Description

Pseudo-virtual telephone number using method and device based on Internet and server
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of Internet, in particular to a pseudo-virtual telephone number using method, a pseudo-virtual telephone number using device and a server based on the Internet.
Background
At present, virtual telephone service is used more and more widely in daily life, and because the virtual telephone can hide real telephone numbers of a dialing user and a dialed user, the privacy of the user is protected to a great extent. However, the virtual phone service model is misused due to the early management problem, which originally protects the privacy of the user, and as a result, a large number of users are harassed by merchants or illegal users, and as the users cannot be well proved or defended against harassment based on the virtual phone due to the inability of tracking. Later, the application scenarios of virtual phones were increasingly regulated due to regulatory regulations. And the phenomenon that the user is maliciously disturbed based on the virtual telephone is suppressed to a certain extent.
Because the virtual telephone service is a telephone network service and a telephone service based on a telecommunication system, the management specification also greatly improves the threshold of the development of the virtual telephone service. Due to the reduction of management flexibility, common users can hardly realize the virtual telephone service, and only head enterprises or platforms with large scales, such as American college take-out and hungry platforms, have opportunities to develop the virtual telephone service in the offline service flow of the platform service. It is basically impossible for ordinary users, especially personal users, to use virtual phone services in their own application scenarios.
Meanwhile, it must be pointed out that although the virtual phone service protects the user privacy to a certain extent, the current situations that the real phone of the user is leaked, sold, traded and disturbed continuously in many practical application scenarios cannot be really avoided. For many users, the telephone numbers left in daily activities such as shopping online and renting rooms are revealed and sold by lawbreakers. However, the user cannot know that his telephone number is revealed and sold by the real object at that stage. The existing telecommunication anti-harassment means realizes the prevention or the prohibition of the telephone number for dialing the harassment object by the report and the data statistics of the dialed telephone number. The user also has no way of knowing where his or her privacy is compromised or sold.
The nature of the virtual phone is that the service life of the phone number is limited and limited, and the phone number can be used only in a short time, and if the service life is long, the virtual phone is not essentially different from the ordinary phone. Although this point has a very positive effect on protecting the privacy of the user, in a real scene, the user sometimes needs to use a fixed virtual phone number for a long time due to social activities. This is obviously difficult to implement in the prior art and in the telecommunications management rules of virtual telephony.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the terms "pseudo-virtual phone user", "dialing user", etc. in the description and claims of the present invention and the above drawings are used for distinguishing similar objects and are not necessarily used for describing a specific order or sequence. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, apparatus, article, or device that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or device.
The validity period of the virtual phone number in the prior art is usually only ten minutes or even several minutes from the validity, and the virtual phone number service of the existing telecommunication system is only opened for the use of a large-scale platform such as american college, but not for the individual user, which cannot well meet the requirements of the user in some scenarios, such as: a user issues a lease information or lease information by configuring a pseudo virtual phone number to be published in the released lease information/lease information, and after the lease is completed, the user can choose to discard the pseudo virtual phone number. The pseudo-virtual telephone number based on the internet, provided by the embodiment of the invention, just serves that a user keeps an effective state in a certain expected time period, and ensures that an individual user can also have a use authority, which is completely different from the virtual telephone number of a telecommunication system which has a short effective period and is not controlled by the user.
Example 1
In one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an internet-based method for using a pseudo-virtual phone number, as shown in fig. 1, the method for using a pseudo-virtual phone number including the steps of:
s1, the Internet server obtains the request information of the pseudo virtual telephone number set by the pseudo virtual telephone user client.
