Financial products on the current market are various in types and large in quantity, so that a professional investor cannot easily select an investment target, and if online APP on each platform establishes a system of the professional investor, the operation is complex and the cost is high.
Similarly, in the fields of games, social contact and the like, products are various in types and large in quantity, for users, especially new users, it is difficult to find the products such as game props and social props needed by the users when the users start to use the products, and if online APPs of each game or social platform establish the system of the users, the operation is complex and the cost is high.
In order to overcome the problem, according to an aspect of the embodiments of the present application, a method embodiment of a task processing method is provided, where the method may be applied to the fields of finance, gaming, social interaction, and the like, taking the application in the financial field as an example, and a system formed by the method is equivalent to a financial service system. The system relies on artificial intelligence to analyze the process by which customer needs match financial assets. According to the characteristics of risk preference, financial status, financing target and the like of individual investors, an intelligent algorithm and an investment portfolio theory model (usually an investment portfolio theory proposed by Markov) are applied to provide intelligent investment management service for users, market dynamics is continuously tracked, and asset allocation schemes are adjusted. Compared with the traditional investment advisor business, the core characteristics of the financial service also reflect the standardization of the service flow and the discipline of investment decision by means of an objective investment portfolio model. Its main advantage lies in: intelligence, passivity, and lower overhead. Similarly, when the method is applied to the fields of games and social contact, appropriate virtual products can be recommended to the user according to the current game stage, game scene, social contact scene and the like of the user so as to meet the game or social contact requirements.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the processing method of the task may be applied to a hardware environment as shown in fig. 1. The environment (i.e., the first platform) mainly includes: and the product service subsystem is used for receiving a management instruction of a manager on the second platform through the first interface and managing the product according to the instruction of the management instruction. And the exchange service subsystem is provided with a second interface and is used for receiving a swap request sent by the investor on the second platform through the second interface and using the virtual resource to swap the product according to the instruction of the swap request.
The service subsystem manages the target product according to the instruction of the management instruction, and can be used for configuring the financing product, analyzing the client, recommending the financing product and the like. The exchange service subsystem uses the virtual resource to exchange a target product (or a financing product) according to the instruction of the exchange request (or a transaction request), for example, in the case that a first interface on a first platform receives a task request of a first account, a target task indicated by the task request is executed on the target product, and the execution result of the target task is returned to the first account through the first interface, the target product is a product from a second platform indicated by the task request, the second platform is used for presenting the product from a third platform to the account in the platform, and allowing the virtual resource to be used in the second platform to exchange the product from the third platform, which is equivalent to the second platform serving as a distribution platform of the third platform, and the task here includes: purchase, add, transfer, sell, withdraw, etc.
The task processing method according to the embodiment of the present application may be executed by a first platform, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of an optional task processing method according to the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps:
step S101, a first platform receives a task request of a first account through a first interface, the first platform is used for providing a management function of a product for a second platform, the first account is an account used in the second platform, and the second platform is used for presenting the product from a third platform to the account in the platform and allowing a virtual resource to be used in the second platform to replace the product from the third platform. The second platform can exist in situations such as APP application client, HTTP webpage client and instant messaging application public numbers, and the first platform provides services for the second platform in a service form.
Step S102, executing a target task on a target product in the first platform, wherein the target product is a product from the third platform and indicated by the task request, and the target task is a task indicated by the task request.
Step S103, in response to the task request, returning an execution result of the target task to the first account through the first interface.
The products can be different according to different application fields, such as financial products such as stocks, funds, bonds and the like in the financial field, game products such as game roles, game props and the like in the game field, and social products such as social props and the like in the social field; the virtual resources are different according to different application fields, such as currency in the financial field, gold coins, points and the like in the game field, virtual currency in the social field and the like; the task is a task of exchanging virtual resources for products, such as purchasing financing products by using currency, purchasing social props by using virtual currency, and the like. For the sake of description unification, the following unification is described by taking application to the financial field as an example, and similarly, the application of the scheme of the present application to other fields is not described again.
