Referring to fig. 5, a moving opening 43 is formed in the outer side surface of the drum 31 above the connecting frame 34, a second spring 39 is vertically connected to the top end of the moving opening 43 downward, a horizontal hollow sleeve 38 is connected to the bottom end of the second spring 39, the top end of the rotating plate 35 penetrates through the moving opening 43 and extends toward the inside of the drum 31, that is, the top end of the rotating plate 35 is disposed obliquely upward, the top end of the rotating plate extends into the drum 31 through the moving opening 43, and the top end of the rotating plate 35 extends outward to hinge with an adjusting rod 36, that is, the adjusting rod 36 extends toward the outside of the placing area 8 and extends right above the limiting block 33 through the sleeve 38.
Specifically, when the rotating plate 35 is pressed inward, the upper portion of the rotating plate 35 rotates outward to drive the adjusting rod 36 to move forward in the sleeve 38 relative to the sleeve 38, and the upper portion of the rotating plate 35 moves upward relative to the original position, so that the adjusting rod 36 also drives the sleeve 38 to move upward to compress the second spring 39, and the second spring 39 is in a compressed state.
The bottom end of the adjusting rod 36 is hinged to a fixing block 37 through a hinge, the fixing block 37 is used for fixing the front end of the case 50 placed in the placing area 8, the hinge is a spring hinge, the rotating maximum angle of the fixing block 37 is 90 degrees, namely the fixing block 37 can be used for supporting the front end of the case 50 when rotating downwards for 90 degrees, the fixing block 37 is retracted to the bottom end of the adjusting rod 36 when rotating upwards, and the spring hinge is mature and universal in the existing application, for example, doors and windows and wardrobes are applied to the case.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the case 50 needs to be placed in the placement area 8, the case 50 is placed in the placement area 8 opposite to the access port 2 from the access port 2, the case 50 is pushed inwards, the lower part of the rotating plate 35 is extruded inwards by the rear end of the case 50 until the case 50 completely enters the placement area 8 and is positioned at a certain distance from the rear end of the limiting block 33 of the bottom plate 30, the top of the rotating plate 35 rotates outwards to drive the adjusting rod 36 to move to the outside of the placement area, the fixing block 37 rotates downwards to be opened until the fixing block 37 completely breaks away from the position of the outer edge of the top of the case 50, under the action of the spring hinge, the fixed block 37 rotates 90 degrees counterclockwise and stops rotating after being vertical, the external force pushing the case 50 backwards is released, the rotating plate 35 pushes the case 50 outward under the action of the torsion spring 42, and the case 50 moves forward to be clamped between the limiting block 33 and the rotating plate 35.
When the rotating plate 35 is ejected outwards, the adjusting rod 36 is also driven to move backwards, the vertical fixing block 37 is pulled inwards to fix the upper part of the front end of the case 50, the upper part of the case 50 is prevented from being inclined outwards to separate from the placing area 8 when being subjected to an external force, when the next case 50 is to be placed, the handheld rod 6 is rotated, the handheld rod 6 drives the driving gear 7 to rotate clockwise, the driving gear 7 drives the driven gear 11 to rotate through the driving belt 5, so that the rotating shaft 18 and the second partition plate 14 are driven to rotate clockwise, the push block 15 on the first partition plate 32 pushes the first partition plate 32 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the whole placing unit rotates anticlockwise, the positions between the placing areas 8 are also converted anticlockwise in turn, namely the placing area 8 where the case 50 is installed moves anticlockwise, the next empty placing area 8 is aligned with the access port 2 to place the next case 50, this is repeated until all the placement areas 8 are filled with the housings 50.
When the case 50 in the placement area 8 needs to be taken out, the case 50 is pushed backwards, the rotating plate 35 is pressed inwards, the adjusting rod 36 drives the fixing block 37 to move forwards, the fixing block 37 is rotated upwards after the fixing block is moved to a certain distance, and then the case 50 is taken out from the placement area 8, so that the operation process is simple.
