1. A recording and broadcasting control method is characterized by comprising the following steps: acquiring a locking state and an intelligent shooting picture of an intelligent camera; the intelligent camera is used for locking a shooting target person; acquiring a switching picture;
switching and playing the intelligent shooting picture and the switching picture according to the locking state; the process of switching and playing the intelligent shooting picture and the switching picture according to the locking state comprises the following steps:
when the locking state is that the target person leaves an initial area and keeps a fixed position to exceed a preset time threshold, playing the switching picture, wherein the initial area is a part of preset area including a shooting range of an intelligent camera; when the target person keeps a fixed position, the intelligent camera does not move or moves less than a preset static amplitude.
2. The recording and broadcasting control method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of: controlling the intelligent camera to return to a default preset position; when the intelligent camera is in a default preset position, the initial area comprises a shooting range of the intelligent camera.

The recording and broadcasting control method according to claim 2, wherein said process of controlling said intelligent camera to return to a default preset position comprises the steps of: and before the process of acquiring the locking state of the intelligent camera and the intelligent shooting picture, controlling the intelligent camera to return to a default preset position.
4. The recording and broadcasting control method according to claim 1, wherein the process of switching the playback of the intelligent shooting picture and the switching picture according to the lock state comprises the steps of: and when the locking state is that the target person is in the initial area and is locked, playing the intelligent shooting picture.

The recording and broadcasting control method according to claim 2, wherein said process of controlling said intelligent camera to return to a default preset position comprises the steps of: and when the locking state is that the target person leaves the initial area and keeps the fixed position exceeding a preset time threshold, controlling the intelligent camera to return to a default preset position.

A recording and broadcasting control device, characterized by comprising: the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the locking state of the intelligent camera and the intelligent shooting picture; the intelligent camera is used for locking a shooting target person; the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a switching picture; the picture switching module is used for switching and playing the intelligent shooting picture and the switching picture according to the locking state; when the locking state is that the target person leaves an initial area and keeps a fixed position to exceed a preset time threshold, the switching picture is played, wherein the initial area is a part of preset area including a shooting range of the intelligent camera; when the target person keeps a fixed position, the intelligent camera does not move or moves less than a preset static amplitude.
9. A computer storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor implements the recording control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of controlling recording according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
11. The recording and broadcasting system is characterized by comprising a recording and broadcasting host and an intelligent camera; the intelligent camera is used for locking a shooting target person; the recording host is configured to perform the recording control method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