Through the above steps, in the embodiment of the present application, the capability of exporting (e.g., through the provided first interface) the product processing to the outside through the first platform, for the second platform, complex task logics such as attribute analysis, recommendation, exchange and the like of the target product do not need to be concerned, can be realized by directly calling the first platform, the second platform can provide corresponding access to the user according to the requirement, if a second platform exists in the forms of an APP client, an HTTP web page client, an instant messaging application public number and the like, so that the second platform can provide the required product service for the account number in the second platform by calling the first platform, such as the service of distributing the products on the third platform at the second platform realized by the scheme of the application, the method can solve the technical problem that the operation of creating the product exchange platform is complex in the related art.
When the technical scheme of the application is applied to the financial field, a financial management mode of secondary distribution is equivalently provided, secondary distributors can form own APP or platform function clients through interfaces for butting external gateway services, transactions conducted through the APP are mutually isolated from transactions on APPs of institutions to which financial service systems belong, and cannot be perceived by investors; and if the position taking separation and isolation are carried out through the platform to which the client belongs, the income distribution is calculated, and an independent sales operation system of a secondary distributor is formed. If the platform is an organization holding license plate commissioning, a plurality of vendor channels can be accessed to build own customer APP and the like, the difference from the direct selling mode is that the selling channel can be opened (script configuration can be achieved) after the organization is opened, the customer is required to be appointed at the APP end or the purchasing channel is appointed for the customer according to the algorithm, in this case, even the secondary distribution organization can be supported to share the system to manage and build the financial service platform APP of the distribution organization, and the secondary distribution self-building APP mode is described in the application. The technical solution of the present application is further detailed below with reference to the steps shown in fig. 2.
In the technical solution provided in step S101, the first platform receives a financing request (i.e., a task request) of a first account through a first interface, where the first account is an investor account used in the second platform.
Optionally, the first platform provides two aspects of capabilities, one aspect is the capability of interfacing with the platform background, such as a task of adding a financial product, a task of providing a new financial policy, a task of generating a report, and the like, taking the recommended financial policy as an example: before a financial management request of a first account is received through a first interface of a first platform, data of a configuration interface is transmitted to a second platform through a second interface of the first platform; in response to the operation on the configuration interface, executing a task indicated by the operation on the configuration interface, and recommending a financial plan (or a combination plan of financial products) in a first financial plan set (or simply called a first plan set) and/or a financial plan in a second financial plan set (or simply called a second plan set) to the first account, wherein the financial plan in the first financial plan set is a financial plan recommended by the second platform, and the financial plan is used for indicating a purchase proportion (i.e. a trading proportion) of each of a plurality of financial products in the third platform; the financial management plan in the second financial management plan set is a financial management plan recommended by the second account on the second platform, in other words, the manager can configure a financial combination (namely, a financial management plan) recommended to the investor in the background.
Another aspect is the ability to interface with an investor at the front end of the platform, before receiving a financing request for a first account via a first interface of a first platform, to assign the first platform a first interface of a plurality of interfaces as an interface for receiving messages forwarded by a first gateway of a second platform, in other words, each interface of the plurality of interfaces is available for interfacing with a customer gateway of a user platform; a platform identifier may also be assigned to the first platform, and all messages transmitted between the first platform and the second platform may carry the platform identifier, so that for the first platform, the platform identifier carried in the message received from the first interface may be used to identify that the source of the message is the first platform.
In the technical solution provided in step S102, a financing task (i.e. a target task) is executed on a target financing product in the first platform, and the target financing product is the financing product indicated by the financing request.
Optionally, in order to ensure the security of the transaction, the authentication may be performed as follows:
step 1, platform public keys of other platforms are pre-stored in a first platform, a data packet carrying a financial management request is decrypted by using a platform public key of a second platform before a target financial management product executes a financial management task in the first platform, the platform public key of the second platform is a secret key pair matched with a platform private key of the second platform, and one of the platform public key of the second platform and the platform private key of the second platform is used for decrypting information encrypted by the other platform.
