the device comprises a shell (1) and rotating wheels (2), wherein the lower parts of two sides of the shell (1) are respectively and rotatably provided with the two rotating wheels (2);
a first cover plate (31), wherein the middle of the lower part of one side of the shell (1) is provided with the first cover plate (31) in a sliding way;
the rubber strip (32) is arranged on one side of the first cover plate (31), and the rubber strip (32) is in contact with the shell (1);
the lower part of one side of the shell (1) is symmetrically and slidably provided with a first sliding block (33), and the first sliding block (33) is matched with the first cover plate (31);
the first spring (34) is arranged between the inner side of the first sliding block (33) and the shell (1);
the upper part of one side of the shell (1) is provided with a moving mechanism (4);
the hanging mechanism (5) is arranged on the moving mechanism (4).

the top of the shell (1) is provided with a guide rail (44);
the protective cover (45) is arranged on the guide rail (44) in a sliding mode;

the rack (42) is arranged, and one side of the sliding frame (41) is provided with the rack (42) in a sliding manner;

the middle parts of the lower parts of the two sides of the shell (1) are respectively provided with a water tank (60);

the lower part of one side of the water tank (60) is provided with a water outlet pipe (62), and the upper part of the water outlet pipe (62) penetrates through one side of the upper part of the shell (1);

the upper parts of the baffle plates (64) and the water outlet pipe (62) are both provided with the baffle plates (64) in a sliding way;

a second sliding block (66) is arranged on one side of the outer frame (63) in a sliding way;
the fifth spring (67) is arranged between the upper part of the second sliding block (66) and the outer frame (63) on the same side;
the middle part of the rotating wheel (2) at one side is provided with a first ejector block (68) in a sliding way;
a sixth spring (69), wherein the sixth spring (69) is arranged between one side of the first ejector block (68) and the rotating wheel (2) on one side;
the pressure increasing valve (610), one side of the inside of the shell (1) is provided with the pressure increasing valve (610);
an air inlet pipe (611) is arranged between the inner side of the water tank (60) and one side of the pressure increasing valve (610);
the second ejector block (612) is arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the protective cover (45), and the second ejector block (612) is matched with the second sliding block (66).

a rack (83), wherein one side of the bottom of the collecting frame (82) is provided with the rack (83);