Specifically, the number of the pseudo-virtual phone users is one, which should be understood as a class of users, and the class of users requests the server to allocate one or more pseudo-virtual phone numbers to the pseudo-virtual phone users, where the pseudo-virtual phone numbers are obviously different from virtual phone numbers in a virtual phone service of a telecommunication system in the prior art, and are mainly embodied in that the virtual phone numbers of the telecommunication system can be directly dialed through a phone network (or can be dialed through a client), but the pseudo-virtual phone numbers in the embodiment of the present invention cannot be directly dialed through the phone network (i.e., cannot be directly dialed through a phone function of a landline telephone or a mobile phone, including cannot be directly dialed through a phone function of a terminal where the client is located by the internet server), and can only be dialed through the client corresponding to the internet server, and the dialing operation is also limited to the client corresponding to the internet server executing the operation of displaying a real dialable phone number or automatically invoking a jump guest to call The telephone conversation function of the terminal where the user terminal is located dials the real telephone number capable of being dialed.
S2, responding to the request information, the Internet server generates a pseudo virtual telephone number according to a preset rule; and the Internet server stores the pseudo-virtual telephone number and the associated setting of the pseudo-virtual telephone number and the real telephone number of a pseudo-virtual telephone user and/or a pseudo-virtual telephone user, and sends the pseudo-virtual telephone number to the pseudo-virtual telephone user client.
Since the pseudo virtual phone user client corresponds to the internet server, the internet server can know the pseudo virtual phone user and the real phone number thereof, and therefore, in an embodiment of the present invention, the generated pseudo virtual phone number can be directly associated with the real phone number of the terminal where the pseudo virtual phone user owns the client, so that when a dialing request is made in step S3, the pseudo virtual phone number in the dialing request can be associated with the real phone number of the pseudo virtual phone user, thereby realizing the possibility of calling.
The generated pseudo virtual telephone number is not limited to be associated with the real telephone number of the pseudo virtual telephone user, in one embodiment of the invention, the pseudo virtual telephone number can be associated with the pseudo virtual telephone user after being generated, so that when a dialing request is sent in the following step S3, the pseudo virtual telephone number can be associated with the pseudo virtual telephone user according to the pseudo virtual telephone number in the dialing request, and then the pseudo virtual telephone number is further associated with the real telephone number of the pseudo virtual telephone user, and the possibility of calling can also be realized;
the rules for generating the pseudo-virtual telephone number may be varied, such as randomly generating a number of digits of numbers or characters and/or letters, the number of digits of the pseudo-virtual telephone number being 11 digits or 1-10 digits or 12-99 digits. The generated pseudo virtual telephone number is stored and presented to the pseudo virtual telephone user so that the pseudo virtual telephone user can issue its pseudo virtual telephone number on occasion of need.
Specifically, the internet server generates the pseudo virtual telephone number according to a request submitted by the pseudo virtual telephone user and according to a generation rule selected by the pseudo virtual telephone user or a self-default generation rule. Meanwhile, the internet server stores the generated pseudo virtual telephone number and/or the setting information submitted by the pseudo virtual telephone user when submitting the request. In practical implementation, the same pseudo virtual telephone user can simultaneously have 5-10 pseudo virtual telephone numbers, so that the user can conveniently cope with various occasions. Because a pseudo-virtual telephone user may have multiple pseudo-virtual telephone numbers at the same time, and because of the virtual telephone function of the telephone network adopted for real communication, the dialed pseudo-virtual telephone user is difficult to know whether the dialing user dials through a client corresponding to the internet server, and cannot know which pseudo-virtual telephone number the dialing user dials, in the actual design, the internet server should send the dialed pseudo-virtual telephone number information or the associated real object information to the pseudo-virtual telephone number user, so that the pseudo-virtual telephone user can master the dialing condition of the pseudo-virtual telephone number of the user.
The pseudo-virtual telephone user may also submit various setting information related to the generated pseudo-virtual telephone number after generating the pseudo-virtual telephone number.
S3, the Internet server obtains a dialing request sent by the client of the dialing user, wherein the dialing request comprises a pseudo virtual telephone number.
In particular, the dialing user is defined as a non-limiting number of one, which is understood to be a class of users of the type of dialing pseudo-virtual telephone user, who can know directly, through the place where the pseudo-virtual telephone user is issued, or indirectly, through other means, the pseudo-virtual telephone number of the pseudo-virtual telephone user.
