Or after the block chain system determines that the resource providing condition is met, the first credential identification information can be sent to the resource transfer mechanism, the resource transfer mechanism stores the first credential identification information into a local database, third resource transfer information is obtained from the block chain system according to the stored first credential identification information every preset time, if the current time is determined to be matched with the resource transfer time period specified in the third resource transfer information, the resource transfer-out account of the renter, the resource transfer-in account of the resource providing mechanism and the number of resources to be transferred are determined according to the third resource transfer information, the processing of transferring the resources to the resource providing mechanism is executed according to the determined information, and after the processing is successful, first resource transfer completion information is sent to the block chain system. Wherein the preset time is 8 points per day; the specified resource transfer period is, for example, from 8 days 0 of each month to 8 days 24 of each month in 2020, and the current time is 10 months, 8 days and 12 in 2020, during which the current time is determined to match the resource transfer period specified in the third resource transfer information. The specific time setting can be set automatically according to the requirement in practical application. Furthermore, the resource transfer mechanism can directly transfer resources from the resource transfer-out account of the renter to the resource transfer-in account of the resource providing mechanism, or directly transfer resources from the resource transfer-out account of the renter to the resource transfer-in account of the renter and the resource transfer-in account of the resource providing mechanism respectively; or transferring the resources from the resource transfer-out account of the renter to the resource account of the renter, and then transferring the resources from the resource account of the renter to the resource transfer-in account of the resource providing mechanism. The specified time limit may be the deadline of the resource transfer period specified in the third resource transfer information, or may be a certain time point within the resource transfer period specified in the third resource transfer information, for example, when the specified resource transfer period is 0/10/8/2020 to 24/10/8/2020, the specified time limit is 20/10/8/2020; the specific time setting can be set automatically according to the requirement in practical application.
Specifically, when receiving resource acquisition failure information sent by a resource transfer mechanism, a block chain system sends a resource transfer notification request to a notification system according to first certificate identification information, mechanism information of a service maintenance mechanism and the like; the notification system sends a resource transfer notification message to a corresponding service maintenance mechanism according to the resource transfer notification request; and the service maintenance mechanism acquires corresponding fourth resource transfer information according to the first certificate identification information in the resource transfer notification message, performs resource transfer processing according to the fourth resource transfer information so as to transfer resources to the resource providing mechanism, and sends second resource transfer completion information to the block chain system after the resources are successfully transferred. The block chain system sends a third resource receiving notification request to the notification system according to the second resource transfer completion information, and the notification system sends a third resource receiving notification message to the resource providing mechanism according to the third resource receiving notification request; and after receiving the third resource receiving notification message, the resource providing mechanism sends third resource receiving confirmation information to the block chain system if determining that the resource transferred by the resource maintenance mechanism is received. And after receiving the third resource receiving confirmation information, the block chain system stores the generated third resource transfer record information into the block chain system.
Therefore, when the resource transfer mechanism does not acquire the resources required by the renting target products provided by the renters, the service maintenance mechanism transfers the resources to the resource providing mechanism, and the benefits of the resource providing mechanism are guaranteed.

Optionally, when executed, the computer-executable instructions, if it is determined, based on the blockchain system, according to the verification result information, that a preset resource providing condition is met, perform, by the notification system, a process of transferring, from a resource providing entity to the rental user, a resource required for acquiring the target product, including:
determining a target intelligent contract corresponding to the target rental business in a plurality of intelligent contracts deployed in the blockchain system;
and calling the target intelligent contract, and if the preset resource providing condition is determined to be met based on the target intelligent contract according to the verification result information, executing the processing of transferring and obtaining the resources required by the target product from a resource providing mechanism to the renting user through the notification system.
Optionally, the rental information includes, when executed, computer executable instructions: first certificate identification information of a leasing certificate of the target leasing business and contract identification information of the target intelligent contract; after receiving the service processing request sent by the renting user, the method further comprises the following steps:
saving the leasing information to a block chain system;
the determining a target intelligent contract corresponding to the target rental business in a plurality of intelligent contracts deployed in the blockchain system comprises:
acquiring the first certificate identification information from the verification result information, and acquiring the associated lease information from the blockchain system according to the acquired first certificate identification information;

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). Claims (25)

