With the continuous progress of the technology level, the life style of people is continuously changed, and more products start to rent. In the current leasing mode, a leasing party generally manages and advances each stage of the leasing business based on centrally stored leasing related information; however, with the continuous increase of the rental business, a phase-advancing delay, such as delayed notification of product provider for delivery and the like, inevitably occurs due to the increase of the management intensity, thereby reducing the processing efficiency of the rental business; and the renter advances each stage of the renting business based on the centralized renting related information, which easily causes the problems of doubt, difficult convincing and the like of the renting business related party.

Disclosure of Invention

One or more embodiments of the present specification provide a method for processing a rental business. The method comprises the step of receiving a service processing request sent by a renting user. Wherein the service processing request comprises lease information of a target product about a tenant of the target lease service. And acquiring verification result information obtained by performing authenticity verification operation on the target rental service by a related user of the target rental service through a notification system according to the rental information. And if the block chain system is determined to meet the preset resource providing condition according to the verification result information, executing the processing of transferring and acquiring the resources required by the target product from a resource providing mechanism to the renter through the notification system.

One or more embodiments of the present specification provide a method for processing a rental business. The method comprises the step of obtaining leasing information of a target product of a lessee user of a target leasing service from a blockchain system. And sending a corresponding notification message to a related user of the target rental service according to the acquired rental information. Detailed Description

In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the technical solutions in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by a person skilled in the art from one or more of the embodiments described herein without making any inventive step shall fall within the scope of protection of this document.

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a method for processing a rental service according to one or more embodiments of the present specification, as shown in fig. 1, the scenario includes: the system comprises a first terminal device of a renting user, a second terminal device of a renting user, a notification system, a block chain system and a resource providing mechanism; the first terminal device and the second terminal device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a portable notebook computer, or the like (only the mobile phone is shown in fig. 1). The notification system can be an independent server or a server cluster consisting of a plurality of servers; the block chain system comprises at least one block chain node of an access block chain, wherein data such as lease information and the like are stored on the block chain; the notification system may be a subsystem of the blockchain system or may be a separate and independent system from the blockchain system. Resource supply organization, which can be individual, organization, enterprise and public institution, etc.; the resource providing mechanism can provide the resource to the corresponding user and recycle the resource from the user or other users specified by the user according to an appointed mode when determining that the resource providing condition is met.

Specifically, when the renter needs to rent the target product, the renter can operate the application related to the renting in the second terminal device to send the renting request to the first terminal device of the renter. And the block chain node receives verification result information sent by a related user of the target rental service, and if the verification result information meets the preset resource providing condition, a resource providing notification message is sent to the resource providing mechanism through the notification system. And the resource providing mechanism executes processing for transferring the resources required for acquiring the target product to the renting user according to the received resource providing notification message.

Therefore, based on the block chain system and the notification system, the authenticity verification stage and the resource providing stage of the target rental business can be automatically entered, and the rental user does not need to carry out pushing processing on each stage of the target rental business, so that the processing efficiency of the target rental business is greatly improved; and the authenticity verification stage and the resource providing stage of the target rental business are promoted by the block chain system and the notification system, rather than the stage promotion of the rental user based on centralized rental related information, so that the problems of doubt, difficulty in convincing and the like of related parties of the target rental business can be avoided based on the characteristics of the block chain such as public transparency and the like.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a rental service according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, where the method in fig. 2 can be executed by the blockchain system in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, and the method includes the following steps:

step S102, receiving a service processing request sent by a renting user; the service processing request comprises lease information of a target product about a tenant user of the target lease service;

specifically, when a renter receives a renting request of a target product sent by the renter, a service processing request is sent to the block chain system according to the determined renting information. The renting user can be a product provider of the target product, and if the renting user has the manufacturing capability of the target product, the renting user can manufacture the target product and rent the target product to the renting user; the renting user may also be not a product provider of the target product, and the renting user purchases the target product from the product provider of the target product and rents the target product to the renting user. The leasing user can provide leasing service on the name of an individual, or can be an employee of a leasing company and provide leasing service on the name of the leasing company. The target product can be an entity product such as a mobile phone, a vehicle and the like, and can also be a software product or a network product and the like. The leasing information can comprise first user information of a leasing user, second user information of a lessee user, product information of a target product and the like; the user information includes a user name, an identity document number, a contact information and the like, and the second user information may further include a mailing address and the like. When the target product is a physical product, the product information may include a product brand, a product model, a product color, a product quantity, and the like; when the target product is a software product, a network product, or the like, the product information may include a product name, version information, function information, or the like.

