2. as shown in fig. 3-11-5, the invention sets the pre-warning index and the sending mode, and carries out high, medium and low pre-warning according to the set index during pre-warning.
Recording configuration for negotiations

The invention can realize the visual real-time monitoring and early warning, intelligent analysis and prediction and intelligent decision optimization of the service, open up the new situation of fusion and communication of the internal and external information of the supply chain, and realize the automatic statistical analysis of service data, the intelligent prediction of service risk and the intelligent optimization of service decision.

1. The intelligent wind control system for material management is characterized by comprising a risk monitoring center for dynamically displaying the risk change condition of a supplier;
the intelligent question-answering platform is used for service common problems, customizing a wind control strategy and visualizing a service flow; through the analysis of the supplier business data, the overall characteristics and the individual characteristics of the suppliers are displayed; the intelligent wind control center analyzes and calculates the contracting and default conditions of the insurance letters of the suppliers through big data and an artificial intelligence model;
the system comprises a data management center and a background management center, wherein the data management center is used for data processing.

The intelligent material management wind control system according to claim 1, wherein the risk monitoring center comprises a panoramic view and each function display interactive interface, and the panoramic view comprises a risk distribution map, a material credit score, a raw material price, a risk early warning frequency, a risk early warning level and a high risk supplier ranking.
3. The intelligent pneumatic control system for material management of claim 1, wherein the system performs early warning on risk of suppliers through a risk monitoring center, monitors internal risks of suppliers including bidding, quality sampling inspection, performance and default problems and external risks including judicial enforcement, business change, equity change, asset mortgage, administrative punishment, serious illegal letter loss, environmental protection and risk clearing, calculates risk level of suppliers and performs risk early warning.

The intelligent wind control system for material management according to claim 1, wherein the panorama shows risk distribution, proportion, score, early warning, risk level, price fluctuation information of suppliers; providing the integral risk portrait of the North supplier for the user; and monitoring and analyzing the overall risk condition.

The intelligent wind control system for material management according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent wind control center is provided with a supplier rank, the supplier rank is calculated through indexes and weights, and the number and the proportion of suppliers in each grade are counted; displaying the number of suppliers in each score stage, and analyzing the cause of score distribution; adjusting a score calculation rule or a supplier admission rule; and through big data analysis and artificial intelligence statistical calculation functions, supplier management and risk prediction are realized.

The intelligent material management wind control system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent wind control center is provided with a supplier group portrait, and the supplier group portrait analyzes the whole risk condition of the supplier through a risk portrait, an industry portrait and a material portrait; and the overall transaction condition, the enterprise operation condition and the enterprise strength of the supplier are displayed through statistical analysis of data such as the type distribution, the overall performance, the contract condition, the order condition, the business process early warning and the like of the enterprise of the supplier.
7. The intelligent material management wind control system according to claim 1,
the intelligent wind control center sets an individual portrait of a provider, and the enterprise scale, supply and after-sale, credit, performance and risk level information of the provider can be seen in the individual portrait function of the provider in the contract execution process or before tender purchase; and pushing a customized wind control strategy according to the content displayed by the individual portrait, guiding the expansion of new services such as supply chain finance and the like, and enhancing risk monitoring and prevention in the contract execution process.

The intelligent material management wind control system according to claim 1, wherein the system is provided with a risk policy management library, and the wind control risk policy library defines corresponding risk policies according to risk levels and contract stages and provides policy support for corresponding contract executors; after the strategy is used, deletion is not allowed, and the strategy can be modified;
the financial credit risk policy library sets interval policies according to default probabilities, finds corresponding risk policies according to evaluation results when performing financial risk evaluation, provides service management personnel, and assists in development of supply chain financial services; deletion is not allowed after policy use, but the policy can be modified.

The intelligent material management wind control system according to claim 1, comprising a processor and a memory storing execution instructions, wherein when the processor executes the execution instructions stored in the memory, the processor controls the intelligent material management wind control system according to any one of claims 1 to 8 to work.