1. A method for processing a rental service includes:
receiving a service processing request sent by a renting user; wherein the service processing request comprises lease information of a target product about a tenant user of the target lease service;
acquiring verification result information obtained by performing authenticity verification operation on the target rental service by a related user of the target rental service through a notification system according to the rental information;
and if the block chain system is determined to meet the preset resource providing condition according to the verification result information, executing the processing of transferring and acquiring the resources required by the target product from a resource providing mechanism to the renter through the notification system.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein if it is determined that a preset resource providing condition is met according to the verification result information based on the blockchain system, performing, by the notification system, a process of transferring resources required for acquiring the target product from a resource providing organization to the rental user includes:
determining a target intelligent contract corresponding to the target rental business in a plurality of intelligent contracts deployed in the blockchain system;
and calling the target intelligent contract, and if the preset resource providing condition is determined to be met based on the target intelligent contract according to the verification result information, executing the processing of transferring and obtaining the resources required by the target product from a resource providing mechanism to the renting user through the notification system.
3. The method of claim 2, the rental information comprising: first certificate identification information of a leasing certificate of the target leasing business and contract identification information of the target intelligent contract; after receiving the service processing request sent by the renting user, the method further comprises the following steps:
saving the leasing information to a block chain system;
the determining a target intelligent contract corresponding to the target rental business in a plurality of intelligent contracts deployed in the blockchain system comprises:
acquiring the first certificate identification information from the verification result information, and acquiring the associated lease information from the blockchain system according to the acquired first certificate identification information;
and determining the intelligent contract corresponding to the contract identification information in the acquired leasing information as a target intelligent contract corresponding to the target leasing service.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining verification result information obtained by performing an authenticity verification operation on the target rental business by a related user of the target rental business through a notification system according to the rental information comprises:
acquiring first verification result information obtained by verifying the lease information by a related user of the target lease service through the notification system;
and acquiring second verification result information obtained by verifying the logistics information of the target product mailed to the tenant user by the logistics organization through the notification system.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the obtaining, by the notification system, second verification result information obtained by a logistics agency performing a verification operation on logistics information of mailing the target product to the tenant user comprises:
calling the target intelligent contract, and if the target intelligent contract meets a preset product mailing condition according to the first verification result information, sending a product mailing notification request to the notification system according to the lease information; the product mailing notification request is for requesting the notification system to send a product mailing notification message to a product provider of the target product;
receiving logistics information sent by the product provider and used for mailing the target product to the tenant user;
sending a logistics verification notification request to the notification system according to the logistics information; the logistics verification notification request is used for requesting the notification system to send a logistics verification notification message to a corresponding logistics organization;
and receiving second verification result information which is sent by the logistics mechanism and is obtained by verifying the logistics information.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the determining that a preset resource providing condition is met according to the verification result information comprises:
and if the second verification result information represents that the verification is passed and the logistics information represents that the lessee user has signed in the target product, determining that a preset resource providing condition is met.
7. The method of claim 4, the rental information comprising: the target leasing service comprises voucher information of a service maintenance voucher corresponding to the target leasing service and first resource transfer information of prepaid resources of the target leasing service transferred to the leasing user by the renting user; the service maintenance voucher is obtained by applying from a service maintenance organization by the renting user according to the renting voucher of the target renting service;
the obtaining, by the notification system, first verification result information obtained by performing a verification operation on the rental information by a user related to the target rental service includes:
obtaining verification result information obtained by a service maintenance mechanism performing verification operation on the certificate information through the notification system;
obtaining verification result information obtained by verifying the first resource transfer information by the resource transfer mechanism through the notification system;
determining the acquired verification result information as the first verification result information.
8. The method of claim 7, the rental information further comprising: the renting user acquires a first quantity of resources required by the target product, a second quantity of renting resources required by the target product rented by the renting user, first user information of the renting user and second user information of the renting user; the method further comprises the following steps:
verifying whether the first quantity and the second quantity accord with a preset relation or not to obtain verification result information; and the number of the first and second groups,
verifying the validity of the first user information and the second user information to obtain verification result information;
the determining the acquired verification result information as the first verification result information includes:
and determining the acquired verification result information and the acquired verification result information as the first verification result information.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the executing, by the notification system, a process of transferring resources required for acquiring the target product from a resource providing institution to the rental user includes:
acquiring second resource transfer information of the resource to be provided by the resource providing mechanism to the renting user from the renting information;
sending a resource provision notification request to the notification system according to the second resource transfer information; the resource providing notification request is used for requesting the notification system to send a resource providing notification message to a corresponding resource providing mechanism; the resource providing notification message is used for instructing the resource providing mechanism to execute the process of providing the resources required for acquiring the target product to the renting user;
receiving resource providing completion information sent by the resource providing mechanism, and sending a first resource receiving notification message to the renter through a notification system according to the resource providing completion information;
and if first resource receiving confirmation information sent by the renting user is received, storing first resource transfer record information generated based on the resource providing completion information into the block chain system.
10. The method according to claim 7, further comprising, after the process of transferring the resources required for acquiring the target product from a resource providing institution to the rental user is performed by the notification system:
receiving first resource transfer completion information sent by a resource transfer mechanism; the first resource transfer completion information is information generated after the resource transfer mechanism transfers resources to the resource providing mechanism based on the acquired third resource transfer information and the resources provided by the renter and needed for renting the target product;
sending a second resource receiving notification message to the resource providing mechanism through a notification system according to the first resource transfer completion information;
and if second resource receiving confirmation information sent by the resource providing mechanism is received, second resource transfer record information generated based on the first resource transfer completion information is stored in the block chain system.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
receiving resource acquisition failure information sent by the resource transfer mechanism; the resource acquisition failure information is sent when the resource transfer mechanism does not acquire the resources required for renting the target product provided by the renter within a specified time limit;
sending a resource transfer notification message to the service maintenance mechanism through the notification system according to the resource acquisition failure information; the resource transfer notification message is used for instructing the service maintenance mechanism to transfer the resource to the resource providing mechanism;
and if second resource transfer completion information sent by the resource maintenance mechanism is received and third resource receiving confirmation information sent by the resource providing mechanism is acquired through a notification system, third resource transfer record information generated based on the second resource transfer completion information is stored in the block chain system.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining verification result information obtained by performing an authenticity verification operation on the target rental business by a related user of the target rental business through a notification system according to the rental information comprises:
acquiring verification result information and second signature data obtained by performing authenticity verification operation on the target rental service by a related user of the target rental service through a notification system according to the rental information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and if the second signature data passes the verification, storing the verification result information and the second signature data into the block chain system.
13. A method for processing a rental service includes:
acquiring leasing information of a target product of a lessee user of the target leasing service from the blockchain system;
sending a corresponding notification message to a related user of the target rental service according to the acquired rental information; the notification message is used for indicating the related user to carry out authenticity verification operation on the target leasing service and sending verification result information to the block chain system; and the verification result information is used for executing the process of transferring and acquiring the resources required by the target product from a resource providing mechanism to the renter of the target renting service when the block chain system determines that the preset resource providing condition is met.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the obtaining rental information about the target product for a tenant of the target rental service from the blockchain system comprises:
receiving a notification request sent by a block chain system; the notification request comprises the leasing information sent by the leasing user and received by the blockchain system; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and if the leasing information sent to the block chain system by the leasing user is detected, acquiring the detected leasing information from the block chain system.