Step S104, obtaining verification result information obtained by performing authenticity verification operation on the target rental business by a related user of the target rental business through a notification system according to the rental information;

the relevant users of the target rental business are users of the corresponding organizations of the target rental business, such as users of business maintenance organizations, users of resource transfer organizations, and the like.

And step S106, if the block chain system is determined to meet the preset resource providing conditions according to the verification result information, the notification system executes the process of transferring the resources required by the target product from the resource providing mechanism to the renting user.

It should be noted that, for different types of target products, the resource providing mechanism may be different types of mechanisms with different functions; for example, when the target product is a software product or a network product or the like, the resource providing mechanism may be a mechanism that provides a computer resource such as a network resource, a communication resource or the like so that a rental user can perform production or the like of the software product based on the resource. When the target product is a physical product, the resource providing institution may be a financial institution or the like, which may provide the rental user with physical money such as a fund or digital money such as a bitcoin, so that the rental user can perform production of the physical product based on the money or purchase the physical product from a product provider of the physical product or the like.

In one or more embodiments of the present specification, verification result information obtained by performing an authenticity verification operation on a target rental business by a relevant user of the target rental business is acquired by a notification system, and when the blockchain system determines that a resource providing condition is satisfied, a process of transferring a resource from a resource providing organization to a rental user is performed by the notification system. Therefore, based on the block chain system and the notification system, the authenticity verification stage and the resource providing stage of the target rental business can be automatically entered, and the rental user does not need to carry out pushing processing on each stage of the target rental business, so that the processing efficiency of the target rental business is greatly improved; and the authenticity verification stage and the resource providing stage of the target rental business are promoted by the block chain system and the notification system, rather than the stage promotion of the rental user based on centralized rental related information, so that the problems of doubt, difficulty in convincing and the like of related parties of the target rental business can be avoided based on the characteristics of the block chain such as public transparency and the like.

In order to avoid another user impersonating the renting user to send a service processing request to the blockchain system, the service processing request may further include first signature data obtained by performing signature processing on specified data based on a private key of the renting user, and correspondingly, step S104 may include: if the first signature data passes verification, sending confirmation information to the renting user; and acquiring verification result information obtained by performing authenticity verification operation on the target rental business by related users of the target rental business through a notification system according to the rental information. Specifically, a public key of the renter is acquired from a block chain system or a designated key management mechanism according to the user information of the renter included in the renting information, the first signature data is verified according to the acquired public key, and confirmation information is sent to the renter after the verification is passed; and acquiring verification result information obtained by performing authenticity verification operation on the target rental business by related users of the target rental business through a notification system according to the rental information.

Furthermore, considering that the lease information also carries sensitive information, such as user information of a lease user and the like, in order to avoid leakage of the sensitive information, the lease user can encrypt the sensitive information according to a preset encryption mode to obtain a ciphertext of the sensitive information; correspondingly, the lease information may further include a ciphertext of the sensitive information, and after the block chain system receives the service processing request sent by the lease user, the method further includes: and decrypting the ciphertext of the sensitive information in the lease information according to a preset decryption mode to obtain the plaintext of the sensitive information, and performing subsequent processing according to the obtained plaintext of the sensitive information and other information in the lease information.