Specifically, the internet server obtains a dialing request sent by a dialing user through a client corresponding to the internet server. The pseudo virtual telephone number can be dialed only at a client corresponding to the Internet server. That is to say, the dialing user can only input the pseudo virtual phone number in the interface displayed by the terminal at the client corresponding to the internet server in the terminal, and trigger the dialing control. A self-contained telephone dialing module through a terminal such as a mobile phone is not capable of directly dialing a pseudo virtual telephone number.
S4, the Internet server inquires a pseudo virtual telephone user and/or a real telephone number associated with the pseudo virtual telephone number in the dialing request, and if the pseudo virtual telephone user and/or the real telephone number associated with the pseudo virtual telephone number are inquired, the step S5 is executed.
The Internet server inquires whether the pseudo-virtual telephone number in the dialing request has a related pseudo-virtual telephone user or a real telephone number, if not, the pseudo-virtual telephone number is wrong or invalid, and under the condition, a message prompt of dialing failure can be returned to the dialing user;
if the associated pseudo virtual phone user or real phone number is found, the process continues to step S501.
S501, an Internet server sends a dialed telephone number of a pseudo virtual telephone user or a dialing instruction for dialing the dialed telephone number to a dialing user client, wherein the dialed telephone number of the pseudo virtual telephone user is a real telephone number associated with the pseudo virtual telephone number or a virtual telephone number configured for the real telephone number of the pseudo virtual telephone user by a telephone network server in response to the request of the Internet server; and/or the internet server sends the dialing event information of the dialing user client to the pseudo virtual telephone user client, wherein the dialing event information of the dialing user client comprises the user information of the dialing user.
In one embodiment of the invention, the telecommunications system authorizes the virtual phone service to the system/platform in which the internet server in this embodiment is located, and after associating to the real phone number of the pseudo virtual phone user, the internet server may request from the telephone network server: configuring a virtual telephone number for the real telephone number of the pseudo-virtual telephone user, and taking the virtual telephone number as a telephone number which can be dialed by the pseudo-virtual telephone user; specifically, the internet server obtains a configured virtual phone number from the telephone network server, and the configured virtual phone number is associated with the real phone number of the user who inquires to obtain the pseudo virtual phone. The Internet server sends the virtual telephone number configured by the telephone network server to the client of the dialing user, or directly sends an instruction for dialing the virtual telephone number configured by the telephone network server. After the client corresponding to the internet server obtains the dialing instruction sent by the internet server, the client calls a terminal where the client is located, such as a telephone dialing function of a mobile phone, and directly dials the configured virtual telephone number.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the telecommunications system does not authorize virtual telephone service, then the real telephone number of the pseudo virtual telephone subscriber is taken as the dialable telephone number of the pseudo virtual telephone subscriber;
based on two different embodiments, the internet server sends the dialed telephone number of the pseudo-virtual telephone user or a dialing instruction for dialing the dialed telephone number to the dialing user client. Because the threshold for obtaining the virtual telephone operation by the internet platform is very high, if the internet platform has no way to obtain the qualification of virtual telephone operation, the internet server can also directly send the real telephone number of the pseudo virtual telephone user or the instruction for dialing the real telephone number to the client of the dialing user. This, of course, results in a significant reduction in the effectiveness of protecting the privacy of the pseudo-virtual phone user. However, the privacy is still relatively leaked in the transmission process, for example, in the house renting process, a dialing user must download a client corresponding to an internet server to dial, and if the dialing user dials a pseudo virtual phone number, although a real phone number can be obtained, the pseudo virtual phone user can stop using the pseudo virtual phone number after the house renting event is completed, in this case, even if the house renting hint is not deleted or the house renting hint is transmitted by a person, at this time, another person dials the pseudo virtual phone number, the real phone number of the pseudo virtual phone user cannot be obtained.
Because the pseudo virtual telephone number is applied based on the Internet server, the Internet server can be well associated with the user to dial, and in order to prevent fraud and increase mutual trust, the Internet server can send the user information of the user to dial to the pseudo virtual telephone user. If the dialing user allows to provide the dialing position information, the Internet server can also send the real-time geographic position information of the dialing user to the pseudo virtual telephone user so as to provide richer user information of the dialing user than the existing caller ID for the virtual telephone user.