And 2, since the platform private key is only known by the platform, under the condition that the data packet carrying the financial management request is successfully decrypted, the message is definitely from the second platform, and the financial management request carried in the data packet can be acquired at the moment.
And 3, in the first platform, the account public key of the investor account is pre-stored, so that the account public key of the first account can be searched according to the first account obtained from the first field of the financing request.
And 4, decrypting the data of the second field in the financial management request by using the account public key of the first account, wherein the account public key of the first account is a key pair matched with the account private key of the first account, and one of the account public key of the first account and the account private key of the first account is used for decrypting the information encrypted by the other one.
And 5, since the account private key is only known by the user, under the condition that the account public key of the first account is used for successfully decrypting the data of the second field in the financial management request, the message is sent by the user, and at the moment, the step of executing a financial management task on the target financial management product in the first platform can be executed.
Optionally, the performing of the financing task on the target financing product in the first platform comprises purchasing a financing scheme provided by the financing platform as follows: determining a first target financing scheme indicated by the financing request from a first financing scheme set, wherein the financing scheme in the first financing scheme set is a financing scheme recommended by the second platform, and the financing scheme is used for indicating the purchase proportion (i.e. exchange proportion) of each financing product in a plurality of financing products in the third platform; and purchasing the financial products from the third platform according to the total purchase amount (namely the total amount of resources, such as the total amount of purchased) indicated by the financial request and the first target financial plan, wherein for example, the purchase proportions of the financial products A, B and C are respectively 20%, 30% and 50%, and the total purchase amount of the user is 100 yuan, then the purchase amounts of the financial products A, B and C are respectively 20 yuan, 30 yuan and 50 yuan.
Optionally, performing a financing task on the target financing product in the first platform comprises following the financing scenario of other investors on the platform as follows: determining a second target financing scheme indicated by the financing request from a second scheme set, wherein the financing scheme in the second financing scheme set is a financing scheme recommended by a second account on a second platform, and the financing scheme is used for indicating the purchase proportion of each financing product in a plurality of financing products in a third platform; and purchasing a financial product from the third platform according to the total purchase amount indicated by the financial request and the second target financial plan.
Optionally, after a financing task is executed on a target financing product in the first platform, if the financing product purchased according to the financing scheme indicated by the financing request is a first financing product, adding the first financing product in a financing product list of the first account, where the financing product list of the first account is stored in first data associated with the second platform, and the first financing product is a financing product for which the first account has not been purchased before; and if the financial product purchased according to the financial scheme indicated by the financial request is the second financial product, updating the purchase amount (also called the exchange amount) of the second financial product in the financial product list of the first account, wherein the second financial product is the financial product purchased by the first account, for example, the amount purchased before is M, the amount purchased this time is N, and then the changed amount is (M + N).
In the technical solution provided in step S103, the execution result of the financial task is returned to the first account through the first interface.
Optionally, after returning the execution result of the financial task to the first account through the first interface, the investor may query as follows: receiving a query request of a first account through a first interface, wherein the query request is a request triggered by the first account on a second platform; searching financial information of a financial product purchased by a first account in a first database associated with a second platform, wherein the first database and the second database are mutually isolated databases, the second database is data associated with a fourth platform, the fourth platform is a platform for purchasing the financial product by the first account, and the fourth platform is a platform similar to the second platform and providing financial services for users; and returning the financial information searched from the first database to the first account through the first interface. In other words, for the same investor, if he purchases the same financial product from different channels, the purchase records of the two financial products are stored independently.
As an alternative embodiment, the technical solution of the present application is further described below with reference to the steps shown in fig. 3. The operation management process comprises the steps of sharing an operation platform by a distribution mechanism and a main mechanism to build an APP and the like, and the specific steps are as follows:
and step S201, the APP end interfaces are in butt joint, for example, the SaaS transaction uplink interface is in butt joint, and a platform client for secondary distribution is established.