In order to ensure the authenticity of the target rental business, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, in the authenticity verification stage of the target rental business, not only the rental information needs to be verified, but also the logistics information of the target product mailed to the renter needs to be verified. Specifically, step S104 may include the following steps S104-2 and S104-4:

step S104-2, acquiring first verification result information obtained by verifying the leasing information by a related user of the target leasing service through a notification system;

in order to avoid the loss caused by giving out the renter due to the fact that the renter gives up the renter target product midway, in one or more embodiments of the specification, when the renter determines that a renting request sent by the renter meets a preset renting condition, the renter requests the renter to prepay partial resources required by the renter target product, and after the partial resources are determined to be transferred successfully, renting related processing is carried out according to the renting request to obtain a renting voucher; correspondingly, the leasing information also comprises first resource transfer information of the prepaid resource of the target leasing service transferred from the lessee to the lessee. The lease information includes not only the information verified by the relevant user of the target lease service, but also first user information of the user of the lease party, second user information of the user of the lease, second quantity of lease resources required to be provided by the user of the lease for the target product, and the like. Based on this, as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes:

verifying whether the first quantity and the second quantity in the lease information accord with a preset relation or not to obtain verification result information; verifying the validity of the first user information and the second user information to obtain verification result information; correspondingly, the determining the acquired verification result information as the first verification result information includes: the acquired authentication result information and the obtained authentication result information are determined as first authentication result information. Considering that different leasing rules may be formulated for a leasing service when the same leasing user cooperates with related parties of the leasing service such as different resource providing organizations, in order to facilitate management of different leasing services and improve the promotion efficiency of each stage of the leasing service, in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, corresponding intelligent contracts are deployed based on different leasing rules. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 3, step S104-4 may include:

determining a target intelligent contract corresponding to a target rental business in a plurality of intelligent contracts deployed in a block chain system; calling a target intelligent contract, and if the target intelligent contract meets a preset product mailing condition according to the first verification result information, sending a product mailing notification request to a notification system according to lease information; the block chain system receives logistics information sent by a product provider and used for mailing a target product to a lessee user; sending a logistics verification notification request to a notification system according to the logistics information, wherein the logistics verification notification request is used for requesting the notification system to send a logistics verification notification message to a corresponding logistics organization; and the block chain system receives second verification result information which is obtained by verifying the logistics information and sent by the logistics mechanism. The product mailing notification request is used for requesting the notification system to send a product mailing notification message to a product provider of the target product, wherein the product mailing notification message comprises product information, a mailing address, a contact mode of a tenant user and the like of the target product; and when the product provider of the target product receives the product mailing notification message, executing the process of mailing the target product to the lessee user, and sending corresponding logistics information to the blockchain system. It should be noted that, when the logistics information is updated, the product provider sends the updated logistics information to the blockchain system, and the blockchain system sends a logistics verification notification message to the logistics organization through the notification system according to the updated logistics information, and receives second verification result information, which is sent by the logistics organization and is obtained by performing verification operation on the updated logistics information.

In order to accurately determine a target intelligent contract corresponding to a target rental service, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, the rental information further includes first credential identification information of a rental credential of the target rental service and contract identification information of the target intelligent contract; and each notification message sent by the notification system to the relevant user of the target rental service includes the first identification information, and the verification result information sent by the relevant user of the target rental service to the blockchain system also includes the first identification information. And the block chain system stores the leasing information into the block chain system, and associates each piece of relevant information of the target leasing business based on the first identification information. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, after the block chain system receives the service processing request sent by the renting user, the method further includes: and saving the lease information into the blockchain system. Correspondingly, the determining of the target intelligent contract corresponding to the target rental business in the plurality of intelligent contracts deployed in the blockchain system includes:

acquiring first certificate identification information from the received verification result information, and acquiring associated leasing information from the blockchain system according to the acquired first certificate identification information; and determining the intelligent contract corresponding to the contract identification information in the acquired leasing information as a target intelligent contract corresponding to the target leasing service.

Therefore, corresponding intelligent contracts are deployed according to different leasing rules, whether preset product mailing conditions are met is determined through the target intelligent contracts corresponding to the target leasing business based on the first verification result information, namely whether the product mailing stage is entered is automatically determined, and a leasing user does not need to manually supervise to determine whether related processing of entering the product mailing stage is entered, so that the processing efficiency of the leasing business is improved, and human resources are greatly saved due to the fact that the leasing business does not need to manually participate in supervision.

determining a target intelligent contract corresponding to a target rental business in a plurality of intelligent contracts deployed in a block chain system; and calling a target intelligent contract, and if the preset resource providing condition is determined to be met based on the target intelligent contract according to the verification result information, executing the processing of transferring and acquiring the resources required by the target product from the resource providing mechanism to the renter through a notification system.