Example 2
Different from embodiment 1, in this embodiment, after matching the pseudo virtual phone user associated with the pseudo virtual phone number dialed by the dialing user, the dialable phone number of the pseudo virtual phone user may not be sent to the dialing user in step S501, but as shown in fig. 2, otherwise, S502 is executed to send the dialing event information of the dialing user to the pseudo virtual phone user, where the dialing event information includes the dialable phone number of the dialing user, and the pseudo virtual phone user actively selects whether to contact the dialing user, so as to further ensure the privacy security of the pseudo virtual phone user.
Example 3
In this embodiment, on the basis of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, a function of callback is further provided for a pseudo virtual phone user, and specific implementation schemes at least include the following two types:
in a first mode, as shown in fig. 3, the internet server configures a pseudo virtual phone number for a dialing user, and sends the pseudo virtual phone number configured for the dialing user to the pseudo virtual phone user client, and may simultaneously send the valid time of the pseudo virtual phone number to inform the valid time of the callback of the pseudo virtual phone user, and once the valid time is exceeded, the callback cannot be performed.
In a second mode, as shown in fig. 4, a display instruction of a call-back control is sent to the pseudo virtual phone user client, and the pseudo virtual phone user can call back to the dialing user through the call-back control without the need of an internet server to configure a pseudo virtual phone number for the dialing user.
In the callback scheme provided in this embodiment, if the dialed phone number of the pseudo virtual phone user is a virtual phone number in embodiment 1, the virtual phone number configured by the virtual phone service is displayed at both the terminal where the client of the dialed user and the client of the pseudo virtual phone user are located by using the virtual phone function of the existing telecommunication network, but the virtual phone number is very short in timeliness (possibly only a few minutes), so for many application scenarios, after the virtual phone number is valid, the pseudo virtual phone number user cannot dial back the dialed user. In this case, the callback technical solution of this embodiment (no matter the pseudo virtual phone number of the dialing user is configured or the callback control is displayed to the pseudo virtual phone user), can well solve the problem that the pseudo virtual phone user cannot contact the dialing user due to the fact that the virtual phone number has too short timeliness.
In order to facilitate the pseudo virtual telephone user to contact with the dialing user at the later stage, the Internet server sends the pseudo virtual telephone number configured by the dialing user and/or the validity period of the pseudo virtual telephone to the client of the pseudo virtual telephone user. This is particularly important in practical design, and the pseudo virtual phone user can only dial in the client corresponding to the internet server.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that, in the actual design, the internet server is configured to the pseudo virtual phone number of the dialing user, and the subsequent use is preferably limited to the use of the dialed pseudo virtual phone number, so that the dialing user is prevented from being harassed by other users under the unknown condition. Since the dialing user does not know the pseudo virtual telephone number configured by the internet server in principle, the pseudo virtual telephone number automatically configured in the scene of the internet server is more unlikely to be spread, and the pseudo virtual telephone number configured for the dialing user is only limited to be used by the dialed pseudo virtual telephone user for subsequent call back dialing, so that only the dialed pseudo virtual telephone user is limited to be used in principle.
Meanwhile, it is pointed out that, because the usage method of the pseudo-virtual phone number is based on the internet, because the operation must be carried out at the client corresponding to the internet server, the internet server does not necessarily need to configure a real pseudo-virtual phone number for the dialing user, the internet can directly send a dial-back control command for displaying the dial-back dialing user to the corresponding client, so that after the client corresponding to the internet server receives the display command, the dial-back control is displayed in the interface of the terminal where the client is located, the pseudo-virtual phone number user triggers the dial-back control, the client sends a request command for the pseudo-virtual phone number user to dial the dialing user to the internet server, and the internet server sends an available phone number (configured pseudo-virtual phone number or real phone number is obtained from the telecommunication phone server) configured for the dialing user or a command for dialing the available phone number to the pseudo-virtual phone number user And (4) a client.
