Abstract

Background
With the development of network technology, internet and internet of things services, people have a demand for service deployment and service provision in a mobile network edge data center, so that service interaction flow between a mobile terminal and a service center server is saved, service interaction delay is reduced, and service pressure of the service center server is reduced. In the access process of a 5G mobile network edge data center, there is a problem of edge access service drainage, and it is necessary to select an edge application server suitable for a User Entity (User Entity, abbreviated as UE) and select a corresponding edge User Plane Function (User Plane Function, abbreviated as UPF) for the UE to perform shunting. The main solution at present is to select an edge UPF by default, and select an edge application server by using the UPF as a data access point through a Domain Name System (DNS).
However, the default way to select the edge UPF has problems mainly: 1) the traffic through the edge UPF is large, making the performance requirements and cost of the UPF high; 2) when the edge UPF sinks deeper and is deployed more densely, the appropriate UPF cannot be accurately selected by combining the information of the nearby edge application server. The main problems of the method for selecting the edge application server through the DNS based on the UPF data access point are as follows: 1) terminals without DNS protocol stacks are not supported, and the terminals are mainly terminals of the Internet of things; 2) the scheduling is limited by a scheduling algorithm of the DNS load balancing server, and the application cannot flexibly schedule the edge application server.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides an edge drainage opening method, a terminal and a capability opening platform, which are used to solve the problem that the access mode of the edge application server is fixed and cannot be flexibly adjusted according to the position information of the terminal device.

a first receiving module 41, configured to receive an edge service query request initiated by a requestor, where the edge service query request carries a network identifier of a terminal;
a returning module 42, configured to return an IP list to the requester according to the edge service query request, where the IP list includes IPs of a plurality of edge application servers;
a second receiving module 43, configured to receive an IP of a target edge application server selected from the IP list returned by the requestor;
a determining module 44, configured to find a target UPF with a shortest access path distance between the terminal and the IP of the target edge application server, and request a network to switch a current UPF of the terminal to the target UPF;
a sending module 45, configured to send confirmation information to the requester, where the confirmation information is used to confirm that the IP of the target edge application server is in the edge offload policy of the target UPF.
Optionally, the edge service query request further carries an application identifier and security check information of the terminal, and the returning module 42 includes:
the determining unit is used for determining the network position of the terminal according to the network identifier of the terminal;
and the query unit is used for querying the IP of the plurality of edge application servers corresponding to the terminal according to the network position of the terminal and returning an IP list to the requester, wherein the IP list comprises the IP of the plurality of edge application servers corresponding to the terminal.
Optionally, the edge service query request further carries target network distance information, and the query unit includes:
a return subunit: and the IP of the edge application server within the target network distance from the network of the terminal in the IPs of the plurality of edge application servers is returned to the requester.
Optionally, the capability opening platform further includes:
and the verification module is used for verifying the authority of the terminal by using the application identifier and the safety verification information.
The embodiment of the present invention is a product embodiment corresponding to the above method embodiment, and therefore, details are not repeated here, and please refer to the second embodiment.
According to the edge drainage opening method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the capability opening platform can inquire the edge application server with a short distance for the terminal equipment, and select the shortest access path, so that the access time delay is reduced.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the terminal 50 includes a processor 51, a memory 52, and a computer program stored in the memory 52 and capable of running on the processor 51; the processor 51, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of:
sending an edge service query request to a capability opening platform, wherein the edge service query request carries a network identifier of a terminal;
receiving an IP list returned by the capability open platform according to the edge service query request, wherein the IP list comprises the IPs of a plurality of edge application servers;
selecting the IP of a target edge application server from the IP list, and returning the IP of the target edge application server to the capability open platform;
and receiving a target UPF determined by the capability open platform according to the IP of the target edge application server, and switching the current UPF of the terminal into the target UPF, wherein the target UPF is the UPF with the shortest access path between the IP of the terminal and the IP of the target edge application server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the application server can carry out flexible edge service scheduling, the requirements of application manufacturers are met, the shortest access path can be selected for the terminal equipment, and the access time delay is reduced.
Optionally, the edge service query request further carries an application identifier and security check information of the terminal, where the network identifier includes at least one of an MSISDN number and an IP address.
Optionally, the edge service query request further carries target network distance information, and the IP of the edge application servers included in the IP list is the IP of the edge application server whose network distance from the terminal is within the target network distance.
Optionally, the processor 51 may further implement the following steps when executing the computer program:
and receiving confirmation information returned by the capability open platform, and initiating an edge service request to the target edge application server.
The specific working process of the embodiment of the present invention is the same as that of the first embodiment of the method, and therefore, details are not repeated here, and please refer to the description of the method steps in the first embodiment.
A sixth embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements the steps in the edge drainage opening method according to any one of the first embodiment and the second embodiment. Please refer to the above description of the method steps in the corresponding embodiments.
The network side device in the embodiment of the present invention may be a Base Station (BTS) in Global System for Mobile communication (GSM) or Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), may also be a Base Station (NodeB, NB) in Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), may also be an evolved Node B (evolved Node B, eNB or eNodeB) in LTE, or a relay Station or an Access point, or a Base Station in a future 5G network, and the like, and is not limited herein.
The terminal in the embodiments of the present invention may be a wireless terminal or a wired terminal, and the wireless terminal may be a device providing voice and/or other service data connectivity to a user, a handheld device having a wireless connection function, or other processing devices connected to a wireless modem. A wireless terminal, which may be a mobile terminal such as a mobile telephone (or "cellular" telephone) and a computer having a mobile terminal, e.g., a portable, pocket, hand-held, computer-included, or vehicle-mounted mobile device, may communicate with one or more core networks via a Radio Access Network (RAN), and may exchange language and/or data with the RAN. For example, devices such as Personal Communication Service (PCS) phones, cordless phones, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) phones, Wireless Local Loop (WLL) stations, and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) are used. A wireless Terminal may also be referred to as a system, a Subscriber Unit (Subscriber Unit), a Subscriber Station (Subscriber Station), a Mobile Station (Mobile), a Remote Station (Remote Station), a Remote Terminal (Remote Terminal), an Access Terminal (Access Terminal), a User Terminal (User Terminal), a User Agent (User Agent), and a Terminal (User Device or User equipment), which are not limited herein.
The computer-readable storage media described above, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the principles of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.