Therefore, whether the resource providing condition is met or not is automatically determined according to the second verification result information based on the target intelligent contract, namely, the resource providing stage is automatically promoted without manually supervising the logistics state by a renter, so that the delay promotion of the resource providing stage is avoided, the processing efficiency of the target renting business is improved, and human resources are greatly saved without manually participating in supervision.

Specifically, when the blockchain system determines that the preset resource providing condition is met according to the second verification result information, the blockchain system queries related lease information from the blockchain system according to the first identification information in the second verification result information, acquires second resource transfer information from the queried lease information, and sends a resource providing notification request to the notification system according to the second resource transfer information and the first identification information. After receiving the target product, the lessee user can provide part or all of resources required by the renting target product in a specified time period according to the convention; the lease information also comprises third resource transfer information for transferring the resource to the resource providing organization based on the resource required by the leased target product provided by the leaseholder. The third resource transfer information may include resource transfer-out account information, resource transfer-in account information, resource transfer quantity, and resource transfer period (resource transfer is performed within a certain period of time). The specific contents of the first resource transfer completion information and the second resource transfer record information may be set as required in practical application, for example, the specific contents include the number of resource transfers, the resource transfer-out account information, the resource transfer-in account information, the resource transfer time, and the like.

It should be noted that, when receiving a resource transfer request sent by a tenant user, the resource transfer mechanism may obtain associated third resource transfer information from the blockchain system according to first credential identification information included in the resource transfer request; and executing the processing of transferring the corresponding amount of resources to the resource transfer account of the resource providing mechanism when determining that the resource transfer account information, the amount of the resources to be transferred in the third resource transfer information are matched with the resource transfer account information, the resource transfer account information and the amount of the resources to be transferred which are included in the resource transfer request, and the current time is matched with the resource transfer time period specified in the third resource transfer information. Or after the block chain system determines that the resource providing condition is met, the first credential identification information can be sent to the resource transfer mechanism, the resource transfer mechanism stores the first credential identification information into a local database, third resource transfer information is obtained from the block chain system according to the stored first credential identification information every preset time, if the current time is determined to be matched with the resource transfer time period specified in the third resource transfer information, the resource transfer-out account of the renter, the resource transfer-in account of the resource providing mechanism and the number of resources to be transferred are determined according to the third resource transfer information, the processing of transferring the resources to the resource providing mechanism is executed according to the determined information, and after the processing is successful, first resource transfer completion information is sent to the block chain system. Wherein the preset time is 8 points per day; the specified resource transfer period is, for example, from 8 days 0 of each month to 8 days 24 of each month in 2020, and the current time is 10 months, 8 days and 12 in 2020, during which the current time is determined to match the resource transfer period specified in the third resource transfer information. The specific time setting can be set automatically according to the requirement in practical application. Furthermore, the resource transfer mechanism can directly transfer resources from the resource transfer-out account of the renter to the resource transfer-in account of the resource providing mechanism, or directly transfer resources from the resource transfer-out account of the renter to the resource transfer-in account of the renter and the resource transfer-in account of the resource providing mechanism respectively; or transferring the resources from the resource transfer-out account of the renter to the resource account of the renter, and then transferring the resources from the resource account of the renter to the resource transfer-in account of the resource providing mechanism. The resource transfer processing procedure of the resource transfer mechanism can be set in practical application according to the requirement.

Therefore, when the blockchain system receives the first resource transfer completion information sent by the resource transfer mechanism, the system is informed to acquire the second resource receiving confirmation information sent by the resource providing mechanism instead of directly storing the second resource transfer record information into the blockchain, so that the verification of the resource transfer is realized, the effective transfer of the resource is ensured, the effectiveness of the second resource transfer record information stored into the blockchain system is ensured, and the effective verification of each piece of relevant information of the target rental service is realized.