The SaaS platform is a platform for operating SaaS software. The SaaS provider builds all network infrastructures, software and hardware operation platforms required by informatization for enterprises and is responsible for a series of services such as implementation in the early stage, maintenance in the later stage and the like, and the enterprises can use the information system through the Internet without purchasing software and hardware, building a machine room and recruiting IT personnel. The SaaS is a software layout model, and is designed for network delivery by application, and is convenient for users to host, deploy and access through the internet.
Step S202, a mechanism is turned on for the second platform to turn on the mechanism in the first platform, that is, the second platform can use the energization of the first platform.
Alternatively, the provisioning mechanism may be configured through a script, such as an ID defining a platform, for use in several functions: after the operation management background logs in, automatically screening out strategies and combined products which can be managed by the operation management background according to a platform to which a logged-in operator belongs, and transaction records, intelligent investment effects and reports of corresponding customers; when a customer deals, the platform to which the deal belongs is automatically matched, and if the same customer comes from different platforms in a sales platform supporting multiple deal accounts, independent deal accounts are independently opened for the same customer; if the transaction account mode is the single-transaction account mode, warehouse management is needed during warehouse taking maintenance and clearing processing. An alternative mechanism and corresponding account structure is shown in fig. 4, where the platform supports multiple sales mechanisms (e.g., sales mechanism 1, sales mechanism 2, etc.), each sales mechanism may include multiple system customer numbers, and each system customer number may have multiple transaction account numbers.
The mechanism can also be an internal system, and the internal system can be configured by a script when the internal system is opened. The financial service system can support a plurality of vendor channels, the channel number is a string of characters which are maintained and defined in advance, products sold by the financial service system can be in a plurality of systems under one vendor channel, each system number is also a string of characters which are maintained and defined in advance, each system is provided with an account system or a business interface and a business rule, the system can be configured, and when the code is realized, the system can automatically process according to the configuration.
Step S203, creating policy models for the second platform in the first platform.
Step S204, configuring basic parameters, such as sold financial products, fund white list, etc., for the second platform in the first platform.
And step S205, carrying out asset configuration on the financial products sold on the second platform in the first platform.
And step S206, displaying products configured by the mechanism.
The customer transaction process, the distribution institution and the host institution establish a customer platform, which specifically refers to the following steps:
step S207, independently opening a transaction account. In the business link of intelligent investment (intelligent investment for short), the system automatically carries out product recommendation and detail display according to the matching of product configuration and client investment attributes, and clients independently open transaction accounts according to basic financial product configuration details of combined products.
And step S208, performing transaction ordering according to the financial product configuration details, wherein the transaction ordering can be either warehouse transfer or purchase.
And step S209, buying the combined financing product according to the transaction detail and checking the position-taken assets.
And step S210, performing warehouse adjustment processing according to the transaction details.
And step S211, checking the position holding assets after the position adjusting treatment.
And step S212, the client invests the investment or invests the investment. A supported and slow mode, i.e. a client self-created strategy for intelligent investments or an investor self-created sub-account, see in particular the following steps:
in step S213, individual investors (e.g., large V) create policy models.
Step S214, configuring basic parameters, such as a list of the sold financing products and the like.
Step S215, asset allocation is performed.
And step S216, the public products are released to other clients.
In the scheme, the access channels (such as customers under a secondary distribution platform) are managed, the accessed secondary distribution channels are managed, and when an interface is exposed to the outside, the management of public and private keys of each channel and the management of an IP white list can be realized.
And managing a secondary distribution channel, providing standard parameter signature verification, parameter encryption and IP filtering functions, and ensuring the channel access safety. The channel signature verification management implementation mode encrypts all character sequences of request parameters and attribute values through asymmetric public keys, encrypts the parameters needing desensitization or encryption by using a parameter encryption key, obtains specific character sequences Char1 of plaintext parameters and attribute values by a server side after receiving a request to take out all the character sequences of the parameters and the attribute values and decrypt the character sequences by using a private key, and then compares the character sequences Char2 decrypted by the current request parameters. If Char1 ═ Char2 then the signature passes, if Char1 and Char2 are not the same then the signature does not pass, and the request is invalid. The IP white list filtering may be performed by configuring a specific IP host address, or configuring a specific IP network segment.
