In the embodiment of the application, the alliance user terminal can inquire crocodile pattern details through the service ID, can inquire information of all services under a chain, and can also inquire information of all crocodile patterns. The alliance user terminal sends a chain service information query management request to a management service platform, and then sends the chain service information query management request to the metablock chain.