Further, when the resource transfer mechanism does not acquire part or all of the resources required by the rental target product provided by the tenant user within a specified time limit, resource acquisition failure information is sent to the blockchain system. Correspondingly, the method further comprises the following steps:

receiving resource acquisition failure information sent by a resource transfer mechanism; the resource acquisition failure information is sent when the resource transfer mechanism does not acquire the resources required by the rental target product provided by the tenant user within the specified time limit; according to the failure information of resource acquisition, a notification system is used for sending a resource transfer notification message to a service maintenance mechanism; the resource transfer notification message is used for indicating the service maintenance mechanism to transfer the resource to the resource providing mechanism; and if second resource transfer completion information sent by the resource maintenance mechanism is received and third resource receiving confirmation information sent by the resource providing mechanism is acquired through the notification system, third resource transfer record information generated based on the second resource transfer completion information is stored in the block chain system.

The specified time limit may be the deadline of the resource transfer period specified in the third resource transfer information, or may be a certain time point within the resource transfer period specified in the third resource transfer information, for example, when the specified resource transfer period is 0/10/8/2020 to 24/10/8/2020, the specified time limit is 20/10/8/2020; the specific time setting can be set automatically according to the requirement in practical application.

Specifically, when receiving resource acquisition failure information sent by a resource transfer mechanism, a block chain system sends a resource transfer notification request to a notification system according to first certificate identification information, mechanism information of a service maintenance mechanism and the like; the notification system sends a resource transfer notification message to a corresponding service maintenance mechanism according to the resource transfer notification request; and the service maintenance mechanism acquires corresponding fourth resource transfer information according to the first certificate identification information in the resource transfer notification message, performs resource transfer processing according to the fourth resource transfer information so as to transfer resources to the resource providing mechanism, and sends second resource transfer completion information to the block chain system after the resources are successfully transferred. The block chain system sends a third resource receiving notification request to the notification system according to the second resource transfer completion information, and the notification system sends a third resource receiving notification message to the resource providing mechanism according to the third resource receiving notification request; and after receiving the third resource receiving notification message, the resource providing mechanism sends third resource receiving confirmation information to the block chain system if determining that the resource transferred by the resource maintenance mechanism is received. And after receiving the third resource receiving confirmation information, the block chain system stores the generated third resource transfer record information into the block chain system.

Therefore, when the resource transfer mechanism does not acquire the resources required by the renting target products provided by the renters, the service maintenance mechanism transfers the resources to the resource providing mechanism, and the benefits of the resource providing mechanism are guaranteed.

It should be noted that fig. 3 is only used for illustration and not for limitation, the order of some operations may be interchanged, and some operations may also be implemented in other manners, for example, the notification system may also monitor information in the blockchain system, when a service processing request sent by a rental user is monitored, obtain rental information directly from the service processing request, and send a notification message to a relevant user of the target rental service according to the rental information, etc.

The processing apparatus for a rental business provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification acquires, by the notification system, verification result information obtained by performing an authenticity verification operation on a target rental business by a relevant user of the target rental business, and executes, by the notification system, a process of transferring a resource from a resource providing organization to a rental user when the blockchain system determines that a resource providing condition is satisfied. Therefore, based on the block chain system and the notification system, the authenticity verification stage and the resource providing stage of the target rental business can be automatically entered, and the rental user does not need to carry out pushing processing on each stage of the target rental business, so that the processing efficiency of the target rental business is greatly improved; and the authenticity verification stage and the resource providing stage of the target rental business are promoted by the block chain system and the notification system, rather than the stage promotion of the rental user based on centralized rental related information, so that the problems of doubt, difficulty in convincing and the like of related parties of the target rental business can be avoided based on the characteristics of the block chain such as public transparency and the like.

In the processing system for the rental business provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification, the notification system acquires verification result information obtained by performing an authenticity verification operation on the target rental business by a relevant user of the target rental business, and when the blockchain system determines that the resource providing condition is satisfied, the notification system performs a process of transferring the resource from the resource providing entity to the rental user.
