheral identification devices) sent by GOOSE and received by GOOSE, which are analyzed by the CCD file, on an interface of the IED device;
the interface of the IED device can set APPIDs of the GOOSE sending control block and the GOOSE receiving control block, as shown in fig. 2, the setting interface is divided into GOOSE sending APPID setting and GOOSE receiving APPID setting, and the IED device displays data obtained by analyzing the CCD file on the interface of the IED device and supports setting of the data. The setting method provided by the invention can realize configuration-free and aims at point-to-point GOOSE receiving. As shown in fig. 2, the receiving G0CB01 block is the 01 port of the corresponding receiving IED device in the lower row. As for the information of the receiving control block GOCB01, for example, the IED interface finally shows PM5009APIGO/LLN0$ GO $ GOCB01, PM5009APIGO represents the sender IED device, and GOCB01 is the receiving control block identity.
After APPID tuning, IED device processing logic is as shown in fig. 3: the device interface firstly judges whether the set APPID belongs to GOOSE transmission or GOOSE reception.
In the specific embodiment, judging and setting GOOSE sending APPID between 0x 0000-0 x3FFF, and the GOOSE sending control block normally sends GOOSE data outwards; when the device interface sets the GOOSE sending APPID as an illegal value, namely not between 0x0000 and 0x3FFF, if the value is set to 0xFFFF, the GOOSE sending control block is subjected to suspension processing, and the IED device does not send GOOSE data of the control block after the setting is successful;
judging whether the APPID of a set GOOSE receiving control block is between 0x0000 and 0x3FFF, wherein the GOOSE receiving control block normally receives a GOOSE message of a process layer, when the GOOSE message with consistent APPID on the process layer network is received, the GOOSE link communication is recovered, the GOOSE message with consistent APPID is not received, and the IED device sends a corresponding GOOSE receiving control block GOOSE link communication interruption alarm signal; and when the device interface sets the GOOSE receiving APPID to be an illegal value, namely not between 0x0000 and 0x3FFF, if the value is set to 0xFFFF, the GOOSE receiving control block is subjected to suspension processing, and after the setting is successful, the IED device does not judge the link state of the GOOSE receiving control block and does not process the data of the GOOSE receiving control block.
According to the method, during subsequent reconstruction, extension and equipment replacement, only the APPID transmitted by the GOOSE and received by the GOOSE needs to be set on the interface of the IED device, and GOOSE link communication can be restored when the APPID of the GOOSE transmitting control block of the sender IED and the APPID of the GOOSE receiving control block of the receiver IED are completely matched.

manufacturing a total station system configuration file SCD according to an ICD file of each IED device, wherein the SCD comprises GOOSE sending control block information of the IED, an APPID of the GOOSE sending control block, GOOSE receiving control block information and an APPID of the GOOSE receiving control block, and the APPID is a unique matching identifier of a GOOSE sending party and a receiving party;
the IED device downloads and analyzes the CCD file exported according to the SCD file; if the connection mode between the devices is modified again, the IED device respectively sets the APPID of the GOOSE sending control block and the APPID of the GOOSE receiving control block at the local end;
the IED device judges that the set APPID is the APPID of the GOOSE sending control block, if the APPID is a legal value, the GOOSE sending control block normally sends GOOSE data outwards, if the APPID is an illegal value, the IED carries out suspension processing on the GOOSE sending control block, and after the setting is successful, the IED device does not send the GOOSE data of the GOOSE sending control block;
the IED device judges that the set APPID is the APPID of the GOOSE receiving control block, if the APPID is a legal value, the GOOSE receiving control block normally receives a GOOSE message of a process layer, when the GOOSE message with consistent APPID on the process layer network is received, GOOSE link communication is recovered, the GOOSE message with consistent APPID is not received, and the IED device sends a corresponding GOOSE receiving control block GOOSE link communication interruption alarm signal; and if the APPID is an illegal value, suspending the GOOSE receiving control block, and after the setting is successful, the IED does not judge the link state of the GOOSE receiving control block and does not process the data of the GOOSE receiving control block.