In practical design, because the invention needs to send the user information of the dialing user to the pseudo-virtual telephone number user, the callback control can be displayed on the client of the pseudo-virtual telephone number user together with the user information of the dialing user.
Example 4
On the basis of any one or combination of the foregoing embodiments, in this embodiment, the dialing request of the dialing user client is further audited according to a preset audit rule, as shown in fig. 5, if the auditing rule is met, the internet server performs an action of querying a pseudo virtual phone user and/or a real phone number associated with the pseudo virtual phone number in the dialing request, otherwise, the dialing request of the dialing user is not responded.
The audit rule comprises the following steps:
whether the pseudo virtual phone number is in an available state (the pseudo virtual phone number is set to be forbidden, deleted, suspended for use by the pseudo virtual phone user or the internet server);
whether the dialing user is the pseudo virtual phone user and/or the dialing user permitted by the Internet server platform (the special user is a high-level user approved by a state-related organization or other platforms, if the special user is a special user, the number can be used even if the pseudo virtual phone user sets that the number is forbidden to be used);
whether the telephone number used by the user is an allowable telephone number is dialed;
whether the dialing request position of the dialing user is a dialing position permitted by the pseudo virtual telephone user.
Specifically, after querying a pseudo virtual phone user and/or a real number corresponding to a pseudo virtual phone number dialed by a dialing user, the internet server needs to perform one or more of the following audits before performing a call connection. And if the audit is passed, the next step of connection operation can be executed, and if the audit is not passed, the next step of connection operation is terminated.
The auditing operation to be performed by the internet server comprises one or more of the following operations:
and I, checking whether the pseudo-virtual electric number is in an available state. The pseudo virtual telephone user can perform operations of deactivation, activation, temporary use and the like on the pseudo virtual telephone number owned by the user through the client of the user. Of course, the internet server may also disable, enable and temporarily use the pseudo virtual phone number owned by the pseudo virtual phone user for management. If the pseudo virtual phone number dialed by the dialing user is in a disabled or temporary state, the internet server does not perform a next switching-on operation.
And secondly, checking whether the dialing user is the pseudo virtual telephone user and/or the dialing user permitted by the Internet server platform. Because the pseudo virtual telephone number can only be dialed at the client corresponding to the internet server, the internet server can well manage the dialing user, and the pseudo virtual telephone user can also well manage the pre-accessed dialing user effectively, for example, the user can be limited to only dial by a specified user. The limited user is often a user associated with a real object, such as a real object of a certain real estate agency company. Of course, the pseudo virtual phone user and the dialing user are already in a user relationship of the internet server, so that the limitation is not necessary; on the other hand, the internet server only permits the user authenticated by the real name to dial, and the pseudo-virtual phone user can only allow the contact user on the internet server to dial through the operation of the client, or allow the user affiliated under the concerned organization account number to dial. For example, if a pseudo virtual phone user pays attention to an organization account of a real estate company on an internet server, the internet server only allows the organization account of the real estate company to dial a pseudo virtual phone number of the pseudo virtual phone user.
Because the pseudo-virtual phone user can conveniently stop the owned pseudo-virtual phone number and limit the dialing user, in order to prevent the pseudo-virtual phone user from illegal operation of using the pseudo-virtual phone number, the internet server should give unlimited dialing authority to a special user authenticated by the internet platform, for example, even if the pseudo-virtual phone user sets a condition of stopping a certain pseudo-virtual phone number, if the internet server judges that the dialing user is an authenticated special user, the internet server can also perform next dialing operation. This prevents the pseudo-virtual phone user from escaping the tracking and management of the particular user. From the perspective of security management, a pseudo-virtual phone user must perform strict real-name authentication before acquiring a pseudo-virtual phone number.
