step S200, selecting at least one patent case from the displayed retrieval patent list, and generating a competitor patent list according to the selected patent case;
step S300, generating and displaying competitor patent information at least comprising the name of the patent competitor and a competitor patent list, and sending the competitor patent information to a preset associated address.
The following describes steps S100 to S300 of the method for monitoring patent competitors according to the present embodiment in detail.
Step S100, configuring names of patent competitors, retrieving in a patent database according to the names of the patent competitors, acquiring patent publication information associated with the names of the patent competitors, and generating and displaying a retrieval patent list according to the acquired patent publication information.
In this embodiment, after receiving an add instruction, an interface for adding patent competitor information is displayed, as shown in fig. 3, wherein a name of a patent competitor is configured by providing a configuration interface, for example, the configuration interface after the name shown in fig. 3, wherein a prompt message for prompting a function of the configuration interface may be set.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the names of the patent competitors include:
step S110, providing a name input interface, and receiving input name retrieval information of a patent competitor from the name input interface;
step S120, retrieving in the patent database according to the name retrieval information, and acquiring and displaying at least one applicant matched with the input name retrieval information;
and S130, selecting a certain applicant from the displayed applicants, and taking the selected applicant as the name of a patent competitor.
The inputted name retrieval information of the patent competitors can be names of competitors, can be a whole company name, and can also be a short company name.
Specifically, clicking "search" in fig. 3, the patent database is searched for competitor names, company names or company names as applicants, and the searched applicants are displayed through a pop-up window, at this time, one or more applicants can be selected from the displayed applicants, and the selected applicants are used as patent competitor names, that is, the searched applicants are selected, and competitors to be monitored are selected.
After the names of the competitors to be monitored are determined, searching is carried out in the patent database according to the chosen competitor names, the chosen competitor names are obtained to serve as all patent cases disclosed by the applicant, the patent disclosure information of all the patent cases is collected in sequence, a retrieval patent list is generated according to the collected patent disclosure information of all the patent cases, and one example of the generated retrieval patent list is shown in fig. 5. Wherein, the patent publication information includes, but is not limited to, application number, name, application date, publication authorization date, inventor, classification number, current legal status, etc., and the retrieved patent list displays, but is not limited to, the application number, name, application date, publication authorization date, inventor, classification number, current legal status, etc. of each patent case.
In this embodiment, when the preset item public information (for example, application date) of any patent case in the retrieved patent list is triggered, as shown in fig. 6, the bibliographic item information, the technical content summary information, and the patent case download interface of the patent case are displayed through a popup interface. The popup interface is used for further understanding the bibliographic project information and technical scheme overview of the patent case, the downloading interface of the patent case in the embodiment is connected with the patent database, the downloading interface provided by the embodiment can directly enter the patent database to obtain the full application text of the patent, and a user can conveniently further understand the technical content of the patent or file the full application text of the patent.
In an embodiment, the method for monitoring patent competitors further comprises: and providing a secondary retrieval interface, retrieving the patent publication information associated with the name of the patent competitor again according to secondary retrieval input information received from the secondary retrieval interface, acquiring the patent publication information associated with both the name of the patent competitor and the secondary retrieval input information, and updating the retrieval patent list according to the acquired patent publication information.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, a secondary search interface is provided above the searched patent list, and a secondary search is performed on the patents in the generated searched patent list according to the secondary search input information. And updating the retrieval patent list according to the secondary retrieval result.
In addition, in this embodiment, a search list control trigger interface for controlling display or hiding of the search patent list is further provided, so that the search patent list can be selectively hidden or displayed.
Step S200, at least one patent case is selected from the displayed retrieval patent list, and a competitor patent list is generated according to the selected patent case.
In this embodiment, each patent case in the retrieved patent list is configured with a selectable box, and the patent case corresponding to the selectable box is selected by checking the selectable box. That is, in this embodiment, the patent case of the competitor to be monitored is selected from the retrieved patent list, and after the patent case of the competitor to be monitored is selected, a trigger instruction (the trigger instruction is generated after clicking the addition in fig. 7, for example) is used to generate the competitor patent list containing the patent of the competitor to be monitored. An exemplary diagram of the generated competitor patent list is shown in figure 8.
In the present embodiment, the generated competitor patent list shows the application number, name, application date, publication number, publication authorization date, inventor, classification number, current legal status, etc. of each patent case not limited to the monitored competitor.
In particular, in this embodiment, each patent case in the competitor patent list independently performs a trigger check operation or a delete operation.
For example, when the preset item public information (e.g. application date) of any patent case in the competitor patent list is triggered, the bibliographic item information, technical content summary information and the patent case download interface of the patent case are displayed through a popup interface (as shown in fig. 6). Through the popup interface, the summary of the recorded project information and the technical scheme of the monitored patent case is further known, and the downloading interface of the patent case in the embodiment is connected with the patent database, so that the patent database can be directly accessed through the downloading interface provided by the embodiment to obtain the full text of the monitored patent, and a user can conveniently further know the technical content of the monitored patent or archive the full text of the patent application.
In addition, in this embodiment, the patents that do not need to be monitored any more in the competitor patent list can be deleted through the deletion option configured at each patent case information in the competitor patent list.