Claims (12)

1. An edge drainage opening method, comprising:
sending an edge service query request to a capability open platform, wherein the edge service query request carries a network identifier of a terminal;
receiving an IP list returned by the capability open platform according to the edge service query request, wherein the IP list comprises the IP of a plurality of edge application servers;
selecting the IP of a target edge application server from the IP list, and returning the IP of the target edge application server to the capability open platform;
and receiving a target UPF determined by the capability open platform according to the IP of the target edge application server, and switching the current UPF of the terminal into the target UPF, wherein the target UPF is the UPF with the shortest access path between the IP of the terminal and the IP of the target edge application server.
2. The edge drainage opening method according to claim 1, wherein the edge service query request further carries an application identifier and security check information of the terminal, and the network identifier includes at least one of an MSISDN number and an IP address.
3. The edge drainage opening method according to claim 2, wherein the edge service query request further carries target network distance information, and the IPs of the plurality of edge application servers included in the IP list are IPs of edge application servers whose network distance from the terminal is within the target network distance.
4. The edge drainage opening method of claim 1, further comprising:
and receiving confirmation information returned by the capability open platform, and initiating an edge service request to the target edge application server.
5. An edge drainage opening method applied to a capacity opening platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an edge service query request initiated by a requester, wherein the edge service query request carries a network identifier of a terminal;
returning an IP list to the requester according to the edge service query request, wherein the IP list comprises the IP of a plurality of edge application servers;
receiving the IP of the target edge application server selected from the IP list returned by the requester;
finding out a target UPF with the shortest access path distance between the IP of the terminal and the target edge application server, and requesting a network to switch the current UPF of the terminal into the target UPF;
and sending confirmation information to the requester, wherein the confirmation information is used for confirming that the IP of the target edge application server is in the edge distribution strategy of the target UPF.
6. The edge drainage opening method according to claim 5, wherein the step of returning an IP list to the requester according to the edge service query request comprises:
determining the network position of the terminal according to the network identifier of the terminal;
and inquiring the IP of a plurality of edge application servers corresponding to the terminal according to the network position of the terminal, and returning an IP list to the requester, wherein the IP list comprises the IP of the plurality of edge application servers corresponding to the terminal.
7. The edge drainage opening method according to claim 6, wherein the edge service query request further carries target network distance information, and in the step of returning an IP list to the requester:
and returning the IP of the edge application server within the target network distance from the network of the terminal in the IPs of the edge application servers to the requester.
8. The edge drainage opening method according to claim 5, wherein the edge service query request further carries an application identifier and security check information of the terminal, and before the step of returning an IP list to the requester according to the edge service query request, the method further comprises:
and verifying the authority of the terminal by using the application identifier and the safety verification information.
9. A terminal, comprising:
the system comprises a request module, a capability opening platform and a service module, wherein the request module is used for sending an edge service query request to the capability opening platform, and the edge service query request carries a network identifier of a terminal;
a first receiving module, configured to receive an IP list returned by the capability openness platform according to the edge service query request, where the IP list includes IPs of a plurality of edge application servers;
the selection module is used for selecting the IP of the target edge application server from the IP list and returning the IP of the target edge application server to the capability open platform;
and the second receiving module is used for receiving a target UPF determined by the capability opening platform according to the IP of the target edge application server and switching the current UPF of the terminal into the target UPF, wherein the target UPF is the UPF with the shortest access path between the IP of the terminal and the IP of the target edge application server.
10. An open capability platform, comprising:
a first receiving module, configured to receive an edge service query request initiated by a requestor, where the edge service query request carries a network identifier of a terminal;
a returning module, configured to return an IP list to the requester according to the edge service query request, where the IP list includes IPs of a plurality of edge application servers;
a second receiving module, configured to receive an IP of a target edge application server selected from the IP list, where the IP is returned by the requestor;
the determining module is used for finding out a target UPF with the shortest access path distance between the terminal and the IP of the target edge application server and requesting a network to switch the current UPF of the terminal into the target UPF;
and the sending module is used for sending confirmation information to the requester, wherein the confirmation information is used for confirming that the IP of the target edge application server is in the edge distribution strategy of the target UPF.
11. A terminal comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the edge drainage opening method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the edge drainage opening method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
