As shown in fig. 2, a seal block 101 is fixed to an upper clip body 103, a clip device 1 is fixed to an outer tube body of the device, and a lower clip body 104 is provided with a clip guide groove 102.
As shown in fig. 3a and 3b, the crochet needle device 5 comprises a wire clip crochet needle 501, a driving rod 502 and a plug pin hole 503; the wire clamp hooking needle 501 comprises a hooking needle 5011 and a wire clamp 5012, the wire clamp hooking needle driving rod 502 comprises a clamping groove 5021, and the wire clamp hooking needle 501 is connected with the driving rod 502. The crochet needle device 5 is moved forward (left direction in the figure) by pressing a button 10 connected to the end of the spring device 9.
As shown in fig. 4, in the process of moving the hook needle device 5 forward, the catching groove 5021 is engaged with the anti-return spring 3, and the hook needle device 5 is fixed at a designated position by pressing the button 10.
As shown in fig. 5a, the cam mechanism 2 includes a clip slide groove 201 and a pressing piece 202. As shown in fig. 5b, a pin shaft at the end of the clip body is arranged in the clip sliding groove 201, and the pin shaft drives the corresponding clip body to move under the guiding action of the clip sliding groove 201, so as to form a state that the upper and lower clip bodies are opened and closed, further, the clip sliding groove 201 is designed according to a predetermined track, and three actions of pre-clamping, waiting for the crochet needle to be retracted, and clamping of the clip device are realized.
As shown in fig. 6, the sealing block 101 includes an edge 1011 to be sealed when the edge is not sealed, an upper inlet 1012, and an edge 1013 to be sealed is transformed from the edge 1011 to be sealed after the edge is sealed.
As shown in fig. 7, the tying string is formed in a loop shape, and one side thereof is inserted through the upper thread inlet 1012 of the seal block 101 and the other side thereof is fixed to the clip guide groove 102. Pressing the button 10, the crochet hook device 5 extends, and the two sides of the ligature rope are respectively placed in the crochet hook 5011 and the wire clip 5012.
As shown in fig. 8, the turning wheel device 7 includes a turning wheel shifting piece 701, a first bearing 702 and a second bearing 703, because the outer ring of the turning wheel device 7 is relatively fixed with the device housing, the thread hooking needle device 5 is relatively fixed with the device housing through the bolt hole 503, and the inner ring of the turning wheel device 7 is connected with the outer ring of the turning wheel device 7 through the first bearing 702 and the second bearing 703, the turning wheel shifting piece 701 can adjust the opening directions of the clamp device 1 and the thread hooking needle 501 under the action of the first bearing 702 and the second bearing 703. The working process of the device is as follows: when a blood vessel is placed at a position inside the jaw of the clamp device 1, the wrench 6 is pulled, and the pressing piece 202 is moved forward by the wrench slide groove 8 and the cam mechanism 2. As shown in fig. 9, the pressing block 202 presses the check spring 3 downward in the process of moving in the forward direction, so that the check spring 3 is separated from the catching groove 5021, the hook needle device 5 moves backward under the pulling force of the spring device 9, and the clip device 1 is gradually closed by buckling the wrench 6. Since the crochet hook 5011 fixes one side of the ligature line, the other side of the ligature line clamped in the wire clamp 5012 is gradually separated from the wire clamp 5012 due to the tensile force since the length of the ligature line is constant during the backward movement of the crochet hook device 5.
In the process of gradually and completely closing the clamp device 1, the sealing block 101 fixed on the upper clamp body 103 is pressed in along the clamp guide groove 102 under the action of the upper clamp body and the lower clamp body pressure, and as the sealing block 101 is made of titanium alloy material, the edge 1011 to be sealed of the sealing block deforms to form a sealed structure sealed edge 1013 when being pressed in the clamp guide groove 102 similar to a W shape, so that the ligature rope fixed on the part of the clamp guide groove 102 is also fixed in the sealing block 101. The ligature rope separated from the wire clamp 5012 and the sealing block 101 surround the blood vessel together, and the ligature rope in the surrounding area is further tightened due to the fact that the wire hooking needle device 5 moves backwards, so that the purpose of ligature of the blood vessel is achieved. After the vessel is grabbed, the wrench 6 is loosened, and the clamp device 1 is restored to the opened state under the action of the return spring 4. After the blood vessel ligation is completed, the blood vessel ligation device is moved backward to tear the ligation rope by the crochet needle 5011, thereby completing the operation. Fig. 10 shows a structural view of the blood vessel ligation device.