acquiring second resource transfer information from the block chain system, and sending a resource providing notification message to the resource providing mechanism according to the second resource transfer information; the resource providing notification message is used for instructing the resource providing mechanism to execute the process of transferring the resources required by obtaining the target product to the renting user; and the number of the first and second groups,
and acquiring resource providing completion information sent by the resource providing mechanism from the block chain system, and sending a first resource receiving notification message to the renting user according to the resource providing completion information.

19. A rental business processing system, comprising: the system comprises a first terminal device of a renting user, a notification system, a block chain system and a resource providing mechanism;
the first terminal equipment responds to the submitting operation of the renting user and sends a service processing request to the block chain system; wherein the service processing request comprises lease information of a target product about a tenant user of the target lease service;

The system of claim 19, further comprising: the system comprises a resource maintenance mechanism, a resource transfer mechanism, a logistics mechanism and a product provider; the lease information includes: the target leasing service comprises voucher information of a service maintenance voucher corresponding to the target leasing service and first resource transfer information of prepaid resources of the target leasing service transferred to the leasing user by the renting user; the service maintenance voucher is obtained by applying from the service maintenance organization by the renting user according to the renting voucher of the target renting service;
the notification system sends a certificate verification notification message to the service maintenance mechanism according to the certificate information, and sends a resource transfer verification notification message to the determined resource transfer mechanism according to the first resource transfer information; and sending a product mailing notification message to the product provider according to a product mailing notification request sent by the blockchain system; sending a logistics verification notification message to the logistics organization according to a logistics verification notification request sent by the block chain system;
the block chain system determines the received verification result information sent by the service maintenance mechanism and the received verification result information sent by the resource transfer mechanism as first verification result information; calling a target intelligent contract corresponding to the target rental service, and sending a product mailing notification request to the notification system if the preset product mailing condition is determined to be met based on the target intelligent contract according to the first verification result information; if the received logistics information of the target product sent by the product provider and mailed to the tenant user is received, sending the logistics verification notification request to the notification system according to the logistics information; receiving second verification result information sent by the logistics mechanism;

and if the block chain system is determined to meet the preset resource providing condition according to the verification result information, executing the processing of transferring and acquiring the resources required by the target product from a resource providing mechanism to the renter through the notification system.
25. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed by a processor implement the following:
acquiring leasing information of a target product of a lessee user of the target leasing service from the blockchain system;
sending a corresponding notification message to a related user of the target rental service according to the acquired rental information; the notification message is used for indicating the related user to carry out authenticity verification operation on the target leasing service and sending verification result information to the block chain system; and the verification result information is used for executing the process of transferring and acquiring the resources required by the target product from a resource providing mechanism to the renter of the target renting service when the block chain system determines that the preset resource providing condition is met.
