Since 2011, the voice assistant has become the most representative application scenario of the conversational artificial intelligence technology in various voice intelligent terminals. The operation flow of a speech assistant in the classical sense is generally as follows: inputting natural language by a user, processing the input natural language to obtain intention, calling corresponding service according to the analyzed intention, and making interactive feedback for the user based on the service information. Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a speech device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the method is applied to the speech device and includes the following steps:

For example, taking the example that the voice device is a smart sound box, the voice data input by the user may be collected based on a voice collection component included in the smart sound box, and the response information corresponding to the collected voice data may be output through a voice output component of the smart sound box based on the analysis processing of the smart sound box. The voice acquisition component of the intelligent sound box can be a microphone, and the voice output component of the intelligent sound box can be a loudspeaker.

In the interactive artificial intelligence interaction, from the interaction level, a user must be required to initiate interaction and then give feedback, and information cannot be actively conveyed to the user; from the system level, each output is the result of intelligent calculation of the current interactive input information of the user, which results in that massive information interacted between a certain user and the interactive artificial intelligence cannot be effectively calculated integrally and new feedback cannot be generated autonomously.
FIG. 2 is an exemplary diagram of a conversational artificial intelligence interaction, as shown in FIG. 2, after the speech device is awakened, a prompt message "at, please say … …" is displayed on the display screen to prompt the user to input speech. However, the control method of the voice device in the present disclosure is different from the above interaction manner, and the present disclosure actively outputs the stored response information of the historical voices after the voice assistant of the voice device wakes up, and can actively recommend without the user initiating interaction first, and the voice device can perform information combination calculation across time domains and generate new response information by taking all the stored historical voices as a whole, thereby greatly improving the intelligent degree of the voice device.

The voice device stops the output of the response information to the history voice upon detecting a new user voice input.
In one embodiment, the response information of the historical voice is obtained according to a database of the voice assistant, wherein the database is updated after the historical voice is obtained.
As described above, after recognizing the intention of the user to input voice, the voice device obtains corresponding data and obtains response information based on database query. Typically, the database is continually updated, for example, based on the active sophistication of the developer.
By updating the database of the voice assistant, a better use experience can be provided for the user. For example, based on the database before updating, the voice input by the user cannot be queried to obtain a corresponding response, and the response can be given after the database is updated; again, for example, based on the database before updating, the response given is erroneous or incomplete, and a correct or more complete response can be obtained by updating the database.
It can be understood that, the accuracy of obtaining the response information of the historical speech can be improved by obtaining the response information of the historical speech after updating the database of the speech assistant.

In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 808 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front-facing camera and/or the rear-facing camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 800 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the apparatus 800 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816. In some embodiments, audio component 810 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 814 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the device 800. For example, the sensor assembly 814 may detect the open/closed state of the device 800, the relative positioning of the components, such as a display and keypad of the apparatus 800, the sensor assembly 814 may also detect a change in position of the apparatus 800 or a component of the apparatus 800, the presence or absence of user contact with the apparatus 800, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the apparatus 800, and a change in temperature of the apparatus 800. Sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 816 is configured to facilitate communications between the apparatus 800 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 800 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as Wi-Fi, 2G, or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 804 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 820 of the device 800 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium in which instructions, when executed by a processor of a speech device, enable the speech device to perform a method of controlling the speech device, the method comprising:
detecting a wake-up instruction to wake up a voice assistant of the voice device;
and outputting historical voice response information after waking up the voice assistant according to the wake-up instruction.

Claims (16)

1. A control method of a voice device is applied to the voice device, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
detecting a wake-up instruction to wake up a voice assistant of the voice device;
and outputting historical voice response information after waking up the voice assistant according to the wake-up instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the response information of the historical speech is obtained from a database of the voice assistant, the database being updated after the historical speech is obtained.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the historical speech comprises: the query voice, the response information of the historical voice includes: reply information of the query voice;
the method further comprises the following steps:
if the voice equipment awakens the voice assistant historically, based on the fact that the reply information of the query voice is not obtained from the database before updating, the query voice is identified as the unanswered query voice;
after waking up the voice assistant according to the wake-up instruction, outputting response information of historical voice, including:
and after the voice assistant wakes up, outputting reply information of the unanswered inquiry voice based on the updated database.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the response information of the historical speech further comprises: information other than the reply information associated with the historical speech.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the historical speech comprises: the reminding voice with time information is attached, and the response information of the historical voice comprises: the reminding voice is associated with information;
after waking up the voice assistant according to the wake-up instruction, outputting response information of historical voice, including:
and if the voice assistant wakes up and the current time meets the time indicated by the time information, outputting the information associated with the reminding voice.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
analyzing data of a plurality of stored historical voices to acquire the preference of a user of the voice equipment;
acquiring information associated with the preference of the user according to the updated database;
after waking up the voice assistant according to the wake-up instruction, outputting response information of historical voice, including:
outputting information associated with the user's preferences in the historical speech after the voice assistant wakes up.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein outputting the response information of the historical voice after waking up the voice assistant according to the wake-up instruction comprises:
after the voice assistant wakes up, outputting the response information of the historical voice by voice;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and after the voice assistant wakes up, displaying the response information of the historical voice on a display screen of the voice equipment.
8. A control device of voice equipment is characterized in that the control device is applied to the voice equipment and comprises the following components:
a detection module configured to detect a wake-up instruction to wake up a voice assistant of the voice device;
and the output module is configured to output the response information of the historical voice after waking up the voice assistant according to the wake-up instruction.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the response information of the historical speech is obtained from a database of the voice assistant, and wherein the database is updated after the historical speech is obtained.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the historical speech comprises: the query voice, the response information of the historical voice includes: reply information of the query voice;
the device further comprises:
an identification module configured to identify the query voice as an unanswered query voice based on that the answer information of the query voice is not obtained from the database before updating after the voice assistant is awakened by the voice device in history
The output module is further configured to output reply information of the unanswered query voice based on the updated database after the voice assistant wakes up.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the response information of the historical speech further comprises: information other than the reply information associated with the historical speech.
12. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the historical speech comprises: the reminding voice with time information is attached, and the response information of the historical voice comprises: the reminding voice is associated with information;
the output module is further configured to output the information associated with the reminding voice if the voice assistant wakes up and the current time meets the time indicated by the time information.
13. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the analysis module is configured to perform data analysis on the stored multiple pieces of historical voice and acquire the preference of the user of the voice equipment;
an acquisition module configured to acquire information associated with the user's preferences according to the updated database;
the output module is further configured to output information associated with the user's preferences in the historical speech after the voice assistant wakes up.
14. The apparatus of claim 8,
the output module is further configured to output the response information of the historical voice in a voice mode after the voice assistant wakes up; and/or displaying the response information of the historical voice on a display screen of the voice equipment after the voice assistant wakes up.
15. A terminal, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the control method of the voice device according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
16. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, in which instructions, when executed by a processor of a terminal, enable the terminal to perform the control method of the voice device according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