And thirdly, checking whether the telephone number used by the dialed user is a permitted telephone number. The pseudo-virtual telephone user can set a real telephone number used by a dialing user who dials a certain pseudo-virtual telephone number, and the pseudo-virtual telephone user can directly limit that only a certain telephone number or a plurality of telephone numbers can be dialed. When the internet server obtains a dialing request of a dialing user, the internet server can also inquire a real telephone number associated with a terminal where the client is located, and judge whether the real number is a limited telephone number preset by a dialed pseudo virtual telephone number. If yes, the next step of switching on operation is executed, and if not, the next step of switching on operation is not executed.
And fourthly, checking whether the dialing request position of the dialing user is a dialing permission position. The pseudo-virtual telephone user can set a defined geographical location when the pseudo-virtual telephone number is dialed. The method comprises the steps that when a dialing request of a dialing user is obtained, the Internet server also obtains real-time geographic position information obtained by a terminal where a client of the dialing user is located, and judges whether the real-time geographic position of the dialing user is a limit position set by a pseudo-virtual telephone number or not, if yes, the next step of connection operation is executed, and if not, the next step of connection operation is not executed. Therefore, the user of the pseudo-virtual telephone number can well limit the user to dial the pseudo-virtual telephone number only by people in a small area. Because the pseudo-virtual telephone number can only be dialed by a client corresponding to the internet server, the client can log in from a terminal, such as a mobile phone and a mobile tablet computer, or dial the dialing place of the user, and in order to further restrict the use of a certain pseudo-virtual telephone number, the user can limit that the pseudo-virtual telephone number can only be dialed in a certain specific place or range.
Specifically, when the pseudo virtual phone number request information is sent by the pseudo virtual phone user client, the request information may further include content permitted by the pseudo virtual phone number request information, such as permitted call object information and/or permitted phone number information and/or permitted dialing position and/or permitted phone attribution information associated with the pseudo virtual phone number to be generated, and when a call dialed by the dialing user is actually received, the request information is checked one by one according to the set permitted content.
Example 5
On the basis of any one or a combination of the foregoing embodiments, the present embodiment associates the pseudo virtual phone number with one or more real objects, where the real objects may be entities that exist in reality or events that occur in reality, and the entities that exist in reality mainly refer to organizations that exist in reality; the events that occur in reality mainly refer to the events that occur. If the real entity exists in reality, for example, the user requests the pseudo virtual phone number for renting a house, the associated real object set by the user may be a company of a certain property or a pseudo virtual phone number left by purchasing goods in a certain online store during shopping. Events that occur in reality, such as users posting a notice, issuing a demand notice for vending cart 2, etc., it is noted that the same real-world object can be associated with different pseudo-virtual phone users.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, after acquiring a real object sent by 1 or more pseudo virtual phone users or dialing an alert, a complaint, or reporting information of the user, according to a preset determination rule, for example, when the number of reporting people reaches 10 people, it is determined that the reported real object may have a risk of revealing the privacy of the pseudo virtual phone users. In reality, if the user of the pseudo-virtual phone number sets a real object associated with the pseudo-virtual phone number, the pseudo-virtual phone number is only used in a certain real object event, for example, the pseudo-virtual phone number is only associated with a certain property company. If the pseudo-virtual telephone user receives a telephone number which is not of the house company, the pseudo-virtual telephone number of the user is leaked to other people by the house company. And if the server receives a plurality of reports about the real object, namely the real estate company can easily judge that the privacy of the pseudo telephone number user is disclosed to other people. In practical design, a pseudo virtual telephone user can set a plurality of associated real objects for one pseudo virtual telephone number, and the internet server can analyze, judge and determine the determined leaked real objects from the report information of a plurality of pseudo virtual telephone users.
The internet server sends a prompt alert to all pseudo-virtual phone users associated with the real object, prompting everyone to either abandon the pseudo-virtual phone number associated with the real object or to take care of preventing cheating when a dialed call is received.
Example 6
On the basis of any one or a combination of the foregoing embodiments, the pseudo virtual phone number in this embodiment is configured to be deactivated only in response to a deactivation instruction of the pseudo virtual phone number by a pseudo virtual phone user;
referring to fig. 7 and 8, if the internet server obtains a disable instruction or a re-enable instruction of the generated pseudo virtual phone number by the pseudo virtual phone user, the internet server sets the pseudo virtual phone number to a disabled state or restores to a valid state.
Specifically, after obtaining a pseudo virtual phone number deactivation or reactivation instruction of a pseudo virtual phone user after successful setting, the internet server sets the pseudo virtual phone number to be deactivated or reactivated. Unlike existing virtual phone numbers, which are very time-sensitive, the validity of a pseudo virtual phone number depends mainly on whether the user is using or not.
The present invention does not limit the pseudo virtual phone number to be above pseudo virtual phone number, and the pseudo virtual phone user does not stop the pseudo virtual phone number and has a permanent service life, for example, in other embodiments, to avoid the waste of pseudo number resources, the internet server may also configure the validity period of the pseudo virtual phone number, for example, 10 days, when configuring the pseudo virtual phone number for the dialing user.
Example 7
On the basis of any one or a combination of the above embodiments, the present embodiment specifically makes the following explanation about the form and the generation rule of the pseudo virtual phone number:
the pseudo virtual telephone number is preferably composed of 1-15 digits, and can also be composed of characters, numbers, letters and/or Chinese characters singly or in combination. If the digital combination is a pure digital combination, the digital combination can be controlled to be 1-15 digits, and in practical design, the digital combination is preferably distinguished from the existing 11-digit mobile phone number or fixed phone number in terms of digit number or expression, for example, the digital combination is designed to be a 9-digit 9-beginning digital number. The numeric string or the numeric string plus a few digits of letters may be convenient for the user to propagate.
In order to facilitate the memory of the user, the pseudo virtual telephone number can be generated by inserting one or two digits into the random bits according to the mobile phone number or the fixed telephone number of the user. Or randomly deleting 1-2 digits from the mobile phone number or the fixed number of the user to generate a pseudo virtual number. The generation rules for generating the pseudo virtual number are various, but the actual design should be based on the principle of facilitating the memory of the user and the propagation of the user. Symbols, images, or the like, which are not easily expressed and transmitted, should be avoided.
The pseudo virtual phone number is not a real phone network virtual phone number, and the virtual phone number in the current life is a real phone number which is provided by a telecommunication department and is based on a phone network to protect the privacy of a user, and only has a very short service life (if the service life is very long, the virtual phone number is a real phone number), and can be directly dialed by communication tools such as a fixed phone, a mobile phone and the like. The pseudo virtual telephone number can only be dialed through a dialing function module in the client corresponding to the internet server, and the pseudo virtual telephone number cannot be dialed through the existing fixed telephone or mobile phone communication tool. Therefore, in order to avoid false calls by other users, the pseudo-virtual phone number is preferably distinguished from the existing phone number or fixed number in terms of digits.
When a pseudo-virtual telephone user sets or requests to generate a pseudo-virtual telephone number, the sent request information also comprises one or more than one of the following setting information:
the real telephone number is used by the pseudo-virtual telephone user when the pseudo-virtual telephone user answers and dials, or the telephone communication can not be realized. The existing virtual telephone number is also a real telephone number used by the existing telephone network, and the pseudo virtual telephone number is not a real telephone number and cannot be directly used by a telephone terminal (such as a mobile phone, a fixed telephone and the like) in the existing telephone network. When a user submits a request for generating or setting a pseudo-virtual phone number, a real mobile phone number or a fixed phone number may be filled in, or not. If the real telephone number is not required to be filled in, the Internet server takes the bound mobile phone number or fixed number as the default real telephone number when the pseudo-virtual telephone user is registered or authenticated.
And or generating a rule, the user may select a rule that generates a pseudo-virtual phone number. There are many ways to produce a pseudo-virtual telephone number, but the principle design idea of generating rules is to facilitate user memory and dissemination. The insertion or deletion of several digits is carried out based on the real telephone number of the pseudo virtual telephone user, so that the memory and the transmission of the user can be facilitated. In practical design, several generation rules can be provided to allow the user to select according to the needs.
